Carlee was wonderful to work with. With very little guidance, she understood exactly what we wanted. I was absolutely in love with my bouquet, chuppah, and centerpieces.

In an industry where one week response times to emails are standard, Carlee consistently responded to all emails very quickly. She was also very flexible as we went back and forth on a few things, quickly providing quotes for alternatives to help us make decisions. Beautiful florals, extremely professional, and all around a pleasure to work with. What else can you ask for in a florist?

I got married 2 days ago and jumped on here to write a review for Vivian from The Flower Lady as her work was THAT incredible. Within my budget, she was able to deliver not only beautiful flowers, but exactly what I had wanted. Vivian spent much time with me reviewing photographs and various flower options to allow her to fully capture what I wanted. She was extremely helpful in deciding each detail for the various floral arrangements at my wedding (centerpieces, greenery for chalkboards, bouquets, arch greenery/floral). Every single piece that Vivian worked on was flawless and EXACTLY what I had wanted. As a bride, having everything look exactly as envisioned is huge, and you can certainly count on The Flower Lady for this. It's an additional bonus that she will work with you and your budget to make your vision come to life. I HIGHLY recommend The Flower Lady. She was absolutely incredible to work with.

Living in Texas, but having our wedding in Seattle presented some challenges when planning the wedding. So I turned to the internet to find vendors and I came upon 'The Flower Lady' florist during that search. After talking with Vicky, I was certain this was the florist I wanted. I don't know much about flowers, but Vicky seemed to tune into everything I meant and hoped for. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and precisely what I had in mind, all at a great price! Vicky was a joy to work with and I can't recommend The Flower Lady highly enough!

I was very pleased with The Flower Lady! I ordered last minute off of the website and found a nice selection for a fair price. The delivery was very prompt, actually faster than I expected. Considering I do not know a lot about flowers, this was an extremely easy and quick process. I would order again from her, for sure.

The Flower Lady totally saved my bacon! I had a flower emergency about 5 days before my wedding and The Flower Lady (Jen?) not only didn't bat an eye when I asked if she could do my flowers last minute, she even worked within my exact (and modest) budget. The flowers looked amazing and were my favorite part of the whole wedding. Seriously. I thought I'd have to settle for carnations and baby's breath but she made my bouquet with roses, freesia, carnations, berries, the list goes on. I nearly cried when I saw it. You'd think I'd had spent 3x what she charged. Best wedding purchase we made throughout the whole process and I can't recommend her highly enough!!

I've never had anything but great service and results from The Flower Lady. My husband and I often go to Le Fournil right next store and then go next door to grab some flowers. Today we stopped in and bought a bunch of tulips and when checking out, the kind lady (who I believe is the owner) went and grabbed us an extra bunch because some of the bunches I had were a little more open . Five bunches of tulips for $15? AWSM! She even gave me some tips to make them last longer.

I just had my wedding last year and we used The Flower Lady for the flowers used in the wedding. We didn't have a huge and crazy wedding, so we didn't get that much. But I was glad that I got a recommendation for this place because I was really happy with the outcome or the purchase. The flowers were ready when they needed to be, they looked exactly like how I pictured them to be, and my gosh did they smell amazing! If you are in the area and you need flowers for a wedding, I suggest to these ladies because they definitely know what they are doing.

The customer service is wonderful. The employees are warm and willing to give you great design ideas, or let the customer be the artist. My bride was happy with the way that everything turned out. This is the ideal place for any wedding flower plans.

We were SO impressed with The Flower Lady's ideas and expertise for my daughter's wedding--it turned out SO beautiful! Everything from the table decorations to the flower girls' floral headbands turned out perfect. The pictures are just recently back and we just love looking at all the flowers again--the bouquets, the cake decorations--everything! I highly recommend The Flower Lady for weddings or any occasion that requires special flowers.

A very affordable option!

We so appreciate all the coordination and hard work that the staff at The Flower Lady put towards our big day! We were grateful to have the custom corsages, boutonnieres, and even a headpiece (based on a parents' wedding years ago) that all looked great. Big thanks to Vivian, Anna, and the rest of the team who helped us get what we needed and on time. They knew how to work within our budget for more affordable choices. This shop was super convenient between our neighborhood and wedding venue and we look forward to going back for various occasions in the future!

I thought she did an excellent job on a short notice. We went there and picked out our flowers, and exactly how we wanted them to look. Excellent prices too. We based our designs off of her website and actually received much lower prices.

I would definitely do business with her again.

Asked for a bridal bouquet, groom boutonniere, mothers corsages and fathers boutonnieres. She showed me examples of what she could do and allowed me to bring in my own ribbon. The boutonnieres and corsages were beautiful, it's just that the arrangement of the bridal bouquet came out completely different from what I expected and I was quite disappointed. However she did include a vase with the bouquet which was very thoughtful. If you would like to use the flower lady would recommend calling in advance to make an appointment (I spent about 2hrs w/ only about 30 min talking about wedding flowers in between customers) ahead of time and write down specifics concerning flower arrangements that have no pictures.

We initially picked this florist because we heard she was inexpensive and we weren't looking to spend very much on flowers. She did turn out to be a great value, but she isn't the easiest person to plan with. She is quite spacey and distracted by customers/employees during consultations, and isn't great at giving cost estimates. However, the flowers were beautiful in the end and I really appreciated how budget conscious she was in selecting flowers.

Avoid at all costs!

Horrible florist, truly awful, ruined a special day - don't let them ruin yours! Only delivered on half of the order, and tried to cheat and refuse any kind of refund. Stay away from The Flower Lady!!
