My daughter just had her wedding there on 5/3/25! HOLY MOLY!!! I don't even know where to begin. From Jason, to Sal to Joanna.....the staff was AMAZING. Attentive is not even giving them enough credit. They were the best. The food, from cocktail, to dinner to dessert was just incredible!!! All the guests were amazed and are still sending messages saying it was their best wedding they have ever been to! Hands down!! If you are looking for a place....The Grand is it!!!!!!

The best!
We had our wedding at The Grand and we truly could not have asked for a more perfect venue. From the moment we toured the space to the very last dance of the night, everything was absolutely seamless. We worked with Sal and he indeed became a part of our family!
The venue itself is stunning, elegant, timeless, and incredibly well-maintained. Our guests were blown away by the ambiance and attention to detail. Whether it was the gorgeous ballroom, the outdoor photo areas, or the beautiful lighting, every inch of The Grand made for an unforgettable setting. We are still also getting texts and calls about the delicious food!
What set The Grand apart, though, was the staff. They were professional, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day special. From coordinating with our vendors to keeping the timeline on track, they handled everything with grace and calm. We never had to worry about a thing.
If you are looking for a venue that is both elegant and stress-free, we cannot recommend The Grand enough. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and more, and The Grand played a huge role in that.

"Magical Day"
My son and Daughter-in-law were recently married at The Grand, October 26,2024. From the moment we drove up to the venue we were greeted with the utmost care and kindness. It was a beautiful sunny day but a little windy, The staff were concerned about the chilly wind and whisked us inside so we would be more comfortable. The Maitre d , loved his yellow tie! The bridal staff, the hostess staff, all that were involved were professional, attentive and overall amazing. It was truly a dream come true for the couple, their families and friends.The food was incredible, the atmosphere beautiful and overall a truly magical day! Best Day!!
We got married at The Grand on 9/7/24! Best day ever! We worked with Jason from the beginning to the very end. He answered any questions we had throughout the entire process. We fell in love with The Grand right from the beginning and we are so glad we were able to have our wedding there. We got married at a church and we made our way over to The Grand afterwards. We had some rain on and off throughout the day, but we were able to take some beautiful pictures in the bridal suite and in the gardens before cocktail hour. Our pictures came out absolutely beautiful! One of the things we loved about the venue was the cocktail room, such a timeless and classic look. We had our reception in the Crystal room, which was perfect for the amount of guests we had. The room is stunning! Our guests are still raving about the food and the venue overall! Everyone had such a great time! The service was excellent. We had Jerry and Dawid as our maître d’ and Ewelina was our bridal attendant. They were so helpful, attentive, and there for us throughout the entire night. We really had an amazing wedding day, everything went perfectly…. Now we want to go back to The Grand as guests!

Wedding 6.23.2024
My husband and I had our wedding at The Grand in June, and it was absolutely perfect. From day 1, we knew we made the right choice. We worked with Jason to plan our event, and he was extremely helpful and kind. He was very easy to get in touch with, always willing to answer any question or worries we may have, made a lot of helpful suggestions, and made sure we were completely happy with every decision we made. He is very professional and very detail oriented. It was all the little things that really helped make the big event come together. The food was incredible. Cocktail hour had a great variety of options and so so much food. Our guests are still telling us how impressed they were with everything. And the dinner was great, everything was cooked perfectly and the food was full of flavor. The dessert station was another part of the event that wowed the guests. The international coffee station, variety of small desserts, cheesecake, wedding cake and chocolate station were all great editions to the night. And then we ended the night with the diner send off station, with little pork roll sandwiches, burgers and fries. 100% worth it. Everyone we worked with on the day of, Sal, Manny and Sharol, helped make the day run smoothly. They were extremely attentive with us, assertive when they needed to keep the timeline on track and very kind and thoughtful throughout the whole event. A huge thing to me was how everything was timed perfectly. Guests had enough time to relax from cocktail hour before dinner was served, and before dessert was served. I feel like this helped everyone enjoy everything even more. The venue itself is beautiful. We had our ceremony outside. Everywhere you turn inside and outside is a great backdrop for a photo. We had our reception in the Grand Ballroom, but each room inside the venue offers a unique feel and works for so many different events. We hope to visit the Grand again in the future and recommend this venue to anyone looking to plan a wedding in the area! You will not be disappointed!

my experience was great
I had a lovely experience- it did not start out that way- but when issues started- Jason and Mark committed to making sure the process was good. My experience was so great and the day before - i was allowed to be in ball room for hours setting up my own things and the free reign Jason and Mark allowed us was appreciated - Each tome we provided requests or feedback we were obliged. One thing i will request - please clean the elevator- my entrance went viral on social media platforms and of course we did not notice on the day of- the glass was disgusting. It definitely should have been cleaned. Otherwise - my experience w the Grand was one that we will
never forget- we hope to use them again in the future. Other than the dirty elevator(glass) there was no stone unturned at the grand- the staff, the food, the cleaniliness and professionalism was a 10! And adrianna - my day of bridal assistance was the absolute best. She assisted me the entire day and she completely committed to being my assistant and was perfect. Thanks to the Grand!

We got married at the grand in April 2023. We had a wonderful experience through the whole planning process and on our wedding day. Jason, the manager was super responsive, and always answered us in less than 24 hours. They were also super accommodating for specific dietary restriction that we needed to follow the day of… something that many other wedding venues were not willing to accommodate.
On our wedding day, Sal and Joanna were super helpful and with us every step of the way. Highly recommend The Grand!

One word: INCREDIBLE . The staff, the food, the communication, everything was incredible. I had the pleasure of working with Jason since day one he was very attentive and understanding. It took two long years for this day to come and he kept communication down to the days after the wedding. The day of I worked with Mark and Cecilia they were both very patient with me. Cecilia was there every step of the way making sure I was always comfortable. Mark made sure my husbands glass was always full. The food was amazing, all my guest gave it a 10/10 the food did not run out. The entire experience was amazing and I wish we could do it all over again!

Loved every minute!
Just had our wedding on 06/04/2023. Working with Chris was so easy- he was so responsive throughout the whole thing. We were SO blown away at the packages given. Our cocktail hour was the biggest one anyone has been to- guests were able to go outdoors on the balcony and have food and drinks. People are RAVING. We worked with Chris as our coordinator, but day of we had Mark. Mark was amazing!! He made sure everything ran smoothly, and he was so calm and professional at all times. Mark was a rockstar day of. Chris also came to check up on us and was so helpful throughout the whole process. Shoutout to bridal attendant Kim also- there for us at all times and always asked what our favorites are or what else she can do for us. AMAZING 10/10.

The Grand was an absolute dream come true. From the moment I stepped into the Grand and was greeted by Jason, i knew this was the place that was going to make all my dreams a reality. Jason was AMAZING, he worked with us on every detail, was so friendly and down to earth and even checked in with us on multiple occasions during our wedding day. The level of organization and attentiveness is something i’ve never experienced until this wonderful place! Not only do our guests continue to rave about the food, cocktail hour, atmosphere and overall experience, they rave about how polite and attentive the staff was as well! If you’re looking for a venue to host your special day, look no further! They truly make you feel like you’re apart of the team and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Sal our Maître d' was heaven sent! He was attentive, always checking in and running around to ensure that everything went off without a hitch and I will forever be grateful for that! “What a party, you guys left no stone unturned. The place was decorated beautiful, the fireworks surrounding your dais were Gucci quality! The food from start to finish was delicious and the booze was top shelf. I went from a cocktail hour filled with shrimp, lobster, and oyster to a beautiful main ballroom where an artist painted a beautiful live portrait of the affair. Awesome menu too, there was something for everyone filet mignon, salmon you name it. Another hi-lite of the evening was when cousin Jose got that beautiful elegant violinist woman to play the Tito Puente ensemble wow! One things for sure it was most definitely the grooms side of the room that offered all the entertainment. Hahaha. I had a blast! I truly do not have enough words for this venue! From the moment we walked in and toured with Jason, we immediately fell in love!!! Not only was Jason & all the staff extremely attentive and always got back to me right away, they made sure my day went perfect. Our day was literally PERFECT! Not ONE hiccup that went wrong. The Grand is the BEST wedding venue. Our wedding was an absolute dream because of The Grand. We had an earlier ceremony & reception (11:30am start time) & everything The Grand dealt with went so smoothly. We worked with Jason from the very beginning & he really went above & beyond for us. I am Active Duty & got stationed in Virginia halfway through wedding planning & Jason was so so helpful. He was available for every phone call, question, & whenever our parents needed to swing by because we were unable to. Jason is such a kind man; he is beyond exceptional. On our wedding day, we had Sal as our maitre'd & he is also beyond exceptional. Any bumps or hiccups that may have happened during the day, we were unaware of it because of Sal's attention to detail & quickness. He made sure we were happy & well taken care of throughout the day. Sal was a highlight of our wedding day. Without Sal & Jason, our wedding day would not have been as remarkable as it was.
While The Grand is a beautiful venue with fantastic staff, its food is out of this world. We were so blown away at the spreads & quality of food. Many guests thought cocktail hour was the reception because of how grand it was. Our guests could not stop raving about their experience. We are so grateful for the grand & already thinking about what other events we can have there! We recommend The Grand a million times over to everyone. The Grand is the best, without a single doubt.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My fiancee and I were a Covid wedding and were forced to push our wedding date several times. Jason and The Grand staff was not only accommodating but extremely considerate of our situation. Jason was phenomenal, honest, understanding and transparent throughout the whole process. I wouldn't be surprised if this venue ends up being the premiere spot for a wedding in NJ! If you are looking to book The Grand for your big day DO IT! The Ultimate Wedding Venue
Where do I begin... The Grand is the ultimate package when it comes to wedding venues. We could not be happier with our experience.
We planned our whole wedding from across the country in California and Jason made the entire process incredibly easy. It was like we were local the entire time. Jason was around for the full event on the day of, making sure everything was moving smoothly and we had everything we needed. The rest of the staff also went above and beyond to ensure everyone was having the best time. Specifically, our bridal attendant, Celeste was absolutely amazing. She made sure we were taken care of all day long.
Our guests have repeatedly said our wedding was the best one they've ever been too. Some even said they were stuffed for days after the amount of food that was offered. The cocktail hour, the dinner, and the Viennese table far exceeded our expectations. And to top it all off, the staff packed up left overs for my wife and I to enjoy the next day. Which was exceptionally thoughtful as we were too busy to eat much during the actual day.
If you trust the Grand to host your wedding, you will not be disappointed. They truly understand what it means to organize and put on the perfect wedding. The facilities are breathtaking that there's so many places for photos. We would do it all over again if we could because it was so easy and enjoyable! Thank you to everyone at the Grand for giving us the most perfect day!

I got married here this past March of 2022. I have nothing but amazing things to say. First and foremost, if you have the chance you absolutely must meet/and or work with Sal. He was basically the equivalent of hiring a wedding planner and was available at any time to answer questions, give suggestions and went above and beyond to make our wedding special.
The venue itself is gorgeous, my niece still refers to our wedding as "the ball". And honestly because the venue itself was so lavish and beautiful we didn't have to stress about DIYs or decorations. We went with simple flower centerpieces and the room did the rest. The next most important thing to us was the food. It was delicious and there was so much variety! Also would highly recommend the Viennese room, amazing!
Planning a wedding was super stressful but The Grand and all the staff really worked with us along the way to customize things to our taste and meet our cultural needs for the event and actually delivered on all their promises. Can't say enough good things about this venue (and Sal) and neither could our guests!

Winter Wonderland Wedding
Our wedding on 12/4/21 was truly a wonderful and beautiful experience thanks to The Grand! Planning a wedding during the pandemic was not an easy thing to do, but Jason was so helpful in planning the wedding! The day of the wedding, Sal ensured everything ran smoothly if there was anything we needed he was there in a second! He even fixed my husband suit jacket when the button broke!
The cocktail hour was fantastic! The Grand even gave us our dream of having a Mashed Potato Station! There was so many good options and two rooms for our guests to enjoy! We got to pick out the design of our own ice sculpture! We were able to pick the color of the lights to match our Frozen Winter Themed Weddings!
The Grand went above and beyond for us and I can’t wait to have another event there!

Best Venue Ever!
Where do I begin? The minute I met Jason I knew I found my wedding venue. When my fiancé and I began searching for venues in August 2019 I was in crutches so walking wasn’t easy for me at the time. Jason took his time with me and my family and he showed us the entire venue making sure I was safe all around. After that meeting, we booked The Grand for October 2020.
COVID came and once we realized our October wedding wasn’t going to be what we envisioned, we decided to postpone to October 2021. Jason was ready with dates and MADE IT HAPPEN! He made the transition so easy and we were so surprised because we heard so many horror stories about other venues (NOT AT THE GRAND!) Throughout the year, Jason would call and ask how we were doing and kept us updated with everything we needed to know. He assured us that our wedding was going to happen.
Come October 17, 2021 our wedding day finally arrived and it was magical! Jason & Sal made sure everything ran smoothly and on time. They were fun and just as excited as we were. My entire family LOVED them! Julia was the best bridal attendant any bride can ask for! She made sure I was ok throughout the day and helped me with my dress, veil, etc. She also made sure my husband and I ate before our grand entrance! Everyone made the day as stress free as possible!
It’s been 2 months since my wedding and guests are still talking about it! The food was amazing, the venue was beautiful & the staff were excellent! The Grand made all my wedding dreams come true and I cannot thank them enough!

Wedding 11/14/21: We loved our entire experience at The Grand! We booked our day in January 2019 for May 2020 but COVID had other plans for us. General Manager Jason B. worked with us through several postponements until we were finally able to have it this past November 2021. The Grand never gave us a hard time about changing the date and went far beyond our expectations to ensure that we were happy through the entire process. Our guests absolutely loved the food, the service and the aesthetics of the venue. When we chose the venue in 2019, it was going through a transformation from its former name The Bethwood to The Grand and you have to see it in person to understand how beautiful it is. The entire facility looks brand new, because IT IS! The interior and the new garden is just under a year old at this point and newlyweds are going to be some of the first few couples to be married at what feels like a venue designed for the next generation in mind. One piece of advice I have for new couples is to have your DJ/MC increase the volume on the speakers when they get married. We had our ceremony outdoors and the water fall behind us muffled our vows quite a bit, to no fault of The Grand at all though. It was beautiful nonetheless but some of our guests couldn’t hear us. Thank you Grand for the most memorable wedding day and thank you Jason B. For the warmth, patience and friendship that you’ve provided us over the course of the last two years. We will always remember your kindness!

We worked with Sal at The Grand and he made every dream come true! This man answered every text and phone call I sent him and was always so helpful, kind, funny, and cheerful. We postponed our wedding from last year and he made the process a breeze.
The venue itself is absolutely GORGEOUS and such an absolute dream to get married at. From the outdoor ceremony space to the cocktail room to the grand ballroom, every space is something out of a fairytale. Marble floors, opulent chandeliers, just absolutely gorgeous and timeless.
One week after our wedding, we are still getting texts and calls about how amazing the food was. One guest described the cocktail hour as "Disneyworld for food". There were just so many options, and all were unique and incredible (even reheating the to-go boxes they made for us the next day since we missed much of it!). The dinners were also fabulous (we had either filet mignon, chicken, or salmon) and everyone loved them and is still talking about them. We also had a fun jack-o-lantern ice sculpture on display, courtesy of The Grand, and for fun, Sal threw a batman mask onto our suckling pig (it was a Halloween wedding and we really wanted to have some fun with it)
My day-of bridal attendant, Carolina, at The Grand was also so wonderful and kind. She was by my side for everything I could have ever needed, whether it was to help pin my veil or grab a glass of water (or run upstairs and grab some food from the cocktail hour for us haha). Such a lovely person

We were originally going to get married somewhere else but heard they were closing and needed to find a new venue. I am so glad we find The Grande. We spoke to Sal who was also our Matre D. He was answered all our questions and of course we were one of those weddings who were postponed twice. We lucky out with the weather so we can have an outdoor ceremony. They just remodeled our room we had our wedding in. Our guest still talk about the venue and the food. Also I was not expecting the bridal suite to have champagne and food. Also our bridal suite assistant Julia was great as well. She made sure I had everything and that my drink was always full.

I would re-marry my husband here!
We just had our wedding here on 10/9. We're still wondering if the day was real! Our guests raved that the space was gorgeous and the cocktail hour was one of the best they had. We thought wedding food would be just wedding food, but all the feedback we've been getting is how beautiful, extravagant and delicious things were. Jason Baldanza made our dreams come true and he gave us a great team of people to help us on the wedding day. Sal and Carolina were the dream team helping me, my husband and family to the point where my mother in law said she felt so special and well taken care of. Throughout the planning process, Jason always had a smile on his face making us feel very assured in a time of covid-uncertainty. The crew here are above and beyond professionals, so caring and considerate. As a business, they have put so much thought into everything, worth every single penny.

MUST HIRE! Absolutely AMAZING venue & employees
OMGG please go see this venue. I know there are countless beautiful venues, but Jason really sold us and we're grateful we booked here. From day one, we could tell that everyone at The Grand genuinely cares for each couple. We reached out to Jason countless times during COVID with concerns and he was always so reassuring/helpful. No matter how big or small the question was, Jason was always there. He made planning a wedding so less stressful because he created such trust with him and his staff. They seriously go above and beyond to make you happy!!!!! Day of we worked with Sal and Julia. They were both AMAZING. We didn't have anything to worry about the entire night. They were there to help us the entire night and were absolutely wonderful to work with. Our guests were in love with the venue (it's absolutely gorgeous), but couldn't believe how attentive, quick, and professional the staff was. We also did the grand entrance and it's totally worth it (the bride and groom are introduced in an elevator coming up from the floor). Everyone is still talking about the entrance, the grand, and how wonderful the staff is.

Do Not Sleep On This Venue.
We had our wedding in September 2021. Days later our guests are still talking about this event. The cocktail hour impressed everyone, it was not only a beautiful place, they also have delicious food. Jason at the grand was more than phenomenal!!! His great customer service and professionalism was the main reason why we chose the Grand. Him and his staff went above and beyond and did not disappoint. He was always available whether in person, email or phone call to answer any last minute questions and concerns We had. His staff especially Sal and Jasmine were the true definition of amazing and professional. Both were their by our side the whole night to make sure we were more than good. To help bring any food to our room or top off drinks or simply to say “hi are you ok” … all of our guests were amazed by the great service, the delicious food, the amazing drinks and most of all the beautiful venue and last but not least our grand entrance!!! What can we say, but WOW!!! The first moment we stepped into The Grand and met Chris we knew this was our venue! We booked our wedding for august of 2020 and were devastated when we had to postpone it, but Chris and Jason made it so easy! Fast Forward ro Aug 15, 2021 our day finally came!! We had our wedding at The Grand on 7/30/21. From start to finish Sal was amazing at helping us execute our vision. We originally were supposed to have our wedding in May of 2020 but we all know what happened then to put the kabosh on that! Fast forward, our wedding took off without a hitch and Sal and Jason made that possible. From the food to the outdoor tent (that was I might add was sooo beautiful) everyone was so impressed with everything. I would’ve NEVER wanted to have our special day anywhere else! Literally, everyone has told us that this was the BEST wedding they’ve ever been to and it’s because of the staff, beauty and experience that came along with the grand!
Chris, Jason and Sal were more than we could’ve imagined! They were extremely helpful, especially Jason! We wanted for nothing!
My husband is a chef and wanted to go in for a food tasting before booking. They were so open to it and even better, the food tasted just as amazing the day of our wedding!

I don’t even know where to begin, we booked 2 and half years ago ! When The Grand was still being remodeled and it has been our best decision! Since day one Jason was simply amazing, wonderful personality down to either. He made us feel calm and comfortable til our wedding ! The day of was EVEN more great, my bridal attended couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She was with me every second making sure I’m okay finding me in the crowd to just simply ask “Everything okay? Need a drink or anything?” She saved the day with bustling to un bustling my dress all night to make sure I was comfortable and had my train out for pictures. Cocktail hour, dinner and Venetian dessert DELICIOUS and AMAZING. Presentation and service was on point. We have no regrets!! Our main entrance made our whole wedding even better , everyone was shocked with the elevator!! It was Not expected can’t top that ! It's been more than three months since our wedding on 10/10/20 and guests are still gushing about how perfect everything was! From the superb service and attentiveness of the staff to the beautify of the venue and the food was just...WOW. We could not have been happier with our venue choice. We worked with Jason at The Grand for two years leading up to our wedding and he is just the best!! Jason was very responsive and accommodating and his guidance through Covid and the options and ways he handled everything, we could not have asked for more! And I have to shout-out Julie, our bridal attendant, she was beyond amazing! (she even packed us a full dinner for the hotel in case we got hungry!) Between Jason and Julie and the rest of the team at The Grand, it made for a magnificent wedding day! I recommend The Grand to anyone looking to get married in the area. Plus you get a lot of perks including shuttle to nearby hotel and vendor discounts (DJ, florists, etc.). I can't wait to hold another event at The Grand!!

My husband and I got married at Bethwood on 09/01/19. Choosing The Grand Bethwood as our wedding venue and Jason as our wedding coordinator was the best decision! Everything went very smoothly, beautifully, and the whole event was a complete hit! The event started on time, all the staff knew what they were doing, Jason, Sal and Larissa was on top of everything and it made the day so much better knowing that we didn’t have to worry about anything but having a great time. The cocktail hour and food are beyond delicious. I recommend The Grand Bethwood to everyone the venue is gorgeous, the outside space is stunning, no extra decoration is needed. Jason, Sal and Larissa are incredibly helpful, nice, polite, and they know what they’re doing! My wife and I recently got married at the Grand Bethwood. We had an absolutely wonderful ceremony and celebration here! The venue itself was gorgeous, clean, and spacious. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside in the stunning, new garden, but we had to move the ceremony inside to avoid a severe storm. We were able to quickly switch locations of the ceremony to inside, and our ceremony went smoothly inside. We then had our cocktail hour in a large, newly renovated room. The atmosphere of the room was excellent for the cocktail hour and was big enough to hold all our guests and the seemingly endless amounts of delicious cocktail hour delicacies. They even opened the outside terrace bar, which overlooks the garden, after the earlier storm had cleared. It was really nice to have access to the cocktail hour room and the terrace bar/garden during our cocktail hour. The reception hall was stunning. We were able to fit 16 tables, a full band, a DJ, and all of our guests still had more than enough room to dance all night. The staff at the Grand Bethwood were incredibly helpful and made sure we got everything we wanted. Our event planner, Jason, helped to coordinate our event and made sure our plan was followed through to perfection. He helped us pick out the best food for the cocktail hour, gave us stellar recommendations on how to organize our tables and flowers, and even made sure all the personal touches we wanted were included in our ceremony and reception. Sal and Julie were excellent maître des and made sure both my wife and I were well taken care of. The entire staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They showed our guests outstanding hospitality and made sure that the celebration went smoothly. Eric, the owner, was also extremely helpful in making our magical night a reality. We would HIGHLY recommend to everyone who is getting married to seriously consider this venue for their celebration!

I couldn't ask for more. The venue is beautiful, and Jason's team is amazing. Throughout the planning stages, Jason was extremely helpful in putting the wedding together, coordinating with other vendors, answering my questions, accommodating my requests etc. On the day of the wedding, everything went smoothly, and I was able to thoroughly enjoy my special day. The guests were given a warm welcome, the food was amazing, all the staff were kind, the reception hall was beautifully decorated... Further, the garden was beautiful and I was able to take pictures there. My husband and I are so thankful that we did not have to worry at all about any details, and all we did was enjoy! From the moment I step in and had the pleasure of meeting Jason I was already in love! Jason is the best he made everything and anything I wanted possible! Every question or concern I had was answered or taken care of! He made us feel so at home and everything did go as planned even my doggie bags :-) ..My guest loved the food and still are talking about the cocktail hour how much food was provided!! Again the food is amazing!! The deserts were a hit the drinks everything was amazing!! I would recommend the Bethwood a million times over they made my wedding a dream come true! They even have their own garden to take your pictures and don’t have to make any more stops! My wife and I just had our wedding at the Bethwood and it went as wonderfully as we ever could have hoped. We absolutely loved it! We were on a relatively tight budget compared to other weddings, and the Bethwood was a steal for all they were offering. Steve Ranieri was there to help us every step of the way and made everything so much easier and we highly recommend him. He has been in this business for many years, and his experience shows. My wife and I were free to enjoy the day as he worked with everyone behind the scenes with great patience and leadership. The coordination with our DJ, photographer, videographer, pastor, and guests was like a well-oiled machine. The garden area outside gave us opportunity for amazing photos in a portion of New Jersey that it is normally hard to get away from streetwires and highways. The food the whole time was also very good with a vegetarian option. The Bethwood also invites clients to bring some friends and family to try the food at their weekly Sunday brunch at no cost other than tip.

If I could give The Bethwood 1000 stars I would. My Husband and I were looking for a place to have both the ceremony and the reception. Every place that we looked at told us it would be in the same room, we didn't like that idea. Then we stumbled upon the Bethwood in our searches and it looked like they had a separate area for the ceremony and they did. I feel in love with the entire venue as did my husband. We worked with Jason and he is by far the best person I have met when it comes to venues. He answers all of my emails and phone calls and we talk to each other like we have known each other for years, which made this process so much less stressful. He was there with us every second for the day of the wedding. He was there when I got out of the limo to cleaning up afterwards. He made me less stress the day of. Everything was how we imagined our dream wedding to be. We were in love. Jason did an outstanding job and be back to have many more occasions there. Especially with him!!!

There is absolutely NOTHING bad I can say about The Bethwood. Sure, in the beginning two of managers ended up quitting and we got the run around, but once we landed Steve Goodman - that was it! He was absolutely amazing! Every single thing we wanted, he gave. Even things my husband and I didn't think of, he had it! He was always available for us - phone, email, whatever! We had BP members from out of state, and he allowed us to come in and look at our rooms whenever we wanted, without any fuss. The food was better than delicious, our Maitre D - Dominic - was a GODSEND, and, since we got ready there, the help we had was so focused and brought us anything we needed. I would go back to The Bethwood for EVERYTHING. Any parties from now on will be held there!
Not to mention, the price was unbeatable!!

The goal of any couple is to enjoy your day and not worry about details. The Bethwood makes that happen. There were some snafus with 2 different guests at our wedding. I seriously didn't blink and it was handled. The Bethwood is comparable in price to other places but you will not find the attention to detail and professionalism anywhere else. They are just amazing. If you want a worry free fun wedding I highly recommend The Bethwood.

I don't even know where to begin! From the very first appointment with the Bethwood staff, my husband and I fell in love. We were treated like royalty and Jason and all of the staff have now become part of our family. We had the absolute "dream team" on the day of our wedding- Jason, Captain Carlos, and Joanna. They guided us through every step of the way, from the first appointment, to picking things up the morning after. We sat in awe during dinner and just watched everything that was going on and tried to soak it all in. It was the most magical, amazing day. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed- anything and everything that we hinted at or could have asked for was there the day of our wedding. I had what I thought were a lot of "silly questions" but Jason never flinched. He was very patient, kind, and helpful. He always responded with "not a problem" or "I'll figure it out." He even found a way to give us a "Smores Bar for dessert!" When I had a concern about lighting or decor that was in the room when we took our tour but was no longer there as we got closer to our big day, he had different décor/lightning reinstalled for me for the night of our wedding- all at no cost to me. Most importantly the entire Bethwood staff (no matter who you work with) makes you feel apart of the family, they are always looking out for you and your guests. They are very sweet, helpful, and are always willing to respond to calls & emails within 1-2 days, if not hours. We still have guests telling us how wonderful the food was, how amazing all of the staff were, and what an unforgettable time they had! We cannot wait to go back and visit! We definitely HIGHLY recommend The Bethwood to everyone who would like to have their fairy-tale ever after wedding (in a castle type building too!) Just had our 140 person wedding at the Bethwood on April 30, 2016. I couldn't wait to write a review because our night was perfect. The staff at the Bethwood made us feel like a king and queen. (Our maitre'd was Todd). Even though there are other events going on - we never saw anyone else - and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. The food was spectacular and all drinks were heavy pours. It speaks to the quality of the Bethwood that all guests were happy at all times - smiles all night. They did not rush us out at 11pm and let us take our time saying goodbyes and changing clothes.
We worked with Steve, the general manager, to plan the wedding. THE BEST. He was always quick to respond to an e-mail and he made us feel anything was possible - my bride wanted some small changes to menu/cake and he did them all at no extra cost. I can't even imagine what better service would be like.

As a same sex couple we were nervous about how we would be treated by a vendor. Those fears were alleviated when we first met with the staff. We were given a tour and arrangements were made for us to bring four friends to have a complimentary Sunday buffet. We had a very easy time planning the event. Domenick was available for any questions we had leading up to the event. We used our own baker for our cake and pies. The cost of cake or Venetian platter is included with a package. We had a friend who wanted to do it for us. We had our wedding at the venue and it was wonderful. The chapel and banquet room were blank canvases and we were given control over how we wanted to decorate. It was a wonderful experience.

My husband and I can't begin to thank The Bethwood enough for making our wedding a night to remember! From our initial visit Steve Goodman answered all my questions and helped us plan a gorgeous, affordable wedding. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at the Bethwood and our guests had a wonderful time. Our Maitre'd Dominic was wonderful, he was there on the rehearsal day and our wedding day and the service was impeccable! The food was delicious ~ we still receive compliments from our guests on the quality and the amount of food served during both the cocktail hour and reception. The Bethwood exceeded our expectations in everyway... We are so happy we decided to have our wedding at the Bethwood.

We couldn't be happier with our experience with the Bethwood. My new husband and I spent many nights of our honeymoon reflecting on how wonderful this venue was and how it was definitely the right choice for us! Not only was it very affordable, but it was top notch in every aspect. They have been doing weddings for decades and YOU CAN TELL based on the level of service you get from them. Manager Steve Goodman has been our co-pilot since the first day we booked with the Bethwood. He helped with every detail and provided excellent customer service. He even stepped in the day of the wedding to help with a last minute emergency (nothing to do with the venue - but one of our vendors), he made some calls and saved the day! The food is delicious but even more appetizing was the amazing garden which made for fantastic wedding photos. Our pictures are beautiful and our guests were very happy. We got many compliments about how delicious the food was and how friendly and kind the staff was as well. If you want first class service book with the Bethwood - you won't regret it! They also have an awesome castle feel, which makes you feel like a princess! A++++++ experience. THANKS BETHWOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jason from the Bethwood is your go to guy when it comes to picking the best venue for a wedding. From the start Jason was very attentive and patient. He has the answers to all of your questions and even when we postponed our wedding he assisted us in easing the planning once again for our special day, three years later! The grounds of the Bethwood are beautiful and it allows for you to take pictures in multiple areas without having to leave and worry about transportation back and forth to various locations for picture taking. According to the guests, the food during the cocktail hour was plentiful and filling (We were busy taking pictures so we didn't get to see any of this). They help coordinate everything the day off so that you can enjoy the party without having to stress over so many of the details. We were very satisfied with our experience here and would highly recommend it to other couples!

Jason was so great to work with from day 1 - he really made our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. The attention to detail and the overall service not only to us but for our guests was above and beyond anything we expected. We got married in the front gardens and had our cocktail hour in Pueblo and reception in Seville. It was important to us to separate the cocktail hour room and reception room and Jason was very accommodating and flexible to make this happen. The food was amazing both at the cocktail hour and in the reception. I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else - Jason and his staff made this the best day of our lives!

The Bethwood is a beautiful place to have a wedding. My sister had her wedding in the summer time at the Bethwood and the garden was beautiful to take pictures in. My wedding on the other hand was during the winter and my pictures came out beautiful with the snow. The pricing was great, the service was great. They were very professional. First: Jason B., our guide throughout this entire process, is probably my favorite human being on the planet (after my new husband, of course). He was so helpful throughout every step. He made a lot of the planning easy & fun. We felt like he went above & beyond to accommodate every detail we requested. Pretty much everything we asked about was met with "not a problem" or "I'll figure it out." And very importantly, he responded to calls & emails within 1-2 days, if not hours. At our wedding we didn't have to worry about remembering anything, he guided us & the bridal party every step of the way. And at the reception he even took us over to the buffet & put food on the plates for us!
The food was amazing. They accommodated so many food requests to allow us to have a half vegetarian wedding.
The staff set up all the tables for us & we had a lot of stuff! After the wedding was over they packed up all our stuff! And let us pick up every thing I'm the morning.
We truly didn't have to worry about anything at our wedding. And it was really affordable as well! Everyone had a great time.
My only negative review would be that the cake didn't hold up very well and some flowers were falling off by cutting time.
All of the wait staff was very friendly & helpful.
We loved every minute of working with and celebrating at The Bethwood!!!

My husband and i cannot say enough good things about the Bethwood. We recently had our wedding there and we are more than convinced that we made the right decision when we signed that contract. Even though we walked into the Bethwood without an appointment, the one lady at the office was able to get us to talk to a very kind man named Steve Goodman. Steve was extremely nice, he showed us the facilities, he gave us different options and explained pricing in detail (not to mention that he was very funny) . Other people worth mentioning due to their kindness and professionalism are Jason and Carlos who were there to make our ceremony and reception truly unforgettable. I also like to mention that the pricing was very reasonable considering everything that it included (cake, food, beverages, ice sculpture, chair bows, free night at a local hotel and much more). In conclusion, we fell in love with the Bethwood not only because of the extremely kind staff, beautiful facilities and the reasonable pricing but also because they truly made us feel like king and queen for a night. My husband and i absolutely made the best decision by booking our wedding at the Bethwood.

The Bethwood in my opinion is one of the best venues out there! Great spacious rooms (plenty of options), friendly staff, great follow up and the way things went the day of the wedding! Our Maitre'D - Jason, was great starting from working with us on getting everything ready and being extremely helpful during the wedding day. So carefully organized throughout the evening, timeline was followed precisely.
This review can go on forever about how great that place is...it truly is amazing and my husband and I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

My husband and I ended up traveling a bit to keep all our appointments for The Bethwood because we were that impressed with their food, the grounds, and the value of booking a wedding there. We tried their food not only at a bridal show, but also at a Sunday brunch that Jason Baldanza invited us to, and that was such a winning factor. All the food was delicious, from the steak to the Asian dishes. You get a huge variety of food at the cocktail hour in The Bethwood. We also got to wander around the grounds and rooms during the bridal show and loved the castle-like look of it. All hallways and small rooms match the elegance of the ballrooms. A final factor that really helped us make our decision was the lovely chapel. Since we got married in July, we did not want to risk the heat of an outdoor wedding, so we really needed to find a place with a nice room for the ceremony. Many other wedding venues use the same reception room for the ceremony if you do not want an outdoor ceremony. The chapel in The Bethwood has beautiful decoration and light-flooded windows that turned out great in photographs. It was nice the day of to walk down the stairs from the ceremony to the cocktail hour; different location for different part of the evening.
We did all our planning with Jason Baldanza and he was extremely organized and helpful in straightening out details we wouldn't have even thought to ask about. He breaks up planning into several appointments over the months and has an agenda for each day. He really allowed us to make decisions about all details, yet was ready with his advice when we weren't sure. I would always bring a list of questions for each appointment because I wanted to cover everything, and usually he would have addressed my questions before I even had a chance to ask. I thought that choosing food would be an overwhelming process, but it really was easy as he helped us through the courses. The day of, everything was perfect!

The Bethwood's experience as an event venue makes them a very valuable resource and partner when planning an event. I had my wedding at the Bethwood and it was the most amazing and perfect experience. Everything was top notch. Jason Baldanza was a major contributor to the success of my wedding - I would not have changed a thing. I bombarded Jason with emails and calls and he answered every single question I had, gave me great advice and brought up important aspects I hadn't thought of and would have completely overlooked. Everything about the Bethwood is amazing and wonderful - each room is elegant, tastefully decorated and extremely well maintained - they only additional decoration I brought were my centerpieces, which was not only convenient but also economical; the rooms vary in size making the Bethwood perfect for ANY size and type of event; they have an abundance of private suites, each in a different style to accommodate anyone's and everyone's style preference; the staff are extremely helpful, responsive and friendly - the Bethwood really has cultivated an outstanding group of people - throughout my wedding they attended to every guest with such extreme promptness I received at least 10 comments on how great they were throughout the night; the food is DELICIOUS - any doubts or questions can be easily answered/resolved by attending one of their Sunday brunches that will blow you away. My sister-in-law had her wedding at the Bethwood and it was just as perfect - so their excellent is not a fluke but the standard. I have and will always recommend the Bethwood to anyone looking to host an event at a venue that does EVERYTHING well and exceeds even the highest expectations!

We used The Bethwood for both our ceremony and our reception and I am so glad we did. Our Maitre D was Steve R. He is a great guy to work with and he was always available to work with us. He was extremely patient and did everything he could to get what we wanted.
My bridesmaids and I arrived at The Bethwood at 10AM to get ready. We had a preparation room to ourselves all day and it was perfect for getting ready.
One really nice thing about The Bethwood’s ceremony options is that they provide both and indoor and outdoor venue when you book them, which was necessary for us. On my wedding day, it rained off and on all day, so they strongly encouraged me to move indoors. Once everyone was inside the chapel and our flowers were in place, the chapel was better than perfect. After our wedding, the weather cleared up and we moved into the beautiful gardens for pictures.
As for the reception, we chose the Madrid room because the room for the cocktail hour actually overlooks the gardens. While we didn't get a chance to make it to the cocktail hour, everyone said that there was so much great food that they thought it was the dinner (which was 4 amazing courses still to come).
When we were done with photos, we retired to the prep room from earlier. It was so nice because they brought up some of the food from the cocktail hour and had a bottle of champagne waiting for us. My husband and I were able to relax for a few minutes before we joined our guests.
Steve coordinated the rest of the night - he told us how to line up, where to go; how to cut the cake, when to throw the bouquet and garter. He took care of everything. We would have been lost without him.
To sum up: The Bethwood is gorgeous, their food is absolutely delicious and there is a lot of it. And the people working at The Bethwood know exactly what they're doing. Our wedding day went smoothly because the staff is awesome.

I am the mother of the bride. The Bethwood was a very resonable price but the best part was the service and the food.
andAs soon as we arrived the cocktail hour started and our guest raved about the food and service; it was like a million dollar event. The room for the ceremony was so well decorated,they got everything perfect ;I was so pleased. The bridal room had food drinks and a person was assigened just to this room and she was a doll. The wedding group was instructed how to come into the party and the did well. Now the reception was banging!!!!The food was absolutely fabulous and the service was excellent; the waiters were attentive to our every need
All I can say is if you are looking for an excellent place to hold a wedding or any occasion this is the place. Too bad the reviews ony go to 5 because this place is a 10. This was a bargain for what we got a champagne place on beer money

I couldn't have been happier with the Bethwood on my wedding day and the year before it. I worked with Steve Goodman from day one, and I loved this guy! He gave us an amazing deal, top notch service and was open and so accommodating to any changes and additions that's wanted on my wedding day. The buffet dinner option that we choose was ridiculous, our family and friends are still gusting about the food a month later (especially the creamy pumpkin bisque soup). I was a crazy DIY bride and had al lot to set up in our room, and Steve was awesome enough to let me come the week of the wedding and help set everything up so I have my mind at ease that everything was the way I wanted it to be. I would get married there over and over again.

If you want amazing quality for your wedding budget, this is the place. My husband and I were impressed with their service from the start—our coordinator, Steve Ranieri, was just so professional. We wanted to be married in the outside garden, and were reassured that the indoor “just in case” room would be available in the event of any last-minute weather issues. For the same price that other NYC-area venues wanted for a Sunday brunch with a limited bar, we got a three-course meal, crazy bountiful cocktail hour and full open bar. Steven responded to my random questions so quickly, and the answer was always that the idea (signature cocktails, practice time on the dance floor, etc.) was easily arranged. He, and The Bethwood, made planning the wedding so easy. On the night of, all our guests were impressed. Steve kept everything running like clockwork, which was no easy feat with our large bridal party of 19. All of our other vendors said The Bethwood was easy to work with, in arranging deliveries and setup. The food was delicious (get the Chicken Monterey at brunch—it’s so tasty!), so much so that a large contingent went back the next day for brunch. I’m so glad we discovered this place.

The Bethwood was fantastic! We worked with Steve Goodman throughout the planning process and Dominic was our Maitre D. Both were very supportive and helpful throughout everything! I highly recommend anyone to work with Steve and Dominic. The Bethwood had great food and great prices! All of our guests keep telling us they loved the cocktail hour and the dinner!

The Bethwood and its staff are absolutely wonderful! We got paired with Dominick Leone and he really made sure we had a great time. Neither I nor my husband had to ask for another drink as he always had one waiting (along with a water to make sure we didn't get wrecked). He made sure we ate. He was organzed and kept the vendos organized too, at one point takintg charge when he saw the photographers not taking enough pictures. Dominick was so nice he stopped my Dad from carrying out a gift to the car at the end of the night. "Oh no Mr. Carrollo, I get that" were his exact words. The staff was very attentive and polite to all my guest. Everyone was very professional. Then there was the food!! Oh my goodness! I have never had better duck in my life before! All my guests were raving about the food for weeks to come afterwards. The Bethwood really sets the bar high when it comes to quailty and taste. Our cake was beaustiful too! The building itself and the surrounding gardens are meticulously pruned. Even though we took pictures in a nearby location prior to the reception we took more great shots in the gardens. The garden is so pretty you will walk around getting ideas for picture after picture. The bathrooms are well maintained all night; never once did i see a piece of trash on the floor, overflowing waste cans, or wet counters. The staff does a great job keeping everything nice all night as many guests use the facilities. If I were to plan everything all over again I would absolutely choose The Bethwood as my venue. You really get the most value for your dollar. Steve Goodman, Dominick, and their teams make your night really special just as it should be. Thank you Bethwood team for giving us a really great night!

From the moment we walked in the first time to discuss our plans and get a proposal, throughout the entire wedding planning process, the Wedding Day itself and even after the wedding, we felt like at home and were taken care of as if we were "family". Mr. Goodman, with whom we had the pleasure to work with throught this whole time, was absolutely wonderful and made sure that every detail of our special day was addressed and taken care of. The Wedding turned out to be so fabulous and if I were to do it all over again, I would turn to Bethwood again in half a heartbeat.

We are a couple on a budget, paying for our wedding by ourselves. The Bethwood was willing to work with us, and we are so happy we choose to have our big day. They first offer you a free tasting for 6 people before you even book your service to taste their food at their Sunday Brunch. We were sold because their food was not only delicious, but we loved the look of the rooms and the service. The outside grounds have a beautiful garden area, where we planned on having our ceremony. Of course rain put a damper on our plans, but The Bethwood has an indoor chapel that is very nice so we were very pleased. Some places do not have this option, so we were very happy that if we couldn't have the garden wedding was had an equally pretty Plan B.
The food was delicious, and we received many compliments about the cocktail hour and dinner courses. They even made us a very unique ice sculpture and my wedding cake was exactly what I imagined it would look like.
I found The Bethwood to be very accommodating and we can't wait to go there for brunch our one year anniversary!

The best place for a wedding!!! They did absolutely everything including my cake!!! I was stress free about everything. I knew that I was in good hands. They had everything set up on time and it couldn't have been more beautiful. They made sure everything ran on time and kept everything smooth. I am still getting compliments on everything. I will be referring everyone over to this venue.

The Bethwood truly helped make my wedding an absolutely perfect day! The outdoor ceremony in the garden was so beautiful, and the reception in the Seville Room was lovely. I received so many compliments from my guests on the beautiful setting, the delicious food, and the wonderful staff.
Our maitre d' Steve Ranieri was such a pleasure to work with. He really went above and beyond our expectations to ensure that our day was perfect. He was always very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process and made us feel so at ease that everything would go just as we hoped. I am being completely honest in saying that I am not aware of a single thing that went wrong the day of the wedding, and if it did, he handled it smoothly and efficiently before I even had time to worry about it.
I highly recommend this venue!

All I can say is that if you don't have Steve Goodman on yourside you will be lost. We love this man. He looked out for our best interest and even upgraded us because there was availability. Now I know what he means by we are part of the Bethwood Family. Because this is exactly what he is. Regardless of my craziness and added items for our tables. We were blessed to have this very patient man on our side. He is a beautiful person and will do all he can to take care of us.

The Bethwood is BEAUTIFUL. The castle - like appearance, the flags, the gazebo, the gardens - and very reasonably priced. And I should know, I visited SO MANY reception hals before commiting to The Bethwood. I'm really happy with my choice.
I'm also happy with my matre'd : Jason Baldanza. He worked with me for years while planning this wedding and had all the odds and ends a stressed out bride might forget, like the mailbox for gift envelopes, printed menus, etc.
He worked out deals for us that made our dream wedding reality. We had ice scultures at the cocktail hour, a vienese dessert table, an international coffee table, a raw bar, etc. We were able to treat our guests to an amazing night with Jason's help.
Always responsive, always available to chat. I stopped into the Bethwood many times with no appointment and even while he was working events, had time to speak to me.
They food at the wedding was great. My brother in law in a chef and he loved the fresh sea food at the raw bar and the steak for dinner. There's no higher mark of quality than pleasing a professional chef!
Jason was attentive the entire wedding and we couldn't have orchestrated this event without him.
I'm so pleased with The Bethwood and will cherish the memories of my wonderful wedding!

Jason Baldanza and the whole staff at The Bethwood made our WHOLE DAY amazing.
From the minute we reviewed what they had to offer until even after our wedding day.. we were treated not only like royalty, but like family.
We had toured about 5 other facilities and when we came to The Bethwood, the others failed in comparison. Not only were we treated like a king and queen but their food is amazing, their grounds are gorgeous and have tons of opportunities for plenty of pictures. We were able to choose on the same day if we wanted to get married inside or outside, depending on the weather and I gotta tell you that was a huge relief.
All our guests thought that any staff member hey interacted with treated them very well. I mean this venue has everything you could need or want and an impeccable Sunday brunch to boot.

The perfect venue for the perfect wedding. The Bethwood is an absolutely gorgeous place. Their gardens are breathtaking and the perfect setting for any event. My wedding was a huge hit in this castle and the food and service were perfect. My guests are still talking about it. Dominic was very professional and helpful. He made our night that more special.

This is like finding the castle from Cinderella in real life. The staff makes you feel like Royalty. The parking is Phenomenal. The food was Delicious. The service was Magnificent. The Bethwood is a premier venue for Receptions! So many beautiful photo shots were taken at this venue inside the Spanish castle style building and on thier outside gardens. If you are able to get Assistant Manager Jason Baldanza to work on your venue please do! I loved working with Jason as he has gone above and beyond to put to rest my fears. This was a distance Wedding and Reception for us as we lived in Orlando and our venues were in NJ. Jason worked with us remotely through menu selection, cake designs, coordinating vendors, and even collected Wedding items to store it for us 3 weeks before the event! We had a great Reception thanks to the outstanding staff and the guidance provided by Jason! The venue was elegant, food was top notch, and the professionalism of the staff was second to none. The Bethwood is definately 5 stars - if there were more stars available I would give more. ******* Thank you Bethwood!!!

Jason was the manager I first worked with and luckily he was our maitre'd as well. He did a superlative job. All my guests and parents were so impressed. Everybody said that they enjoyed themselves tremendously on our wedding day - this was exactly what I was hoping to hear! Jason and his staff made it so easy to relax and just let the day unfold. Everything went so smoothly. I'm very satisfied with our experience and would recommend the Bethwood to anyone. Plus, the outdoor gardens definitely are important part of what made me want to have the wedding at the Bethwood - my pictures were gorgeous.

the staff at bethwood was great. the food and the setting was "out of this world". the chapel was decorated beautifully......my out of town guests was "awed" and speechless.
i became frustarted wiith my appoin ed guy, he apologzed and allowedd me to speak with his manager.
afterwards, my appointed guy and I realized that i was becoeing overwhelmed. he assured me all would be fine and we continued to work togethre.
at the end of the night, i must say my appointed guy was awesome. he made sure that i was happy and needed nothing. he did the same for my bubby. i love the bethwood and ejoiyed working with my appointed guy "dominique"

The Bethwood was amazing. Jason was so good to us from the moment he gave us a tour of the place in the beginning, right down to the moment we were cleaning up after our wedding. He went above and beyond to make us happy and on our wedding day, was very attentive. All of our friends and family raved about the Bethwood and how beautiful our wedding was, as well as how incredible the service and food was! We would highly recommend the bethwood to everyone. Outstanding!! Everyone cant stop talking about how beautiful everything was. The food was out of this world! Everything came out perfect! My maitre D, Jason was off the hook! One of the nicest and helpful Maitre'd you could ever want. He actually drove to the hotel after the reception to drop off a purse any my veil that we forgot and refused a tip!
