  Great place if you're having an all-in-one event! We had our wedding, cocktail hour, and reception here. Our 160 guests were very comfortable, the staff was very nice, the location was beautiful, and overall our wedding was incredible. I can't imagine having it anywhere else and I'm so grateful for the way we were treated here.

  We were married here December 16th, 2017. I really can't recommend them enough! Beautiful atmosphere, dedicated staff, and worth every penny. Everything was just perfect! They really went above and beyond to make planning our wedding easy and stress-free. We are so happy that this is the venue we chose.

  My wife and I were married here last year. We looked at several venues at several different price points but she fell in love with the Glass Mansion. Not only was it beautiful but the pricing was really reasonable and fit into our budget perfectly. The staff there was really easy to work with, they explained anything we didn’t understand and went out of their way to help through out the day of. We had a wonderful wedding and really appreciate everything they did for us.

  My husband and I were married at The Glass Mansion in November of 2017.   Honestly, I couldn’t give The Glass Mansion a higher rating if I tried. My husband and I planned a very quick wedding. Traditionally most people take a year or more but we decided to do everything very last minute. The whole staff at The Glass Mansion managed to help us pull it off and no one would have known that we pulled everything together so quickly. The location is so beautiful and they worked with us on finding a date that worked. Everyone from the start to finish was just amazing. I couldn’t have had such an amazing day without their help. I 100% recommend their venue, you won’t be disappointed.

  Recently I was fortunate enough to have attended a close friend of mines wedding at the Glass Mansion and it was absolutely amazing. The mansion was beautiful it had an incredible dual staircase as soon as you walked in the front door with a lovely dove water fountain in the middle of the two staircases. The ceremony was performed in the front of the mansion and was just amazing. The decor was absolutely beautiful not to mention the chairs were extremely comfortable and the umbrellas were great for keeping all us guests out of the sun. But the best part was how beautiful the backyard was set up for the reception. It was truly fairy tale like. Everything was absolutely perfect. The food was great and music was even better and the staff was absolutely incredible. They had everything so under control from serving us guests to tending the bar and even making sure everything was clean and running perfectly all night long. I just can't say enough about how beautifully amazing and professional the Glass Mansion and all their staff were and I will absolutely be referring any of my friends or family looking for a wedding venue to them because I don't think they could find a place any better then the Glass Mansion.

  I wanted to write a review for a few reasons, most important of these is that our wedding was wonderful and that is thanks in great part to the staff at The Glass Mansion. I also wanted to write a review because I thought this was a small way to show appreciation for all they did. I don’t want to go into too much detail (because the situation was delicate) about what happened but right before our ceremony was about to start but I can say that the staff at The Glass Mansion jumped into action to help us and got our ceremony back on track and back on schedule. If anyone else I know is getting married that I know I will always recommend them. I can’t say enough how happy I was.

  This is an amazing place for a wedding. The staff was great and always quick to respond to our questions. The price was very affordable, but the location seems like it should be worth a lot more. The photos we got were amazing. All together, my wife and I were very happy with this venue and have recommended it to several of our engaged friends.

  We chose the Glass Mansion Estate for our wedding last year. It was incredible close to our home and so it made it very easy for both ourselves and our guests to go to. They paid a lot of attention to the details, were incredible kind, and accommodated us when we had a weather issue so honestly I don’t have any complaints. I had an excellent experience here.

  I am not one to leave reviews for anything but, on the most important day of our lives, the staff at The Glass Mansion waited on us hand and foot, making sure we were satisfied with every detail. They catered to every request we had. I was a bit stressed in the beggining but, the event coordinator Elle reassured me that everything would be perfect and comforted me in my nervous moment. I was actually able to truly and honestly relax, take in and enjoy every moment. Perfect was an understatment, our wedding turned out over the top unbelievable! Such an amazing, emotional and touching day. Thanks to everyone at the mansion! I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend this little slice of heaven to anyone. If you haven't felt that feeling of true magic and inspiration when viewing other venue's, then you need to check this place out.

  Amazing venue ! Great staff nice friendly, very organized . We would recommend this venue for any SF Bay Area brides the drive was very scenic totally worth it! I would recommend calling and booking ahead of time not to much flexibility private tours and date holds fill up very fast , unfortunately only down fall.. Thank you glass mansion !

  The second we passed through the gates to the mansion, we just knew this was THE place. The entire staff went out of their way to make every detail of our special day unfold perfectly. Every one of our guests was absolutely blown away! Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined our wedding could have been so gorgeous. I truly am thankful to everyone at the mansion, the event staff was there by our side from day one. We received nothing but compliments on this venue and would highly recommend them to any couple searching for that perfect place.

  It is a beautiful venue, however be sure to get all they say written in the contract. We were mislead on few important details with this venue. That ended up coming out of our pocket the last minute.
  If you are having a outside reception be sure to bring lots of bug spray for the mosquitoes. Staff was very friendly and will answer your questions promptly. This is place is beautiful and we had a great night.

  Could have been better

  It’s taken me some time to finally sit and give my honest feedback on this venue. Would I recommend this venue to another bride? No, I wouldn’t. The venue and grounds are beautiful but this venue is horribly ran and takes no ownership of their faults. I had many concerns about this venue after reading many reviews and wish I would have pulled out then when I had the opportunity.
  
  My bridal party and I stayed at the venue the night before and the night of our wedding. On Friday upon arrival the water was shut off and being worked on. The day of the wedding we had no running water for about 3 hours due to a mistake made the day prior when working on the water system. I had bridal party and family members running to the hotel near by to shower and get ready. We paid for videography and photography time before the wedding ceremony that was completely sacrificed due to no running water and pushing the day behind all together. The venue was supposed to spray for mosquitoes the night before the wedding which didn’t happen. I had to question why they didn’t come spray so they had come the morning of the wedding which delayed setting up. It also left wet pesticides on the grass which was dying napkins and nap cloths.The day of the wedding there was unattended potential brides walking the venue while we were getting ready which I feel is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the time we paid and secured the venue for. We had food provided by the venue which was served cold. I paid for 2 bartenders and one received one, I was never refunded for the bartender we didn’t receive. The one bartender was extremely unqualified, I had to tell her white wine needed to be chilled. The bartender didn’t know how to work the keg probably and told us we were out of beer an hour into the reception, come to find out there was about half a keg leftover. We scrambled to go grab cases of beer when in reality the “bartender” just had no idea what they were doing. The venue was supposed to provide water for guests on the tables which didn’t happen. The tables were full of empty water glasses and I bought 6 cases of water for throughout the weekend that were all used because the wait staff did not fill any water glasses. As the bride I had to ask for water in my glass. Our wedding was formal and the glass mansion staff running things that day was in a T-shirt, shorts and a baseball cap. Even having a casual wedding this attire should never be worn at someone’s wedding wether you’re a staff member or a guest. About half way through the reception the staff was not allowing any guests to enter the house which is where gifts were being placed and the guest book.
  Also another big concern is after my wedding was over I was made aware all my communication was with a volunteer employee. Although, she was great and very easily reachable, I think just really highlights how this venue is being run.
  I did send an email following our wedding voicing positive and negative feedback for the weekend and the Glass Mansion didn’t even dignify my email with a response.

  Myself, along with my planning team were extremely displeased with the services rendered by The Glass Mansion Estate (TGM). The managers, let's call them "Belle" & "Adrian" were difficult to work with. As time passed and the wedding around the corner, agreements that were originally agreed upon were unmet and response times were long dragged. The unprofessional communication from Belle was extremely unpleasant. Here’s one example (of many) that illustrated her improper conduct. Belle texted a long, insulting paragraph of frustration towards us (the clients) deeming us her most "stressful file" when all we asked was a simple question regarding final head count. Both managers would upsell TGM services but did not follow through nor deliver. We relied on their promises throughout our entire planning process but ended up having to scavenge for outside resources to rectify for their lack of services.The Glass Mansion is a beautiful venue but because of their poor management, their claims of timeless elegance, grandeur is awfully untrue. For example, my package included a florist but on the day of the wedding, my decorator saw "Belle" walking in with Safeway bouquets of flowers assembling them … during cocktail hour. The linens that were provided were taken out of boxes! They were wrinkled and NOT floor-length, as promised. We also upgraded our tables to all wooden tables and on the day of, plastic tables were being set up. These are just a few things out of our long list of grievances we faced with the Venue. Some may see these issues as minuscule, but if you’ve ever planned a wedding, you would understand the price differences in these items.... It all adds up! To believe that you will receive products and services of great standard and were delivered with low grade items, you would absolutely be disappointed. On top of unprofessional staff and inadequate products/services, both managers used fear tactics .... please see attachment for rest of review

  We had our wedding here and unfortunately The Glass Mansion's business ethic and broken promises on MANY points ruined so much for us.
  
  They blamed us for damages that were there before us and took it out of our security deposit. They promised things in our package that they made us pay for after the event. They even promised a "Day-Of" coordinator, who is NOT a day-of coordinator at all and did not do anything we talked about her doing during our wedding! They held our security deposit (what was left of it) for over 5 months!!!
  
  EVERYTHING they told us that their package includes is not in the official contract so we had no grounds for claiming anything! They just took advantage of us.
  
  This place will forever be a nightmare we wish to forget. If I could give 0 stars, I would!
