Our perfect day

The fiesta’s pricing allowed us to have more of our loved ones at our special day. The food was absolute delicious and the drinks were in point. They were very responsive and attentive to my many inquiries. I highly recommend them.

Everything was excellent! The service, professionalism, responsiveness, the price...I can go on and on. They were flexible and the special touches were wonderful. Repast/Funeral

We held a celebration of life at the Fiesta on 10/14/25. On short notice , Keith and Bruce were
Fantastic in putting together a beautiful setting for
Family and friends to gather after church services. During a difficult situation, they took care of everything after one phone call.

We had requested a gluten/dairy free meal for a family member and also several children meals for
Attending children. Bruce took care of everything. I was so relieved knowing that the minor details were taken care of and everyone had a meal to enjoy,

The food and drinks were also fantastic. The variety of fish, beef and chicken was a great addition for all of our guests. In addition, we had a salad choice , pasta choices and vegetables. Plus dessert .

Personally , I would HIGHLY recommend the Fiesta for all of your Repast or Party celebrations. They did a wonderful job. Bruce , you and your staff were terrific.

Had an Amazing wedding!

Everyone at fiesta was very professional, they had a lot of flexibility with times and practices. Gregory was so kind and genuine with helping with the menu picking, and all the small details. Bruce was very nice during our rehearsals and on the day of the wedding.

Greatest experience for several our School events

We just had a wonderful experience with this Venue ! They work so well with planning ahead and accommodating any last minute changes.
The planning was so easy with Denise and the event turned out great. We didn’t have a host for our event but our maitre’d Bruce was excellent ! He coordinated with me and structured a plan for photos and food. He even went as far as helping me restructure our balloon garland when it fell apart during our event !

Best 50th HS Reunion Ever!

Planning a 50th HS Reunion, with all of the attendant details, is a lot. Our small committee of three, with much support from classmates, had a lot to coordinate. Working with the Fiesta was a dream. A few of us looked at other venues, but no one could beat the Fiesta's pricing, service, care and attention for the details. The night of, Bruce our captain, was there watching over everything, regularly checking in with me. Our group felt so taken care of and relaxed. We're talking about doing a 55th back at the Fiesta.

Perfect Wedding!

We can't thank Keith, Gary and the team from The Fiesta enough for our magical ceremony and reception. The food was prepared to perfection for both our cocktail hour and reception. The liquor was top shelf and the bartenders proved to be excellent mixologists! The venetian desert selections were really tasty too! Our servers couldn't do enough for our guests and they were so professional and thoughtful! The Fiesta's vendor are second to none. The florist created an elegant fairytale setting. The DJs music and special effects were perfect and everyone was up on the floor dancing. Our photographer and videographer were very creative and put our guests at ease while they were being photographed. We had an afterparty complete with White Castle Hamburgers, Dirty Water Dogs and Pizza! A number of our guests called and texted us the day after our reception to let us know they felt it was the best wedding they'd ever attended. We'd highly recommend The Fiesta for weddings and other special occasions!

Amazing venue

We got married at the fiesta 10.27.23 and it was perfect. The food was amazing and there was a ton of it, the bar had great quick service, the matrie ds Gary and hector did an amazing job. I worked with hector the entire year and he was amazing to work with. Definitely recommend

Only Venue to Ask to See MY Engagement Ring

Let me preface by saying that out of four venues, The Fiesta was the only one to ask to see my engagement ring at our first meeting. We were treated like we were truly family from start to end. They are a family-run venue after all. I would tell everyone about how nice and friendly they are even before the wedding because they stood out so much and left such an impression. Being shown around the place, we would be introduced to all the staff like we were brought into a family reunion.

We met several times with the owner, Jeff, and felt so assured that they’d have the wedding under control (and they did!). We felt comfortable and at ease. He was clear with timelines on when we need to get things ready prior to the big day. We also spent extra time just shooting the sh**, because it felt like we were talking to a relative. The biggest stand-out moment was when we went in for our tasting, a wedding was going on (naturally), and Jeff was with us the whole time telling us about the food, asking about our lives, etc. At what other venue would the Owner of the place be with you the whole time?! It was amazing!

The day of our wedding, Bruce was an excellent maitre d who would check up on my husband and I throughout, from entering the venue to the end of reception, to make sure that we got enough food, that it was good, that we had drinks, and got us prepared as each event (toasts, cake cutting, etc.) were about to happen. It felt like we were royalty!

The food, let's just say Exceptional! I want to be invited to a wedding at The Fiesta for the food alone. The waiters and staff were great and fast. We had a lot going on during our reception like a DJ, a band, hora loca, and more, but The Fiesta handled it all splendidly. They've been in business forever, so they know what they're doing. Also, you really can't beat the price as well, as opposed to the highly inflated and absurd pricing at pretty much every other venue.

Don't even think about another place. Reach out to Jeff, Bruce, or Gary. You can't go wrong!

We can’t say enough about the Fiesta- the staff, the food, the drinks, the finest details to the entire event! 17 years ago I had my sweet 16 at the Fiesta and July 15, I had my wedding here. The bridal party and a handful of guests arrived early to the reception and instead of declining service since my contracted hours hadn’t started yet, they began service immediately and had food brought out to start the cocktail hour. They accommodated various food allergies, vegetarian needs, and religious meal needs without hesitation. Every table was attended to as if that table was the only one in the room. The drinks flowed all night long from start to finish. Hector, Gary, and Paola repeatedly checked on my husband and I, our parents, and guests themselves ensuring everyone was enjoying themselves. Again, we can’t say enough about the Fiesta! Thank you for making our special day all that more magical.

Absolutely amazing!

Keith and The Fiesta staff were absolutely amazing! My husband and I recently got married and we heard nothing but positive feedback from our family and friends. We worked with the most genuine people who made our big day so special. Keith recommended outstanding vendors such as our DJ/photographers (Taylor Events/ Flamingo Studios), as well as the most beautiful decor put together by (Quixotic Fiestas). Overall, the food was delicious and planning our wedding was easy. Oh and Gary.. highly recommend. He was so lovely and helpful. We cannot thank Keith and his team enough! We had a live painter and a Sinatra singer, which added special touches to our big day! We love The FIESTA!

Perfect Wedding!

Our Wedding Day!

We had the BEST night of our lives and we have the FIESTA to thank for that especially Keith! He gave us such wonderful recommendations as far as making sure that we had the best of everything for our special day. Our guests cannot stop raving about how delicious the food was from the cocktail hour to the reception and the Venetian hour. My mouth is still watering over the Cesar salad. It’s the best I’ve ever had. My husband and I will recommend the fiesta over and over to anyone that is looking for a venue. We are so sad it’s over but are so happy that we had our wedding here. Best wedding

I couldn’t be more happy with the Keith, Bruce and the staff that made my wedding day the best. All under 2 months of planning. They helped with everything and suggested some great vendors. My day went without a hiccup everything was perfect. The Casa de Rosa ballroom was absolutely stunning and gave me space to have the ceremony & reception in one place. Amazing place

Two years worth of planning and the day finally happened! Thank you for everything you guys did to make our dream wedding come true. For the amazing food, the amazing service, everything! OMG, the food was so so GOOD! I wish I could do it all over again. We got married on June 13th, 2021 and all our families talk about since then was how amazing the food was and how incredibly beautiful the venue was. They accommodated us in 3 different rooms for the ceremony, cocktail hour & reception and made sure the transition for the guests the day of went smooth. Wedding of our dreams!

We recently got married at the Fiesta- May 15, 2021, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. We actually had to postpone our wedding due to covid, and everyone at the Fiesta was so helpful and supportive. Casa de Rosa is a gorgeous ballroom, and the food was amazing. There were so many great options to choose from for our cocktail and main entrees. They also have so many great relationships with many vendors which made it so easy. If you need a cake, dj, photobooth, lighting, they can help you with everything! We felt like we were in great hands the whole time. They have been in this business for years, and we couldn't have been happier.

Wonderful wedding venue

We had our ceremony in the Fiesta room and our cocktail hour/reception of our wedding in the Casa De Rosa room and we can not rave enough about this venue!! The food was amazing and the staff was wonderful. Everything from booking, planning, and all the way to final event ran so smooth and our wedding exceeded all of our expectations. It was perfect in every single way, and the only reason it was so perfect was because of the staff. Jeff and Joe we literally can't thank them both enough for everything they did. When they say they treat you like family there they truly do! It didn't matter day or night if we had a question or needed help they were there for us!

Best venue ever!!!

Thank you so much The Fiesta I cant recommended it enough. It was just the perfect place for the wedding of my dreams. Great location, beautiful inside areas, beautiful arquitecture plenty of parking, food, drinks and the whole staff were just beyond amazing. It was my dream venue and I am in love with it. Keith is amazing, very quick to respond any day and any time 😊. He was so helpful the entire way through specially during COVID that we moved our date 2 times. The price is very affordable, but the location, the service, the food , the drinks, the place itself seems like it should be worth a lot more. Our pictures came out just perfect like the place. They also work with a lot of vendors that they recommend to you. All and all, my husband and I were very happy with this venue and the whole staff.

The wedding of our dreams!!!

My husband and I got married at The Fiesta on April 17th 2021. I can say that we truly had the wedding of our dreams and it was all thanks to Keith, Bruce, Jeff and all the staff at The Fiesta. We are from out of state but wanted to have our wedding here in NJ to be able to celebrate the most special day with our families. Keith made the planning very easy for us, he answered the million questions I had, he really made us feel and showed us that he cared and wanted to ensure our wedding day was flawless.

The day of our wedding, everything was just amazing, every detail was taken care of, Keith really helped minimize the stress that comes with wanting a perfect wedding. We had our ceremony at the Fiesta room and our reception at the Caribbean room, both rooms were gorgeous and they went perfectly with my Hollywood themed wedding. Bruce was my Maitre’ D and he was absolutely amazing, I really can’t thank him enough, he catered to all our needs. He literally ran around to ensure that my night was a magical one. The bartenders and all the servers were very friendly and helpful. My guests had nothing but compliments about our wedding and our venue. The food was out of this world, my guests have not stopped talking about our wonderful cocktail hour and sit down dinner. The service really went above and beyond, something that we would forever appreciate. The fire show was stunning, we were impressed with it. Not one detail was overlooked, which is why I can truly say I got to have the wedding of my dreams.

I recommend The Fiesta to anyone looking for a wedding venue or any other special event. You get the family treatment and there’s no price to that. And once you book, don’t forget to also reserve the photo booth, it was a hit on my wedding!!

Thank you Keith, Bruce, Jeff and the whole Fiesta team for allowing us to have more than we could’ve ever imagined.

Best Venue!

We got married at the Fiesta in the Casa de Rosa on December 5, 2020. Keith was so easy to work with and made sure that we got everything we wanted. He helped us plan everything and is super knowledgeable. The day of was perfect and every staff member was amazing to work with. Joey and Gary were our maî·tre d's and they were extremely accommodating all night. Bartenders and servers were all extremely polite and friendly. Couldn't have asked for anything more from the Fiesta!!

Perfect Venue

WE recently had an event here and I could not be happier with the service we received. The venue was perfect and Matt, Bruce and Gary were very helpful and professional. No detail was overlooked and they worked with us and honored all our of requests without question. Chef Glen prepared a delicious meal and everyone enjoyed themselves. The staff was fantastic and attentive. I would not hesitate to have an event here again

Amazing venue!!!

We recently had our wedding reception 09-27-19 at the Fiesta. We booked the Casa De Rosa room with Keith and couldn’t believe how beautiful and spacious the room was. Keith was so helpful assisting us with the entire planning process and made us feel like family from the beginning. He was always one phone call away to assist us with any questions that we had. We cannot begin to say how AMAZING the food was, and there were so many different options of food to choose from for cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert. We also opted for the Viennese table for dessert and it was fantastic and worth the added option. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive. Our Maitre’ D Joe, catered to our every need and even met us as soon as we exited the limousine. We highly recommend the Fiesta to anyone looking to book an event here. You will not be disappointed. Big thank you to Keith, Joe, and the Fiesta staff for making our day flawless.

Osorio wedding 11-1-19

My husband and I got married at the Fiesta last night ( Nov 1st , 2019 ) in the new fiesta room, and held our reception in the new crest room ( old Caribbean room ) . I can't say enough about the Fiesta . From the moment we booked our wedding til the day of everyone treated us like family . Bruce Jeff and Joey made us feel at ease . All of our guest couldn't stop raving about the food and how beautiful everything was . We wanted a small / intimate , fun wedding and the Fiesta was able to pull it off . Everything was prefect . Joey our maître d' went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed , even when I wasn't feeling well . Our guest kept saying how much they loved how intimate our wedding was , one even said , “this is how I want my wedding to be “. Thank you for making my dream wedding into a reality

Outstanding Service & Venue!

I really can’t thank the staff at the Fiesta enough for such a wonderful experience! We had our reception here in September in the Fiesta room, which is brand new & looks stunning after renovations. The food was incredible, the service went above and beyond, and the fire show was really spectacular! Weeks later, and we are still getting complements from our friends & family on what a great time they had.

It’s also worth noting that my husband & I live abroad and first got married in Europe, but we had our reception at the Fiesta to celebrate with our family & friends in NJ. Keith made it very easy to plan all the details from afar. On the day of, they were so helpful in setting everything up & making sure everything went smoothly — right down to fixing the slideshow of our wedding photos, which really meant a lot to us! Keith, you made sure our NJ reception was just as wonderful as our wedding day! We are so happy with our decision to book the Fiesta. Thanks so much!

We aren’t married yet but I just want to say how easy they are to communicate with. My fiancé and I stopped by yesterday to see the recently updated rooms. We will be having the ceremony there as well as reception. I just wanted to share the photos I have taken. So in love with it 😍

The best venue in all aspects!

THE FIESTA IS # 1 IN ALL ASPECTS!! I just celebrated my wedding on July 20, 2019 and The Fiesta made sure it was the BEST night of our lives!!!! From the food, liquor, and décor, it was absolutely PERFECT! I have to thank Keith, Matt, Gary, and Hector and the wait staff for catering to all of our needs no matter how big or small! You can meet them in the front office and trust me, they will make you feel like family after your first visit!
I have to give a special thanks to Bruce Werntz from The Fiesta for being the man in charge of my wedding and making sure that it went smoothly! I would always recommend this wonderful man to be your maître d' !!
He will never disappoint you and will make sure that you get everything you want! He made himself available always and was ON CALL for us! he took catering to our needs to a 5 star level!

Beyond excellent!

On Saturday June 15, my husband and I celebrated our beautiful wedding, in the Casa de Rosa room at the Fiesta Venue. We were going for and elegant and romantic wedding look and this venue had the perfect room! We couldn’t have achieved our dream wedding without the professional help of Hector, Bruce, George and the Staff. Let me start by saying that Hector and Bruce are amazing, very professional and have a great sense of humor. We want to say thank you for listening and executing our requests the way you did. Thank you for making our event less stressful with your superb experience and advise. Your service was more than excellent! Hector, I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant and a fun DJ. I’m so happy I listened to your suggestions. Bruce, was our Maitre-D and his Captain was George. These two individuals and their Staff did a fantastic job serving us at the ceremony and reception. Felix and I take our hats off for the amazing service you provided to us. You made us feel important and special and if anyone reads this review we want them to know that the chemistry we all shared was very natural; we felt we’ve known you guys all of our lives. We are grateful to have met you. From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU! We will forever remember your hard work at our wedding. We loved The Casa de Rosa room because all of our pictures came out STUNNING, ROMANTIC, ELEGANT and BEAUTIFUL! A dream come true! An awesome wedding experience!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding here April 25, 2019. We booked it about a year in advanced. We were very pleased with the service we received. Though there was no taste testing, the food was absolutely amazing! Bruce was our maître d'. He did such an amazing job making sure we were taken care of. He never waited for us to tell him when we needed something. Bruce went above and beyond in his service for our wedding receprion. I would highly recommend this venue if you are looking in NJ and are on a budget. They will work with you and will help you to personalize what you need for you.

We are extremely pleased with our decision to have had our daughter’s wedding reception at The Fiesta. Our daughters and our guests have multiple food allergies and we were very concerned about the menu. Keith and Greg assured us the food would meet our dietary needs and be delicious. The cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres and dinner were amazing. The room was setup beautifully. Our evening was professionally handled by our maître d Bruce who greeted us as soon as we arrived. Both Bruce and the dining room captain Billy frequently asked us if we needed anything. The staff was wonderful, and the evening couldn’t have gone smoother. Our family and friends had a blast. I highly recommend The Fiesta.

Keith and his entire team at The Fiesta were simply incredible. My husband and I did not have to worry about a thing, and knew that things would be perfect, and they were nothing short of that. From the moment we arrived at the venue, Bruce made sure that we had a drink in hand and were having fun at all times. He even made it a point to come get us for dinner, and had us take a moment to sit, look around and take it all in, and taste our food, which was delicious. To this day, our guests are still raving about the variety and the quality of the food at our wedding, and the drinks that were flowing all night long! I cannot say enough good things about Keith and Bruce, and the entire staff at the Fiesta. Our wedding day was magical, and we wish we could do it all over again! If you are thinking of going with the Fiesta, go ahead and make the choice. You will not be disappointed!

We had our wedding this past weekend and we cannot get over how wonderful it was. Working with Jeff leading up to the wedding was a dream. And having him and Bruce the day of was perfect. We did not worry about a single thing while we were there. They handled everything with such professionalism and we felt like we were a part of a big family. The food was AMAZING! My father-in-law could not stop talking about how great it was and the same goes for all our guests. The venue is beautiful and everyone loved taking pictures outside. We cannot thank The Fiesta enough for making our wedding so memorable.

I cannot say enough about The Fiesta! We recently had our wedding reception there (4/14/2018) and it was absolutely PERFECT. We booked our wedding with Keith 2 years in advance and boy did that time fly by. Keith was amazing from day 1, answering all my neurotic questions and ensuring me that everything will be fine and that I needed to worry about nothing. April 14th rolls around and I can say nothing else except he was right and our wedding was absolutely perfect. Keith was able to be there and he cousin Joe was our Mairte D, Joe was phenomenal! At The Fiesta they take the time to get to know you and treat you as if you are family which means a lot. Joe knew everything that I wanted or needed before I even said it to him and had it right there for me. I would recommend anyone to The Fiesta for any type of event that they want to hold there. My guest raved about the food that not only was it delicious but that there was such a huge selection to choose from. We had perfect weather which made it even better so that we can enjoy the balcony! Joe and Keith thank you from the bottom of our hearts on making our day so perfect! xoxo

We had our Company Holiday Party here, last night. I am very glad, we chose the Fiesta. They were very friendly and accommodating from beginning to end. The food and service were great. Bruce at The Fiesta was fantastic! He was there to answer all my questions and concerns, from the day that I called to book the Caribbean room until the very end, before we left. We had both our ceremony and reception and Fiesta on 9/17/17. Our ceremony was in the Casa de Rosa lobby with cocktail hour and reception in the Casa de Rosa ballroom. We worked with Keith as we planned our wedding from Boston and he was always available for us when we needed him, text, email, in person. Keith was extremely flexible with us and even offered us a bottle of Ciroc for our wedding day knowing it was my favorite. The staff in general was very friendly and treated us like a king and queen on wedding day. We had our own waitress/server making sure we had drinks and food all night long. Our matrie d Hector did an amazing job setting up all of our decor and making sure our timeline stayed on track. He was on top of everything and always had a smile on his face. We are still getting comments from friends on family on how amazing the food was. There was so much food during the cocktail hour that he guests thought there was no plated dinner being offered. We had an amazing time on our wedding day and would recommend Fiesta and the team.

Just recently got married on August 18, 2017, at the FIESTA and it was amazing. The set up for the ceremony if you choose to get married there was amazing. The reception was also amazing from the food which was more than delicious-although I did not get to eat but everyone is still talking about the food, the dessert show was also so different and got everyone on the dance floor. I was beyond satisfied even leading up to the event whenever I drove by I would just stop in to see how I was going to decorate and they would let me up right away with no hesitation. Everyone that works there is so sweet and very helpful. My wedding was amazing and FIESTA helped to make that possible.

I just got married a few weeks ago, October 28, 2017 to be exact. The Fiesta is such an awesome venue. Thank you Keith for making our day so special, you were amazingly helpful from day one to the big day. There is no need to book a wedding planner if you book with the Fiesta...Keith is the all in one package. Special thanks to Abbas too! Friends and family want me to have a yearly wedding anniversary party there so they can enjoy the food, drinks, music and people all over again. I can’t wait to plan another event with the Fiesta!

I helped organize a banquet for the Bergen County Council of Churches at the Fiesta. Bruce was most helpful. The food was fabulous, the service was superb and the event was excellent. I can't say enough good about the Fiesta and especially Bruce. Book your party today and ask for Bruce.

The Fiesta is simply amazing. Its a staple and legacy in NNJ. We shopped many venues in the area and choosing the Fiesta was easy. My family has had various events and weddings there over the decades and it made our short list when it came time to plan our wedding. Everyone there was so easy to work with! They have great food and amazing service. In terms of a classic NJ Italian wedding, the Fiesta is it. We were greeted graciously and the staff was so helpful. We had our ceremony in the Fiesta Room, the cocktail hour in the Caribbean room, and the reception in the Flamenco Room. Everything was perfect. We did all the planning with Denise and had Hector as the maitre' d. Denise was professional and knowledgeable and so much fun. Hector lives and breathes weddings and produced such a wonderful evening. He was on point and took care of us all night. His delightful wife was our bartender and personally attended our table to make sure we were taken care of with drinks. I can't tell you how many compliments we received on the food from guests.

Being a same-sex wedding we were concerned about how we'd be received at venues. The Fiesta and its staff were gracious and open and accepted our business with open arms. Thank you all for putting together such a wonderful evening, one we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Our wedding was this past Friday September 15th. We booked almost 2 years in advance and the time flew, in that 2 years the amazing staff at fiesta was there for us when we needed no matter what. We booked our wedding with Keith, and when you book with anyone there they stress that when you book with them, you are family. This statement cannot be more true. We both felt like we were part of there family from day one. Keith and his cousins Joe (our bartender) and Jeff helped us so much and we're so personable and professional. Our maitre d Bruce made it a point to have drinks in both our hands and food all night long! Fiesta is an amazing venue and there is a reason why they have been servicing people for decades! The care and attention is constant. We will be going back for future events for as long as we can! Thank you all for making our night one to remember for a lifetime!

I had my wedding on 4/30/17, and all I had to say it was "perfect." Thanks Keith for meeting mines and my husband's expectations. We had about 150 guests at our wedding and I have to say that they loved how they were treated from beginning to end. Keith, thanks for helping me out with all my questions and making sure the day ran smoothly. Let me tell you, we had my brothers wedding at the Firsta and what an experience! The staff was so attentive and the maî·tre d Bruce Werntz was amazing. He catered to our every need from start to finish. At the end of the reception, he popped out to music and freshly prepared bananas flambé created by him right in front of us! This place was truly truly amazing!! From the moment we booked here it was the best experience! I read all the reviews and visited several vendors but the staff here made us feel at home. When a friend of mine told me to check out "The Fiesta," I told her I didn't want to wear a sombrero with my wedding dress. When I went to check it out, I fell head over heels for with the rooms, the "family feel," Keith (our main contact), and the price. They really did offer so much for the price and I didn't feel ripped off at all! Soon after we booked our wedding, and started telling people where we were getting married...we started to realize that EVERYBODY knew about this place. The food- DELICIOUS! Ask Keith what he recommends- he'll steer you in the right direction.
The service- GREAT! Everyone was so friendly and ready to give you whatever you needed.
The room- Beautiful!!!
Also, ask Keith about the PhotoBooth they use--- it comes with everything for such a great deal and our guests were even raving about the PhotoBooth attendant. She even made sure to grab my husband and I as we were passing by. It was such a hectic day, but I was so happy she did that....would have totally regretted it if we did not have a photo done.

All in all.....thank you to Keith and the rest of the Fiesta staff for making our dreams come true!

From the day that we walked in to see Mr. Keith aka "Uncle Keith", made our wedding plans so comfortable. We discuss on what we wanted and ideas we had, but of course they had better ideas that made it easier for us. It's a family oriented place and made us feel as we were family too. The food choices were really good and made it hard to choose what we really wanted. Once we had everything set for our wedding day, they invited us to come for a Food Tasting, which to tell you the truth, it was worth it to go because that is the day you as a Bride & Groom will enjoy the food from your wedding day, LOL. Now getting to our Wedding Day, I highly would recommend "Fiestas Banquet" as your Wedding Venue because, from the day we entered to the hall after our Wedding Ceremony, our Matre D and all there staff made us feel so comfortable and the same to our Guest at the Cocktail Hour. The Staff were on point and the appetizers kept going non-stop. Once the hour was up, Guests were arriving to the Flamenco BallRoom and the Hall was beautifully decorated and the uplighting was the color we choose. Our Matre D took care of us and the guest, that we didn't have to worry about anything. Mr. Keith is the person to talk too, and trust me, he will make you happy and feel like if you were family.....I would rent "Fiesta Banquets" for any of my events in the future.....FIVE STARS for FIESTA BANQUET.....

Where do i even begin to explain how perfect this venue was for our wedding!!! We met with Keith who helped us plan our special day... Keith was amazing and very professional.... He showed us all the rooms our event would take place like our ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception room... Every room was beautiful... Keith helped us pick out all our food options and every detail in our wedding.. My guests could not stop talking about how AMAZING the food was and how attentive and friendly the staff was to them.. Even our Maitre D was so attentive to my sweetheart table and kept checking if i needed anything... The Fiesta is the perfect place for anyone looking to have their event held there.. All my friends and family are still telling me they have never been to a wedding like mine.. At the end of the night Keith even came to make sure everything was perfect which i thought was so nice.. Before I started looking at venues the only thing I knew about The Fiesta was that my parents had their wedding reception there, but as soon as I visited I knew it was the place I would celebrate my wedding day. The team at The Fiesta immediately feel like family. Their service is unmatched at a price point that is unfathomable. And when I say their service is unmatched I really mean it. Of course they provided a bueautiful grand ballroom with an insane amount of DELICIOUS food (seriously their steak is comparable to Ruth's Chris) but they helped me make it to my big day. If I had a question about another vendor, they were always there to answer any and all of my questions. I swear it was like having a wedding planner. My guests were beyond impressed with the room, the food, and every detail we had planned and I give The Fiesta all the credit because I couldn't have done it without them. Stop running around trying to find the perfect venue...just call The Fiesta and you'll be done.

We just had our wedding at the Fiesta it was a great wonderful experience . All the staff and especially Joe at the Fiesta was great. All of our guest enjoyed themselves, and called me the next day to tell me what a great time they had . I want to give a special thank you to Keith from the moment we walked into the Fiesta to book our wedding to the moment me and my husband left the night of our wedding he went above and beyond anything I could have wanted for my wedding . Hands-down the fiesta is a great spot to have your ceremony, reception, or any party. We had the pleasure of having our wedding there on November 5, 2015 and everything was perfect from the booking to finalizing plans, The professionals at the fiesta were there to make sure we were happy with everything and that our wedding vision came through on that special day. If you plan on doing the ceremony and reception at the fiesta I recommend the Casa Rosa room which is big enough to accommodate everything you need.

Our reception at Fiesta was amazing, we had the best food ever. There were a lot of appetizers to choose from, I would recommend coconut shrimp, scallops in bacon, or filet minion for dinner. The staff was super friendly and very professional.

Keith was extremely helpful with suggesting other vendors, giving us ideas, and making sure all of our wishes were granted. Choosing the Fiesta for our wedding reception was one of the best decisions we made! From the minute we met Keith, we knew that this was the place for us! I felt comfortable that everything would go perfectly and it did! The food was phenomenal, the staff was extremely accommodating and the Casa de Rosa room was beautiful! There are not enough wonderful things to say about The Fiesta. My parents got married there 31 years ago and my husband and I instantly fell in love with it when we went to visit. We had our party in the Casa Del Rosa room. The staff treats you like family and goes above and beyond to make this day one that you will always remember. Specifically, Keith and Jeff were absolutely incredible and they were very professional and responsive with all the requests and questions. Everything went so smoothly in the days leading up to the event and the night of. The food was absolutely incredible, as we ordered one of everything...because I couldn't decide. Every guest continues to tell me that they had so much fun at the wedding and the food was delicious. We did the Venetian Hour and it was so worth it! It added to the event! The only small complaint I had was that I wish my parents were in the room when I was doing the cake cutting and I wish I knew that the sparklers and all that were about to come out before it did so that I could make sure my family was there, there was not enough communication of when it was going to take place. However, I had a LOT of people and it gets hectic so I def. understand how that happens. I would highly recommend having your wedding here! It is the best!

During our wedding planning, my wife and I were worried that we wouldn't find a great venue for a great price in time for our wedding date. A friend told us about Fiesta and we're so glad that they did! We met with Jeff (one of the owners) who was super informative and helpful. The price for the value that we received was more than reasonable. Jeff was very responsive to my e-mails and text messages, and always put us at ease. He treated us with the utmost professionalism and he's one of the friendliest guys I know. Our wedding was a fabulous time with friends and family, and I couldn't have enjoyed it more.

Fiesta staff were all so amazing and accomodating! Before my husband and I decided on Fiesta we looked at two other venues in NY. (My husband and I and 95% of our guests are from queens). But none of the venues seemed to have that wow factor. I had honestly given up hope in finding the one venue where I will be marrying my future husband....until we found Fiesta. Once Keith maitre d gave us a tour of the venue my jaws dropped and I knew we had to get married here. Many of our guests complained that the venue was so far from home...but once they saw the venue and tried their food they immediately apologized and said that we couldn't have found a better place. "Wedding of the century." Would be one of my favorite compliments!

The reviews regarding their food is so on point!!! We didn't get to eat much but wow we were able to sample some of the cocktail foods and had a few bites of our dinner. The food was so good my husband and I joked about going back the day after our wedding just to eat. We've been to many weddings and hands down we have never had food this amazing! All our guests were all raving about the food! I cannot wait to go back as a guest so I can just sit own and enjoy their food. I don't know how they do it, but hands down they know what they're doing!

From the moment we walked in to take a tour and the moment our wedding came to an end Keith and his staff took such good care of us. Whether it was answering all our questions or staying open later because we got stuck in traffic. They we're always on point. If you're looking for a stressfree wedding with AMAZING food, great service and beautiful venue... I would highly recommend you check this place out!!!

3 months and 12 catering halls later, we found Fiesta. Upon entering the parking area we were greeted by the cheerful smile of the valets, that directed us to the main entrance, which is under the building, great for the guests if it does rain. There is also a beautiful fountain in the center, that our photographer used to take some amazing pictures on our wedding day. We were given a lot of help from Fiesta planning the wedding as neither of us had any experience. The ceremony was in one room that gave the feel of a church with the ambiance that was provided. We loved the cocktail room, this room had the feel of a court yard in mexico. The food at cocktail hour was overflowing and delicious. They started the cocktail hour right after the ceremony instead of having everyone wait around. We did not get to eat at the cocktail hour because photos were being taken by our photographer, but they did serve us plates of each item to eat while we waited for the guest to move from the cocktail room to the reception room. The reception room was decorated as we requested, everything looked better than what was anticipated. We really loved the layout and lighting also. The entire night went smooth. They made us feel like the king and queen of a castle including our entire families and friends from how the staff attended to our needs. Overall, we would be happy to do business with Fiesta again.

We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Fiesta and it couldn't have been more stunning! The staff was so attentive to our guests from the moment they arrived. Our maître'd, Keith, made sure everything ran smoothly the day of. And he was so helpful during the planning process that it was a breeze!
The food was phenomenal! I lost count of how many guests raved about the food. Even our DJ who has done countless weddings in New Jersey and New York told us that he was never treated better at a venue than Fiesta.

Anyone looking for a reception hall for any event,I would recommend The Fiesta! Through the process I had so many questions,and no matter who I spoke to they always assured me everything would be fine and answered my questions. The Casa de Rosa ballroom is absolutely breathtaking,it was such a beautiful place for us to host our family and friends in celebration. On the day of our wedding our maitre de made sure that we ran on time and everything was perfect. He ensured that the bridal party received food from cocktail hour in our suite, that my husband and I were satisfied throughout the night, and kept everything running smoothly for us. I cannot say enough good things about the Fiesta. From the beginning, our experience with them was wonderful; surpassing all our expectations. I had grown up in the same town as the Fiesta and had always passed it going to and from, so it already had some special meaning to me. I never knew that it would one day be the place where I’d have a perfect wedding!

Every employee who works there was so warm, attentive, professional and true experts at event planning. We loved the family atmosphere and always felt so comfortable and welcome. In particular, we wanted to especially thank Keith, Jeff, Hector and our maitre d’ Abbos whom we worked with most closely. They were phenomenal! We had asked for a few special requests during the planning process, which were very important to us, and they were more than happy to accommodate. Every detail of the wedding was done perfectly. Abbos our maître d’ was amazing the day of the wedding, keeping everything organized for us and keeping the bride and groom on top of everything. He was always two steps ahead of the game all night!

Also, the place is stunning. When we first saw the grand-ball room and their beautiful chandeliers, we were sold! The room looks so elegant and was recently renovated. Furthermore, the food was plentiful and delicious. We got many compliments on the food and enjoyed it quite a lot ourselves.

I could go on and on, but in short, the Fiesta is THE BEST! I feel so lucky that we wound up having our wedding there and would not wanted to have my wedding anywhere else! Thanks to all of the staff, especially Keith, Jeff, Hector and Abbos for helping me, my husband and our families create beautiful memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. One look at the stunning chandeliers adorning the Casa de Rosa and I immediately knew that this was where I would get married. I even changed my date so that I could reserve the stunning main reception area. It was also one of the most affordable placed around! I definitely expected a lot and everyone rose to the occasion and the night was perfection. Abbas worked tirelessly to make sure everything as exactly the way I wanted and I couldn't have been more grateful. The peril was to die for and everyone raved about the filet mignon. The food was a hit and the ambiance was spectacular. They were even so accommodating as to special order blue moon for my sister and have a bottle of Grey Goose in toe for my new mother in law. It was extremely thoughtful and provided the perfect touch. The staff was quick an attentive and the day was magic. Fernando and his team at Absolute Entertainment filled up the space with viberace and life which completed the vision for us. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience.

The fiesta and their staff did an absolutely amazing job, at no point during the night did we want for anything. The food was amazing and brought to the table hot. The staff was on top of everything, they were polite and super helpful. Are maître d' (George) was invisibley by our side all night I never saw him but he was always there when we needed him. And last but certainly not least, we would like to thank Keith, he made our day absolutely perfect and definitely made us feel special. Thank you for a perfect day Fiesta.

We felt like we were part of the family when we had our wedding ceremony and reception at The Fiesta. The food and service was exceptional. We loved our wedding at The Fiesta.

During planning, we mainly worked with Keith. His family has owned the venue for decades. They know the business inside and out. Whenever we needed anything, Keith was always there to help.

The value they provided was great and fit perfectly into our budget. They we able to accommodate our requests extremely well.

The night of the event, we had a maitre'd named Abbas that was incredibly helpful. He was there when we needed him, reminded us of all the important moments and pictures to get, but never felt overbearing or rushed us into anything.

If I ever have a large event that I need an upscale venue for, The Fiesta would be my first place to call.

My wedding was an absolute dream. The job these guys did was beyond what I thought it could be. Anything you can think of to serve at cocktail hour, I had. Anything there was to drink, I had. The food was excellent and everyone raved about it. Anything I thought I needed or wanted they were so eager to please without hesitation. The wait and bar tending staff was excellent and had my guests every need tended to. No one had to hang at the bar waiting for a drink because they were always on top of everything my guests wanted. They made sure every event of the day ran smoothly and I couldn't have asked for better service on one of the most important days of my life. The Fiesta was magical. I had a lot of stress on my wedding day and none of it came from the Fiesta. They were the pinnacle of professionalism and absolute perfection. The food was amazing, the bar was fast, the staff was attentive, the lighting was great, the setup was everything I had asked for, and did I mention the food? Sublime. As we started looking for reception sites, I thought any decent reception hall would be fine. But, as we started to look for reception halls and I started to repeatedly see aspects I did not like (i.e. Low ceilings, old-fashioned chairs, funky carpeting, terrible guest bathrooms, limited menus) I became completely frustrated. Friends and family began suggesting Fiesta, but as I had driven past the venue hundreds of times, I hardly had a positive opinion,
I was completely surprised and grateful, the first time I went to the Fiesta to meet with Keith about a possible wedding reception. The first greatest selling point was that the Fiesta had a Saturday date available (but not for long)!in 2014. The next selling point was the extensive menu for cocktail hour and dinner, for the price per guest! All I wanted for my guests was for them to say "there was so much great food," and Fiesta seemed up to the task! Keith told us that guests could have "second's" for their dinner entree if they finished their first.
At our second meeting, Keith agreed to set up a "tailgate section" during cocktail hour (complete with Kobe beef sliders, hot dogs, chili, etc.) because my fiancé and I are Huge Giant's fans! It was Keith's idea, and we totally loved it! We signed the contract immediately!
I decided to have my bridal shower at the Fiesta as well, because I knew the food would be overflowing and that's the main thing guests speak of after an event! The bridal shower had it's hiccups, which made me worry about the wedding reception, but my worry was wasted, because the reception was INCREDIBLE!
The staff brought the bridal party food before cocktail hour, guests said there was too much ford during cocktail hour, waiters asked if they wanted second plates during dinner. Absolutely perfect and better than I could've imagined or wished for! I will absolutely have all my future events at the Fiesta!

Never in our wildest dreams could my new bride and I have imagined that our wedding reception would turn out so extravagantly beautiful! First and foremost, thank you so much to Keith Rado for his professionalism and undivided attention to detail in planning the entire event. He was very open, suggestive and most importantly very knowledgeably honest about his business and products. From the moment we entered The Fiesta, we were very welcomed. Being that this was the first venue we visited, it was an easy decision because no other venue treated us the way he did and THAT was the deciding factor. Now, to the room: Casa de Rosa. The largest and most elegant of the three. We had our own decorator (Stacio Lopez) put together the centerpieces and he specifically stated that the staff preparing the room was extremely polite, helpful, cooperative and very easy to work with. Being that we had our own decorations, Keith and his staff were very helpful in storing and caring for everything before and after the wedding. Both the live band (The Epic Soul Band) and DJ Casper (aka Victor Santiago) were able to go in and set up without restrictions (plenty of room off the dance floor, more than enough power supply) so as not to interrupt any part of the reception. But the reception itself........ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The lighting, the sound, the staff, the bartenders, and the attentiveness of Keith DURING the reception to make sure all was well was incredible. And the food! Oh my goodness, THE FOOD!!! PHENOMENAL!! Not one dish was anything less than extraordinary! Not one hiccup throughout the evening. And Abbas (the Maître d') was very professional and attentive throughout the entire crazy evening. One month later and counting, we are still hearing about what an amazing time our 200 guests had from the first hors d' oeuvres served at the cocktail hour to the last song played. Fiesta was great!!! Our sales rep was Joe H. and our maitre d' was Abbas. The planning process with Joe was great; he was easily accessible and willing to work with our budget. We were in the Casa de Rosa ballroom for our ceremony and reception. The set up was absolutely beautiful! The ballroom is fantastic; the curved ceilings and chandeliers make the room look even bigger. We were able to rehearse for the wedding the night before with the ballroom already set up. The cocktail hour was amazing! There was soo much food available for everyone, with left overs! Dinner was great, although my husband and I only had about 10 bites of our meal! Abbas made sure to pack 1 of each entree for us to take home. The dessert and wedding cake were tasty, guests are still talking about it. Overall, we were very pleased with the Fiesta!

From the first phone call to book, to the here and there phone calls about questions and worries, Keith was the best!!! Made our wedding planning stress free and very easy. Our wedding was PERFECT and it was all made possible with the help from our friends at THE FIESTA!!!

We had our wedding at The Fiesta on Sunday July 20th at Casa de Rosa.
It was amazing for many reasons, but to highlight the key points I will discuss service, responsiveness and food.
Service: Everything that was explained from our first meeting with Keith was exactly what we had on the day of our wedding. He broke down every single thing included in our package, and most importantly since we opted to have our ceremony on site, he literally walked us through the entire day. ON our wedding day, Jorge or maitre'd was the BEST. He kept all of the bridal party calm and aware of what we were doing and constantly came in to check in on us. When we asked for food, he came in with an abundance of EVERYTHING. It was great.
Responsiveness: As a bride to be, I had a lot of questions and concerns about everything! Whenever I would text message Keith, he would respond immediately. He even called to ask how I was doing, and suggested for me to come in. Another thing, Keith did not push me to come in and make payment, he was very understanding and never demanding.
Food: My goodness my guests are still talking about the quality and amount of food that we had at the wedding. The filet mignon and grilled salmon were the EXQUISITE. The viennese table..... INCREDIBLE it was packed with sweets all over!

I recently had my wedding at the Fiesta. I could not have been happier with the way everything turned out. From the first moment my wife and I walked into the Fiesta to the final day of the party, the attention from the staff was on point. The food was delicious and the waiters were polite and courteous. Attention to detail was important to us and the Fiesta staff provided us with everything we hoped for, down to the smallest detail. I had the pleasure of working with Keith and Jeff throughout the process and they were extremely helpful. The experience and the customer service showed why the Fiesta Banquet is the venue to use not only with weddings, but any important event. Thumbs up to everyone at the Fiesta! We had a great time and an even better experience. Thank you once again for making our special day one to remember!

My husband and I just had our wedding done at fiesta. Since the moment we walked in we were greeted by matradee and he showed us picture of how lovely the room look.this was amazing since I wanted to see it before any of the guest went in. The food was delicious and on time. I also like that the staff was nice and had smiles which I think.is always nice to go to a place and have great people working that make you feel comfortable and accommodating to your need.Joe and his staff were so helpful. We didn't have no streess at all everything was ready when we got there. Which made it easy and convenient for my husband and I to.enjoy our.big day.I'm so thankful it was really the best experience and day of my life. The next day I was still thinking how everything. Was perfect and that's the way it should be for every occasion whether it's a birthday to a wedding. Fiesta is the best place for any of your occasion to go place. We're definitely doing future event here.

This place was sent from the heavens above. We actually put a deposit down at another venue (not naming) in West Orange, NJ. Who then called a week later to say they could not honor the price we were given. We though the weeding of our dreams just went down the drain, until we came to The Fiesta and from the start it just felt right. That was the second best thing that happened to us in our venue search.
The BEST thing that happened to us was walking through the doors at The Fiesta, meeting Keith Rado and his staff who are seriously some of the best in the business. Every time we made a visit to make a payment, pick the menu or to do our tasting, there was always an event going on (which is a good sign). As we would walk through the venue, every single time people would stop us and tell us how great the venue is, how accommodating the staff is and (my favorite) how amazing the food is.
As we were getting closer to the date we would continuously call the venue, ask to speak to Keith and every time he was more than accommodating and never came across as annoyed. We had certain props, pictures, frames, mason jars and a ton of other things my wife so beautifully prepared and they allowed us to store it at the venue prior to our wedding date. The day of the wedding they allowed our vendors (DJ, Florist ect.) to set up as early as they wanted to, to ensure everything was properly set for what was truly the best day of our lives.
The staff was amazing form the gentlemen at Valet to our Bartenders (who might I add brought fresh mint that she grows at home just for my wife and our specialty drink) to our Maitre D’ George who was phenomenal! He made sure we had everything we wanted and needed.
After it was all said and done our family and friends told us that this weeding was the best wedding they have ever been to in their lives. I owe all this to Keith, his staff and of course my wife. This business is run from the heart and not a Profit and Loss statement.
