  One of the best

  From the Walnut Grove, to the manor, to the sprawling fields, we have no complaints photographing weddings at this venue! The staff is very hard working and friendly to vendors and clients. It is conveniently located in Fayetteville which offers many airbnb’s and lodging options for guests and a plethora of things to do. Cannot recommend them enough for your Big Day!

  Amazing Venue!

  This was an absolutely perfect venue!! Everything from the location, to the house and pavilion, to the outside space was absolutely lovely! The house has been restored and is breathtaking--all our guests loved walking around and admiring the detail that has gone into bringing the house back to life and creating a gorgeous backdrop! The pavilion was a perfect size and space for the reception! All the furniture and pieces were a classy neutral which would complement any color palate! They also offered a wide range of decor and other options to rent to make planning easier. The staff is also so helpful and accommodating! Mariah, the coordinator, walked us through every step. We went through multiple changes during our planning due to COVID and each time she answered all questions and gave good suggestions. On the actual day, she handled all the set up which took a huge weight off! I am so thrilled this venue was open and that we chose it for our wedding--would recommend to anyone!

  Excellent!

  The Gaines Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The property has multiple beautiful outdoor ceremony options and there are plenty of unique outdoor spaces to take photos. The Gaines Estate staff was accommodating, kind, and easy to work with. They did an excellent job making sure our day was what we envisioned!
