Nothing short of magical

The wedding bouquet I ordered from The Enchanted Florist was a dream come true! I placed my order just 2 weeks before the event and the bouquet came out exactly like my inspiration photo--absolutely perfect! Beautiful Flowers

The Enchanted Florist provided flowers for both our COVID minimony and our big reception celebration. They were very easy to work with and were very helpful pivoting when we had to postpone our wedding to still provide gorgeous flowers.

Gorgeous Wedding Flowers

I can’t say enough good things about the Enchanted Florist. We were looking for something simple, elegant, and affordable for our Fall wedding, and that is exactly what we found. I started by sharing a couple of photos I liked online, and Phyllis worked with me to develop my vision for my special day. She was very helpful in answering my questions, always responded in a timely manner, and executed everything beautifully on the day of the wedding. One week before the wedding, our venue informed us that they damaged our arch and we were left in a complete bind. Since the wedding was only a few days away, we couldn’t find another arch anywhere in town. Phyllis totally saved the day and offered to bring their arch decorated with the same flowers we picked for the centerpieces. We had a very small and intimate outdoor ceremony so it worked out perfectly. In addition to the arch and centerpieces, the bouquets, boutonnieres, and pin on corsages were absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend the Enchanted Florist to anyone looking for a florist with friendly, professionall staff that offer affordable and gorgeous flower arrangements for any special occasion.

Loved our flowers!

We worked with Madeline at the Enchanted Florist to style our day. From the moment I met her I knew I wanted to work with her. We sat and chatted about the look I was after and she completely understood me. She took the time to get to know me and my style and the final product was nothing short of amazing. Phyllis is a true artist!

I don't know much about flowers, but I did know the type of look I wanted to achieve. I met with Phyllis twice, showed her photos of my event space, dress, bridesmaids dresses, and invitations, and explained to her as best I could what I was going for -- and that was it! That was all she needed to produce the most perfect bouquets, centerpieces, etc. for the wedding day. Even more -- she really knows how to work with you when you are on a budget. She told me how I could still achieve the look I wanted with the money I was willing to spend. I trust her completely and can't recommend her enough. Her style is impeccable.

No words can describe how beautiful the floral arrangements were for my wedding back in May. My daughter wanted blue flowers for her wedding - not ever easy to procure. With the help and guidance of Phyllis at Enchanted Florists we went with blue orchids floating in tall cylindrical vases for all the tables. Stunningly beautiful. Blue orchids were in the bridal bouquet also which received oohs and aahs from everyone. As we have also used this florist for dining table arrangements, I can recommend them highly for all of your floral needs.

I work in the hospitality industry and am exposed to great ... and not so great... florists on a regular basis. When planning my wedding, I met with two other florists who were actually willing to offer me an industry discount but one meeting with Fabulous Phyllis (my Mom's nick name for the owner of this charming botique-y flower shop) and I was sold! By the time my wedding came around, I was on a first-name basis with all the gals in the shop and wished they could personally attend our wedding as guests! It is very clear that the folks who pedal Enchanted Florist do it with passion and lots of love!
Enchanted Florist will look into your entire wedding concept and design, as well as gain an understanding of you as a couple before they offer a proposal that is uniquely YOU. Florists these days are a dime a dozen and it's all too easy to feel like you're throwing money down the drain for a few stems. Enchanted Florist will make your day feel truly enchanted and worth every penny so that you can enjoy every moment!

How incredibly Amazing! How Magical! How Enchanting!
After months of searching and reading reviews, My now husband and I know we had met with 2 of the area's top florist.
We chose 'The Enchanted Florist'in Alexandria, VA.
What an incredible experience. We decided to have our ceremony and reception in one location/venue. We met with Phyllis at The Enchanted Florist and from beginning to end the process was wonderful. At the consultation we went over what we would like to see at each location within the venue. She made suggestions I didnt even think of and expanded on the ideas we had. Our fall themed wedding plan had come together.
On the day of, wind threatened the structure for the ceremony on the terrace. The Enchanted florist team came up with plan B when there wasnt a plan B. Art, local elements, and professionalism took to stage and what an incredible backdrop they created for our fall themed ceremony. We felt so calm and at ease as we put our trust on a team that truly understands what we wanted and they delivered. As the evening progressed and we entered the reception room everything looked so perfect, and so beautiful. The Enchanted Florist!! You artistic magicians!! You've mastered elegance through your floral design and arrangements. You made our magical evening look absolutely beautiful and will remain memorable to us and guests. We ordered my wedding bouquet, and boutonniere and corsage for the flower girl and boy from the Enchanted Florist in Old Town. We loved all of them, but the bouquet was beyond amazing- so detailed and beautiful. They had a detailed list of questions to ensure they knew exactly what I wanted- many things I hadn't thought about initially, so I was very appreciative of their attention to detail. The cost was very reasonable for the service and flowers. I'd absolutely recommend Them.

Great team, great service, beautiful flowers. I interviewed 4 florists for my wedding and Phyllis from The Enchanted Florist stood out from the beginning. She listened to my ideas about the overall look for the wedding flowers and was helpful in making suggestions about specific types of flowers and specific arrangements that would create the look I was envisioning and work well with our spring wedding. She really cares about the details and is passionate and creative. In terms of service and cost, throughout the planning process Phyllis was always responsive to phone call and emails and based on my research, I found the cost to be reasonable. On my wedding day, every detail (arrangements, colors, placement at the church and reception venue, etc.) was as I requested and all of the flowers were fresh and beautiful! I highly recommend The Enchanted Florist!

My flowers were gorgeous! From the first meeting I had with Phyllis, it was like she could read my mind about what I wanted for my bouquets, arrangements, etc. Which was great because I don't know that much about flowers :) Near wedding time, I realized I was closing in on my budget limit for flowers, and she was so helpful in suggesting options for what we could use for centerpieces and making sure that everything was still beautiful without spending quite as much. We worked closely with Phyllis from Enchanted Florist. From our first meeting we felt at ease and knew that Phyllis and her team would make our wedding very special. The flowers on the tables were beautiful, the bouquets stunning and we used the mother of the brides lace from her wedding to wrap the brides bouquet.
Still, we have guests asking us about our flowers, including the caterer who will recommend Enchanted Florist.

During one of our walks around Old Town, we happened upon Enchanted Florist. What caught our attention was a stunning red wreath displayed. When we got engaged a year later, we contacted Enchanted Florist immediately. Phyllis is wonderful to work with. My fiance (at the time) purchased flowers for me on several occasions from Enchanted Florist and they were always gorgeous. On our wedding day, they did not disappoint. Phyllis and the Enchanted Florist Staff created beautiful floral work for my wedding. The flowers were outstanding! Even the little cups for the cocktail tables were beautiful. The bouquets and table centerpieces were gorgeous. I loved the dahlias, the various hydrangeas and the orchids. The berries and red leaves really were perfect and made it look like autumn. It exceeded my expectations!

Flowers make the day special. Fresh flowers are a luxury and a feast for the senses. Your flowers were a delight! I could not have been happier. I am so glad we chose you as our florist.

Amazing does not begin to describe Phyllis and all of the lovely ladies at The Enchanted Florist! The flowers and vision that they created for our June 15th wedding far surpassed our expectations! The Enchanted Florist in Old Town is a true Gem. I interviewed many florists and I never felt like any of them could quite understand what I was looking for. Well, Phyllis came along. She is an amazing person, her staff is very professional and talented. We used Phyllis and her Enchanted team for our Rehearsal Dinner and our Wedding flowers. They did an amazing job, my flowers were EXACTLY what I wanted and more. My bouquet was gorgeous, the peonies smelled like heaven and the flowers held up great so we re-used them for our post wedding brunch! I would recommend Phyllis and her team to everyone no matter what the occasion!

The Enchanted Florist is one of the vendors used by the Morrison House in their elopement package. The Enchanted Florist is the best of the best when it comes to floral design. I received so many compliments on my wedding flowers, and I really enjoyed working with Phyllis. It was amazingly beautiful, exactly what I had in mind. I want to convey my sincere (although much belated!) gratitude to the staff at The Enchanted Florist for creating a beautiful landscape of flowers at my April 2012 wedding!

We first contacted The Enchanted Florist at the recommendation of a friend who described the flowers as her favorite part of the wedding. After seeing the amazing floral designs that The Enchanted Florist created I would definitely agree! I was first impressed with the professionalism and enthusiasm. My husband and I were married the day before Easter 2012--a very busy weekend for any florist. However we never felt as though The Enchanted Florist had any other customers to worry about. Natalie Kappel was a pleasure to work with. When I realized I forgot to order flowers for my MOH's hair only 2 days before the wedding she not only made it happen without any issue--she even comped the flowers!

In addition to the gorgeous centerpieces that exceeded our expectations, Natalie created 5 beautiful cherry blossom pieces, and aisle decor that created a dreamy romantic backdrop for our vows. She accommodated every wish that I had for my bouquet--incorporating lace and an antique handkerchief from my family. The flowers looked absolutely stunning in photographs and held up very well in our floral artwork that we ultimately had created.

Thank you Natalie and all of the staff at The Enchanted Florist for making such beautiful arrangements that provided a gorgeous backdrop to our wedding.

I undertook a lot on my own, but when my day approached all the ladies of Enchanted Florist were there in full force to help me get all that needed to get done, done and delivered. I could not have accomplished my vision without Phyllis's expertise, guidance, and kindness. And the experience that I had was not something exclusive and special me, it is what I see happen every weekend no matter the bride, no matter the venue, no matter the budget, and no matter the uniqueness of the style. As for me, the bride got what she wanted on her special day:)

I am so pleased with my wedding flowers from The Enchanted Florist! Everything was beautiful and so thoughtully crafted. At my initial appointment it was very clear I know nothing about flowers but they were so helpful and thoughtful of my budget--they weren't trying to upsell me as a clueless consumer, but instead were ready and willing to show me ways to repurpose arrangements throughout the wedding weekend and save money using in-season flowers. The Enchanted Florist was not my first phone call to a florist regarding flowers for my daughter's wedding but it was certainly my last. From the first friendly voice on the phone a year before the wedding until wedding weekend was complete the entire staff was always friendly, personable, and wonderful to work with. They happily offered suggestions, loved that we wanted in-season flowers, offered rental vases to keep our costs lower, and provided the most beautiful, unique arrangements and bouquets I've ever seen. just coming down from the weekend’s high, and want to let you know how very, very happy we were w/ the flowers for sheila’s wedding! they were, to say the least, gorgeous!! and truly, exactly what sheila and I envisioned. the subtle, soft colors complimented the gowns and reflected on the romance and “enchanted” nature of the day and evening. I am also very glad we decided to do arrangements at the church— they were perfect! the escort table’s fabulous trumpet vase was delightful, and sara lit the candles at just the right moment!
I felt like I was at someone’s home (albeit, a very large one!) w/ the beautiful varied arrangements on the tables, in their own silver compotes, jefferson cups, and yes, I loved the tall slender arrangements, as well : )
I could go on and on, and I will, to anyone who is planning a wedding.... you are a joy to work w/ , and enchanted florist will be my recommendation to all brides (and grooms, after the wedding!!).

The Enchanted Florist is amazing! They created the exact look and feel that we were looking for, while staying within our budget - we found the staff to be honest and forthright about costs, which was a great help during the planning process. They are very professional to work with, as evidenced when our initial contact left the company due to an out-of-state move. The transition to Natalie, our contract through the wedding, was flawless. After a few phone conversations and emails, Natalie and her team ran with the concept/design. And it was perfect - the right balance of arrangements, colors, and textures. We opted to use our own glassware, with no issues. As I said to Natalie after the wedding, they were able to make our happiest day also the prettiest, and we are so thankful! I look forward to shopping at the Enchanted Florist for special arrangements in the future. P.S.: If you are looking for a wreath to hang at the church or front door of your reception venue as part of your decor, definitely choose Enchanted Florist. I have to confess that at first I was a little bit afraid about how my bouquets (one bridal, 2 bridesmaids + 3 boutineres) would come out. Spite of the fact I had great recommendations of The Enchanted florist, I had very short time to plan my wedding and even it's being my small wedding (the big one we'lll make next year in my home country Brazil) I wanted things to look nice.
I went to the shop after I email them, which I highly recommend because they are very busy, and Natalie was the person who attended me. She was very sweet and attentive and did her best to understand and take notes of everything I wanted, while also trying to manage the busy shop pace. I sent her pictures of the type of bouquets I had in mind, we talked about how we could make it work inside my budget and we closed the deal.
I was anxiously waiting to see how my bouquet would look like, and as I said before a little bit afraid, so I asked Natalie to send me a picture of the bouquet was ready, what she promptly did. And for my sweet surprise, it looked awesome already only by the picture. When I saw all bouquets in person and OMG, I was truly amazed. They were all awesome, exactly what I wanted. My wedding pictures were yellow and orange for the flowers, and the bouquets glow in every picture, they definitely gave that special touch to my wedding look and pictures ( I wish I could post a picture here). Highly recommended if you want a really personalized bouquet, thumbs up! :)

The Enchanted Florist was part of the elopement package at the Morrison House in Alexandria, VA. While I didn't choose them, I definitely would have if I had had to find my own vendors. I didn't want anything traditional for my bouquet, hated the idea of hydrangeas, roses and typical flowers and our color scheme of blue and yellow isn't the easiest to find flowers in. Yet they did an amazing job of taking all those ideas and turning them into an amazing and unique bouquet for me. The day of I realized I had forgotten to request two boutoneirres for the best man and man of honor, but they pulled two together in no time and without any issues. This, of course, I loved. Finally the Enchanted Florist can do whatever traditional wedding ideas you want, but if you are a little creative or aren't afraid to do something different they have amazing ideas there too. Definitely go with Enchanted Florist and you won't be disappointed.

In early May Enchanted Florist created the floral arrangements for our daughter’s wedding luncheon at Restaurant Eve. The flowers for the luncheon were incredibly creative – fushia orchids with white hydrangeas and fun green apples to match the containers. In early June Enchanted Florist provided the flowers for our daughter’s wedding reception, dinner, and breakfast at the Lorien Hotel. Enchanted continued the fushia orchid theme for the events at the Lorien beginning with two gorgeous fushia orchids in white cylinder containers. Many of our guests wanted the name of the florist as the room was just beautiful. Natalie’s enthusiasm and created talents provided a lovely backdrop to all of our daughter’s wedding events.

I would recommend Natalie at the Enchanted Florist without hesitation - from the first conversation I had with her I knew she understood what I wanted and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. I love flowers and floral design so flowers were a very important element of my wedding - I knew I wanted to work with someone who would make them truly special and sophisticated and Natalie was able to do that. She was also incredibly patient and flexible - I wanted to re-purpose a number of the arrangements used during the ceremony later for the reception and this was totally fine with her. I also wanted to use family glass and silver pieces as vessels for some of the arrangements which I'm sure was more difficult than just using the vases in their stock, but Natalie loved the idea and was enthusiastic and using them. If you want truly special, beautifully arranged flowers for your wedding you can't go wrong with the Enchanted Florist.

Phyllis and her team were amazing to work with. My consultation with Phyllis was completely different than any other florist -- she took the time to sit down, really look at pictures and ideas, and take notes on what flowers I liked and the details of our wedding and wedding party. Closer to the actual wedding, we sat down again and went through everything -- in the interim, she was incredibly responsive on email and willing to accommodate any request. She was especially helpful with ceremony decoration -- had some great ideas and listened to my main request which was to repurpose what we used during the ceremony for the reception. She and her team are SO wonderful, and the flowers were beautiful. Customer service is extremely important to them, and it really made a difference!

Unbelievable flowers and service.

For being a successful florist outside of DC their prices were reasonable and the service and attention was outstanding. Melissa was out for her own wedding just a week before mine and only returned to work a few days before mine. Phyllis stepped up and made the finishing touches on my last minute ideas and order.

My cake flowers were ordered at the very last minute and I wasn't sure what to expect...it turned out amazing! My bouquet was heavenly and my nieces flower baskets were lovely.

I wish I could surround myself by the beautiful arrangements this florist makes everyday!

Thanks for a great job ladies. You truly tied the ribbon on my dream wedding with your work!

My contact person at Enchanted Florist was Melissa Worrilow and she was fantastic. She made it really easy to meet with her and she was super professional and personable. I am a total worry-wart and type-A, and was really worried about the idea that I have to tell someone what I want for a wedding that is a year away and I would not get to see the finished product until the day of the wedding, when it is too late to change anything. Melissa got my vision from the beginning and made me feel comfortable and absolutely relaxed about the whole process. She was extremely flexible when I had changed some things almost at the last minute. The team created the most beautiful centerpieces and my bouquet was fantastic (I really did not want to throw it, it was too pretty to part with, but I threw it and a friend caught it). Enchanted Florist was well worth the money and did an impeccable job!

I changed my "vision" a few times and every time I did Melissa was right there to listen and accept my crazy ideas! My husband and I were lured into the Enchanted Florist by their beautiful windows on a rainy Saturday. We were greeted and became fast friends with Gina and their whole team. They were the first vendor we booked (even before our venue) and it was such a fun process to work with them the whole way through. Planning the flowers for our wedding was one of the aspects that I looked forward to the most- and on the day of, our flowers were amazing- more than we ever could have hoped for. Enchanted Florist really made our wedding decor- the wreaths, the tiny floral decor, the bouquets, everything was breathtaking. They really understood our aesthetic, and we really enjoyed trusting their talents, and letting them do what they do best.

I'd love to relive the flowers from our wedding day over and over. The Enchanted Florist is fantastic- great people, reasonable price, and great talent.

We worked with Melissa at the Enchanted Florist, and our flowers were unbelievable! They created our centerpieces, ceremony decorations, boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets. We received so many compliments on them, and they truly lit up our wedding.

The Enchanted Florist went above and beyond my expectations for our wedding. We got married in Cambridge, Maryland, therefore the shop had to travel for our wedding and believe me, it was well worth it. With fear and trepidation, I entered the realm of flowers to create a wedding day for my daughter that would meet not only her incredibly high expectations but engender a calm within me as flowers are not my forte. I interviewed several companies and consistently came back to the Enchanted Florist as the company that provided me with my two strongest criteria. Not only was my daughter, who was living in Atlanta, impressed and comfortable with the email exchanges, phone calls and meetings, I never felt forgotten throughout the entire process. In fact, my inquiries and requests were greeted with enthusiasm, delight and dedicated professionalism. On site meetings, meetings at the rental company and meetings at the event venue were a joy and Phyllis Kennedy and her staff kept me truly excited about the preparations for this very important event. Even when I called ten days before the wedding and asked for what could have been an impossible request, they stood at the ready and bailed me out one more time.
I can only say that my experience with them was truly "enchanting" and I can not recommend them more highly.

Our only regret is there is not a rating higher than five stars as Enchanted Florist more than deserves higher. They were a delight to work with, respected our budget, listened carefully to the vision we wanted and were flexible when changes needed to be made. This could not have been an easier experience for me. I had originally booked another vendor to do all of our ceremony decorations and flowers, but due to their unresponsiveness and a couple of design changes I was looking for a new Flower vendor 2 months before our wedding. I found Enchanted Florist doing a quick search on Wedding Wire and it was the best choice I made. Melissa worked with me through email and on the phone to ensure that she understood what I was looking for in our decor. She was able to work around my schedule and the flowers could not have turned out more perfect, plus they were able to do it at a lower cost then my first vendor. No need for brides to look any further than Enchanted Florist. I have hosted a number of events throughout the US and clearly Enchanted is at the top of my list. These creative pros know flowers and produced grogeous arrangements that beautifully complimented fine linens and custom menus. I am a tabletop fanatic and very detailed oriented. With fairly short notice and little guidance from me, Natalie breezed in with unique arrangements that filled the room and were absolute show stoppers! When we were choosing florist we entered it with a very specific idea in mind with a very clear understanding that you get what you pay for. The Enchanted Florist provided me with amazing flowers on my wedding day and was by far the best wedding vendor I had. The flowers were truly stunning -- everyone admired them. More importantly, Phyllis and her staff were wonderful throughout the planning process. Phyllis was so helpful in helping me articulate the look that I wanted, and she spent a lot of time trying to understand my vision.
I interviewed serveral florists in the area, and not one matched the level of personal service that did the Enchanted Florist. In addition, Phyllis provided tremendous value for my flowers, as it was clear that she gave me very competitive pricing when compared to other florists. No other "premiere" florist (like Amarylis) in the area can hold a candle to the Enchanted Florist when it comes to the personal touches. Phyllis or staff would respond almost immediately to any questions or issues I had during the proposal and planning stages, until just days before the wedding. Their work speaks for itself, but I definitely felt all the more confident that the staff seemed to care about my special day.

I really could not have been happier with the arrangements and bouquets designed by the ladies at The Enchanted Florist. I met with Phyllis Kennedy, the shop owner, several months before the wedding to talk about ideas and give her the information she would need to prepare a bid. I never had specific pictures of what I wanted, only random pictures of flowers and ideas in my head. Phyllis was wonderful at fleshing out the ideas and expanding on them. She really listened and took note of things I liked and didn't like. She was great about suggesting beautiful flowers that I hadn't considered, but that would be less expensive than some exotic varieties. She was totally receptive to my ideas about re-using bridesmaids bouquets and pew flowers again on the tables at the reception, which allowed me to do more with my budget. I got a bid from one other florist in DC - Amaryllis - making all the same requests (to compare apples to apples,) and the bid from The Enchanted Florist was less than a third of their bid. You will definitely get great value with The Enchanted Florist.

I worked with Gina and Phyllis and took them one photo of a bouquet I saw on line. They were able to make exactly the bouquet I wanted, and provided bridesmaid bouquets, a mother of the groom bouquet, flower girl pom and boutinnieres that were absolutely perfect. I knew it would be hard to find lily of the valley flowers but I really wanted them and Phyllis told me not to worry, she would guarantee the flowers and sure enough, she found them without charging me any extra. I was extremely pleased with this business and would highly recommend them. Competitive rates and great creative designs.

The Enchanted Florist provided exquisitely beautiful flowers for our wedding - we changed our flower preferences several times in the planning stages and Phyllis and her staff were responsive and helpful every time. Our wedding was in a garden, and I never thought a florist could compete with the flowers in bloom that day, but The Enchanted Florist managed to match the natural beauty of our surroundings in the arrangements they created for us. I still haven't seen a bridal bouquet that I love as much as the one I carried on my wedding day - it was gorgeous!

The Enchanted Florist was fantastic to deal with and provided unbelievable service for the price. Phyllis has a great design sense and was able to create exactly what I envisioned. She does beautiful work and is willing to go the distance to make sure you have everything you want. She even built an "envelope box" for my wedding and lent me her cake stand for free. I highly recommend her.

I would highly recommend The Enchanted Florist. I met with three florists, and Phyllis (the 3rd one) just understood the whole theme of my wedding. The visions dancing around in her head were the same as the ones in mine. She provided gorgeous altar pieces, centerpieces, bouquets and boutinneires. The flower fell off of the corsages unfortunately, but Phyllis promptly reimbursed us the cost of the corsages. She was very willing to work inside my budget and made it work and it still looked absolutely amazing. Great job, I highly recommend The Enchated Florist!!

We were very happy with The Enchanted Florist! From our first meeting, we felt engaged and valued as a customer -- Phyllis was excellent in translating our wants into affordable options. Wedding flowers by nature are expensive, but we were very pleased with how everything turned out! We were able to provide our own centerpieces, to have them filled with flowers, and handled for us. When my family and friends would ask me what detail I was most excited to see at my wedding, I always said: the flowers. I spent the past few months just dreaming about them. I knew Phyllis and her team would do a wonderful job -- but the Enchanted Florist ended up exceeding my expectations by miles and miles. Our flowers were GORGEOUS!!!! I had a pretty clear "vision" of what I wanted: brightly-colored flowers arranged in antique bud vases that I sourced. I truly appreciated Phyllis' enthusiasm and flexibility in making my vision come to life (and she was even able to find some flowers that we originally thought were out-of-season). The bouquets, centerpieces, everything was so thoughtfully put together. Phyllis' team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. I 110% recommend hiring them as your florist.

The flowers were an important part of my Wedding decoration, since my mother adored flowers and it was the way to celebrate her. I also had a clear idea of what I wanted and since the colors (mainly off white with a touch of lavender) were rather pale, the quality of the flowers were my priority, as well as staying within my budget, using as many Ecuadorian flowers as possible (my husband’s country). This was rather difficult until I met Natalie at The Enchanted Florist, she quickly understood what I wanted and with great knowledge and enthusiasm helped me to design the perfect bouquet and great centerpieces with great price!
The day of my Wedding I was happily surprise with a gorgeous bouquet. And although the centerpieces were not exactly what was written in the contract, to be more precise, Rannunculus were missing (which she lately explained to me that they weren't looking so hot) replaced by fluffy small off pink (instead of only off white) spray roses. I know this might sound chaotic, but actually they looked great, and gave more warmth do the whole room, that otherwise, would have created a colder atmosphere.
Lastly, I asked last minute for some flowers to decorate the cake and they not only deliver them perfectly but there complimentary!

I was very happy with the work done by The Enchanted Florist for my wedding last month. I had a great time working with Phyllis because she is fun, enthusiastic, and really listened to what I wanted for my wedding. The centerpieces and bouquets they created were beautiful. They also decorated a chuppah for our ceremony, which was absolutely gorgeous. I was concerned because we had our ceremony in a hotel, which I didn't feel was a pretty ceremony location, but when I walked down the aisle, I felt like I was in a fairy tale land, which is exactly what I wanted. The decor was perfect. I would highly recommend The Enchanted Florist for wedding flowers/decor.

My flowers were perfect. I wanted a more traditional bridal bouquet in blush and white with lots of movement to mimic my dress - and that's exactly what I got. I asked to have my husband's dog tags wrapped around my bouquet, and it was executed perfectly. For the bridesmaids, I wanted something vibrant and fun with unique flowers, and they were absolutely perfect. Not to mention, Phyllis was able to meet my budget and gave me the beautiful flowers I really wanted. The only thing to keep in mind is she can be slow to answer email, but if you have an urgent question or request just call the shop and if she isn't there to speak to you they will find her for you!

What won me over was how receptive Phyllis was to what I was looking for. She seemed to have such a vast knowledge of flowers and any time I said something vague she was able to pull up pictures of the perfect flower. I said I liked peonies but knew they wouldn't be in season, so she found flowers with a similar feel. And then as I was leaving her shop, she gave me a hot pink peony since I wouldn't be able to have them on my wedding day! On top of that, my quote was ready in under 24 hours, which was incredible.

Even if you're just starting to plan your wedding, set up a meeting with Phyllis. She's amazing!

Phyllis and the team at The Enchanted Florist did an amazing job. The flowers were beautiful and Phyllis really helped me during our consultation to pick flowers that would fit with the feel of our wedding and the colors. She also let us borrow lanterns for our ceremony for free! Highly recommend!

I utilized The Enchanted Florist for our wedding flowers! Natalie was incredible, very accommodating and filled with ideas. The owner was often times difficult to get in touch with and difficult to receive responses from. The bouquets, table arrangements, corsages and boutonnieres were exactly what we asked for, and with a creative spin! I would use them again! I highly recommend the quality and expertise of this company!

We were very happy with our choice of florists. Phyllis and her team were very patient with my many questions and concerns and in the end her creations were perfect. She worked with me on staying within my budget and providing beautiful flowers and fulfilled the contract completely. Enchanted Florist provided the flowers for my 25th Anniversary vow renewal at Lloyd House in Alexandria. I wanted fall flowers with orange, yellow, burgundy and green. The flowers they provided were absolutely beautiful and perfected coordinated with the federal decor of the Lloyd House. The burgundy flowers even coordinated with the prosaic upholstered chairs that come with the house. Every one complimented the flowers. I chose Enchanted Florist because they understood what I wanted in their proposal, they had done flowers for Lloyd House before and they were affordable.

The Enchanted Florist did a fabulous job for our wedding. Melissa was great to work with and was always very responsive and able to chat about various options, including ways to maximize value. Melissa was particularly great because I really didn't have any sort of vision or ideal in mind. I gave her very broad concepts and color themes to work within, and she took it and really made it work. Our bouquets were beautiful, and the table arrangements were also great. Perhaps most importantly, the flowers looked like the vague ideas I had in mind and attempted to convey to Melissa. I definitely recommend working with Melissa and Enchanted Florist, and I look forward to going back for other flowers in the future.

Beautiful flowers, just as we had discussed. The florist was able to adjust at the last minute when we changed table sizes from round to square. Staff are really lovely to work with; very creative and very elegant arrangements.

Phyllis at Enchanted Florist is truly amazing. The first time I sat down with her to discuss the flowers for our wedding, she completely impressed me. She really got to know me as a person, as well as our vision/ style for the wedding. On a later date, my mother and father sat down with her as well. They were unsure about the expense, but after meeting with her we all agreed that we completely trusted her to do a great job. On our wedding day, the flowers exceeded our expectations-- they were so beautiful, and unique. Now, looking back through photos from the wedding day, our church and reception hall were both so complimented by her vision. Flowers were a bigger chunk of our budget, and The Enchanted Florist was completely worth it.

Enchanted Florist were the easiest vendors to work with, from the first email/phone call, to picking up the flowers. We had a tiny wedding, so didn't have the need to place a large order, but that gave us the flexibility to choose higher quality flowers. They were able to accomodate us with only two weeks notice, and when we met in person, were able to figure out which flowers I had envisioned. I didn't know the name of the flower -could only describe it - turned out to be callalilies. I was especially pleased that they were flexible and willing to help me turn the vision into a reality. In my culture, brides traditionally wear jasmine flowers strung together into long garlands in their hair. Jasmine wasn't available, but Natalie quickly came up with an alternative, winding gold string around the stems of some white petals so it could hang down my hair in strings. It came out beautifully.

Only one caveat - callalillies don't make good boutannieres. Although the prices are above average, I would highly recommend Enchanted Florist for its flexibility, knowledge and service.

We had The Enchanted florist do our floces flower arrangements and center pieces for my wedding this past weekend. Our boquets and the mens boutonniere's were absolutely beautiful! They did a wonderful job on those as well as the center pieces. I also had her pomander balls for the isle chairs, but unfortunately I wasnt that pleased with them. We paid good money to have them done, just to have a flower and leave stuck inside. Overall they did a wonderful job and would highly reccommend them.
