The Farm is simply the best. We got married in August 2025 and truly could not have imagined a more magical, perfect day, and we are so incredibly grateful to everyone at The Farm for making that possible.
From the very beginning, we knew The Farm was where we wanted to get married. It is a stunning indoor/outdoor venue that fit exactly what we envisioned — an outdoor ceremony with the mountains in the background, surrounded by lush flowers and greenery, and then a chic, beautiful indoor space for dinner and dancing. We planned our entire wedding from out of state, and The Farm team made us feel at ease every single step of the way. The “Taste of the Farm” event is such a wonderful experience, not only do you get to try the amazing food, but you also see the decor come to life and meet local vendors. It made the planning process feel exciting instead of stressful. Our actual wedding day could not have gone more smoothly. Everything looked absolutely perfect. Our family and friends are still talking about how beautiful the venue was and how incredible the food tasted. Most importantly, we truly felt that The Farm cared about us as individuals and about bringing our specific vision to life. We are especially grateful to our coordinator, Zoe, who is truly incredible. She listened to every little request, accommodated everything we hoped for, and made us feel completely at ease. Having her by our side made such a difference. We could not recommend The Farm more highly!!

The Farm A Gathering Place truly has it all — a breathtaking setting, exceptional farm-to-table cuisine, and a team of the most dedicated and kindhearted people you could ever hope to work with. From the very beginning, they helped bring our wedding vision to life in ways we never imagined possible.
As a busy bride and groom, placing our trust in The Farm was the best decision we could have made. Their professionalism, experience, and seamless coordination with our vendors allowed us to relax and be fully present throughout the entire weekend. At every stage of the planning process, the team made us feel supported, cared for, and genuinely at home — like family.
We knew we were in the right hands after attending The Taste of the Farm. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how special this place is. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Myron and Beverly Gottfried, who took the time to personally connect with every couple in attendance — a true reflection of the care and intention behind everything they do.
The wedding coordination team, especially Maggie Head and Melissa Ramey, were instrumental in bringing our dream wedding to life and putting our minds completely at ease. Jean Muller, the office manager, thoughtfully coordinated our cabin stays and ensured that both we and our guests felt comfortable and welcomed throughout the property.
Satima Feldman and the incredibly talented culinary team curated and executed an outstanding food and drink experience for both our rehearsal and wedding dinner. Every dish was creative, flavorful, and beautifully presented, leaving our guests raving long after the weekend ended. Behind the scenes, the entire team worked together flawlessly, handling every detail with care, passion, and expertise.
Our celebration was nothing short of magical. Having our family and friends stay in the charming on-site cabins created a warm, connected atmosphere that made the weekend feel even more special. Every detail — from the décor to the dining — reflected thoughtfulness, creativity, and a deep commitment to quality.
The Farm is so much more than a wedding venue. It is a place where experienced professionals are deeply invested in creating meaningful, unforgettable celebrations. Their all-inclusive approach makes planning effortless, and their attention to detail ensures every event feels personal and intentional.

The Farm made our wedding everything we imagined and more. The venue itself is stunning- especially when we had ours this fall! Even our rain plan, which we did just in case (we got lucky with beautiful weather despite a chance of rain), was perfect in the pavilion- the views of the pasture and mountains made for a gorgeous backdrop. Just as beautiful as the views is the amazing energy brought by the Farm’s team throughout the planning process, but especially our day of team who helped make it so magical and ensured that my husband and I were as stress free as possible. The food was incredible- I’ve had guests tell me it’s the best they’ve ever had at a wedding, and I agree! We did the family style, and it truly helped bring our table guests together in a way that buffet or plated can’t. We miss our day already. If we could do it all over again with the Farm, we absolutely would! -

It's been weeks since our wedding and we’re still getting messages from friends and family about how amazing everything was — from the setting to the food to the overall experience. The Farm is not only stunningly beautiful, but it also has this warm, peaceful energy that made our entire day feel special and grounded.
The food was truly outstanding. We heard from multiple guests — especially the vegetarians — that it was the best wedding food they’d ever had. Every detail felt thoughtful and intentional, and the entire event ran so smoothly.
We’re incredibly grateful to the team for making the day feel effortless. We were able to be fully present and soak it all in, which is exactly what we hoped for. From start to finish, The Farm exceeded every expectation.

I truly can’t say enough great things about The Farm! Choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The setting is absolutely gorgeous — even in late March before everything was in full bloom, the mountain backdrop and rustic charm were breathtaking.
The entire planning team was phenomenal. They were organized, proactive, and genuinely made the whole process so much easier for me. One of the biggest game-changers was the included décor. We barely had to bring anything extra, which saved us so much time, stress, and money.
We also used The Farm for our rehearsal dinner, wedding catering, and desserts — and I can’t emphasize this enough: the food was incredible. We’re still getting compliments from guests saying it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had!
The on-site cabins were another huge plus. They sleep about 30 people, which allowed our immediate family and wedding party to stay together and make a whole weekend out of it. (Just a heads-up: some of those sleeping options are pull-out couches, so plan room assignments accordingly.)
We rented the entire venue from Thursday to Saturday, which made the experience feel so personal and intimate. If you’re planning a wedding near Asheville, The Farm is it. We’re forever grateful we found this gem!The Farm's reply:

Just Perfection! Magical day
My daughter’s wedding at The Farm Nay 31 st was absolute perfection. From the delicious food and appetizers to the stunning scenery and professional, kind staff every detail was flawless. The communication throughout gave us total peace of mind, and the coordinator Zoe made the day feel effortless and magical.
The venue was breathtaking, with lush greenery, flowers, and even horses in the background it felt like a real-life fairytale. I may be out of daughters to marry off, but if I wasn’t, I wouldn’t even look anywhere else. The Farm is truly one of a kind!The Farm's reply:

My husband and I are incredibly grateful we chose The Farm as our wedding venue. We got married here last weekend and already wish we could relive it all—it was truly perfect. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional, and that’s thanks to the truly amazing team at The Farm.
Every single person on staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best day of your life. Planning a destination wedding from Florida, we knew we needed a team we could trust—and The Farm delivered on every level. They are professional, responsive, detail-oriented, and deeply caring.
Their organization is unmatched—from décor and table settings to a minute-by-minute timeline flow, food presentation, and the overall energy of the day. The food was excellently prepared, the setting is stunning, and the coordination felt seamless. We had so many of our guests come up to us saying this was the best wedding food they had ever had! We felt so supported through the entire planning process and especially on our wedding day.

The Farm was fantastic! From menu design, with Satima, to our fabulous coordination team (Kristie, Maggie and Kelley). We always felt taken care of. Chef Mike's food was out of this world and we had so many compliments from our guests. The service team was very nice and kind. They really took good care of us throughout the event. Maggie, Titus and Kendall's Coordinator, was there the whole day ensuring that everything happened seamlessly. Kelley and her set up team created a lovely space for our guests to enjoy. The Farm is truly a beautiful place with staff who cares and we will always remember how special this day was.

Our daughter’s wedding at The Farm provided the wedding she and her now husband were thrilled with. The professionalism of the staff was evident prior to the day and throughout the day of the wedding. Any issues that arose were immediately taken care of and always with a smile. The chef and kitchen staff prepared an excellent meal that many said was the best food they had at a wedding. The grounds were gorgeous and maintained in pristine condition which contributed to the beauty of the day. It was very convenient to have onsite lodging for family and members of the wedding party. The Farm was a place that I knew we had to book. We visited around 10 venues, and The Farm was one of the last ones. But my gut told me that there was something so magical about The Farm that I committed to it sight unseen (my wife did the tour because I couldn’t make it). And let me tell you, The Farm did not disappoint.
Everything about The Farm checked the right boxes. The atmosphere felt quaint without feeling small, felt secluded in nature while still being close to civilization, and exuded the charm of Asheville without feeling too folksy. Because most, if not all, of the decor is handmade, our wedding felt like a celebration uniquely us.
If the atmosphere was the only thing The Farm could boast about, it would still be an excellent venue choice, but the people and staff of The Farm elevated it to another level. While my wife and I were initially grumpy about having to get a coordinator, Arienne was a godsend. She coordinated our vendors, kept the day moving smoothly with the expert service staff, helped us add special details to our ceremony, and overall created a special experience that our guests still brag about to this day. Satima & Chef Mike created a menu so refined above the typical steak, chicken, and fish that even the most picky eaters became foodies. And the owners of The Farm, Bev and Myron, personally made sure our day was incredible. Overall, I cannot recommend the experience of having a wedding at The Farm enough.The Farm's reply:

When we got engaged we knew we wanted to get married in Asheville in autumn. We wanted to be outside with a contingency plan for bad weather that wouldn’t disrupt our vision (perfect indoor/outdoor flow). Having friends and family traveling from all corners of the world, we wanted a nice place for our guests to say all together (very nice on site cabins). And of course, food — we wanted a sophisticated southern feast. The Farm perfectly checked all of our boxes! Just as appealing as the incredibly beautiful venue itself, is the wonderful team. We live in New York and have very busy work schedules and therefore relied completely on The Farm to walk us through wedding planning — it could not have been simpler! The team was incredibly organized and supportive in helping us bring our vision to life and, more than any other venue we considered, made us feel like part of The Farm family. We LOVE everything about The Farm! When researching wedding venues, we were looking for a venue that was quiet, calm, off the beaten path, and had a very natural and down-to-earth vibe. We scheduled a visit to The Farm to check it out and we knew that as soon as we arrived, this would be the place where we would get married. It is a gorgeous property—beautiful buildings, lots of reused materials, well-organized, spacious, lots of vegetation, a garden, and (of course!) farm animals. But, probably one of the most important parts of this venue is the team. We worked most closely with Shannon (our wedding coordinator) and Satima (liaison to the chef and food team), both of whom were amazing, super well-organized, incredibly friendly, supportive, understanding, and patient. You can truly tell that The Farm really works with their clients and gets to know them; they make you feel like family! My partner and I were pretty open about what we were looking for in a wedding otherwise; we knew that our main priorities were a beautiful, outdoor venue and good food and good drinks. The Farm far exceeded all of our expectations! We put together such a great menu with Satima and they also provided alternative meals to folks with food allergies and sensitivities. Seriously, the food is so so so amazing and worth every penny! And we had a open bar with customized drinks (named after our doggos!). Shannon was a fantastic wedding planner and kept us on track throughout the wedding planning process. The Farm is very transparent about the services that they offer and they also work closely with a fantastic group of preferred vendors (we worked with Stargazer Designs for floral, Bright Light Entertainment for DJ/music/karaoke, Hoppy Trails for transportation, and Jeanne's hair and make-up). Shannon is wonderful to work with—again, very organized, creative, and has a great sense of intuition. And, on the day of the wedding, Shannon was a super hero, keeping everything on track and ready to help anyone!
Really, I can't say enough wonderful things about The Farm. The property is amazing and gorgeous (it feels very private and serene), all of the staff beyond wonderful, the team behind food and drinks are spectacular (and worth every penny), and the organizational staff are wise and patient. We'd highly recommend hiring a wedding planner through The Farm and using any and all of the services that they offer (food, drinks, decoration, etc.). We also stayed in one of their cabins overnight and it was such a perfect way to end our wedding night and start our lives together. Huge thanks to everyone at The Farm!The Farm's reply:

Still can't stop thinking about our amazing wedding at The Farm!
Every single detail about our wedding at The Farm was totally and completely perfect!! We can't stop thinking about how wonderful everything was and missing our amazing weekend. We had numerous guests tell us it was THE BEST wedding they had ever been to.
The venue is gorgeous. Our photos are jaw-dropping with the beautiful trees, mountains, flowers, and horses. Even in the heat of summer the surrounding trees and mountains kept things cool and breezy (no bugs!). We got some wind and rain during our reception and the screens and coverings kept things dry. AC for the dance floor and fans on the patio worked amazingly.
The food is incredible! They were so helpful in planning out a menu including tons of children and food allergies. Guests are still raving about how good everything was! The pricing is competitive and considering the quality and personalization, it is outrageously affordable. We did our rehearsal dinner, welcome party, day-of brunch, and reception all from The Farm and everything we had from appetizers to desserts was stellar.
We planned our wedding from out of state, and part of the reason was how centralized all of the planning, decor, bar, and catering was at The Farm. And they worked with us to coordinate other vendors, keep in contact with them, and planned for day-of. We were kept abreast of deadlines, were guided through every step, so we were never overwhelmed or felt behind. Importantly, we felt like were part of The Farm family from the moment we booked. There is not a single person on staff there who was not kind, patient, supportive, easy to work with, and approachable.
We also loved having on-site cabins where our families and wedding party could stay. This made the whole weekend feel like a big fun party, meant changing and preparation was easy, those with children could pop back quickly, and leant itself easily to after parties.
In short, we cannot recommend The Farm highly enough. You will cherish absolutely every minute there from touring through the big day!The Farm's reply:

The Farm exceeded our expectations & delivered a day that was meaningful, fun and beautiful all at once. From our first visit to our wedding day, we felt as though we were truly taken care of. We feel so grateful to have utilized the wedding coordinator service, which enabled us to really be present during our day itself, Arienne was outstanding. Seeing that we were planning this wedding from across the country, the Farm made each meeting seamless and ensured that our vision was met. However, it was so nice to trust their creative abilities - and leave some of the decor elements up to the team. The presentation of each table and the overall venue was gorgeous. The Farm also shared critical recommendations that enabled our guests to have a top notch experience, such as, leveraging a bus service for our guests. Additionally the Farm provided recommended vendors which informed our decisions and made planning that much easier. Again these recommended vendors were top-notch. Our guests were blown away by the venue, it’s elegant yet comfortable setting. And we are still hearing just how incredible the food was… and the Farm made sure we had the chance to eat too… we also agree it was spectacular. We have no regrets in how we partnered with the Farm, our experience or the memories we created! We only wish we can go back & do it all again, simply because we had that much fun! And to this day, we continue to hear from our guests that this was the best wedding they’ve ever attended… much of that credit goes to The Farm and the culture they’ve built as a team! We couldn't have imagined a better venue for our wedding day! The attention to the small details had us hooked from the first day we visited. The owners of The Farm have put so much careful thought into the type of experience they want their clients to have which is reflected in the quality staff they hire. Every single staff member at The Farm provided us with unparalleled customer service. They were responsive to our inquiries and receptive to our ideas. They took over vendor communication about 1 month out and made sure that our wedding day went smoothly. We can confidently say that not a single thing went wrong on our day thanks to the staff at The Farm! As for the experience of our wedding day itself, we cannot express how perfect everything was. The venue itself felt magical. The food and drinks will ruin all other wedding catering for you, shout out to Chef Mike! The catering manager, Satima, made sure we had food and drinks in our hands throughout the entire night. The bar manager, Kelsi, perfectly nailed our signature cocktails; she had worked with us to find drinks that fit both of our tastes and personalities. Our coordinator, Arienne, made sure every single detail was taken care of and kept our timeline on track. We also loved the cabins on the property which allowed our entire wedding party to stay onsite. We had an AMAZING experience with The Farm. My husband and I were looking for a venue that was in a beautiful natural mountain setting, was not far from an airport for our guests flying in, that had on site accommodations for our bridal party and immediate family, and that excelled in food. When we saw the beautiful setting at the Farm, the perfect mountain cabins on site, and the wood-fired pizza oven behind the state of the art kitchen, we knew we had picked the perfect venue for the two of us. We could not have been happier with our choice. The staff is very professional, organized, and together they run a well oiled-machine - each contributing with their areas of expertise. Satima & Chef Mike helped us design the wedding menu of our dreams that featured local NC food (and Satima hand delivered us the appetizers that we selected during family photos so that we could enjoy them!), Kelsi helped us design a special bar menu that featured beers that my husband's brewery produced, Arienne worked with our incredible external planner (Events by Kiersa) to make sure no detail was left unnoticed and that a special family veil photo display was perfect, and the owners Bev and Myron always welcomed us with big smiles when we saw them on site during visits. They even magically were able to order us a rainbow for right after our ceremony (*with no rain). If you’re looking for the most hands-off, professional, beautiful wedding experience, this is it. My partner and I are not big “DIY” people and were struggling to find a venue that was both beautiful but also didn’t require us to manage tons of vendors, decorations, etc on our own. Originally, we were a little nervous about the price tag for The Farm, but after meeting the team and seeing the space we knew it was worth it. Not only is the space absolutely gorgeous, the team is an extremely capable and well oiled machine. I did not lift a finger on my wedding day thanks to our truly amazing month-of coordinator, Shannon. Every interaction with The Farm was professional, prompt, and I was always left feeling confident and reassured. Our wedding was flawless. We rented out all the cabins for the weekend which were super charming and nice. The wedding day ran smoothly with our coordinator from The Farm, Arienne, working with all the vendors and wedding party to get people to the right places at the right times. I was looking for a garden-y feel, not too country and it was perfect for that vibe. Love the gazebo ceremony spot and the outdoor pavilion and fire pit. We had a s'mores station which was my favorite. Everyone who works there is super friendly. The head of catering made sure the groom and I both got a taste of all the appetizers, then they put one of each dessert and late night pizza into our cabins to make sure we experienced it all. People loved the signature cocktails. The food was great. Seriously could not have imagined a better day.The Farm's reply:

My husband and I were married at The Farm on 12/4/21. From the moment I saw The Farm's photos and reviews on The Knot, I knew this was my venue. After going to visit, we were both absolutely sold. The staff clearly know what they are doing and are a well oiled machine, the grounds and building are gorgeous, and it fit what I was going for. A lot of people seem to gravitate towards super rustic weddings in barns, but that was not quite my style. The Farm fit a perfect balance of rustic, but more elegant and upscale. Anything we wanted or envisioned for our wedding, they could do for us or had done before (within reason and weather permitting of course). We took advantage of the onsite cabins, which was fantastic for getting ready and ending the day - no driving or walking very far! Our day-of coordinator Shannon was amazing, I am prone to lots of anxiety and she really made everything as stress free as possible in the month and days leading up to the wedding. I'm also the kind of person who doesn't believe anything can be perfect, something always goes wrong right? Wrong, our wedding was absolutely perfect and if anything went wrong, I surely was not aware! I was able to turn over wedding favors, send-off materials, photos, table place cards, etc. to Shannon and never had to worry about those things again. They were all put out for us and anything needing to go home with us was put together carefully and placed in our cabin at the end of the night. The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception were all set up beautifully and exactly how I envisioned. We were able to have lawn games since the weather was so nice, but also a hot chocolate and apple cider bar that was decorated beautifully and was a huge hit. The food was amazing, many of our friends and family still talk about how delicious the appetizers were and dinner was a hit as well! The staff made sure we found time to sit down and eat, they were super attentive to us, but even so we were given any remaining leftovers (including slices of our cake!) to take with us that night. Last but certainly not least, it was a fantastic place for photos! Our wedding photos that we took all over the grounds came out phenomenal. I couldn't be happier that we chose the Farm and I would highly recommend it!The Farm's reply:

Spectacular Wedding at The Farm
The Farm was spectacular. Everything from the venue, food and staff was first rate. Shannon and Melissa our wedding coordinators where extremely professional and supported us through the entire process. Satima, the catering manager was also very helpful and on top of everything. The food was amazing!
We stayed at on the property at the Hickory Cabin, which was spacious and beautiful, with an awesome fireplace and hot tub!

I fell in love with the farm the minute I walked on property! It’s just such a homey romantic feel to it! The food was INCREDIBLE! We’re from New Jersey and we had some tough critics attending the wedding but everyone couldn’t stop talking about how amazing the food was. Mike is just an incredible chef and satima was just absolutely wonderful to plan the menu with! So knowledgeable and helpful through it all. I was a little nervous going in because I was on my third coordinator once we reached 3 months out because my first one no longer worked there and the second one I chose was out on maternity leave. But Meredith ended up being wonderful! There was a few mishaps but she ended up working them all out! She was an absolutely FANTASTIC day of coordinator. Really on top of everything! I brought in a lot of my own stuff and can be a little of a control freak when it comes to decor but she set up everything perfectly and even came by in the morning to show me pictures of some things so we could add to it or move around and that really just eased my anxiety. She had answers to my questions before I even asked. I’m definitely a pain in the ass and probably called her name 70000 times through the night but she was always right there ready to help me! The whole day ended up being beautiful. My family rented out all the cabins for the weekend which are also just beautiful. I think it’s such a hidden gem!The Farm's reply:

We love the Farm so much and are so happy we got married there. We originally booked in July 2019 for November 2020. Clearly, so much changed in that time but I thought the Farm did an incredible job of making adjustments and pivots to make our day possible. They built a gorgeous pavilion and outdoor firepit which allowed us to have a small gathering outside in a way in which we felt really safe and ended up being very cool and special. The whole team at the Farm is great and went above and beyond to help us. We had a great call with the planning and business folks to discuss all our options and also to get more information on all the things they were doing to keep guests safe. It was so informative and helpful for us to make our decision about whether or not to even move forward. The kitchen staff and chef are also top class. Our menu planning was so incredibly fun and our food was just fabulous. We got a lot of compliments on the food and also the wedding in general just being very unique and fun. -

If you are trying to plan a wedding during COVID but are worried about how it will turn out and last minute changes then The Farm is the answer to all your prayers! They built a BEAUTIFUL open air pavilion, their staff was amazing and incredibly diligent and safe, and eased all our worries going into our weekend. The food was AMAZING- our guests are still commenting on it 2 months later and Satima and Mike took care of some unexpected changes and allergies for our guests on the fly the day of. We stayed on site and had our dog with us for the weekend, using the space for a rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks the night before our big day. Communication was great throughout planning, the setting was beautifully decorated and I didn't feel like I needed to micromanage anything. With all the space my guests felt so safe and they still comment it was the most fun they have had at a wedding- pre or post COVID. They made us feel so loved and supported throughout the entire weekend. -

I don’t even know where to start. Our day was absolutely perfect. We had our ceremony and reception here and had catering and wedding planning services with The Farm as well.
My husband and I live in Germany and found this venue through Instagram (I’m originally from Virginia and he’s from South Carolina). I was dreading wedding planning, especially with being overseas, but The Farm honestly made it so easy! From our first point of contact, to talking with the Chef (Satima) and working with our wedding coordinator (Jennifer) everyone was so friendly and accommodating! It truly was an all inclusive venue offering all the services including a place to stay for us and our family and friends, catering, and they have an array of decorations that you can use. This includes chairs, tables, napkins, table cloths, etc... Our coordinator Jennifer even worked with our florist to decide what designs would look best. It was everything I was looking for!
We loved all of it! And Jennifer was an awesome coordinator! Our moms and sisters stepped in for us at the food tasting and they loved her! She also pinned my dress up for me since my bustle wasn’t working during my wedding. She is just so unbelievably sweet and we LOVED working with her!
I truly cannot say enough good things, but my husband and I 100% would recommend this venue! And we suggest you use their on site cabins too, it makes things that much easier the day of! -

We got married at the Farm this past October and it could not have been more perfect. We flew in with family to have a multi-day intimate wedding and we all stayed in the cabins on the property. We booked the venue without seeing it but went to the tasting in August and fell in love. Based on the tasting, we tailored both of our menus to complement each event, the welcome dinner and reception. The food was the most delicious food we’ve ever tasted and the team could not have been more attentive. My husband and I got married at The Farm and it was the best experience. Firstly, they take care of all the set up and help you plan everything out. Their organizational skills are impeccable. The food is absolutely amazing and many people told us it was the best wedding food they had ever had. The gnocci is the best I've ever had anywhere. The beer and wine selection is fantastic as well. The whole staff is so nice, including Jennifer who was our planner. There are many beautiful spots to take pictures, and it was great to see all of our friends and family's pictures near the horses and at sunset out in the beautiful yard. Our pictures also turned out amazing due to the field with mountains in the background across the street. If you can rent a cabin on the property, it's so convenient and the cabins are super nice. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and it's thanks in large part to the farm. I highly suggest booking with them. It's well worth it. -

Amazing Venue and Staff!
Review for The Farm, A Gathering Place 6/15/19
I really cannot say enough good things about the staff at The Farm. Several friends recommended The Farm as a venue for my daughter’s wedding and after visiting six other venues, we booked it 1 ½ years before the wedding. In that year and a half, we visited several times and experienced some of their special events such as culinary escapes and cooking classes. Everything The Farm does is on point! Our wedding was June 8th and EVERYTHING was fantastic. First of all, we booked all of the cabins on the property for family members of the bride and groom. This gave us some extra time to spend together and get to know each other. The “cabins” are beautiful and very comfortable. We all enjoyed exploring the property, playing with the horses and “Donkey” the burro. For the wedding, Bethany Holder was our wedding coordinator. She was beyond amazing! For a year and a half, she patiently and expertly answered all of my questions and gave us guidance on every aspect of the wedding. A couple of weeks before the wedding, she took over all the communications with vendors and developed a detailed timeline. She executed our dream wonderfully. And on the day of the wedding, she and the staff did EVERYTHING! It was like I was a guest at our daughter’s wedding. The wedding and reception were beautiful. We had 170 people. The wedding was outside under a clear tent and the reception was inside/outside. We had a large band and there was plenty of room for the stage and dancing. Chef Mike and the kitchen staff outdid themselves: appetizers of homegrown tomato bruschetta, chicken and waffles, ahi tuna. Our main courses were shrimp and grits, flank steak and gnocchi with roasted vegetables. Everything was hot, fresh and delicious. Several guests commented that it was not only the best wedding food they had ever had, but the best meal they have ever had! Brad and the bar staff created and served fantastic signature cocktails; a seasonal Old Fashioned and a spicy cucumber vodka drink. Throughout the dinner and reception, the staff were attentive to every detail, even pushing in chairs, clearing plates and straightening napkins if a guest left their seat so the venue always looked lovely.
We did have a downpour on the day of the wedding, and we elected to have the ceremony in a clear tent with an arbor in front of the horse pasture instead of under the gazebo. It was beautiful. And immediately after the ceremony the white dappled horses came over for wedding photos with the bride and groom and guests. We could not have planned it better, but I suspect The Farm staff had a lot to do with the timing! Earlier in the day, we had one snafu with the tent gutter but after putting our heads together with Bethany and the venue manager, we were able to resolve the issue in time for the ceremony.
As the bride and groom exited, the guests blew bubbles. And the bubble machine provided by The Farm, made for beautiful photos. Rather than a late-night snack, we wanted to provide our guests with Bojangles chicken biscuits as they boarded the buses. The Farm staff even picked up the biscuits for us and kept them hot in their warming oven. These biscuits were a huge hit!
Overall, I cannot thank the Farm enough for making Paige and Kent’s wedding such a carefree, joyous occasion!

Several guests commented that they arrived to a warm, calm, and professional atmosphere of all the staff. The farm-to-table food was wonderful, the venue was gorgeous, and the whole staff was supportive from our first tour to the brunch the day afterwards. I recommend The Farm with zero hesitations, and I wish I could live our special day all over again!!

Anna Sent on 08/08/2018I can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The Farm is incredibly beautiful and the top-notch team of staff provided the highest quality of service that you can get. Everyone involved in our wedding including the coordinator, chef, food staff, and even the owners of the farm were a true joy to work with. We took full advantage of their in-house decor and wedding coordinator services and I am so glad we did. Our coordinator, Erica, was extremely accommodating and involved us in every step of the planning process. She allowed us to customize our wedding exactly the way we wanted but took care of all of the details so that we didn't have to worry about a thing. We got married on a Friday and their was another wedding scheduled for Saturday, though you never would have known. The staff was so generous, accommodating, and present with us that it felt like the venue had been created just for our special day. The food was INCREDIBLE! Everyone who attended was raving about how delicious everything was and about how kind the staff was. I'm so grateful that we didn't have to worry about coordinating an outside vendor for the food and I'm incredibly pleased with the quality of food that Chef Mike produced. My extended family was able to take advantage of the onsite cabins at the venue. Every cabin was incredibly unique, pristine in quality and cleanliness, and located conveniently within walking distance of the ceremony site and reception hall. My wife and I also enjoyed staying in the honeymoon suite cabin. When we got there after the reception, the staff had set out a bottle of champagne and brought left-over food and cupcakes from the reception for us to enjoy. If you are looking for high-quality service in a beautiful location, you will not find a better venue than The Farm - A Gathering Place. -

Our coordinator Erica is just so wonderful! We can not thank everyone there enough! We also had our rehearsal dinner there as well! The food is fantastic! The cabin is just so perfect! Our guests and us are so happy we stayed on site! The sheets are awesome!!!!! Lol
We can’t wait to come back to visit on our anniversary ! -

Every thing that popped into my head that could go wrong, she had anticipated and taken care of. The farm is absolutely gorgeous, the food is fantastic, the cabins are darling, and I could not have asked for more.

The staff, especially our wedding coordinator Bethany, thought of everything, down to the tiniest of details and ensured that our wedding was stress-free from start to finish. Bethany took the time to get to know us and was able to infuse so many personal details into the decor. Her creative suggestions made for some of our most special moments of the day. Bethany and the catering coordinator, Georgeanna, were always easy to get in touch with, proactively communicated and literally thought of everything to make our big day go off without a single hitch. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of the venue and still haven't stopped raving about how delicious the food was! Chef Mike and his crew served up what many of our guest considered some of the most amazing food they've ever had (and not just for wedding food...they meant ever!). Our wedding parties also loved staying in the cabins at the venue, which made for a super fun three-day party! The cabins were decorated gorgeously and were perfect for getting ready in together before the wedding and for post-wedding festivities! I honestly can't recommend The Farm enough. If you're looking for a venue that embodies rustic elegance, takes care of almost every detail for you, and offers delicious, seasonal menus then look no further.

Chelsea Sent on 06/28/2018From the first day, to the very last day, their communication was absolutely amazing. They were very easy to work with. Every question was answered within a day. Erica got every single detail right the day of the wedding and responded to all of my last minute crazy emails all with a happy, positive, reassuring attitude :) Chef Mike and his crew had our guests talking about our food for days!! People could not get over how delicious and unique our food was. All The Farm staff the day of the wedding were extremely friendly to us!! We really did notice that they went out of their way to make our day special. And the venue itself is breathtaking. The cool thing about The Farm is that if any guests don’t feel like dancing, there is an entire outdoor area under lights where a lot of our guests hung out and played corn hole and jenga or pet the horses. We rented all of the cabins for the weekend for our wedding parties (which I would higly recommend) and everyone loved them! We got ready in them the day of our wedding and all of my bridesmaids said it made for such a fun day. Chef Mike and his staff made us an incredibly yummy brunch for us and the guys. The cabins made our wedding a really unique experience for everyone. They are not your typical cabin! The details inside are beautiful and unique. All in all, The Farm exceeded my expectations and I would recommend this venue to anyone!! You get far more than just a space to rent. It really is an amazing venue with amazing staff. -

Bethany, our wedding coordinator from The Farm, was the most friendly and helpful. We could not have asked for a better person to facilitate our most special day. The decorations and scenery were beautiful! No one could stop talking about how delicious the food was. The horses were a huge hit as well!
