Our stay at the Grand Hotel was outstanding!!! Kathryn went above and beyond to meet our every need. She even upgraded us to the Presidential Suite (since she knew we would need a lot of room to get ready for the wedding) for no extra charge!!! Wonderful service, fantastic suites...highly recommended!!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Katie Grace! She was always so helpful and made everything a breeze. I never had to worry about anything.
The Hotel is BEAUTIFUL and the straff that worked our event were FANTASTIC! Everyone loved the food and couldn't believe the huge portions they give you.

The Grand Hotel is a very elegant 4 star hotel in downtown Minneapolis, it has marble floors in the lobby, a doorman, and an excellent staff. All of my guests were thrilled with the venue, they raved about the responsiveness of the wait staff, the food, and for those that stayed overnight -- the wonderful accommodations. I highly recommend this venue. The staff was extremely helpful and I never felt like there was anything I couldn't ask for. The best part of this hotel? It's a few blocks from light rail (easy access for guests), they gave us a block room rate, and they only host one wedding per weekend. We were able to use the hotel bar for a private brunch the next morning, we had the ballroom available for our ceremony practice the Friday night before and the staff was only focused on my wedding on Saturday. They also have a kitchen on the same floor as the ballroom so the food is served at a decent temperature and in a very timely manner.
