She did my daughters wedding reception in late February and the arrangements were simply stunning and really set the tone for a lovely evening. All our guests were extremely complimentary of the flowers !! WE had a small reception, but flowers everywhere and it was magical.... Thank you, Lisa of Flower Kitten ! -

I highly recommend working with Lisa! She is friendly and will spend all the time you need together to figure out exactly what you're looking for. She is very knowledgeable and local. I loved she helped me to create a mood board and provide good advice for a great price that lasted a long time! Her arrangements were beautiful! -

Lisa was so easy to work with. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about florals, but she is also extremely reasonably priced. If you started your research on flowers, you probably found out that most places require a 4k minimum spend 🙃 Not Lisa! We met on a zoom conference after I shared inspo pics and she had all the flowers up on her screen that were in those inspo pics. She explained what was in season and what was not. She offered substitutions that look very similar to the flowers in the bouquet to help lower the cost. She created the exact vision I wanted 🥰 On the day of, she was prompt and everything was perfect. My bouquet was just what I wanted+ colorful! And I adored my hair piece! She also worked well with one of my other vendors. The other vendor created an art installation and Lisa provides the dried pampas arrangements for it. I highly recommend Lisa! -

Lisa is the best!
As someone who has very minimal knowledge regarding flowers, Lisa helped us better understand what we envisioned for our wedding. She asked all the right questions and lead us when we didn’t know where to go. Even with last minute changes, she made sure everything looked great. I would recommend her for all floral needs! -

Lisa did amazing flower arrangements for my wedding. I can not begin to describe how beautiful the bouquets were, and how many compliments I got. She was also very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. She really took the time to understand what kind of arrangements I wanted. She spent over an hour on a zoom call walking me through the different type of flowers that were in the inspiration photos I sent her, and whether I liked them or not. That gave Lisa the idea of the style I was really looking for and her bouquets exceeded expectations. She was very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend her. -

Lisa’s work is amazing! I found Lisa online and really appreciated her transparency with pricing for wedding florals without having to do a whole inquiry. But it was photos of her work that really sold me! Her style was exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole planning process really easy with one-on-one calls to discuss what we wanted and what we liked as she presented new ideas. She is very organized and asks about every detail so she can create exactly what you have envisioned. She even made us a whole vision board with our inspiration pics and her ideas to really show us what we had planned which was super helpful. Our flowers were exactly how I wanted them and even more beautiful than I imagined! I would recommend working with Lisa if you want stress free planning for gorgeous flowers at a realistic price! -

Having Lisa as my florist was easily one of the best decisions I made for my wedding.
I was going to go the route of doing my own flowers. After becoming extremely overwhelmed, I reached out to Lisa. We met virtually a couple of times so she could understand my vision. Let me tell you, she completely exceeded my expectations.
She created my bouquet, corsages for special guest, tambourines for my bridesmaids and decorated our arch, fireplace and sweetheart table.
She was easy to work with throughout the whole process and reasonably priced. I highly recommend working with The Flower Kitten. You will NOT be disappointed. -

The most beautiful wedding flowers!!
Lisa is so talented and executed what we wanted for our wedding flowers perfectly! Everything turned out SO beautifully — from the bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, and table arrangements. We had so many guests tell us that our flowers were beautiful. Lisa was also incredibly patient and accommodating throughout the multiple postponements. Highly recommend The Flower Kitten, you won’t be disappointed!! -

Lisa was amazing and made my yellow and white spring flowers dream come true! She was great to work with, very detailed, and so responsive! I would recommend her to anyone and I have shared her name with all my friends getting married. She blew us away with her work and stayed in our budget. She was able to adapt to our Covid changes and source amazing flowers despite shortages! -

She was one of the only vendors I was able to meet with before covid hit Michigan, and I'm so happy we did because she was easy to chat with and she was beyond knowledgable and helpful. She listened to all of my input and helped guide me through the process to get exactly what we wanted, while keeping within our budget. Her communication was quick and thorough and she has been so flexible with us throughout our ever-changing covid wedding! -

The Flower Kitten did an amazing job with our October 2, 2020 wedding!
From the moment my husband and I met Lisa, we knew we were making the right decision. Lisa was so patient and accommodating with our requests. We had to make some changes with our centerpieces because of changes with our tables/floor plan at then venue, Lisa was right on top of it with new ideas. As the wedding approached, I also requested floral for our ceremony arch.
Lisa created an incredible silk piece that complimented or fall, outdoor wedding as well as our budget. She went out of her way to help us get it assembled and looking beautiful! She also put together fresh flowers for our cake. She truly captured my vision and made it a reality! The bouquets and centerpieces were exactly what I wanted and really made the day so much more beautiful! I would highly recommend the Flower Kitten! -

To think I wasn’t even going to get a real bouquet, psshh I’m so glad I did. I booked Lisa at the last minute during covid and all. She was the only florist who wanted to video chat and get to know my style and who I was. That immediately made me feel more comfortable and wanted to book her! Even though my order was small ( just my bouquet, the flower girls crowns and my husbands boutonnière) she still did such an amazing job and went above and beyond. I loved my bouquet so much I tried to keep it as long as I could! Thank you so much Lisa, you blew my expectations out of the water! -

We used The Flower Kitten for our wedding a few weeks ago and Lisa was absolutely amazing to work with! I am not very knowledgeable about flowers and Lisa helped guide me as to what types of flowers would best help create the look I wanted to achieve. She went above and beyond to make sure that she found the perfect shade of light orange to match my color scheme and even sent me pictures of ribbon options for my bouquets and boutonnieres. The day of she was there to set everything up, and it all looked perfect. She completely achieved the look I wanted with fresh flowers perfectly matching our colors. I can not say enough good things about Lisa and HIGHLY recommend The Flower Kitten to anyone needing floral services. -

Okay so I definitely decided to inquire about Lisa's services once I saw the name of her business and seeing her cats on social media but I'm so happy I did! Lisa was so easy-going to work with and helped our wedding look amazing. After talking with her and getting an idea of what we were looking for, she was able to help us create our vision with a mood board with very affordable options within our budget. Going with a florist where all of the hardware (vases, candles, pillars) was also available to rent was also a godsend especially since we were planning from out-of-state. Lisa setup and had everything ready to go before the ceremony and had her team come to clean-up after the event was over. Everything was beautiful, fresh, and just perfect for the season! Thank you Lisa! -

Beautiful flowers & amazing to work with!
We loved working with Lisa! From the very beginning, she was so accommodating and helped us build our vision for the flowers we would want at our wedding. She really takes the time to help YOU find what YOU want, and explains what could possibly work well together.
She is so accommodating to your needs, and is responsive and willing to work with you if other needs come up.
The flowers Lisa provided were so beautifully put together and really brought everything together. I specifically had a slight Gatsby theme and the feathers she was able to incorporate was exactly what I imagined.
I HIGHLY recommend booking Lisa! -

Lisa from The Flower Kitten could not have been more helpful when it came to choosing flowers for my wedding. I was completely and utterly lost walking into our first meeting and basically just knew I needed flowers and that was about as detailed as I got. Lisa swooped in and saved the day with some killer recommendations and even making sure we were choosing flowers within our price range. She was on top of her game day of and knocked out our whole venue on her own and it looked out of this world breath taking! Look no further for your florist needs, The Flower Kitten is your go to company :) -

Lisa was absolutely amazing. I was referred to Lisa by Detroit Design Company after telling them I was looking for someone to do a wildflower wedding. Instead of trying to make things work themselves, they knew she would be the one for us! No set theme, just an array of September wild flowers. I didn't want to fall into the category of blushes and pinks, roses and that. It's pretty, but I wanted something different. The Flower Kitten was probably the 12th florist I inquired with, I was losing hope but Lisa nailed it! From our first conversation to the day of she went above and beyond my expectations. We had a venue that had multiple set ups, I added and deleted things all the way up until the week of and Lisa worked with me every step of the way. We had large arrangements all the way to tiny bud vases, and all the details were perfect. She made sure we had everything we wanted and more. We met with her and her husband all the way in Ann Arbor for a planning meeting, my husband and I have a busy schedule but they made it work on a holiday weekend. Very impressive. Even my husband agreed the tent, my bouquet, EVERYTHING turned out to be absolutely perfect and she stayed within our budget. Highly recommended! We couldn't have been more happy! -

Where to even begin! I could not say enough AMAZING things about Lisa and the magic she created to make my husband and I's wedding PERFECT! The entire process from booking, to the initial meeting with her, to everything in between the months till our wedding, and wedding day was seamless. I was referred to her by a mutual friend, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. Upon meeting, she took the time to understand what our vision was for our wedding, what we liked, didn't like, answered any questions we had, and even gave her own spin on what would be cool! My husband also appreciated the time she took to explain things to him, since flowers are not his strong point :) The vision we gave her was one thing, but how she took that vision and brought it to life was more than we could have ever imagined! Lisa also made personalized florals for our two golden retrievers! (yes we are that crazy couple that had our dogs at our wedding)
My husband and I appreciated how quickly she was to respond, how available she was to talk on the phone, and how she was able to edit and fix our invoices right on spot to help us with our planning. With wedding planning, things can get crazy with remembering to check boxes off, and Lisa was right there with positive spirits all along the way. On the day of the wedding my girls and I had our bouquets and flower crowns already in our bridal suite, the boys had their boutineers in their room, and she absolutely stunned us with our Arbor she decorated, the greenery she placed perfectly, and allowed us to create the most beautiful center pieces. Lisa even stopped in when we were getting ready to give us a big hug and let us know everything was complete. As a bride, it's always great to have those vendors on your side that keep you at ease, and Lisa did just that!
I could go on and on about how happy we were with how everything turned out. All of our guests complimented with how beautiful the florals and greenery were and how awesome my bouquet was. So excited to get it preserved! Also! The quality of the flowers blew everyone away. Vibrant and stunning colors and they were just as beautiful a week after the wedding.
If you are looking for a florist for your wedding that truly listens to you and has the skills to create pure magic on your big day, CHOOSE THE FLOWER KITTEN! I promise you that you will not be dissapointed :) If I could give her 10 stars I would! Cheers! -

Lisa is the best…she will make your wedding flower dreams come true! Throughout the entire wedding planning process and even the wedding day Lisa was phenomenal - she was great at communication, whether it was answering any questions I had or responding to me about a new flower idea I had for the big day - Lisa was always on it!!! I was particularly impressed with the fact that Lisa was excited and enthusiastic about my wedding and my ideas for flowers; for example, she was willing to try a new technique that I wanted for our centerpieces (Ikebana, a beautiful type of Japanese floral arrangement) and was actually really excited about it. The centerpieces turned out beautifully, even better than I could have imagined! Lisa not only killed it with the centerpieces, she ROCKED the bouquets, boutonnieres, and our hanging chuppah floral installation. I am still swooning over my beautiful bouquet— it was more dreamy, gorgeous, and perfectly me than I could have ever dreamed! We got so many compliments on all of the florals at our wedding, and most importantly of all my husband and I were completely stunned with the beauty that Lisa created and how much our gorgeous florals really tied our special day together. I am beyond happy that I went with Lisa for our florals, and I would absolutely recommend Lisa for your wedding flowers - you won’t regret it!!!!!!!!
