My wedding was EVERYTHING I could have dreamed of, from the food and drinks, to the decor, to the venue. Even with a little bit of rain Michele made sure our day went off without any issues. I would recommend Dibbles Inn to anyone.

The greatest wedding coordinator possible. Ty went above and beyond and made our day much more special and everything ran smooth with no hiccups and she was always in contact with us every moment. Would recommend her to any and everybody!

Tyiesha went above and beyond to ensure that our wedding day was perfect. From the beginning, she was responsive, professional, kind, and courteous. She eased our minds every step of the way. She took the time to listen to my vision and she brought it to life on July 1st. I was speechless when I saw how Tyiesha and the staff rallied together and worked tirelessly to keep the day running smooth. I can’t thank the Say I do Events staff and specifically Tyiesha enough for our magical day. I was truly blessed with the best coordinator! We love you Ty!

We had a lovely experience working with Tyiesha to coordinate our wedding day. She (along with Monica on the day of the wedding) was fantastic and made the wedding a great experience for our guests. We’re so grateful for everything they did to make our wedding a success. They went out of their way to cater to our elder guests as well, which was above and beyond our expectations. Even when we had some tensions with David in preparation for the wedding, Tyiesha did a great job of managing the situation and reassuring us.

I can’t say enough about this place. Heather was fantastic and very attentive; we didn’t have worry about a thing! We had a wonderful time along with our guests. Thank you so much for everything and making our special day just that more memorable.

Heather was amazing as well as extremely helpful and attentive to our requests. The Venue was everything we were looking for and more. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relatively stress free experience.

We had a great experience working with Tyiesha for our wedding at The Gatsby at Dibbles Inn Orchard and Estate in Vernon, NY. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Everything went smoothly and Tyiesha was so personable. Everyone has not stopped talking and reminiscing on what a beautiful day it was!

We were beyond pleased with this venue for our wedding. They sure know how to put on a show! All our guests had a wonderful time. Tyiesha was amazing and more than attentive to our wedding party. Food was great and our cake was absolutely delicious!! You’ve got an awesome crew Dave!

My husband and I got married in October, and it was the PERFECT day. Everything ran smoothly and everyone worked together so well. Unfortunately we got rained out, which rarely happens, but our wedding coordinator and her team made sure our indoor ceremony site was beautiful and that we were taken care of. Could not stop getting compliments regarding the food and how delicious it was. I was pregnant at the time, and when they brought out “bride’s signature drink” I was surprised with Shirley Temples (my favorite) also being served with the glow sticks so I could enjoy too! The staff always made sure my husband and I had a drink in our hands and that we didn’t need anything. Our guests still talk about how cool this venue is, along with its originality. If I had to do this day again, there is not a thing I would change.

The Gatsby venue was exactly what we were looking for - all inclusive location that listened to our needs. Michelle helped our day go off without any issues. She listened, and our wild flower dream came true!

The team at PWV far exceeded our expectations! We wanted a venue that offered as much in one package as possible- we did not want a ton of details to worry about or much coordination needs on our part. We have very busy lives, and Kerissa (wedding coordinator) helped everything go smoothly. We were told we had to show up with clothing and an officiant and that was about it- they had DJ, food, alcohol, ceremony, cake, reception all covered (included in the package price). They even provided a list of florists, photographers, and officiants that they recommended and have worked with in the past. We opted to use our own family photographer, which they worked well with. I highly recommend shopping around for flowers- the place they work with and recommend (Marys forever flowers) was extremely high priced- more than double what we paid elsewhere.
The food was very good with plenty of options. Cake was delicious and included in the coat. The bartender was amazing and was efficient in keeping up with the high demands of our 120 guests.
The team is dedicated to make sure your day goes smoothly, and they’ve thought of every detail of the big day.
The venue itself is stunning, with many neat surprises (especially the Gatsby room). We got so many compliments about the venue. The room was so beautiful, that we barely needed decor.
They also offered a discount to do your rehearsal dinner with them- it ended up being one of our most affordable options for this.
The one thing I’d warn everyone about is how strict they are- they do things a certain way (probably for good reason- they’ve seen and done it all). So if you’re looking for someone to handle the details of your wedding, and are willing to hand over the reigns, you can trust them to make sure your day is fantastic. However, if you want to change a lot of things, control every detail, you will likely butt heads with the team. We opted to trust that they knew what they were doing, and we were so thankful that we did. If you want your guests (and yourself) to be “WOW-Ed”… this is the place.

We knew right away that we wanted to book through Dibbles inn. Upon meeting the owner and touring the venues We knew right away it was a good match. The price was right and we had a great date to book. They're bridal sweets are amazing They provide lunch and a safe place for everybody to get ready. They even provided first look location. They Do seem to have a bit of miscommunications between the different departments but it wasn't anything that was major until the day of the wedding. The owner was very honest and is clearly experienced and has been doing this a long time, however, it is clear that the DJ and the coordinator did not have the training necessary.
Upon having the final meeting with the coordinator, which is the only meeting so I'm not sure why it's titled a "final meeting", Tieysha mentioned how she would treat this wedding as if we were her family and we don't feel that that was the case. She brought her kids and was on her phone the entire time. She took notes but then either did not review the notes or forgot to do a bunch of things. She did not drop off our cake flowers until after the baker had contacted us and I had to track down where my cake flowers were. She asked us to set up the reception, which we found out later on that we weren't supposed to she is supposed to do all of that. While we were setting up I asked her if she was going to be running our rehearsal and she didn't even remember that we were supposed to have a rehearsal. Also the day of the wedding she broke my easel that I provided which was supposed to be used for my welcome sign and the seating chart. She broke it and then later lied about it. I did like her as a person I just don't think that she had enough time in her schedule to fully commit to being a wedding coordinator.
Jammin Beats through Dibbles Inn was who our DJ was. The DJ and the coordinator, Tieysha, did not communicate which led to our specially composed ceremony song not being played. It also led to Our introductions to be completely messed up. My dad had to stop the hole introduction Tell them who was in the order and then restart everything. It was completely embarrassing.
I gave five stars because I would recommend Dibbles inn, however, If I could go back in time, I would ask the owner for a experienced coordinator and an experienced DJ. I also want to point out that the photo booth was not the one that we have many correspondences talking about with the DJ company. We paid extra for service and I feel that it wasn't exactly what was agreed upon.
