Kelsey and Sarah are truly the best at what they do. They’re not just wedding and event planners, they’re visionaries who know how to take your ideas and turn them into something absolutely stunning.
What really sets them apart is how effortlessly they bring creativity and practicality together. They know how to stretch a budget without sacrificing quality and will take care of all the details so you don’t have to stress. They have the ability to listen to what you want and then make it even better than you imagined.

Hire them already!!!
Kelsey and Sarah are amazing!! They are happy to do literally anything you need leading up to an event or the day of, they were happy to have me do as much as I wanted myself for my wedding but were always right there with ideas, help, or to take over something that wasn't in my wheelhouse. And the day of they helped chat with all of my other vendors, the day ran so so smoothly and it wouldn't have been that way without them! Anyone looking for help to plan a wedding/shower/ just a dang fun party go to them! They also did all of my invites as well and let me change my mind a dozen times. If you’re even thinking about hiring The Fox Hollow Design House, honestly, just do it! These two are actual lifesavers!!! Their planning process is ridiculously organized, their design eye is insane, and somehow they still make you feel like you’re just hanging out with your two new best friends who happen to be running your entire wedding like pros lol.
They caught details I never would've noticed, kept everything on track, and made the whole thing feel easy. I was lowkey sad when it was all over... Kelsey and Sarah were such a huge part of the process. Truly couldn’t recommend them more. -

As a wedding DJ I work with a lot of coordinators and Kelsey and Sarah are clearly more than a coordinator, they will bring your vision to life. They have a great sense of style and design while being committed to the flow of the wedding. I would highly recommend especially for those who are doing your wedding as a destination to Eastern Washington.

Kelsey & Sarah are amazing! They made sure everything went off without a hitch, they made the whole day feel stress-free! What we loved most is how they really took the time to get to know us and work within our goals and budget. It felt like our day, not just another wedding to them. Their team is so organized and easygoing—it was like having really qualified friends help us pull it all together lol. Seriously couldn’t recommend them enough! -

I don’t even know where to start— Sarah & Kelsey at The Fox Hollow were an absolute lifesaver for my wedding! They are seriously the dream team! From the first meeting, they made me feel so comfortable and excited about the whole process.
I had so many ideas but no clue how to actually bring them together, and they just got it. They somehow turned all my Pinterest boards and rambling into something even more beautiful than I imagined. They’re so creative and genuinely care about making your day special. -

Sarah and Kelsey are absolutely amazing! They take a dream and make it a reality! They are incredibly professional and still make you feel like a friend. Their skills make everything feel easy for the big day, breaking it down into easy portions and walking you through the parts that are unknown. I would highly recommend!!! -

Kelsey and Sarah are the most amazing people I have ever met! Their attention to details is truly unmatched. They were super helpful from start to finish with my wedding. I couldn't have done it without them! They had super helpful documents and sheets that pulled all the details together. The day of my wedding they went above and beyond, and all my guests raved about them the entire night! Kelsey and Sarah are pure magic. From the moment we met them, we knew our wedding was in the best hands. They brought every idea to life with jaw-dropping design mock ups, kept us calm and excited through the planning process, and ran our wedding day with flawless precision. They handled every vendor, every detail, and every moment so we could simply soak it all in. Their rentals were fabulous, and our customized ice cream cart was a total hit with our guests. These two are insanely talented, endlessly kind, and go so far above and beyond it’s unreal. I hired Sarah and Kelsey for my wedding, but experienced communication issues and an unexpected contract termination 11 days before my wedding. This forced last minute changes and additional expenses incurred by me. While upon request they returned my deposit, they did not apologize and I felt like they frequently placed the blame on me. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.The Fox Hollow Design House & Events's reply:
Courtney, while we wish things had ended differently, your review omits significant context. We’ve been friends since 2019 and have supported you through multiple wedding plans — including a full elopement we planned and styled free of charge in November of 2024 out of friendship and love. Where we provided full design, setup, execution, Kelsey was going to gift all your florals while Sarah was planning to cook for everyone. You canceled four days before the elopement, after we’d already purchased supplies and scheduled travel 40+ minutes into the snow to your barn. Despite that, when you asked us to coordinate your 2025 wedding, we agreed — not because we forgot what happened the first time, but because we hoped this time would be different. You were a friend. But this time we put you under contract. You paid for our day-of coordination package ($850 at the time) and we gave you months of full-service planning: countless texts, calls, mockups, planning support, vendor guidance and communication, and more. We offered a gift of DJ services, live music, onsite staffing (from our families), and again full florals. All of this was offered free, because we cared about you. And none of it was ever in your contract. As the wedding drew closer, you began texting us late at night, calling, demanding answers, and changing your plans regularly — even after we had finalized things with you. We set timelines and mockups in meetings, and you would reverse or expand them days later. Still, we worked with you. When you messaged us at 11 PM, saying we hadn’t contacted vendors (which was not true), we told you — per your contract — that we handle those touchpoints the week-of, so vendors receive streamlined information directly from us, not scattered from multiple people. At that point, we had already contacted your caterer, rental team, officiant, baker, and other vendors — most of whom we knew personally or had worked with before. Instead of replying to us, you stopped communicating entirely. Then your mother — who had not been involved in a single meeting, email, or message for the six months prior — emailed us at 8 PM to say she would now be taking over communication. That is a direct breach of contract. Our agreement explicitly states that the signatory (you) is the sole point of contact unless a change is made in writing and agreed upon by both parties. You never responded to us again. That’s what led to the termination of your contract. Your decision to stop communicating and delegate you’re wedding to someone else — without notice or agreement — told us that you no longer trusted us to do our job. We responded accordingly and stepped down. We refunded your entire deposit — despite it being non-refundable under the terms you signed. You signed on for day-of coordination, and what you requested from us and received was months of planning, multiple mockups, detailed support, and personal generosity that no other client would receive at that price.
