Beautiful and affordable

Loved working with Tammy. Her expertise in flowers made everything stress free. The center pieces on the tables were absolutely gorgeous and the bouquets were so pretty. I highly recommend using flower boutique.

Tammy was so helpful and patient while we made our decision on flowers for my daughter's wedding. Her work was beautiful and a wonderful value. She was the first one to the church and reception hall to set up, which relieves a lot of stress on the big day. I will definitely use her again and recommend her to my friends and acquaintances.

I had a vision for the wedding but was hard for me to explain and make choices. Tammy saw my vision and made it happen. In fact, she far exceeded my vision and did an outstanding job! The flowers were gorgeous
and she did an amazing job decorating 2 harbors we used. My guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. I also appreciated Tammy working with my budget. Tammy was so helpful and a delight to work with.

I changed my mind several times and had to cut back my budget on arrangements and the florist did a WONDERFUL job accomodating my budget change and the vision I had! She showed several examples to me, made suggestions, but wanted to stay with what I had in mind! I felt like she really listened and came up with something so creative and beautiful. I was really proud of the floral arrangements at the wedding and I know our friends were impressed! I would absolutely use this florist again! She truly is 5 stars and a great value!

Tammy and her team did a fabulous job! I wasn't too proficient in flower terminology but I showed Tammy a picture of something I liked and I didn't realized it until a few days after our wedding but it was almost identical! She and her team are fantastic and work very hard in making everything beautiful and budget friendly. Also, every time I emailed her she would respond within that same day and since I was a long distance bride that was very comforting.

Tammy created the most beautiful bouquets for us! We loved the colors and everyone just raved about the flowers! She also created a beautiful vase full of yellow roses for the Chapel (they were my mom's favorite).

Wow, what a great experience!

It was a pleasure working with the flower boutique from day one! Picking out flowers was one of the most enjoyable moments in planning my wedding. The flower boutique was wonderful. They were flexible and ey completely understood my vision and implemented it perfectly. They also used their expertise to make recommendations that ultimately saved me money (but no one would ever know it)! The bouquets were absolutely stunning! I've seen The Flower Boutique's work before and they always exceed my expectations!

Working with Matthews Flower Boutique was a phenomenal experience. The first day I went to the shop, I sat down at a table with Tammy and talked about our vision and colors for the wedding. I did not know much about flower types, but she knew exactly which flowers went well together. She incorporated my bold colors (iris purple and yellow) and some softer tones in my bouquet as well as my bridesmaids bouquets and the men's boutonnieres. The week before the wedding, I needed to add a flower cake topper, and she had ordered extra flowers just in case I needed something extra. Matthews Flower Boutique is experienced, well-prepared, flexible, and does an outstanding job!

Tammy provided the most amazing and breathtaking flowers. She was responsive and helpful when changes were needed. The bouquets were dazzling, The flower balls for the outdoor venue were unique and beautiful. The tiny floral arrangment to sit atop the wedding cake was exactly what we needed (even though we did a poor job of explaining it to her). All work was superb. From the corsages to the extra Gerber daisies we requested,Tammy's flowers were topnotch. Delivery was prompt and to the minute. As a picky mother of the bride, I was pleased and impressed with Tammy's attitudeand work from start to finish. I highly recommend you visit The Flower Boutique before planning your event.

Tammy was a delight to work with on my special day. She was very personable and flexible with my needs and wants. For me, it was the time she took to get to know me and it really showed through her work. She knew exactly the look I wanted. Many times I was in her shop changing my order to accommodate my wedding party and families, she was always up for the challenge. The flowers turned out fabulous and I was more than very pleased with her work. My bouquet was gorgeous. There were a lot of compliments on it. I would recommend her over "ANY" big fancy florist in the Charlotte area.Thanks Tammy! I'll be back when I need flowers again :)

Tammy was excellent to work with and I was very pleased with my flowers. She offers a very affordable price, but a high end look. She always responded to emails very quickly and had great ideas. She really got my vision and had wonderful suggestions on flower choices. I would highly recommend using this shop for your wedding!!

This is coming from the viewpoint of the mother of the bride. Tammy made my life so much calmer and easier. She was always available to help in person or by phone. She took time to sit with my daughter and I to discuss exactly what we wanted and then gently guided us in the right direction so that the flowers were more than we could have dreamed. She even helped us with a DIY project and taught us some very helpful tips. I have recommended Tammy to several friends and they have all booked their weddings with her. She is my go-to florist from now on.

I was extremely pleased with the flowers and the service provided by Tammy and The Flower Boutique. Tammy was very accommodating; she even agreed to meet with me on Memorial Day when her shop was not open. Tammy was very helpful, creative, and friendly. The flowers were gorgeous and I was able to say within a reasonable budget. I highly recommend using The Flower Boutique for your wedding florist!

I am so happy that I found the Flower Boutique. Tammy and Steve were wonderful to work with. The moment I met them I felt at ease about using them for my wedding. The prices were also very reasonable.You worry about things that can go wrong leading up to your wedding day as a bride but I never doubted that they would do a great job. When that day came the flowers were even better than I imagined they would be. They were gorgeous. Everyone commented on how beautiful they were. If you are looking for a florist that does beautiful work, has reasonable prices, and makes you feel like a friend and not a customer The Flower Boutique should be your choice.

Tammy at the Flower Boutique took my 20+ emails and turned my wedding flowers, including bouquets, reception flowers and more, into the wedding of my dreams. I do not live in the Charlotte area so finding vendors online was definitely a challenge, but Tammy was so responsive and understood my vision - I knew I was in good hands. On the day of the wedding the flowers arrived on time and were arranged beautifully. It was so nice to not have to worry about anything. And my bouquet... it was perfect. I carried it around all day - I didn't want to put it down. I also didn't toss it at the reception. :) This company is truly professional and will provide beautiful artful arrangements for an excellent price.

Tammy, where do I start?! You were fantastic and helped me to select flowers that were exactly what I envisioned but just couldn't really describe. I knew what colors I wanted and how I wanted those colors to pop with Orange, Purple and Green which is exactly what you did. I got so many compliments from friends and family at our wedding. They could not get over how vibrant the colors were.

Tammy and Steve are so sweet! Tammy was very helpful during the planning process. If I had questions, she would call or email right away. Her shop is cute and she will sit down with you and thoroughly explain your options and help you select something within your budget. Her husband Steve is right by her side, helped her arrange, deliver and set up making our wedding day a success. I would recommend The Flower Boutique to everyone! If you are looking for Professional, Talented, Trusting, Caring, GENUINE folks, This is the place to go!

Tammy was so great in working with me to make sure I had the bouquet and bridal party flowers and arrangements for the church!! And the flowers were gorgeous!! One of the most difficult things in the entire process of planning a wedding was hiring a florist - mostly because you have an idea of what they will look like but don't know for sure until the day you pick them up! The Flower Boutique far exceeded our expectations - the flowers were absolutely perfect! We also had a difficult time selecting a florist due to the small size of our wedding - many florists actually didn't want to work with us! Tammy made us feel welcome and worked with us without hesitation. I would recommend the Flower Boutique to any bride out there looking for beautiful flowers and a fantastic person to work with!

The florist I had booked for my wedding flowers canceled 1 month prior to my wedding. I called several florist who didn't want to give me the time of day. When I called Tammy at The Flower Boutique, she told me she was sorry that I had been left down by my florist and that she would do whatever she could to help me with the flowers for the wedding party and reception. Even though she was already booked for the weekend of my wedding, she made time for me and created some of the most beautiful bouquets and centerpieces I have ever seen. Tammy is great at what she does, I love that she pays such attention to the details. She pulled everything off in very short time and I am very grateful to her. Her prices were great compared to the original florist that I had booked with.

The Flower Boutique is the perfect place for a newly engaged girl to go to for fresh flowers. She got my vision right from the start and every thing was awesome. The flowers were fresh, fragrant and long lasting. The prices were also great, she stayed under the budget I gave her. I could not have been more pleased with Buds from the Heart! Tammy worked with me and covered every detail to the point where I had no room to worry about anything. I started out planning a big traditional wedding and two weeks later changed my mind about everything! I called Tammy and she sat down and redesigned the whole entire thing from the kind of flowers used to the color to the number of bouquets needed. She could not have been more professional and flexible. When my wedding day finally came I was blown away at how beautiful everything was. I expected the flowers to be pretty but she completely exceeded my expectations. And as far as cost goes...not only did I get great quality flowers that lasted for weeks, Tammy gave me tips on how to save myself some money on centerpieces. I recommend Buds from the Heart to anyone who is planning a wedding.

I was very pleased with Buds from the Heart. Tammy related really well with needs and questions of a bride. She made it very clear that she wanted to add her part to make this day the very best. I felt that she made things more personalized than other florist I met with. With all of her experience, she knew all the questions I was going to ask and answered them before I could ask! She provided photo examples of her different arrangements and the different pieces of "flair" that could be added for a little extra touch. I loved the pearls in the center of my roses. It add an elegant touch. I organized my wedding from start to finish. I am was what you call a very interactive bride. To accomodate my busy schedule she met me in a different city to choose and place my order. Her prices are very reasonable and her work is amazing! I was so pleased with my bouquets! They were so beautiful and personalized to my wedding style! Needless to say I recommend her to all brides! She is one of the best!

From the very beginning, I knew I was going to be pleased with this vendor! I had already had several florist tell me that what I wanted wasn't do-able. Immediately after explaining what I wanted and why to this florist, they were able to assure me that I could have my dream flowers. A quote was emailed to me within 24 hours of meeting with them and arrangements were made for my flowers! I was THRILLED with the price difference between this florist and others that I had met with. I also was very satisfied that she took the time to get to know me and my desires and to make sure that the flowers were exactly about me! The only slight issue I had was that one of my boquets was slightly different than requested but they were overly apologetic for the mistake!

The Flower Boutique was wonderful to work with. They made buying flowers for our wedding simple and easy. My bridal bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. My bridesmaids bouquets were stunning and simple just like I asked for. I got everything I wanted and the whole process was much easier that I expected. The Flower Boutique was also the least expensive around Charlotte considering I had a Valentine's wedding. I would definitely use them again.

Excellent price for excellent flowers. Flowers were exactly as I pictured! Hydrangeas were well taken care of and did not wilt during the ceremony or pictures! :-) Also ordered flowers in bulk, they were beautiful as well! Couldn't be happier!

Gorgeous, beautiful, and amazing are all words I could use to describe all my flowers from Tammy. I was blown away. She does wonderful work and is great with helping you form a vision. When I first stepped into floral shop, I didn't know the first thing about flowers. She actually created something in the shop, which was so helpful for me because I'm very visual. She was the only florist I visited who did this which is why I chose her. I was not disappointed at all. Can't say enough about her work.

Buds from the Heart was a GREAT place for a nervous bride that needed some beautiful flowers!! Tammy helped me out so much because I had my florist booked through another local florist and they backed out close to last minute. Tammy showed my mom and me everything that we wanted to know and really worked with our budget. The day of my wedding, Tammy was there early to set up and come to fine out, she was the one that got the groomsmen in order and pinned their flowers on because my wedding coorninator was LATE! I would highly recommend her to anyone!

The Flower Boutique is wonderful to work with. They are so kind and really go out of their ways to make your day extra special and everything you dream of. They are a great value and I highly recommend them!

Disappointed, overpriced

I hired the Flower Boutique to do flowers for my wedding. I ordered cascading bouquets and did not receive my vision. If they were cascading it was very minimal. Plus they called the day before the wedding saying they couldn’t get the calla Lillie’s in - I understand the challenges with supply chain, but that was a little disappointing. Eventually she said they had larger calla Lillie’s that were available - I didn’t really understand the point in calling me if they had a substitute.
The bouquets were also much smaller than I pictured for us. The price for what we got was astronomical and I do not believe we got what we paid for. I’m all about supporting small businesses, but it was extremely upsetting for me since the flowers for our wedding we in memoria of loved ones who have departed. It’s something I can’t get back, but I suppose in the grand scheme of things no one noticed but my mom and I. I would not hire them again.
We had other struggles with the flowers but that doesn’t fall on the flower boutique. That falls on our wedding planner.
Overall, I’m fortunate we only hired them for wedding party flowers and not centerpieces. The flowers were rather expensive and again I do not feel like we got what we paid for.

The owner forgot my wedding date (had it right on my proposal but wrong on her schedule). Brought the wrong flowers (flowers I specifically said I didn't want and thistles which I am allergic to). Was rude after the wedding, refused to say she was sorry or admit it was her mistake.
