  Don't look further, this just stop here!

  My wedding was international. I had guests from multiple states, countries, and continents. The Elms was a perfect getaway for us to get back together and enjoy this special event. Lacee and Tori offered great guidance and helped me a lot during this journey. The food, flawless. Even my guests with the pickiest taste enjoyed it. I will never forget how magical my wedding was at this venue and the rooms were awesome. If you're considering, go for it, it's a great option.

  Beautiful venue year round!

  We had been to a wedding at The Elms in the summer and it was beautiful. Our December wedding was even better! They decorate the venue beautifully for winter, and our guests were very impressed with the rooms, the amenities (including the indoor pool), and the food! Would highly recommend!

  Better than a dream

  We knew we wanted The Elms from the beginning, and they were the only venue we toured. It made it so easy for us and our guests to have hotel accommodations & the event all in the same space. They provide/ handle a lot of the little things like linens, serving ware, glassware, catering, bar tending, etc. The food was wonderful for both the rehearsal and reception dinner, and the staff was amazing! The only issues we ran into were guests had trouble booking on our block using the website and there was a small mix up on when we wanted dinner served, but it was quickly and easily resolved. We can never fully express how amazing our wedding was; we can’t thank Tori, Lacee, and the rest of The Elms Staff enough. Everyone kept telling my husband how calm I seemed all day and it’s absolutely because of how amazing The Elms was to us.
  They also surprised us with a bottle of Blue Champagne outside the door the morning of and a wonderful gift bag of some of our favorite snacks in our room at the end of night. We both thought this was a beautiful little touch and greatly appreciated all the tiny details they make happen.

  All the staff was amazing and extremely helpful! Everything was absolutely gorgeous! I couldn't have asked for a better team to help make my daughter's wedding day a truly beautiful memory.

  Wedding at the The Elms Hotel

  We had both the ceremony and reception in the Regent ballroom which has access to the patio and walking paths of the property. The Elms even provided yard games! Tori was very informative and attentive during the whole planning experience. What seemed very overwhelming and stressful at first, came together flawlessly. The Elms provided the use of table cloths, chair covers, and even provided the use of candle votives for the tables and fireplace mantle. Knowing those small details were taken care of made it easier knowing I just had our personal decorations to focus on. It looked absolutely beautiful once our finishing touches were in place. For dinner, we opted for the buffet option, and the food was delicious. My husband and I felt like royalty seeing as they had servers walk through the line with us and held our plate to make sure we didn’t our clothes dirty. It was a small, but very thoughtful detail we wouldn’t even have considered. On top of the great ceremony and reception service, the rooms were also very comfortable. The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed every minute of it. They took amazing care of us and helped make our big day go so smoothly. If your looking to book your wedding here, I highly recommend so.

  We held our wedding at the Elms at the end of August, and despite the extreme heat, it was a beautiful day. The staff, especially Tori, were very helpful and accommodating to our requests, sweating it out to provide our guests bar service before the ceremony! The location was a perfect mini getaway, and our guests loved staying there, getting spa treatments and enjoying the pool. The food was also wonderful - the vegan curry was a big hit and offered on top of our two meat selections! I would highly recommend.

  Everything was perfect. it is a beautiful venue

  Our daughters wedding was perfect. Tory and the rest of the staff at the Elms was amazing. We held the ceremony in the Gazebo and reception in the Regent room and it was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this venue. Everyone was very accommodating and made the day run very smoothly. Could not be happier with the venue, staff, and ambiance

  The Elms & Tori are the best!

  We just got married at The Elms, and the entire weekend was perfect. Tori made it all happen. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone & everyone! I wish I could go back to Friday morning & relive the entire weekend again. It was even better than we planned.

  Amazing wedding, ceremony, and experience

  The staff at the Elms were incredibly responsive and helpful when planning our wedding events. We had a lot of folks flying in from all over to attend, and they were exceptionally easy to work with and very accommodating to our requests (even several last minute ones). The food was delicious and everything went off without nay problems. Would absolutely recommend them again.

  Gorgeous setting, great food, incredible staff

  We got married at The Elms on 2/4/23 and it was absolutely perfect. The coordinator Tori (Victoria) was great to work with; she had a lot of suggestions for how to make it all run smoothly and personalize it to us, and was/is always so quick to respond. The food was extremely tasty, and we didn't have to do any setup or takedown ourselves (tables, chairs, linens, tableware, food + drink/bar) which saved us a lot of stress. We were able to skip the standard DJ/dancing thing and set up a bunch of board games for guests to play instead, no one batted an eye and were quick to make it work. The decorations that The Elms provided (lanters, votive candles etc) blended in beautifully with the florals that we brought ourselves and made the room (we did the Regent room) look perfect, and the fireplace was a perfect focal point for our cozy indoor winter wedding. All of the staff (including housekeeping and front desk staff) that we interacted with over the course of the weekend made us feel so special. We look forward to coming back for dinners or spa days to celebrate anniversaries :)

  My Daughter's Wedding

  The Elms is a beautiful historic hotel that is absolutely stunning. You can't find another hotel in the KC area that is as breathtaking. The food, staff, and amenities were superb. I would recommend them to anyone for a special event. We also tried the SPA services and found them to be excellent as well. You can't go wrong with the Elms.

We truly pushed them to their max capacity with 260 people and they handled it perfectly! I was so wonderful not having to worry about any of the details of the night, as everything ran perfectly. I highly recommend the Elms for a truly amazing, memorable wedding!

  Great wedding venue

  Outdoor ceremony in the gazebo and indoor cocktail hour and reception in the grand ballroom were all beautiful and the perfect settings for my son's wedding. Tori and staff made it a perfect day all around.

  Amazing Experience at The Elms

  Tori and the entire staff at The Elms Hotel & Spa did such a wonderful job of helping make our wedding beautiful and successful. We had a lot of questions throughout the process that were all answered quickly by Tori. The event staff also went out of their way to help keep our guests happy and tended to throughout the event, and made the whole thing a wonderful success.

  Amazing Hotel!

  We had our wedding reception at The Elm’s and Tori Foster was so helpful and insightful the entire wedding planning! We really enjoyed the way the hotel staff treated our friends and family during the reception and even at the front desk! We couldn’t of asked for a better wedding destination to celebrate with our friends and family!

  Dream Wedding at the Elms

  Having our wedding at the Elms was a perfect experience for not only our big day, but we were also able to celebrate the entire weekend from our Rehearsal Dinner, to the Ceremony and Reception, as well as a Honeymooners Pool Day. It was truly the greatest weekend and it was all thanks to the accommodating and professional staff of the Elms!

  Breathtaking Venue

  We just got married at the Elms and everything turned out so beautiful! Between the ceremony at the gazebo, cocktail hour on the patio/ballroom, and the reception in the main ballroom, it was perfect. We wanted a one stop shop for everything and didn't want our guests to have to worry about driving once they arrived. They could just kick back and relax and enjoy the day. The Elms delivered on exactly that! Highly recommend taking night time photos out front. We did a sparkler send off and the pictures turned out breathtaking.

  Amazing Experience 10/10 Wedding

  The Perfect Wedding Venue!

  We are so happy we picked The Elms as our wedding venue! This location is versatile, elegant, and full of historic charm. On the evening prior to our wedding, we had our rehearsal dinner in the Regent Ballroom. We had our wedding ceremony outside in the gazebo, our cocktail hour on the patio of the Regent Ballroom, and our reception in the Regent Ballroom. My husband worked in a different state while we were planning our wedding, so we knew we needed a venue which would make our wedding planning process easy. The Elms, and especially Tori, went the extra mile for us! Every person we worked with was incredibly kind and helpful. Tori, the Event Planning Manager, really made our experience a positive one. She was extremely attentive, gave us advice, and made us feel like old friends. You don’t always think about all the random stuff you’ll need when you start planning your wedding, but so much is included when you have your wedding at The Elms. The Elms provided chairs, tables, tablecloths, and so much more. This was a weight off our shoulders (and wallets), and everything provided by The Elms was beautiful. Our guests enjoyed all the food provided by The Elms, too. We are so thankful that we chose to have our wedding at The Elms!

We did plated dinners and heard things from our guests like "That was one of the best meals I have ever had!" The bar and waiting staff were so awesome and gave excellent service to our guests. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married soon!!

  First class experience hidden in a quaint little town

  The Elms and Victoria made our daughters wedding day worry free with a storytale ending. There was no task too big or small. Victoria and her team made it all happen. The venue is beautiful, freshly remodeled and ready to make your wedding dreams come true!

  I cant say enough good things about the Elms as a wedding venue! The property is gorgeous, including the garden gazebo for the photos and ceremony, as well as offering a unique destination where all of our guests coming in from out of town could stay and have our needs met for the entire weekend. Reasonable prices. I am most thankful for our wedding coordinator from the Elms, Tori, who is very good at what she does! Quick to respond to any communication and helped us navigate any and all challenges, especially the tough ones due to COVID. We had a lot of last minute cancellations from my side of the family who no longer wanted to travel due to COVID. We are so thankful to the Elms for being flexible and helping us come up with an updated arrangement that we were very happy with! The wedding day went off without a hitch. Gorgeous wedding, delicious food, everyone had a great time! A big thank you to the Elms for helping to deliver the wedding of our dreams!
