    Karen did a superb job and she was very easy to work with! She was so helpful and responsive. She took our dream and made it into a beautiful reality. Everyone loved the decor. We had a Halloween wedding and she made it into the elegant and fun affair that we wanted. We also had her for day of coordination and she helped us make the day go smoothly.

    There are not enough words to say how grateful I am for Karen and all she did for me to create the wedding of my dreams. I first went to Karen only needing table clothes because I knew nothing about weddings and I was going to do my own center pieces. Karen didn't judge me or call my ideas stupid, she helped me pick out colors and listen to all my ideas. I probably changed my color scheme fifty times and my ideas of center pieces fifty more and she remained patient with me the entire time. She suggested ideas, colors, showed me set ups and pictures, everything. She went over pricing a million times (because I am terrible with numbers) and because I live far away, she responded to every single email I sent (all ten thousand of them). The day of it rained and ruined our plans for an outdoor ceremony but she was quick on her feet and turned the inside terrace into a beautiful ceremony hall and flipped that same space into our reception. Every single guest commented on our beautiful space. About three months before our wedding I also decided that I would throw flowers into the mix and she did a wonderful job with those. My bridesmaids and groomsmen had real flowers and my bouquet was real touch. Not only were the flowers all beautiful but I get to look at my bouquet every single day and remember the most beautiful day of our lives, thanks to Karen. Everything was beautiful and she gave me a wedding that I could only dream of. Not in a million years did I ever think I could afford such a gorgeous wedding. So for anyone questioning if they should rent or DIY or anything like that, defiantly rent. I had NOTHING to worry about the day of and Karen took everything home. I didn't have to worry about leaving something at home or taking everything down at the end of the night. It was hassle-free and worry-free, it was stress-free. It was also super affordable and worth every single penny. I don't know what I would have done without Karen, our wedding wouldn't have been the same

    First let me begin by saying that words are not enough to describe the service that the Elegant Touch gave us on our wedding day......Karen was BEYOND AMAZING!!! The Elegant Touch was not only Flexible in providing us with GREAT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE... But Karen, was attentive to detail throughout the process from day one. She provided us with beautiful linens, great fitting chair covers and ties, napkins, chargers and votives. The set up left us speechless!!! She completely transformed the venue into something that was given RAVE REVIEWS, even though she was given less than 24 hours notice of a venue change. (...not planned of course) We look forward to working with The Elegant Touch again in the near future. We definitely give this vendor 10 STARS!!!! ( five is not enough!!! )

    I rented chair covers, table clothes and napkins from The Elegant Touch. Everything was perfect! They also did my flowers. It was so cold outside, but they protected all the flowers and they all looked GREAT! Would highly recommend

    I am a venue Wedding Manager. I highly recommend Karen and her team for all wedding decor needs. She consistently goes above and beyond for our clients. Her product is of the highest quality and her service levels exceed my expectations everytime we get a chance to work together. She has many times come through for us when last minute or unexpected needs have arisen. By far an industry stand out!!!

    I had originally booked my chair covers through a different company, who bailed on me about a week before my wedding. She claimed she didn't have white chair covers of me. Who doen't have white? It all seemed a little off. Karen rescued me at the last minute. She was wonderful to work with and even contacted the other company to transfer money I had already paid. The room looked beautful with my white chair covers and purple sashes. Thanks Karen!

    I hired Karen to do my Gift Favors, Flowers, Invitations, Chair covers, Sashes, Cordinating, Centerpieces, and more! When I met with her, she showed me multiple times what my wedding would look like. Once we even met as a final time at my hall. I don't see many vendors do that anymore. She was always in contact with me and gave me very helpful tips! Without her I don't know how I could have completed my wedding!! The day of my wedding she came bright and early to give me lunch, help me get my wedding dress on, and deliver my boquets. I almost fell over crying, that's how BEAUTIFUL it looked!!!! After the Ceremony, she carried all the items she put at my church to my hall! When my Limo arrived at the Venue I walked in and the Centerpieces glowed like shining stars in the sky. IT WAS GORGEOUS!! The chair covers were tucked in- just liked they showed me at my meetings, my sash tie was exactly what I wanted it to be, and my favors were set up just how I wanted it to be!!! Without Karen I wouldn't have had any of that!! If I chose to get re-married would still and always go with The Elegant Touch!!!! I would recomend her to anyone I knew that was getting married and I know that they would have the PERFCT wedding just like I did!! GO WITH THE ELEGANT TOUCH!!!!!!

    Thank you so much Karen! You have made our wedding a magnificent event. We could not have asked for anything better. You were a pleaser to work with and you made planning our wedding fun. You made me want to cry when I saw how wonderful everything looked the day of our wedding. Everyone at our wedding said how great everything looked and we are still getting comments on it today.     Karen has always responded to our emails in a timely manner. Everything was set up wonderfully and looked exactly the way I had envisioned. It was beautiful! We could not have been happier!

    The Elegant Touch was recommended to me by another bride who used her and all I can say is she made our vision come true! She was always there when I had a question or second guessed myself in the decisions that we made with the centerpieces, chair covers and linens. Karen is a strong woman and sometimes persistant but as a bride I know how stressful planning can be, trust in her and you will have the most BEAUTIFUL day ever!
    She was able to set the room up the day prior to the wedding and when I walked into the room for the first time I burst into tears, the room was so beautiful and elegant. Exactly what we wanted! It was so fun seeing the room put together with everything my husband and I picked out. She even custom ordered tableclothes that we wanted and were not charged extra. The things we rented through Karen helped us set the tone for our "winter" theme. Highly recommended!

    We used Karen to help plan our wedding last year and she truly did an amazing job. Everything looked absolutely beautiful, more perfect than we could have ever imagined. She helped us with flowers, centerpieces, chairs, table linens and settings. Her team arrived early and had everything set up on time- no mistakes were made. I would highly recommend her to anyone!

    We only rented chiavari chairs from Karen, and it all turned out ok. We met with her husband for our first meeting and then all our communication was by email. Our initial reservation was for 100 chairs, then we upped it to 140, then gave the final count at 130. She always sent me an updated invoice to reflect the new number and it was always correct. On Saturday morning she showed up on time and the chairs looked lovely when they were all set up.

    Karen from the elegant touch is one of the more reasonably priced vendors in the area for chair covers, ties and table runners. Everything looked amazing. She does try to up sell you on other amenities so if you are on a budget, make sure you go to the meeting prepared to say no! We ended up purchasing a few extras we did anticipate originally but were very happy with the end result (even if it meant spending a few extra bucks!).

    Everything for my wedding turned out beautiful. I would say working with karen was very hard. It was hard to contact her about questions. She added all these extra charges on my invoice without consulting with me first. She would argue with every idea I had. I did have her do my flowers that were another mistake. She does charge more to do flowers because her flower bouquets are huge. I didn't need to spend $250 on a bouquet that was bigger then me. Lesson learn being the first to be married in my family and me not ever being in a friends wedding. I felt she wanted things to be over the top... I get it, it's a wedding. However with a budget, we couldn't do most of the things that we some people could afford. Then when I thought she fixed things, she put charges on my invoice for services she didn't provide for me, 1 week before my wedding. Then on my wedding day I heard from guest she was rude. My extra flowers never made it to the venue. When she cleaned up her items from the venue, she didn't even say bye to me. I regret hiring this company. If you don't have a million dollars don't go with her.

    I would not recommend this vendor due to the lack of communication. They promised to be at my event early on Friday and were not there till later in the evening. They made several mistakes in writing up the cost of supplies and when asked about the error they offered to pay for the mistake. However, when it came time for a refund of what I did not use. They would not give me back my money. Please beware!

    Where do I begin? Terrible customer service. Getting a hold of the owner Karen, was nearly impossible. I had to leave countless messages and send multiple emails to receive a response back for any question I had. It was that way through the whole year leading up to the wedding. She always had an excuse for how she was so busy with other events and would blow me off regularly. 2 days before my wedding she called me and told me I had to be at the venue NO later than noon on Friday so she could set all the linens up because once again, she had another event and said if I'm not there by noon "she would drop them off and leave them on the floor." (We had a barn wedding so we had to do the decorating ourselves and had the venue on Friday as well as Saturday). So we got up there at 11 to have tables set up by noon for her at her request. She didn't show up until 2:30!!!!!!!!!! She blamed it on her GPS taking her in the wrong direction. My entire bridal party and our families had to sit there and do nothing for almost 3 hours because we couldn't set up anything until she arrived. Never mind the fact we went up there extra early because she requested it. She didn't apologize once either. We also had burlap runners, the burlap was folded and wrinkled. It had giant creases every 6 inches. Most pieces were stained with what looked like water rings from glasses. When my bridesmaids approached her with our concerns she gave them attitude and repeated over and over about how she's been doing it for 24 years and this is how burlap usually looks. It was an absolute nightmare working with that woman. I suggest you do not do business with her. You will most likely regret it.

    When first meeting Karen she seemed like exactly the person I wanted to deal with for my wedding. She spent time talking to us about what we wanted and so fourth. Everytime we had to meet at her house which was about a 45 minute ride for us. Not that the ride bothered me but I made the mistake and thought our second appointment was an hour after we were supposed to be there, got there and she had a huge attitude and said she thought she was the one "loosing" it. As things went on, we ordered our invites, those came back wrong. Not terrbily, and they still were used. One thing about Karen is she likes everything her way. She wanted me to do everything in satin and I wanted NOTHING in satin. Settled on scalloping and sashes in satin. Like the other user mentioned, she doesn't want you to be around and lied to us about when she was setting up. Instead of calling me to comfirm number of chairs she decided to decorate them all and charge me for the difference. Instead she e-mailed me that night before to tell me that. Wedding day, I get the e-mail 2 hours before needing to get to my appointment and she already left. We fly to the reception site and it is a royal mess. First off, we were missing an "important" table and she insisted it was there. Nope, I have pictures. The napkins were terribly folded and placed horribly, (I have pictures as well) her scalloping looks like CRAP, all I could see were safety pins. To top it off, I gave her 2 swatches and the COLOR WAS WRONG. She is way overpriced for her quality of work, never will recommend her ever.

    1st meeting w/ Karen & MOB went well, just talked about chair covers, table runners and cupcake table. Kept pushing for the bride to be, to be there, knowing of the brides limited availability. Deposit made.

    Finally there was a meeting with all three of us and the up-selling began. I get it. That's what selling is, however the length of time it took to respond to me and the changes in verbally quoted items to what was actually on the emailed estimate/invoice was concerning and decided to go with only the 1st and only 3 items listed on the signed contract. (We were even considering all of the add-ons but the $$ kept changing).

    I contacted Karen again to try and visualize what we needed to complete the cupcake table look. She said risers and a tablecloth (not in the original invoice but I would have paid for rental items needed to complete the look) but that was not something she was in charge of since she wasn't doing any of the other important tables and that one was up to me. I found it odd that in the original meeting the risers and tablecloth wouldn't have been included but I understand it goes by "pieces".

    Via email, I asked the vendor if she wanted out of the contract as it seemed she did not appear to be interested in providing her services for us on 11/8. That was on 10/2. No response until I sent another email on 10/7 (next payment would be due to her on 10/8) stating that I believe by the lack of your response your company would no longer like to provide their services for us and asked how and when refund would be processed. On 10/7 after that days email from me Karen did apologize for not getting back to me sooner etc...

    To be honest the loss of deposit stung a quite a bit but finding a vendor that was awesome to work with, especially at the 1 month out mark, gave me peace of mind at a much needed time.

    I am sure The Elegant Touch will do a beautiful job if you decide to go all out and don't mind lack of communication for days.
