Happy is the easiest caterer to work with! They made everything so fun and the food is AMAZING! So many of my guest have said it is the best wedding food they have had!! We love y'all!

Rehearsal Dinner

Happy Catering was wonderful! From the very beginning while looking for the perfect catering company, I knew once I talked to Holly that I had found the professionalism I needed. She was responsive, personable and quick to provide quotes.
The staff showed up early, knew what they were doing and provided a perfect dinner for our guests.
The food was incredible! The comments from our guests were abundant. Plenty of portions and enough for seconds.
Clean up was quick and effortless. I would use them again and again,

The best catering company!

Happy catering was excellent to work with. From the beginning to the wedding day, and after they were so responsive and attentive. If you are planning a wedding, you know how important responsiveness from vendors is, and they always responded to my questions in a timely manner. The food was absolutely delicious and the spread was beautiful. They even made a non-alcoholic spritz which was also so delicious.
I would definitely recommend them and if I need any catering needs in the future, they will be who I use.

Great Service and Delicious Meal

Happy Catering provided the Rehearsal Dinner for my grandson’s wedding last weekend. We couldn’t have asked for better service than was provided and communication and follow through was flawless! Holly was wonderful to work with and made some great suggestions that helped keep us within our budget. The meal was delicious and received many compliments. As the father of the bride, you want the celebration of your daughter's wedding to go well. From the food selections offered, to the set-up, to the serving, to the clean up, everything was exceptional. Fantastic Wedding Catering

We worked with Happy Catering for our wedding and could not be more thrilled with our decision. The whole process from start to finish was as easy as could be, from initial planning and tastings through the reception there was constant communication and great service. I can't say enough great things about them. The food, service, communication.. it was just all wonderful and far beyond our expectations. Guest were stopping me all night to tell me how delicious the food was and asking who we used. Holly reached out throughout the months leading up to the wedding to check in with us.. just phenomenal. Weddings are stressful, especially for the mom and the catering was just one thing I never had to think or stress about.. it was just all perfectly taken care of. 10 out of 10. Truly amazing. Book now!

Holly was amazing from start to finish; the one thing I did not stress over was the food because this company is so put together you don’t have to worry about a thing. To add it, the food was phenomenal. We were serve separately after cocktail hour and we could not get over how tasty our food was and how amazing the staff members were. I cannot recommend them enough: 10 stars!

Absolutely fantastic!!

We hired happy catering for our daughter’s wedding. From the first meeting Holly and her staff made us feel so at ease. Everything is so well organized and their menus are so extensive. Holly was a huge help in creating the perfect menu with a gluten free bride in mind! The food for the wedding far exceeded our expectations. The presentation was beautiful! No need for extra arrangements or decor! And the food was delicious!! All our guests (over 300!) have raved about how amazing the food tasted.
And during and after the event the staff from Happy never let an empty plate sit for even a moment and the clean up was just as efficient!
They even boxed up our leftovers (which we enjoyed the next day!!).
Overall I can’t say enough good things about Happy Catering. We have one more wedding in our future and we will definitely be hiring Happy Carering again!

Happy catering made me happy!

I got married in November and I would recommend Happy Catering to anyone. The food was fabulous. Holly is amazing and helped every step of the way because I had A LOT of questions. The day of the wedding, they executed everything perfectly. I am so blessed to have had such a wonderful experience with the company!

A wedding to remember

My Wife and I had Happy Catering for our wedding and they met every need that we needed. The servers were great with our guest, the food was spectacular and the private dinner my wife and I had was fantastic. Also Holly really came through for us all the way through the process. Holly was a joy to work with during the coordinating process. She is genuine, cheerful and communicative. On the day of our wedding, the Happy Catering Company staff were lovely. Amazing experience! Book them!

So easy so helpful everything was beautiful and delicious and guests RAVED. And I barely even realized anything had happened they were so efficient. They came and set up during pictures, they fed us a private dinner, then they cleaned up and handed us the leftovers in containers at the end of the night. What more could you want?!

Still eating leftovers

Holly at Happy Catering Co. was helpful during the whole process. We were able to do a tasting easily and decide on what we wanted on our menu. They provided us a plate of food after the ceremony and provided us with a go plate after the reception was over. They also let us have the leftovers, which we are still eating. I highly recommend them as our guests loved the food and no one went hungry!

Happy Catering was perfect for our brunch wedding!! The food was great and at a reasonable price. Our guests raved about the food!

One of the pre-wedding jitters I experienced was wondering, "is our food going to be good". Well that fear was completely squashed when we had multiple guests come up to us raving about the food at the reception! Holly was so easy to work with throughout the planning process and she offered us so many options to accommodate for my gluten free diet and she didn't skip a beat when I requested a s'mores bar for the reception. Happy Catering was completely reliable on our wedding day and their service was excellent -- and the food was delicious! I would 100% recommend Happy Catering for any event!

I knew for our wedding I wanted people to leave saying how great the band was and how great the food was! Happy helped us do just that. Holly helped my brunch theme come to life with the best pancake bar that is still being talked about. Not only was all the food delicious but the process was simple and Holly was always prompt with responses. They also helped with all of our bar services so it was nice to have a one stop shop for all food and drink. I would highly recommend Happy to any of my friends!

Yes, Fajitas for a wedding :-)

The fajita bar for my daughters wedding was enjoyed by all. The beef and chicken were favorably seasoned and the topping were displayed in the perfect fashion . We had many guest comment on how good the food was. The bar setup and cake cutting went on without a hitch. We couldn't be happier with the service and the delicious food. Thank you Happy Catering!

Excellent service

We chose Happy Catering for our sons Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Reception. The food was delicious, the honey glazed carrots a fan favorite! The beef tenderloin, out of this world. We had so many compliments both nights on the food and even had a friend call and ask us exactly what something was, they wanted to recreate at home. Holly was very sweet and patient working with us as we postponed due to the pandemic last year. Mrs. Josolyn kept everything rolling both nights from setup to clean up and everything in between she was on top of it all. She was such a great asset both nights. I’m so glad we chose Happy Catering everything was exactly perfect.

Great food, excellent service!

We so enjoyed our rehearsal dinner from The Happy Catering Company! Holly was fantastic and so easy to work with. The serve team we had was great, the food was outstanding. Crowd favorites were crispy crab cakes, Gouda Mac n cheese, bang bang chicken and chocolate mousse dessert shooters but everything was very tasty. With food being one of the most important parts of your wedding to get right, you won't go wrong with Happy Catering! From menu selection over a year out, through the night of the reception, Happy's staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The Happy is the best!!

My son and daughter in law were married in December 2020. They chose The Happy Catering Company and we couldn’t have been more pleased. From the very first meeting, we knew they were in good hands. They listened to what Bradley and Sarah wanted. They also asked them what some of their favorite foods were because their tastes and personalities would be taken into consideration. They also were very open to working within our budget. The food was delicious, it stayed hot, there was more than enough, and the waitstaff serving the food, the cakes, and servicing the bar were friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty to make everything perfect. Wonderful Job

The Happy Catering Company did an outstanding job catering my wedding and providing bar services. I purchased their cheese and fruit display to have during cocktail hour and their fajita bar action station for the main course. Their presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious. The Happy Catering Company was extremely easy and flexible to work with from day one. Holly was a joy to communicate with and she strived to meet my wedding day needs. I will definitely use Happy for all of my future catering needs.

Food That Won’t Disappoint!

Happy is hands down the BEST caterer I’ve ever worked with! The taste test was absolutely incredible and the food at the wedding tasted exactly how the first taste test did. Holly was a gem to work with. She responded to emails quickly, helped me make decisions, and was just so easy to work with. Everyone we met at Happy made us feel like part of their family! The flip from the ceremony to the reception was so fast. Literally 15 minutes and it looked amazing! I highly highly recommend Happy Catering for any function!

Tasty family friendly food

I had the most contact with Holly. And as a new and overwhelmed bride, she put my mind at ease with her patience. She even made sure to help me choose a menu with would be kid friendly, as I have a lot of sweet kiddos that attended the wedding.
My whole experience with Happy Catering was amazing. From the sweet staff at the office, to the staff members that worked the event. They were all so nice and professional. And the food was amazing. Good thing I have left overs!

Everyone loved the food!

Awesome food and service

We hired Happy Catering Co. for our daughter's wedding. From the very beginning, we felt special; they set up a private meal for us to try the menu and it was great. Holly was responsive, friendly, and helpful every time I reached out to them. When it came to the wedding, the reception ran extremely smooth and the food was GREAT. Many of the guests commented on how good it was. Also, the staff and servers that worked the reception were all smiling and friendly. I highly recommend this catering company for any type of event.

Best catering experience!

I have worked in catering and food service the past few years so I had fairly high expectations of food quality and service. Holly and the entire Happy Catering team put on an exceptional show during the entire planning process and wedding, even helping to serve our outside desserts we had brought on plates of their own. Our wedding guests are still complimenting our dinner buffet and we are always quick to mention that it was Happy Catering who did it! They are extremely responsive to emails and requests during the planning process and are very professional when it comes to budgeting and expectations. I was never afraid to voice my opinions and ask what they'd suggest because I trusted them completely. I would highly recommend them!

The perfect wedding caterer!

Happy Catering was so great to work with--plus the food is absolutely amazing! The swiss bacon dip and the mac and cheese bar were a huge hit at our wedding. All of the servers at the event were helpful and accommodating, and they packed us up a huge to-go bag to eat later that night since we didn't get a chance to eat at our wedding! Throughout the process, Happy was communicative and very easy to work with. They are also just great people! I would highly recommend them.

Beyond my expectations

Great Experience

We used this caterer for our 8.18.18 wedding and they exceeded our expectations. People are literally still talking about our food now almost a year later and I agree! The food was delicious! Best Food Ever

We LOVED our Happy Catering food and so did our guests. Two months later people are still raving about it! The price was more than reasonable and I love that we were able to supply our own bar- but use their bartenders. I highly encourage using them for ANY event!

Outstanding Experience!

We worked with Holly, who was professional, friendly, and courteous. Responses were prompt and the FOOD WAS DELICIOUS! She showed flexibility in providing options that were made without gluten, and some without dairy for those of our Rehearsal Dinner guests who had dietary restrictions. We were EXTREMELY PLEASED with the contact, the tasting, the people who brought and served the food and cleaned up, and, the food quality and quantity for the price. Well worth every penny! And the venue was outside of Birmingham (which some caterers wouldn't do). The whole experience was 6 out of 5 stars.

The best catering

What can I say about The Happy Catering Company but excellent!! We had so much food they out did themselves!! All of our guest raved about how yummy it all was!! I even requested an ice cream bar and they were able to provide beyond what I had asked! We even had leftovers for our parents to take and they fixed us plates after our ceremony and to go bags for after the reception!! They are awesome

Holly and team were wonderful to work with! The food was delicious and presentation beautiful! We got our cakes from a different vendor and they still brought their own serving dishes and cake stands and set the cake table up for us, even thought it wasn't theirs to do. They were fantastic.

Happy Catering company was the best decision when it came to catering for my wedding! Holly was fantastic through all of the wedding planning. She was very quick and attentive when it came to putting together a menu for us and setting up a tasting. The food at the tasting was delicious and the staff was excellent; answering all my questions and bringing up things I hadn't even thought about. When it came to the wedding day, everything went so smoothly. Normally it is hard to eat at your own wedding, but they set aside huge plates for each of us to eat before we were announced at the reception. The food was 100x better at the wedding than at the tasting (even though it was delicious at the tasting!). And then they sent us back to our hotel that night with so much food that we couldn't even finish it all! Would definitely recommend going with Happy Catering. They were very responsive and helpful during the whole process.

Holly and the whole Happy Catering crew worked with us so well and made our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception a dream! Happy Catering is the clear choice for catering in the Bham area. They catered our rehearsal dinner and our 5/19 wedding reception and all the food served was fantastic! Our rehearsal dinner was a more traditional dinner, while our reception was heavy hors d'oeuvres and stations, but both were sooo delicious. Their food set-up was beautiful, and all of the service staff was extremely friendly for both events. Our guests raved about how good all the food the whole next day after the wedding! It really is that good! Holly was our point of contact, and she was very timely with responses and flexible with last minute menu changes and guest counts. Happy Catering was one of our first vendor selections and they definitely were a wonderful choice. Make sure you include the bacon and swiss dip on your menu! You won't regret it! :)

We had heard through friends about Happy Catering but had never experienced their service personally before we began planning my wedding. From the time we first spoke with Holly at Happy Catering, I knew I was working with people who care. Our tasting experience cinched the deal, and from that point, Holly stayed in contact with me, answering every question and attending to every detail. Everyone we met with Happy was very accommodating and pleasant. Very responsive to our questions and addressed changes as needed. Food and service were excellent! Would definitely use them again. Wouldn't take the time to call anyone else!

Emails were answered quickly. Food was fantastic. The servers had everything set up on time and were so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend Happy Catering to anyone.

Holly, Bill and Robby were great! Holly was very responsive every time I tried to get in touch with her. Happy catered our rehearsal dinner and our wedding reception and the value was great! We trusted Holly and Bill in their recommendations, and then all we had to do was show up and everything was perfect! The bartenders were great with all of our guests, and the wait staff were willing to do whatever we needed them to do. We also added on 100 McDonalds cheeseburgers to be passed out at the end of the reception and Happy took care of heating them, unwrapping them and serving them on silver platters with no additional cost incurred to us. I recommend these friendly folks to anyone!

My husband and I was very impressed with Happy Catering's prices, the amount of food provided, their professionalism, how helpful and kind the Catering staff was, and most of all how awesome the food tasted. My consultant Holly was so helpful. Not only did she make sure we had a good selection of food. Holly provided referrals for other parts of the wedding. We are happy with our decision to choice Happy Catering!

What an incredible experience we have had with Happy Catering for our daughter's recent wedding. It was top notch from the very first meeting all the way to the cleanup. They were very professional, helpful, and went above and beyond in every respect. The food was superb and displayed so beautifully. Everyone commented on how good it was. I can not begin to thank them enough for making our daughter's wedding such an incredible event and a very memorable occasion.

Loved everything about Happy Catering! We worked with Holly and she made planning our reception so easy. She was kind and very knowledgeable and provided assistance with everything from food choices to plate selection. The food display at wedding reception was beautiful and our the food was fabulous! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I could not be more pleased with Happy Catering. This is the third wedding that they have helped us celebrate. They are so easy to work with. Their food is amazing. Their employees make everything run so smoothly that there's nothing for the wedding party to be concerned with .if I had another wedding to plan they would definitely be my number one choice. So therefore I recommend them to all my friends and family for whatever event they are planning. Thank you so much Happy Catering for making this last wedding just as wonderful as the other two.

I wish to write a brief review of our daughters wedding from a dad's perspective. Once you get asked that question by a fine young man, your thoughts turn to I want my daughter's day to be special. We looked at several venues and catering companies. Once we met Holly and the staff at Happy Catering our search ended. They listened to what we wanted, worked with us, reassured us and never once failed to deliver. We had the first wedding at Otter Creek Farm and I was impressed that "Happy" made site visits in advance. I knew they had provided service for up to four weddings simultaneously so I felt comfortable they could handle our reception even though it was at a distance from Birmingham (Ohatchee, Al). On the wedding day, we were blessed by the number of friends who joined us. Although it exceeded our count there was still enough food for all and a little left over. They exceeded my expectations and provided great value. I admire their professionalism, talent, and most of all their passion. I can not imagine a better group to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone.
