  Awesome Service

  The value for the location is awesome. The are in North Richland Hills is very beautiful. The space is just what we were looking for on our budget. This venue allowed us to spend well below our budget for our wedding.

  HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I have been to 4 events at The Grand hall and hosted 2 of mine there and have absolutely loved working with them. The employees are extremely helpful and will do their best to make sure you have all you need and more for your event!

  Dana was wonderful! She answered all of my questions so promptly and never seemed to get annoyed no matter how many times I called! She made the whole wedding planning process so easy. All of the staff I encountered throughout the journey were SO helpful. Thank you guys so much!

  The Grand Hall was a great pick for our wedding venue!!! We had a "last minute" change in our itinerary and when we found the Grand Hall we felt really good about this place. Dana Whitfield in particular took the time to understand what it was that we needed and worked with us to make sure we had it. She is very flexible and really goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are well taken care of. We had a great time and the venue had everything we needed to make sure that everyone was accommodated.
  Overall the site was flexible and had enough resources to make sure us and our guests were taken care of. Thanks Dana and your team for making sure that we got everything that we wanted!!!

  Overall it was a great experience. Dana was great to work with. Beautiful venue. Only issue is only having a 4 hour block and having to pay for additional hours for setup. You get an hour to set up and an hour to breakdown. But it’s not enough if you’re wanting more than just a basic setup.

  I can NOT think of one bad thing to say!! The staff was absolutely AMAZING, very professional and always gave a warm welcome when stoping by to make a payment or to just ask a question. This venue was just perfect! The perfect size and the perfect price! I love how they have it to where you can buy the different things and it’s not all a BIG package to where it’s over priced and not affordable. If you pick The Grand Hall you will not be disappointed!! If I could give them a higher rating I would.

  Outstanding experience with NRHCentre hosting our daughter's wedding. The staff could not have been more professional, courteous, flexible and friendly to work with, especially Amity Robbins. Can't say enough good things. Highly recommend this group for wedding reception. Super nice facilities and a terrific value too.

  Dianne Hughes the Banquet Coordinator provided an elegant venue for our daughter's wedding reception. The quality was incomparable. The staff (Jordan and Paige) were also so instrumental in offering ideas and helping in the smallest details. The ambiance was amazing! We had access to so many features we wanted added to make this reception unique, and it was!!!! I would definitely recommend this venue.

  This venue is only a few years old and is definitely up and coming. My only slight concern through the process was that there seemed to be quite a bit of turnover in staff from when I booked the venue to when by wedding was (about 12 months). However I was able to get all my questions answered, which was a lot since I didn't use a coordinator! Their upstairs makes for a Beautiful rehearsal dinner room, and changing room if it's available. The day of the rehearsal and wedding they were so accommodating. They had several staff there willing to do whatever it took to make it a wonderful day. For example, my setup crew of family and friends forgot to fill the reception glasses with water, which I realized about 2 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to start (in the neighboring ballroom) they staff jumped right on it and filled them up. We DIY our own ceiling draping which worked very well with their ceiling. They were much more flexible than most venues in allowing us in to decorate since there were no other bookings which many venues charge a lot for! I cannot thank the staff enough for the beautiful wedding I had at the Grand Hall at NRH Centre. It was professional, elegant, and all that I wanted (looked a LOT more expensive than it was too!)

Though there were some complications in communication among the staff, they were all willing to work with me to fix any problems we found.
