I planned my wedding out with the previous owner, Kathy, who was wonderful. I went in knowing nothing about what I wanted besides dark burgundy flowers. She helped me pick out everything and I had no idea what everything was going to look like together, but I trusted her and the staff. I was worried when the shop switched hands that something would go wrong but everything was perfect. All my arrangements were beautiful and communication with them remained great. I called a week or two before my wedding date to ask if they would attach my necklace with my grandfather’s ashes in it to my bouquet, which they did, and I loved the placement they chose for it. Whichever employee came to do the setup did an amazing job. I feel like the prices were reasonable and would 10/10 recommend The Floral Gardens to others.

Kathy is amazing and talented and an absolute professional. She got everything spot on with minimal oversight. I was so confident in her work after meeting with her that I forgot to even touch base with her before the wedding like I did with all of my other vendors. I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about The Floral Gardens. We booked them for our wedding flowers very far in advance and throughout my planning process I ended up changing my mind several times about my flower choices. Throughout every single change, Kathy was extremely patient and accommodating and even designed a different centerpiece, better than the idea that I originally had. Kathy allows brides to view the floral arrangements the day before the wedding and I was STUNNED and blown away by the beautiful arrangements and bouquets that she put together. The flowers were such a huge part of our decor and The Floral Gardens definitely did not disappoint and I am still so amazed by how beautiful everything was. Their prices are also very competitive and we ended up getting way more flowers than we thought we could get with our budget. She also has free rentals that we ended up using as our other centerpieces and they turned out just as beautiful also. We loved working with The Floral Gardens and we are so beyond thankful for their hard work, patience and talent. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Flowers were by far the most difficult part of our wedding planning experience. We'd gone to several florists, thinking greenery would be a little less expensive, and continually left discouraged. "Flowers are expensive" is all everyone would tell us, but my Pinterest mind had a vision I needed to bring to life. My cousin recommended we see Kathy at floral gardens- she had done her wedding and thought she was super honest with her pricing and would tell you where to budget accordingly. All I can say is- WOW. Not only were her prices super competitive, but she took all my inspiration pictures and brought them to life. The best part of the experience was getting to go look at the flowers the day before. There wasn't a thing we wanted to change, but seeing them in person really brought the whole experience to life. I was so blown away by each piece she proudly showed us- the detail and hard work that went into centerpieces, bouquets, etc. was so evident. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone. I found The Floral Gardens here on weddingwire and am so glad I did! Words can not express how much I loved my bouquet and my bridesmaid bouquets! I got so many compliments, they smelled amazing and looked amazing! And the price you really can not beat!! I also really appreciated that they didn't have a minimum to spend like some other florists since my husband and I went pretty bare bones on our flowers. Highly recommend!!!

We were recommended The Floral Gardens by our venue and they were the most beautiful flower arrangements I have ever seen! We met with Kathy and went over what we wanted. We had a fall themed wedding and I had some vague ideas of what I wanted but nothing concrete. We were going to do candles for our centerpieces but then changed our minds to flowers after our meeting so I called Kathy and let her know what I wanted. The Floral Gardens exceeded my expectations and made our wedding absolutely gorgeous! I know nothing about flowers and Kathy was very patient and helpful, and gave me a lot of recommendations based off of the colors I liked. She also has a lot of rental items that are free with the flowers which was really nice. I can't even begin to describe how pretty all of our flowers turned out, from our bouquets and boutonnieres to our tall and low centerpieces and our gigantic alter arrangements. Kathy has also worked with our venue (Lodge at Welch Allyn) and planner (MLH Events) quite a bit so it was nice that they all coordinated with each other. I highly recommend The Floral Gardens!!

End your search here. From the moment I met with them I was impressed by their knowledge and professionalism. Flowers are definitely not something I know much about and I was uncertain going in. I was able to show them a few photos of what I did and didnt like and they were able to create the perfect combination for me and my girls. The day before my wedding I was able to approve everything I ordered and make any changes I wanted. I had no worries about my flowers leading up to the wedding because of how impressed I was in our meeting. Hands down amazing.

I interviewed numerous florists and none came close to Floral Gardens. The main deciding factor was Kathy's personality! She was down to earth, friendly, and guided me in the right direction. I can definitely say other florists do not do this. In addition, she showed me samples in person and in books on what she is capable of doing. For me, a couple of things were a must when it came to a florist and she exceeded everything I was looking for. First, a company that is willing to show breakdown of pricing prior to committing (other florists don't do this). Secondly, she produced what I wanted without arguing or telling me that it can't be done (yes, other reputable florists did this to me). Thirdly, a personality that I related and meshed with (other florists were rude and had the "better than you" attitude). Not only did Kathy do this but when there were a couple of hiccups and situations that were inconvenient to her and I due to external forces, she still worked extremely hard to make the days and weeks easier on me as we approached the wedding. What else can you ask for in a florist? She was perfect!

Floral Gardens was the first florist I met with and I am very glad I chose them! During our meeting, I showed her pictures of my vision and she was quickly able to tell me which flowers were in season and which options would be cheaper. She is VERY knowledgeable and has a TON of experience in weddings! She allowed us to borrow all of the centerpiece vases, shepards hooks for our outdoor ceremony, and votive holders. I went to the shop the day before the wedding to look at the final products, and unfortunately, there was an issue with the color. My color was blush (which through planning we have learned means significantly different things to different people) and they were the wrong shade of pink. Kathy worked with me and repeatedly stressed that this was my wedding and they were going to make it right. She texted me the night before saying she got additional materials and was able to match the color perfectly and not to worry. Needless to say, she NAILED it! I went from being very nervous to being absolutely overjoyed. The flowers were jaw dropping! I am obsessed with our centerpieces and how they pulled the whole room together! I am so glad I chose to work with Kathy and highly recommend her!

After meeting with one florist that we really weren't impressed with and another that we loved but couldn't quite afford, we were excited to meet with Kathy at The Floral Gardens. We provided Kathy with our vision, she asked what our budget was and was able to come in under budget with everything that we had asked for! She was very easy to work with; we decided to add a few extra corsages a few weeks before the wedding and she didn't flinch. I was referred to The Floral Gardens by a co-worker of mine who also used them for her wedding. From my first meeting to my last, Kathy was very professional and the flowers were more beautiful than I imagined they would be. On the day before my wedding when I came in to look at my flowers, I needed to make a change to my bridal bouquet. Kathy was very understanding and eager to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Needless to say, the bouquet right down to the boutonnieres were absolutely gorgeous! Our flowers were delivered exactly when they were supposed to be and our reception tables looked stunning (18 tables of white hydrangeas). Everyone at The Floral Gardens was wonderful to work with and we would use them again in a heartbeat! The flowers were lovely and they worked within our budget to provide beautiful bouquets. They don't usually deliver on Sundays and they made an exception for us, delivering the flowers to the hotel right on time. I had to approve the final bouquets the Friday before my wedding, which I appreciated. Nothing needed to be changed as everyone was fabulous but having that option was comforting. Kathy and the floral gardens were a pleasure to work with! I had a very specific vision for my flowers and Kathy worked endlessly to make that vision come through. I was so happy with my flowers and they were exactly what I imagined. The floral gardens went above and beyond to give me what I was looking for and added special touches to my flowers. The flowers were healthy and lasted the whole day. Kathy made herself available whenever I had questions or concerns. She was wonderful to work with and someone you can trust to do a beautiful job!!

The Floral Gardens did the flowers for my daughter's July 2014 wedding and everything they did was just beautiful. Kathy was great to work with when planning the different arrangements, everything was delivered on time and clearly labeled. They loaned us a card box and 75 glass votive candle holders at no charge. I was completely happy with everything they did and would definitely use them again in the future.

The floral gardens completely exceeded our expectations. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and blended perfectly with our wedding colors. Kathy was very accommodating and recommended things that we completely forgot about. We would definitely recommend the floral gardens:)

Kathy and her team did the flowers for my recent wedding. I found her to be very professional and responsive to my needs. Any time I emailed Kathy with questions or changes to my order, she was quick to respond. I got mostly hydrangeas and roses, and all the flowers looked beautiful. The bouquets and centerpieces were very pretty. I also had a garland with small clusters of flowers to go on a wooden arch for my outdoor ceremony, and all that was lovely. Kathy really cares about making sure she gets everything just right for the bride. The week before my wedding she called me 2 or 3 times to ask how I wanted certain things done with my flowers. I really appreciated her attention to detail and her proactive efforts to contact me and make sure she was getting the flowers exactly how I wanted. The price was also a great value.

My experience with The Floral Gardens was great. They took my visions for our flowers and put everything to life! From the bouquets and boutonnieres to the gorgeous urns they put together for our ceremony, they really outdid themselves and captured everything we wanted! They were great to work with and I would highly recommend them!!

Kathy outdid herself with the centerpieces for our wedding reception. They were exactly as I had pictured them and were beautiful, full and elegant creations. She has a variety of gorgeous candelabras and antique style bases if you are having a shabby-chic or antique/romantic wedding. They were truly stunning and we received a ton of rave reviews from our guests. She also made beautiful arrangements for our pews at the church which turned out lovely. They were exactly what we wanted and gave us a romantic look for the church. I was in love with my bouquet and the bridesmaids bouquets as she used garden roses since I had my heart set on peonies (not in season in August). They turned out PERFECT and exactly as I had shown her in pictures. If you are looking for perfection and that "wow" factor where it really matters - centerpieces, bridal bouquet, etc...you have to go with Kathy!

My experience with the team at Floral Gardens is one that I will always appreciate. Kathy sat with me at our consulatation and showed me every flower that she thought would fit perfectly with my ideas! The staff was always sweet and willing to answer any questions I had. When I went to see the finished products the day before our BIG DAY, I was brought to tears. My bouquet was picture perfect. Just a smooth transaction all the way!

We planned our wedding in about 5 weeks. Kathy at The Floral Gardens was not only accommodating but also extremely responsive, professional, and talented. I never had a chance to go into the shop, I live in NYC, and communicated with her only once over the phone and the rest of the time via email about 2-3 weeks before our wedding. We communicated mostly at night, which I am guessing was already after a long day at work for her. She explained the various flowers to me and I sent her some example photos online of what I liked. Late that evening after our only telephone talk, I changed my mind (it is tough to plan a wedding in a few weeks and know exactly what your vision is!) and sent her one final photo. I also changed the men's flowers from roses to calla lilies as I did not realize my husband loved calla lilies. When I tell you Kathy was understanding and accommodating that is un understatement. She easily had 8 or 9 other weddings that weekend and I am sure we were the last ones to order yet I am sure my flowers were equally as gorgeous as the rest. Her attention to detail is amazing. The bouquets looked exactly like the photo I sent her only I feel much better and fuller and just simply stunning. Having never been to her store I was not really sure what to expect but the reviews are accurate. She is the best!

Kathy and the floral designers at Floral Gardens far exceeded my expectations and hopes for my wedding flowers. I gave them a variety of birdcages to use in the centerpieces, expecting a few flowers inside each one. What they came up with was nothing short of incredible. My mother was a florist for a long time and when she saw what the staff at Floral Gardens came up with, it made her jaw drop. I could not be more pleased with their work or their service. It was a pleasure working with Kathy and I have absolutely no complaints.

I spoke to a number of florist and they were by far the most professional! They did such an a beautiful job on my flowers and really helped me create a bouquet I loved while still staying in my flower budget! I highly recommend them! I just wish they delivered!

I met with a couple of florists while trying to decide on what to do for my wedding. I wanted calla lilies so it was ideal for me to get the best value. During my consultation, I felt like my ideas were being heard. I was able to go look at my flowers the day before the wedding and they were stunning. I also did centerpieces from here with an assortment of fall colored flowers. They were beautiful! The prices were comparable to other locations. The only thing that seemed high to me was the charge for delivery so we opted to pick up the boutonnieres and bouquets ourselves.

We found Kathy at one of the wedding shows in Syracuse. We were not looking to spend a lot of money and we sat down and talked to one of her assistants and she helped us design beautiful flowers at a great price. We got so much for our money. The flowers were beautiful and well prepared. We would recommend Floral Garden services to anyone looking for flowers.

I loved my flowers that I got from The Floral Garden. I had 7 bridesmaids who had light and dark pink roses and the girls all loved their bouquets. For my bridal bouquet, I had the same roses with white Calla Lilies and feathers. My bouquet was beautiful as well. The price was excellent and everybody at the shop was very helpful.

Sapphire and Sunflowers
As two people who are allergic to flowers they were never a major focus of our wedding planning. Once we met the staff at The Floral Gardens at a wedding expo at Hotel Syracuse we instantly knew they were the florists for us. They brought amazing color and style to our flowers. Especially the sunflowers! That was the focal point of my bouquets and boutonnieres and they were of the highest quality, beautifully designed, and sturdy! We could not of been happier with Floral Gardens!

The flowers for my daughter's wedding were absolutely beautiful. This is a "hometown business" that we wanted to support and we were not disappointed. The people were very friendly and helpful. The owner is very knowledgeable and helped us make decisions. Thank you for making my daughter's vision a reality. She said that the flowes came out exactly how she imagined! No easy feat! Bravo.
