Dana was amazing to work with throughout the whole planning process. She easily pivoted when we wanted to change the vibe of our flowers halfway through and really worked with us to ensure we got everything we wanted and more, while still staying within our budget. She found ways to repurpose almost all our florals from the ceremony/cocktail hour for the reception which made it feel like we had more flowers than what we originally thought we could get. All the arrangements were made with the highest quality and lasted so long as well! My parents had multiple arrangements at their house the week following the wedding and everything stayed looking beautiful the whole week. We were so impressed with Dana and her team’s professionalism and kindness from our first call to the day of and final strike. We could not have been more thrilled with our flowers and highly recommend Floral Theory! -

Floral Theory
We highly recommend floral theory. I told Dana my vision and she made it happen. I did not have to check on them constantly or stress about them. They stayed on top of everything. On the day of wedding, they decorated everything perfect. The arch was perfect, table pieces were gorgeous. I have nothing to complain. It was literally everything I wanted. The best part was that they made it look easy.I loved working with them.

Dana and The Floral Theory provided floral and decorative arrangements for our wedding in December 2023. We had 250+ guests at the Arizona Heritage Center. It was an outdoor reception and our desired theme was Southwestern. Dana did a wonderful job with her arrangements. We loved the long table flowers and the candles added a nice ambience (this being a nighttime outdoor reception). The ceremony florals were beautiful and the whole setup definitely elevated our event and gave it an elegant feel. Dana's monochrome white florals captured our vision and matched the desert theme we were targeting. She worked with us throughout the process and we were very satisfied with her service. Highly recommend -

Perfection
The Floral Theory did an AMAZING job with our wedding florals!! She was quick to answer our communication and was willing to adjust quantities to help us get the best look for our big day! She absolutely killed it with the arrangements! They were beautiful and more than we could have ever expected! She kept to the inspiration photos but added her own expertise! We got a few ground arrangements, bouquets and lots of bud vases! The rental process was easy and such a great idea to include the vases! Loved that everything was arranged and ready to go! She was a very quality vendor and I would totally recommend the Floral Theory to anyone for any event!! 11/10! -

Most talented team!
The Floral Theory made my wedding dreams a reality.
I am really picky about florals and decor when it comes to hosting and of course my wedding planning. Floral Theory was the only florist my planner recommended who said they could put together our vision within the budget.
I shared some instagram photos of what I liked and our theme (olive branch, citrus and wild flowers) and they put together a mood board for me to review and revise. The process was easy and they were open to ideas while bringing their expertise.
The end result is everything I thought and more. I highly recommend Floral Theory for your wedding/event floral needs. I have full trust they'll turn your vision into reality for you as they have for us. -

Perfect Florals for Our Day
Dana and The Floral Theory team are truly wonderful. My now-husband and I knew we wanted florals to be an important piece of our day, but we also needed to be budget conscious. I was so excited to work with Natalie at The Floral Theory for our April wedding. From the moment I met her, she got my vision and ran with it. At our design meeting, she did a collage of all the flowers they were proposing. It was so helpful and fun to see the variety and color of everything. My bouquet was absolutely stunning and I did not want to set it down. She did an amazing job with the Arbor at Lindsay Grove. The weather was much hotter than usual and when I checked on her setting up, she was doing an incredible job in the heat. I requested a specific flower for my husband’s boutonniere, and it was really beautiful. So were the cake flowers. She took my inspiration picture to heart. Natalie is amazing!
I met with several florists before deciding to work with Natalie at The Floral Theory. I could not be happier with my decision. Natalie was patient, fun, and easy to work with. Her work is incredible and she made the wedding bouquet and floral arrangements of my dreams. I went through several revisions of what I wanted for flowers and she was always willing to meet with me and adjust my proposal to get it perfect. When I saw my bouquet the day of my wedding, it was even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and exactly what I wanted. If you want a florist who you can trust to deliver on your vision, you have to hire The Floral Theory. -

We hired The Floral Theory for our wedding at Encanterra 2/25. When first contacting them, I was able to meet with Dana in person at her shop with my future mother in law to go over the vision and inspiration for the wedding. She understood the assignment and quickly got back to me on an estimate. It was easy to communicate with her and her assistant. Out of all the vendors I hired, this was the one I had full confidence in 100% with zero doubts. I was right and they exceeded my expectations. The flowers were so incredibly beautiful I am having some preserved. I wish they lasted forever as they were a complete dream.

Dana and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend them for any flower needs. My husband and I were planning our wedding in Sedona, AZ from Idaho so all coordination was over email, but I still felt very much apart of the process and they always responded in a timely manner. It was so easy to send inspiration photos and they came up with the perfect bouquet and boutonniere that was everything I envisioned. They were also flexible with our pick-up since we were traveling from out of town. I really appreciated that and it wasn't an added stress. Dana was a true professional! We started off with a color scheme, then she was so informative with different types of flowers she could offer, along with pictures of all of them. She also did some sketches of different alter design ideas. Dana listened to our wants of wanting local flowers to be the star of the floral arrangements. Her mock-up centerpieces were on point! Then the wedding day came, and the flowers blew everyone away! Very fresh, vibrant flowers that really provided the pop of color we were after. I would not hesitate in booking Floral Theory for any event, customer service was excellent and final product was amazing. -

I can't say enough good things about Floral Theory, for both the final product and the process of deciding and selecting. I was very worried about being able to articulate my vision and with a few photos and the right questions being asked by The Floral Theory team, they were able to put together a proposal that was exactly what we were asking for. They really listened and responded to every question or feedback I had. When it came to delivering, they were exactly what we imagined and even more breathtaking. I still can't believe how great Dana and her team was! I don't even know where to start. From start to finish, she executed everything perfectly. I was nervous about the final outcome since I had booked way back in early 2020 and we hadn't talked about the floral vision in over a year considering our wedding date was pushed to 11/19/2021, but it all turned out so great! I still can't get over how beautiful the ceremony arch was. It was everything I wanted and more! Dana was also super flexible and let me reuse the bridesmaid bouquets as head table centerpieces. She also stayed from start to finish and made sure that everything was set up correctly and put away when the event was over. I would highly recommend The Floral Theory to any bride! -

Dana and her team did such a beautiful job for my wedding. The consultation went beautifully. She listened to all my ideas and made a board describing everything I wanted. The communication was great as well. She messaged me a month before the wedding and made sure I had ordered everything I wanted because there was a flower shortage and she wanted to make sure that she got all the flowers that she needed. When I asked last minute to make a flower crown for my flower girl she did it and it was beautiful. The Floral Theory did a beautiful job and I cannot recommend them more! -

Dana and her team with The Floral Theory were beyond amazing to work with. Dana not only personally called me several times to get exactly my vision for my wedding, but answered promptly whenever I had a quick question over text. Now for the important part... the wedding day. The flowers EXCEEDED all of my expectations. When asked what I was most excited for (decor wise) for my wedding I have always said flowers and I was pretty picky about what vision I had for my bouquets, accent pieces and table centerpieces. Dana made suggestions to be more budget friendly, and the arrangements turned out spectacular. We got the most compliments about the flowers over anything else. I know I am rambling but I feel so passionate about recommending Dana and the floral theory to everyone and anyone looking for a wedding florist. Book her and you will be in amazing hands. Working with Dana, the planning process, and the actual day of the event were seamless. I always knew exactly what needed to be done and when - this was by far the easiest portion of the wedding planning process and really mattered the day of the wedding. Dana brought my vision to life and then some. Working with her was so simple and fun, she listened to my ideas and what I hoped for my big day and she created it for me perfectly. I had some specific blooms in mind and she made sure they were accounted for and looked stunning. Every floral aspect of my wedding was perfect and Dana made sure everything looked great before leaving. I would work with Dana a million times over. She is a absolutely someone who can bring your wedding visions to life! -

I couldn't recommend The Floral Theory more. Dana was absolutely fabulous from the start. She took the time to not only understand my vision, but then to build off that vision to make the floral pieces of my wedding absolutely stunning. I really appreciated her walking me through each flower that she recommended and opening my world to beautiful flowers I had never even heard of. She has so much knowledge of flowers and greenery, how they last throughout the day, what textures blend in a beautiful way, all of which culminated in absolutely breathtaking arrangements. I LOVED my bridal bouquet!! Dana was also very considerate and mindful of budget, and sharing tricks to create a stunning display at our established price point. Dana was wonderful. She was willing to work with all our requests and modify the order last minute. She made me the most beautiful dream bouquet and bridal crown. I felt like a magical bohemian goddess. My only regret is that I couldn't keep the flowers as I live overseas, but I managed to preserve my bridal crown, and it will always be a special reminder of the most magical day of my life. Let me start by saying I'm not the kind of person that is into florals, I'd rather spend the $20 on food than a bouquet. When I first met Dana I expressed that to her, and I also let her know what style/colors I was looking for but she had the free range to do whatever. Boy am I SO glad I did the real flowers! They really add to the wedding and make it that much more beautiful. Dana is so sweet and great to work with! She did amazing setting up the tables, and getting everyone they florals. When I saw my bouquet I was so surprised, and in love. It was absolutely so beautiful and I couldn't have been happier. Dana will for sure nail your vision! She was so great!! -

We found Dana on Instagram and were amazed by how beautiful her work is! After meeting for the first time we knew she would make our vision a reality. Speaking of vision, we originally had one color scheme in mind that we chose (deep burgundies) Well, a few months later I had a unexpected change of heart and changed color scheme (bright pinks, yellows). I was nervous to ask her to make a change but she was extremely receptive, motivating, & made it happen for us! My bouquet was BEYOND what I expected, same for our bridesmaids bouquets and the boutonnières. The centerpieces were a huge hit and people could not believe how fresh they stayed all day. Her special touch completed the look perfectly, from our sweetheart table to our cake to our arch. Not only that, but she made the trip from the East Valley to our venue on the West in the crazy heat and that says alot about her work ethic. I'm truly so content we decided to go with fresh flowers and The Floral Theory. I would definitely book her again! Thank you again!! -

Stunning Florals!
Dana at the Floral Theory took our floral inspo pictures for our wedding and brought them to life. The floral arrangements and bouquets were even more stunning than I could have imagined. I am so glad our wedding coordinator recommended The Floral Theory. We are recommending them to all our friends getting married! Dana made the experience pleasant and stress free. We had previously met with other florists but Dana's work was simply the best and she was very flexible in working with our budget but still making our vision come to life. -

The Floral Theory is EXACTLY the floral vendor I was seeking! Dana is an absolute gem to work with - she will work with you to curate floral decor that aligns with your vision and budget. I honestly was dreading contemplating florals for my wedding (I tend to get analysis paralysis and was questioning having any flowers at all - I know...I know...) but working with Dana made this such a fun experience, and so much less intimidating than I thought it would be! I'm novice about flowers and a minimalist at heart and Dana couldn't have done a better job customizing floral decor for my wedding. I was so appreciative of her patience and consultative approach while working with me. She was transparent, flexible, responsive and overall great at what she does. I cannot recommend The Floral Theory enough!!
I had met with one florist prior to reaching out to Dana. This other florist completely ignored everything I said during our consultation, quoted me an OUTRAGEOUS amount and told me one of the flowers I wanted to have in my bouquet did not exist.
Dana was referred to me by one of my girlfriends after venting my frustrations.
She was the complete opposite of the other florist I had met with. Dana really listened, used my inspiration pictures for reference, and created the dreamiest pieces for my jewel-toned wedding. I mean, absolutely stunning. She also included many of the flowers I wanted that “didn’t exist”. She is so very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and incredibly talented.

I was one of those very busy stressed brides who didn't get a chance to meet with my florists before the wedding. Dana offered to meet many times but my schedule was too crazy. She was so understanding and nice and explained everything step by step. She told me what flowers she was using and provided examples and gave me all the information I could need and more. She was also very flexible, I ended up doing last minute changes which she was able to accommodate. When I saw my florals I was in so in love, it was everything I wanted and more. Amazing Flowers!
One word: amazing! Dana did a more than amazing job of our flowers on our wedding day. It was far more than I expected. In terms of florals, I knew the basics in terms of colors and what I wanted to be decorated and she worked with it magically! She gave suggestions to the overall floral theme given the only flower I really knew was the rose!
