Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The staff was amazing and all of our guest said they had a great time. Deb was great to work with and made the planning process smooth and helped us every step of the way. Gianna helped make sure the rehearsal run smoothly and Steve was great to work with the day of. We couldn’t be happier. The food was so yummy and the cake perfect and so tasty. They include everything with the price! Highly recommend -

The Fez is incredible! I had my wedding shower & my wedding both there. They are SOOO easy to work with, quick with responses, & they treat you like royalty! The food is always fantastic. They always went above & beyond my expectations with their service & guest experience. Even trying to plan a wedding during the midst of COVID 19 & having to change dates, they were extremely flexible & accommodating. Some of our best memories are at The Fez, & it has a lot to do with them! Thank you guys for everything! -

I really do not know where to start. The Fez was wonderful from the beginning. We scheduled with the fez at the end of last summer (2019). They were wonderful then with giving us a customized buffet menu.
Then hits 2020, we had to switch to a sit down menu, with not knowing what was going on with COVID-19. We choose to ride it out and we could not have been happier. They moved us to their largest room, which we were concerned it would look too empty and cold. We could not have been more wrong. With their setup and some additional decorations it was beautiful. Just like my daughter had imagined. The staff was wonderful the day of the event and Debby was wonderful the whole time. She kept us updated on all the changes and she never made me feel like I was bothering her.
Next, the food was phenomenal. They even assisted with some special requests.
If you book with The Fez you will not be disappointed.

I am so happy we chose The Fez for our ceremony and reception! Our wedding was a couple of days ago and everyone at The Fez was amazing. Their staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone there went above and beyond for us. They know exactly how to do it right! Deb made the process so easy from the very beginning. She always answered any questions I had in a timely and thoughtful manner. Her suggestions for time lines, invitation wording, coordination, etc. were exactly what we needed to easily plan our day. She coordinated the ceremony beautifully. The day wouldn't have come together so well for us without her. Also, Steve was amazing too. He was great the entire time. While decorating, he was very attentive and asked if we needed anything. He quickly changed the uplighting color and knew exactly what I wanted. The day of, he made sure the groom and I were where we needed to be when we needed to be there. He checked up on us multiple times throughout the day and made sure everything during the reception ran smoothly. It truly was a wonderful experience and I couldn't have asked for anything more!! -

Wonderful venue!
I could not have asked for a better wedding experience with The Fez! Everybody was very friendly and extremely accommodating. Debbie and her staff helped us planned the most amazing wedding. Everything was very clearly stated in their contract, so there were no surprises. They answered all of my many questions and tweaked their package to fit our needs/requests. Price wise, they can’t be beat. I honestly had to make sure I understood our options correctly, because they are much more economical than similar venues in the area and they included so much for the money. Our day of coordinators were awesome and the whole evening went perfectly! The food was awesome, the cake was amazing and the room was stunning. They did 98% of the set up, and we only had to take what we wanted when we left. I can not express how thankful we are for this group of people that helped us have an amazing wedding day. -

Nicolette Sent on 09/24/2018If you're looking for a fantastic venue with incredible food and staff, The Fez is the place to go! their prices are the best in Pittsburgh by far and we got so many compliments on the food and how beautiful the venue was. Debbie and her assistant (Carolyn I think!) were absolutely amazing to work with and were super quick to respond to any questions I had. I don;t regret anything about choosing to have my special day here! -

Amanda Sent on 06/13/2013I don't know what I could say about the Fez aside from the fact that they helped make my wedding reception one of the best events my guests have been to. The dance floor in the Grand Ballroom was amazing. The staff was very professional and knowledgable. I didn't have to worry about anything. It all went off without a hitch. Debby, the coordinator, also did a great job at helping keep me sane before my wedding. I definitely appreciated that! Their prices are very reasonable and give you a lot of variety to choose from when it comes to your budget. We had the Princess buffet and still are getting compliments on how good it was. We loved the food. They loved the food. (It's also nice that since they're right outside of Allegheny County, you don't get hit up with the extra liquor taxes.) We are so very happy with how everything turned out at the Fez and would recommend it to all. -

Our event was held in the Terrace Room, their smallest room, but we never felt like their smallest clients, even on a day when another wedding was being held in a larger room. Debby, the wedding coordinator, was responsive, flexible, helpful, and full of great ideas from beginning to end - we couldn't have asked for a better coordinator. Steve, the event manager that night, was so impressive and attentive, but never bothersome. We probably don't even know half of the things he handled - he was that good. The food is amazing, most people went up to the buffet twice, and the wait staff and bar staff were exceptional. For the cost of The Fez, I never in 1 million years would have expected the level of service or quality of food. We could not have asked for a better night in a better place.
My ONLY suggestion would be to outsource your cake. I know that it is included and that seems like a steal, but, while it did not ruin our night by any stretch of the imagination, we were completely disappointed with our cake's design. It looked nothing like she (Cakes by Brenda McGee) had shown us in the consultation and the taste was unimpressive. However, with the money you save by going with The Fez, you can afford the cake of your dreams and don't need the free one!
Again, my husband and I, and our guests, strongly recommend The Fez to all potential Brides and Grooms. You will have a wonderful, carefree time, with lots of reassurance and assistance along the way! -

Melissa Sent on 09/20/2011Debby at The Fez is great to work with. She was always willing to offer her opinion when asked and quick to respond to questions. She was very understanding when my FMIL called to 'double check' on the wedding plans. She stayed professional and answered my FMIL questions but then referred her back to us.
The balconade room was where I had my reception. The room was beautiful, but I had to do a lot of my own decorating. I wish I was informed of that prior to dropping off the items the day prior to the wedding.
I had a sit down dinner and the serving staff was great and quick. No one waited very long for their meals. There were rave reviews about the English Cod and Pasta Primavera. However, the Prime Sirloin was not that warm and did not taste good. Everything else was delicious. Portion sizes were big, as well.
For all The Fez offers, I feel it was well worth the money.
