    Amazing staff

    A member of our wedding party tested positive for COVID-19 two days before our ceremony, and the contact risk for other wedding party members basically cancelled our entire day. The Heights could not allow us to proceed with our ceremony due to the fact that we could potentially be risking the health of church staff and members the following day during service (and we didn't want to do that, either, as members of the church itself). Rather than have a rehearsal dinner, everyone was frantically trying to figure out how/when/where we could have a small outdoor ceremony instead. Jennifer Schleef (the events coordinator) worked SO hard to help us. She met with our florist early the next morning for the delivery and helped transport and set up the flowers at our new outdoor ceremony location. She took care of everything for our marriage license after the ceremony. She brainstormed with us to ensure that, though drastically different than planned, our day was still special and wonderful. Her energy and compassion were such a blessing to me as I had to cope with losing virtually everything I had planned for months and months. I cannot review the chapel itself since we didn't use it, but Jennifer is WONDERFUL.

    Beautiful Facility and Amazing Team!

    My wife and I had an interfaith wedding over Labor Day weekend this year at the Heights Wedding Chapel. Jill and her team did a wonderful job. She walked us through the whole process and was very efficient and thorough. I was worried that I would need to have a wedding coordinator but she was able to handle everything at the church. We had so many people involved in our wedding and to walk down the aisle and get seated and Jill and her partner were able to handle us and get us organized. She was very informative and gave me great advice for other wedding stuff also. The facility itself is clean and nice and makes for great pictures. ( I checked it out two times before picking the Heights). The cost to use the facility was higher due to being over a holiday weekend, but after going through all this it was well worth it. Thanks again to The Heights Church and Jill for helping us with our wedding!

    Day was perfect!

    Jill and her team is fantastic! She made the day run by so smoothly and is very organized. She listens to every concern of yours and makes sure it is the perfect day you imagined! There were things we were worried about on the day of, and she would basically step in and say “trust me, I’ll take care of it”. And then she did just that!

    Our Wedding.

    I'm glad that I got to choose this chapel at the Height Baptist church. That was such a great idea and experience my wife and I had there. The minister who blessed our wedding Richard Covington, did very good and our family were so pleased with the way that he conducted the ceremony. Plus the process of it and the planning of having our wedding there was smooth and very helpful. Jill waggon, really helped us a lot in reducing our stresses, by coordinating our church wedding ceremony. She made it easy and beautiful for us.

    Low stress

    Seriously, I hardly had to worry about everything. Jill is the best coordinator and our wedding attendants were so impressed on how smoothly everything ran! I didn’t have to worry about where to go, Jill’s team was on top of it! Best part is, she comes with the price! Absolutely stunning and easy. If I could do it all over again, I would not change anything!!

    We were looking for a smaller venue and the Heights was PERFECT! The church itself was beautiful, but what really made our wedding the most special was the coordinator Jill. She was there every step of the way, we were able to email/text/call any day, any time and she always got back to you! She has a warmth about her that makes you feel like you've known her for years, even if you've only known her for a hour.

    Beautiful venue with the most helpful staff imaginable! Jill Wagnon is a pro's pro with a wonderful heart, who gives so many options and has wise counsel. Her team helped out so much! Great AV. You can decorate as much or as little as you want. Jill kept us informed and comfortable the whole way. She was great with some last-minute changes we had. The outdoor fountain/prayer garden is a great place for photos.

    I love The Heights. The space is beautiful and doesn't need much decoration, if any. It is big enough to accommodate a lot of people, but if you have a small number, like we did, then it works just as well. Jill is absolutely amazing. She has the flow down perfectly and guides every step of the way. She is accommodating and helpful, and super sweet and fun to work with! Everything was perfect. It was extra special for me because I grew up in this church, but even for people who did not I still 100% recommend The Heights Wedding Chapel.

    The Heights Baptist Church in Richardson was the perfect venue for our wedding! Their chapel is beautiful and was large enough to accommodate all of our guest. Jill and Jennifer were the day of coordinators that came with the venue. I can't express how much I appreciate them. They were not only there for us on that day, but were also available for any help I needed throughout my entire wedding planning process.They were so friendly, professional, and thoughtful. To sum it up, they were fantastic! They also had the sweetest spirits and a servants heart. Because of their help and the venue, my wedding was beautiful! I would recommend the Heights Baptist Church to any bride to be. You won't be disappointed!

    Jill and Jennifer were fantastic! There were a couple of things that Jill was prompted to deal with immediately even before the wedding and she handled them like a pro! I was never worried about anything and that is exactly how a bride should feel on her big day. So easy to get in contact with- her cell phone never let me down.

    There are no words to describe how perfect of a venue the Heights was for our wedding!!! If I had to do it again, I would absolutely pick the Heights!! The staff is OUT OF THIS WORLD HELPFUL - I mean these people became our family because they are so engaging and want your wedding day to be PERFECT. My wedding planning experience was a breeze because of them. The chapel is gorgeous!!! It has beautiful stained windows, and is so intimate! (And the chapel looked fab in pics :)) Also, it is a great price compared to every other ceremony site we looked into. I had my reception at a venue downtown and was worried about the commute from Richardson, but it was not a big deal at all!!! It is right off 75 which makes it very accessible, no matter where your reception is located. Everyone should get married here!!!!!

    If you are planning a wedding at the Heights Chapel or the Main Sanctuary, your first call needs to be to Jill Wagnon at the Heights. A little known secret that everyone needs to know is Jill is a wedding planner. You get her services if you book your wedding at the Heights. Book her for your reception, too. As soon as you walk down the aisle, she closes the doors and is off to your reception venue. Her assistant, Jennifer, stays after the wedding to conduct pictures and getting off to the reception site. Jennifer is amazing too and together they will make your wedding a day a memory to remember. Not only has Jill been with you all day at the church as you dress, greet your photographers, open up the bridal suite so that you can get ready with your bridesmaids, you can call in hairdressers, makeup artists and Jill will be there to meet them so you can have a little time on your own before others arrive. This won't be the first time Jill has been to your reception venue. She goes down and meets your vendor weeks before, plus she is there on the day of the wedding to check on the florist, band and food catering services to be sure that they are doing all that they said they would do. You don't have to do a thing but send Jill all your contracts and she takes it up from there. Jill also wants to be a part of all of your meetings with your vendors. If you continue the conversation through emails with your vendors, Jill wants to be copied. She is amazingly organized and has a timeline made out weeks ahead of time that she shares with all the vendors she works with. Please, don't even think about having a wedding at the Heights and leaving the church without her and Jennifer. They will make all the difference. ~~Mary H. (Mother of the Bride) March 17, 2018

    My wife and I made the right choice on booking the Heights for our wedding venue. Jill and Jennifer had provided great service on assisting us with the coordination as well as provided ideas that made our wedding a success. They always kept in touch and were very prompt in all their response to any questions or concerns that we had. They shown great patience and comfort in our stressful planning. The chapel was beautiful on its own so not much decorations was needed. All in all, I would highly recommend the Heights to any couples in search of their wedding venue.

    I have many things to say about the experience I had with all the coordination at the heights church, they were fantastic, very professional and kind. They exceeded my expectations and went beyond ,Jill Wagon and Jennifer we thank you so much for being so sweet .Pastor John was the best our ceremony went smooth, an unforgettable day. Beautiful chapel I highly recommend this church for your dream day!!

    There are not enough wonderful descriptive words to review Jill and her team at The Heights. From the first meeting to the send off at the reception Jill was on top of every detail, large and small. She gave options and her professional input was invaluable. The Heights chapel is beautiful in detail with stained glass for old world beauty yet contemporary architecture brings it to today. I highly recommend this venue and staff. Our wedding planning was worry free. The ceremony was beyond our expectations. We have priceless memories of our special day. We can't thank you enough Jill. You're The Best.

    Our wedding day was incredible thanks to Jill and all of the staff at The Heights! The planning stages and the day itself went so smoothly thanks to the way they coordinated everything. The chapel is absolutely beautiful and our ceremony was everything we dreamed of. Highly recommend to everyone!

    Jill and Jennifer were wedding planning ninjas! They were incredibly helpful and when it came time for the big day they were always around and ready to make things go completely smooth! My wife and I are incredibly grateful and we couldn't have asked for better service.

    The Heights Baptist church chapel is downright beautiful! I barely had to decorate it because it's so pretty all on its own. The brides and grooms rooms were equally as elegant and had plenty of room for all of us. The grounds of the church also made for stunning pictures. Jill and Jennifer were seriously the BEST coordinators EVER!!! They did such a wonderful job and were super quick at answering emails on the day I sent them, sometimes on the hour I sent them. Besides being such sweet ladies, they are super professional and quick at coming up with ideas for the small details that I totally forgot. We also hired them as our planners/coordinators for our reception and they ran it so smoothly, I couldn't have asked for a more stress-free experience on my wedding day. Did I also mention that they planned all the details I missed (both ceremony and reception) and coordinated with all my vendors to make my day absolutely perfect all within one week? They're AMAZING. Thank you guys so much for making my day so special! We literally could not have pulled that wedding off without Jennifer and Jill!

    It was a blessing that my husband and I heard about Heights Baptist Church. We were thoroughly impressed with the beautiful venue, the spacious bride and groom rooms, and also the professionalism from their staff!     Jill was phenomenal! She was with me every step of the way to make sure everything was perfect! Jennifer was great, too! I'm so glad we chose this church! It's absolutely beautiful and everyone there was beyond helpful!

    The wedding coordinators at The Heights are truly remarkable. They are so patient and thorough. They helped me through every bit of the process (I had no idea about some of the details needed in planning a wedding ceremony and they answered every question). Additionally, they were extremely polite, kind, and professional with my family--if you have a complex/difficult family, these ladies are PERFECT for handling every situation. They made my day smooth and worry-free!

    My husband and I got married at the Heights Wedding Chapel back in June 2015 and the Chapel was beautiful and pastor Gary Singleton was wonderful! The wedding coordinator, Jill Wagnon did a wonderful job and helped me with last minute changes and helped me feel special on my special day! The Heights is a wonderful church to use for a wedding in the Dallas area and for becoming a member of the church! I used to work there with preschoolers and they have amazing programs at the church for families with kids! After living in Florida (currently Jacksonville) for over 2 years now for my husband's job, I still am a member of that church because I have yet to find a church in FL that can compare to how great of a church that the Heights Baptist Church is! I highly recommend using the Heights Wedding Chapel and also becoming a member of that church if you're looking for a church! =)

    If you are looking for a beautiful chapel location and stress-free ceremony planning, this is the place for you. My review will simply not be able to do this chapel justice. We had a June 2016 wedding at the The Heights booking about a year in advance of our date. We did not have a wedding planner, but it was definitely not needed at this location. The entire wedding staff went out of their way to seamlessly coordinate everything for our ceremony on the day-of (including the decorations, vendor set-up, etc.). Even going so far to block the inside entrance of the chapel, so I could take my pre-ceremony portraits without early arriving guests seeing my dress. I am so appreciative of how attentive and professional the wedding staff was for our special day. The Heights also were willing to let me have my bridal portraits taken at the chapel about a month ahead of our wedding. In particular, Jill was incredible to work with throughout the entire planning process. She was so organized and went through every detail (even grandparent names) a few weeks before our wedding with plenty of time to make any necessary last-minute changes. There was truly nothing for me to worry about at the church, allowing me to enjoy this special moment in our lives. I could not be happier with choosing The Heights for our ceremony!

    This place is simply amazing. What a beautiful chapel! We had our wedding there in September and it was just perfect. Yes it is super pretty and affordable but the people that work there are the best part. Jill was wonderful to work with - so professional at coordinating people and making things run smoothly. Everything ran seamlessly thanks to her and Gary gave such a beautiful service. We can't thank them enough!!! I would strongly recommend you consider this place for your dream wedding! We LOVED it here!

    This is an excellent place to get married, with such friendly, professional staff. The chapel is so beautiful, and the staff allowed us to decorate it so charmingly for our wedding. Not only does this place hold sentimental value as the church in which we met, but it is a wonderful venue for a wedding.

    We got married at The Heights in July 2016 and had an amazing experience! We worked with Amy and Jill and they were so on top of everything. I felt fully informed of every detail and decision to be made. They did a fabulous job keeping everything on schedule and making sure everything went the way I had envisioned it. The chapel is gorgeous; wooden pews and four giant stained glass windows. We brought in our own pastor and that was very easy to coordinate. I can't highly recommend The Heights enough!!

    We had a great Wedding Day and we really appreciate all the help Jill & Jennifer provided to us, and the sound equipment expert. I had a 100% travelling schedule due to my work before the Wedding, and Jill & Jennifer were both able to meet with us during the Weekends. We also need to meet a couple of times before the Wedding in order to get familiar with the Chapel, so that we can prepare the decoration better. During our rehearsal, Jill and Jennifer were both present and provided valuable feedback and instructions. Honestly, ourselves can get 85 out of 100 points for our Wedding, Jill and Jennifer helped us to reach 100 out of 100 points.

    They were really really sweet and professional. The chapel is expensive to be honest. That is my only backside to my experience . It should not be so expensive for a church but overall i have no regrets getting married here. The coordinators are wonderful and gracious. They were so detailed and organized.

    Absolutely loved working with the Heights Wedding Chapel. They were extremely organized, professional, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went smoothly. We appreciate them and would recommend this facility to anyone. The chapel was beautiful and the staff took charge on the day of and made it stress free for me and my family.

    I had a WONDERFUL experience working with The Heights for our wedding! We enjoyed every aspect of planning our wedding with the coordinator. They were very helpful when I asked for vendor recommendations. I was looking for a reception venue nearby, and ended up choosing Slate at II Creeks, which I highly recommend as well! Everyone was very professional, and I received 2 wedding coordinators the day of the wedding. Everything went very smoothly and I could not be happier.

    We had an amazing experience with The Heights Baptist Church from beginning to end. Jill Wagnon and Jennifer Sheef are professional, friendly, and so easy to work with.     I went to a wedding at The Heights Chapel about 2 weeks after getting engaged myself, and I loved everything about it! The center aisle, the pews, beautiful lighting & layout of the stage. After inquiring with Jill, I knew we found the right place to spend the most important day of our lives! Besides the chapel and bridal suite being absolutely beautiful, Jill and Jennifer were SO helpful every step of the way! They took care of every tiny detail and answered all of our crazy questions! In short, it's a beautiful venue, with wonderful, caring staff that made our day go perfectly!

    I ABSOLUTELY loved my wedding experience with The Heights. From our first visit, Jill was extremely friendly, flexible and responsive. She was so easy to work with and truly made everything perfect for our big day! Jennifer and Jill both organized and coordinated our wedding rehearsal and ceremony down to the last detail. They were amazing and I definitely recommend them and The Heights for all brides!!

    The Heights was the absolute best place for our wedding! Jill and Jennifer were both very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. With any question I ever had, Jill would get back with me quickly and was always willing to go above and beyond in helping make our day special. They make you feel how a bride should feel on her wedding day and totally relieve any and all last-minute stresses that might occur. Everyone in our wedding party was very impressed at the rehearsal the day before the wedding. It was organized, easy to follow, and cemented in everyone's mind where they should be and what they should be doing. The Heights wedding coordinators know their job and do it well! And they are SO sweet!

    Jill was fantastic, helped make sure everything ran smoothly and to a tee. She made sure that our schedule ran perfectly and made our ceremony and reception run without a hitch. Our guests didn't see anything going on behind the scenes and they did a fantastic job, even with the snow pouring outside. The chapel looked fantastic!!! I would definitely recommend their services for not only a wedding, but most of all... for a reception coordinator.

    My husband and I got married here in July 2015, and would highly highly recommended it to anyone getting married in the Dallas area! Jill and Jennifer were absolutely wonderful to work with! They were so willing to help with anything and everything, from the planning process all the way to our wedding day. Their experience and love for what they do make them wonderful coordinators, and we were so lucky to have been able to be in their care! On top of that, the venue is gorgeous, and we knew from the moment we stepped foot in it that we wanted to get married there!

    We can't say enough good things about The Heights, Jill, or Jennifer, or thank them enough!

    We got married at the The Heights Chapel in May. The chapel was perfect, and Jill and Jennifer were amazing throughout the entire process! They were both available for all of our questions and concerns along the way, and on the day of the wedding, they were very involved to ensure that the ceremony ran smoothly. They helped make our day truly special. I would absolutely recommend The Heights Chapel!

    I scheduled my ceremony to be held at the Heights Chapel, and am SO thankful that I chose them! The chapel is beautiful and is large enough for as many guests as you'd like. They provide two different background set-up options in case you can't afford to buy large floral arrangements for the front of the church, which I greatly appreciated. They also provide a sound tech, day-of coordinator, guest book tables for the lobby...etc etc! It's truly an all-inclusive package. The bridal room is the coldest room in the church, perfect for getting ready and not sweating before getting into your dress -- my bridesmaids and I actually got cold, which was a welcome relief to the summer heat! Jennifer was my day-of coordinator and she did a beautiful job. We met a few weeks before the wedding to go over everything and she was with me the rest of the way from that meeting on, answering my texts and phones calls whenever I had a question or concern. I appreciated her organizational skills and detailed questions, as it helped me figure out exactly how I wanted the ceremony to go. The day of, both Jennifer and Jill were running around taking care of all the little things that came up that I couldn't have planned for and doing things that were WAY beyond their job description. They kept everyone on track and made sure I didn't have to worry about time, gifts, forgotten pew bows, etc. At the end of the ceremony, they even gave us a gift to remember the day by, which was especially touching to me since my father-in-law had performed the ceremony and this gift allows me to remember the event as it was from start to finish! (If you want to know what the gift was, book the Heights Chapel NOW for your wedding--you won't regret it!)

    My husband and I got married at The Heights Wedding Chapel and LOVED it!!!! The chapel is absolutely beautiful and a good size if you have a lot of guests. Jill, Jenn, and Jennifer did an absolutely amazing job! They made sure my wedding was well planned out, and that everything went smoothly. I worked closely with Jill the months leading up to the wedding, and her organization and attention to details made everything go well and helped me not become stressed!!!     The Heights was a great place to get married!! My husband and I were so happy with everything. Jill was an amazing coordinator and I never worried once about anything in regards to the ceremony.     I got married here at the end of December and it was a fairy tale day. I have always dreamed of having my ceremony at The Heights and the experience surpassed my wildest dreams. Jennifer and Jill worked with me every step of the way and their years of experience were invaluable. This chapel is so near and dear to my heart.     I had my wedding ceremony on November 22, 2014 at The Heights chapel and it was an absolutely perfect place to have my wedding ceremony. I worked will Jill first to get everything set up and she was so sweet, supportive, and helpful. Once the wedding got close, Jennifer took over and was amazing! She was so sweet and kept everything in order and super organized. The bride’s room is beautiful and the groom’s room is great as well. The ceremony ran seamlessly. The chapel is lovely and can hold a lot of people. The Heights Chapel would be a perfect spot for anyone’s wedding ceremony and I would highly recommend it!

    Jill Wagnon is the most amazing Wedding Coordinator in town! Sure it helps that she works with the most wonderful church and staff in DFW. However, Jill held our hands from the beginning to the end and then even sent us messages of well wishing and blessings a month after our wedding. We owe a flawless wedding ceremony to Jill, Pastor John Wills and the Heights Baptist Chapel. The venue was beautiful and all was so well organized. The day was seamless. It was nice to not have to worry about anything and to be able to just focus on each other, our friends, family and God. Thank you, Jill, Pastor John Wills and the entire Heights Baptist staff that made our day unforgettable.

    Having my wedding at The Heights was SUCH a perfect experience for me and my (now) husband! The wedding coordinators I worked with were professional, detail-oriented, upbeat, and incredibly friendly! I've had several friends get married at different venues over the past few years, and one of their complaints has been working with the coordinators at those places. That being said, I am SO THANKFUL for Jennifer and Jill at The Heights! They were everything I could have hoped wedding coordinators would be for my special day. The space was beautiful and large enough for all my guests (which numbered around 280 people). Directions to the church were easy to follow, and it was only 10 minutes from our reception location. We were able to have our OWN pastor officiate the wedding and were able to personalize every aspect of the ceremony exactly as we wanted it. I could not have been happier with how our day turned out! Much thanks to The Heights staff for making our wedding day perfect in every way. :)

    Jill and team were phenomenal, a lot of help and made everything look beautiful. We could not have asked for a better wedding venue and was completely worth it. Also, the Pastor was awesome and really made it an even better day. He made everyone laugh and connected with us very well. Jill and her team also helped with the decorations and went above and beyond our expectations, A+++. We are very pleased with The Heights and will definitely recommend them to anyone that gets engaged in the future.

    I wouldn't have had my wedding ceremony at any other venue in Dallas. The entire experience working with The Heights was extremely pleasant and a blessing. Our coordinator, Jill, was accommodating from the beginning and all throughout the wedding day. The staff were very professional and helpful. They kept us on schedule and made sure everything went smoothly. As a bride I had nothing to worry about because I knew they were taking care of it. Jill, even went out of her "job description" to help with details of my wedding, from helping with last minute touch ups on the decor to touch ups with my gown & veil. They, truly, by far, were the best venue I worked with for my wedding.

    We would like to thank Jill Wagnon for all of her assistance prior to and on our beautiful wedding day!!! From the first time we met with Jill at the Heights Baptist Church, Jothish and I knew that it was the perfect ceremony site for us. The church is beautiful, the chapel is breathtaking and Jill helped us with all of the planning. She met with us a couple of times before the wedding, showed us props we could use (beautiful flower vases, candles, "Paul-John Wedding" sign outside church) and helped set-up our items on the day of the wedding (programs, pictures, guest book, gift box, water, granola bars). It is also important to mention that the church can easily be seen from the road and has ample parking. We had some out-of-town guests and we're even able to leave the buses in the parking lot during the ceremony.

    Jill also went through our wedding ceremony minute-by-minute with us, typed it out for us and ensured everything went according to this plan on the day of our wedding. We had no worries or concerns on our wedding day as we knew that Jill had everything in control. She is extremely perky, flexible and well-organized. In addition, the bridal room is spectacular for taking pictures and was spacious enough for everyone to get ready in.

    Our minister, John Wills, also did an excellent job and welcomed our pastors from other churches to be part of our ceremony and a guest pianist. We attended 3 short pre-marital sessions with John and they were very helpful to the both of us. We would also like to thank Tana from the Heights who also helped out with everything on the day of our wedding. It was truly a magical day for me and Jothish and we would recommend the Heights Baptist Church to any couple that is getting married in the near future.

    I HIGHLY recommend The Heights. The Bridal room is amazing, I even took my bridal portraits in the Chapel and in the bridal room (at no extra cost). The coordinators work with you every step of the way to make sure that your ceremony is perfect (and yes it was) and are very accommodating. If anything went wrong then I don't know about it because those ladies are the best. I worked with Jennifer and Jill but I'm sure they all are amazing. The Chapel is beautiful, it doesn't need much decorating. I honestly have no complaints.

    I have been to several events at the Heights chapel and knew it would be a beautiful chapel for our ceremony, even though it wasn't the original destination. After a hiccup at the country club, I freaked out and started looking online (I was planning from out of state) and contacted the Heights. I think Jill called me back the same day. She sent pictures prior to our visit and was timely and extremely organized and helpful. The bridal suite is amazing!! They were willing to work with us and let us bring our own decor in and allowed us to use some of their items as needed. Jill has a great system down for working with couples to accomplish the exact ceremony we desired. She helped me to think through some logistics with my unique family situation in a way that provided me ideas but allowed me to make my own decisions. For the rehearsal, she and her assistant both made me feel like it was my special day and they were able to corral all 19 of our total attendants. She keep things running smooth the day of and I didn't have to stress about anything. I would highly recommend both the chapel and the coordinators to anyone!

    We had such a great experience at the Heights for our wedding just a couple of weeks ago. I could not imagine anything going more smoothly. Jill, the wedding coordinator, did an amazing job of keeping everything running on time and helping everyone know where they needed to be. The chapel is beautiful, and actually had enough space to hold our large crowd. We could not have imagined a better place for our wedding!

    Jill, the coordinator at the Heights, made our wedding absolutely incredible! Our engagement was short, so I felt like I didn't have the bandwidth to plan out every second of the ceremony.... but Jill did! She literally learned the names of all our families (and they are big!) and planned out every. single. second. of the ceremony. I kind of want to go back to hang out at our venue just to be BFFs with her. She made our wedding day so special, so worry-free, and so HAPPY. I felt complete peace knowing that she was handling everything and getting every single person where they need to go. We love Jill!

    Aside from Jill, whom I could rave about for days, the site is absolutely incredible. The stained glass looks gorgeous in our pictures and the lighting is perfect. We went right next door to some 'brush' to take pictures and we look like we are in the middle of a forest, not in the middle of Plano!

    My husband and I were married at The Heights on December 28, 2013 and I really cannot say enough positive things about the church and the staff! The chapel is absolutely gorgeous. The stained glass windows provided a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony, and the candelabras and candles that the church provides were just perfect, since we were trying to save money on ceremony decor. Jill (main wedding coordinator) is awesome!! She is so organized and on the ball with every little detail of the ceremony. I told my parents that we didn't need to worry about anything on wedding day because Jill would have it under control! Also there on the wedding day was Jennifer (assistant coordinator) and a sound technician, who were both wonderful as well. I would strongly recommend The Heights Wedding Chapel to anyone I know who is getting married! This place was perfect.

    The staff here were wonderful! I initially contacted Jill, who was fantastic. My wedding planner was Faith. She did great, she was very supportive and helpful throughout the whole planning process and ceremony day! The facilities were great, all of our attendants and guests loved it!

    The Wedding Coordinators team at the Heights Wedding Chapel is thorough, professional, and focused on serving the happy couple. I know that most weddings have some hiccups, even a major problem, arise. Thanks to the hard work and respectful attitude of our Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator, there were no blunders in our wedding. Naturally, small problems arose, but all of them were dealt with efficiently before I knew about them. Our coordinator kept our large wedding party on task and on schedule, managed our late guests, and coordinated our reception flawlessly. All of this for a reasonable and affordable rate. They were easy to keep in touch with before the wedding, treated all our vendors well, and were firm but respectful when issues arose.

    We had our wedding ceremony at The Heights Baptist Church and it was a beautiful experience. We are not members and were able to bring in our own officiant. The church is beautiful with a very nice chapel. The groom & bridal suites are huge, clean, and nicely decorated.
    I had the pleasure of working with Jill & Faith throughout the process. They are both very responsive and caring. They were helpful in making sure that all the details of the ceremony are addressed and taken care of. It made the wedding day a lot less stressful and Faith was great at making sure that everything went smoothly. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you!!

    I had our wedding ceremony at the Heights Chapel and I absolutely loved it. They allow non-members to have weddings there, but the pricing is a little higher. They are competitive in their pricing... not cheap per say, but they aren't the most expensive option either. I immediately fell in love with the chapel. All of our guests RAVED about how beautiful it was. It was also a nice bonus they allowed us to use some of the decor items they already had on hand (candelabra's, a little table, etc) so I didn't have to provide those. The chapel didn't need much as far as decor since it was already so beautiful.

    Our wedding coordinator, Jennifer, was awesome. She was very prompt in responding and answering questions. Our pastor was so nice and, though we had just met him for the first time, really got a great feel for who we were and even pulled a few quotes/funny stories my husband and I told during our meetings.

    Last but not least...the bride's room/grooms room is AMAZING. The room is HUGE with an area to put on makeup, a pedestal with mirrors, and a private dressing area closed off by curtains and an attached bathroom. Even the grooms room was spacious and some others I saw were just a tiny room and that was that.

    I would DEFINITELY recommend the Heights chapel.

    My daughter was married at The Chapel at the Heights Baptist Church in Richardson last Friday night and it was amazing!! Better than I could ever have imagined! The Chapel has gorgeous stained glass and rich wood pews (seats 350); the bride's room is roomy, well-appointed, and meticulously maintained (as is the groom's room); the location has super easy access; but best of all is the caring, responsive, and professional team of wedding coordinators. Jill Wagnon, wedding events director, is terrific. She took her time giving us a full venue tour, patiently answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond in providing us additional helpful information even before we had committed to holding our ceremony at The Chapel. Jennifer Schleef was our wedding coordinator and she was a pro. Great communication, well-run rehearsal, and every detail looked after on wedding day! Perfection!! The Chapel at The Heights Baptist Church is THE place to get married!!! We give it a 10 out of 5 stars!!!

    The Heights Wedding chapel was breathtaking and amazing! From the moment we called and spoke with Jill she was positive, upbeat, professional and warm. She gave us all the information we needed and walked us through step by step. Gave us a tour and truly out did herself. Monthly she would update us and make sure we were on schedule. Each email was informative and warm. Tana who was our actual wedding coordinator met with us the week of and our day truly went on without a hitch. Tana was organized, sweet and got down to business. Rehearsal was smooth and on time! Our pastor who married us was sweet, funny and all of our guests raved about how beautiful our day was! Brides, don't miss out on this opportunity. Wonderful team to work with, breathtaking facility and they will truly make your day one to remember! :)

    I had been a long-time member of the Heights; so when I was about to get engaged, I absolutely knew that I had to get married in the Heights Chapel. So, I contacted my dear friend, Jill, and she was able to get us booked secretly (since we hadn't gotten engaged yet lol). Everything went perfectly! I only needed to meet with Jill once to go over the ceremony timeline, and she was very quickly answer my many emails. They recently remodeled parts of the chapel and brides room, and it looks fabulous! Very classy! Since we didn't have room in our budget for floral displays for the ceremony, Jill let us use some prearranged silk flowers that looked gorgeous! Overall, I was very pleased with everything and would definitely recommend The Heights Chapel for your wedding!!!

    The Heights Baptist church is the most AMAZING church that I’ve ever seen! My wedding was in May 2012, The Heights helped me to make my dream come true! It has the absolutely beautiful stained glass windows, the candles, the decoration flowers with the fabulous lighting, and a wonderful room only for bride! The appearance of the church is also really stunning where we took a lot of pictures with all the landscaping and beautiful weather! The most important is, the people working in the Heights are fabulous! I was sooooo lucky to have Jill as our wedding coordinator and John as our minister. Jill is INCREDIBLE and helpful. She knows everything I want and helped me to implement the details, run the rehearsal and arranged everything in the wedding day when I was all busy and panic. Our AWESOME minster John is very kind and caring. We had three meetings before the wedding and he was always nice. He remembered all the stories and gave us one of a kind wedding blessing which moved everyone in the wedding day. I can’t express enough thanks to the Heights and to Jill and John. Thank you all so much!

    This has to be the most beautiful wedding chapel that I have ever seen. We found it on wedding wire, went to visit and fell in love. It is so beautiful that we do not have to decorate at all. 4 AMAZING floor to ceiling stained glass windows, beautiful candlelabra's included. The price is very reasonable and we got a discount for using our own minister. They are soooo accomodating and they provide you with a wedding consultant for the church 1 month prior to your wedding so everything goes smoothly. The cost includes your music and lighting. It is AMAZING!

    UPDATE: My daughters wedding was last weekend (6/23/12) and I would not change a thing! It was absolutely AMAZING! Jennifer and her staff were outstanding! The chapel is stunning everything was perfect! The Heights Baptist church is UNBELIEVABLE!

    Our wedding here was awesome! We worked with Jill and she really followed through! It will be hard to find any info on this place they DO NOT advertise at all . However, you do not have to be a member and you don't have to use their pastor. I have nothing bad to say !

    We were married in the newly remodeled chapel and it is ABSOLUTELY beautiful!! It has 4 beautiful stained glass windows at the front of the chuch. We had originally ordered several flower arrangements for our ceremony before we knew we were going to have it at the Height and then we saw it and canceled all but one because it was just so simple yet stunning all by itself. The staff was wonderful and they have an entire Bride's room just for you and your family and frinds. No one else ever uses the room, only Brides! :)

    We loved working with Jill to plan our wedding ceremony at The Heights Wedding Chapel. The Chapel itself is beautiful with large stained glass windows behind the stage. Jill makes standard decorations (candelabras, flower arrangements, and bench bows) available which can help customize the Chapel, but save money on live floral arrangements. There is a beautiful piano on the stage and Jill connected us with a wonderful pianist, Amy, to play live music for our ceremony. It was a lovely touch for the day. Jill is very responsive, professional, and caring. She made sure we were aware of deadlines in the planning process and was willing to work with our limited schedule since we were planning a wedding from out of state (live in Seattle). For the rehearsal and day of, Jill and her assistant Jennifer ran the whole show! I didn't have to worry about any details because I knew they would have them already handled. I would highly recommend The Heights Wedding Chapel, especially because of the personnel.

    We loved having our ceremony at The Heights! Jill Wagnon is awesome to work with and made sure we had everything organized for our ceremony. Jennifer Burke was our coordinator and she walked us through the entire planning process. Our rehearsal and wedding day went smoothly; Jennifer made sure everyone had what they needed and were in place on time. My husband mentioned that the guys pocket squares were a little wrinkled and a few minutes later Jennifer came back with all 10 freshly ironed pocket squares. Little details like this made our experience at The Heights above and beyond our expectations. The chapel itself is beautiful and our photos from the ceremony look amazing. Our wedding day was amazing and the ceremony was exactly what we wanted. I cannot say enough good things about The Heights!

    We had our ceremony here and reception near by at a country club. The Heights is a wonderful venue gorgeous bride & groom rooms to get ready. Beautiful chapel! Jill was amazing returns your call or emails and just set my mind at ease with the ceremony. It went so amazing thanks to their help.

    Honestly we cannot be more thankful that we had the Heights Baptist Church as our ceremony venue! From the start, Jill's warm personality and attentive nature ensured that we would have everything we needed for the ceremony to go well. We were out of town for the majority of the time before our wedding, but she was great with telecommunications the whole time. The week before the wedding once we arrived in Texas, she had the entire ceremony laid out with everyone's names in the bridal party memorized, songs listed, etc. Dress rehearsal went very smoothly thanks to her wealth of experience, and the ceremony went exceptionally well! Right afterwards, she mailed off our marriage certificate for us, which is just a testament to how completely stress-free it was to have her as our coordinator. We absolutely recommend this church to everyone! Let's not forget, the church is absolutely gorgeous!

    We only used The Heights for our Ceremony venue but it was all done very nicely . Jill worked with our schedule and her schedule for both tours we took, the first was just myself and my parents then I took my husband (fiancé at time) to look at it in person at a later time. Jill was very easy to contact through both email and by phone and responded to any of our questions or concerns in a timely manner. Jill was very kind and personable through the whole thing while staying professional.

    The Heights Chapel was beautiful and our wedding coordinators were professional, energetic, and very responsive. The bride's and groom's rooms were gorgeous, clean and well lit. They were definitely the nicest dressing rooms I've seen in a church or any wedding venue. The pianist we hired was also very professional and learned new music for our ceremony, then played it beautifully. I had full confidence on the day of the wedding that Jill and her team were taking care of everything and I didn't need to worry about a thing. My only suggestion would be to lower the fee, as it was already rather expensive and we had a higher rate due to a holiday weekend. I would recommend the Heights for any bride looking for a beautiful venue that still has the atmosphere and the pews and stained glass windows of a church.

    The Heights has a very nice chapel for weddings, and fine accommodations for the wedding parties. We were able to have a brief reception in the church atrium for ~50 people - cake and catered light food; not a full dinner, as this was a noonish wedding. Everything went according to plan, and it was a fabulous day! I would recommend The Heights.

    The Heights Baptist Church in Richardson has a beautiful wedding chapel that is traditional while still feeling modern. We did not have to decorate very much at all and the wedding was still beautiful (they let us use the candles we saw in church one Sunday, and we also brought in some of our own stuff). After our ceremony planning meeting, I felt very confident that the coordinator knew what I wanted and would do a great job of making it happen, and she did! She was a little drill-sargeant-esque, but I was ok with that because it got the job done and made sure everyone knew what they were supposed to do at the rehearsal. I had a variety of different music selections, original songs and performers as well as recorded music, and they pulled it all off perfectly (and without hassle over all the different songs/mic and instrument setups). The lighting team did wonderful as well and everything went off without a hitch. I would definitely recommend it. It is priced competitevly, not cheap, but cheaper than some of the other ceremony sites I was considering. Very new and pretty and a nice building for people to drive up to as well.

    I am not a member of the Heights Baptist Church--and I think that is important, because sometimes churches are not receptive to 'outside brides'. They were professional, kind, and easy to work with. They provided a minister, and let my now-husband's childhood priest offer a blessing [huge deal--and not easy to find a church that would allow this]. The church is beautiful, and so are the women that preside over every aspect of your wedding. They want to make it perfect, and go above and beyond any other wedding planner than I have seen. I would highly recommend this church to a friend or family member. It was a great experience, and will always be a fond memory! Thank you for a wonderful wedding!

    Al and Darlene Flores were married In April at the Heights Chapel. It is a beautiful place and very big. There are great possibilities for decorations and music. Ours was a very simple wedding with no frills.

    You must be a member at The Heights before you can put your name on the list to get married there. The chapel is worth it. We also had our reception at the church which was very nice.
