The Dressing Room in Celebration was the absolute best place to find my wedding dress. I had gone to one other place prior and one place after, and the experience I had at The Dressing Room thoroughly outshined the other places that have glowing reviews by a landslide. They were referred to by me from one of my friends who also bought her dress here. They had sent me an initial questionnaire and when we got there we were promptly greeted by Claire. She asked me a few questions, and then stated that she would pick 4 dresses for me, and I would try on the first dress again at the very end. That was the dress I ended up buying and wearing on my wedding day, and Claire knew it immediately. Many of my family and friends said that the dress was “made” for me, and Claire knew that just by asking me a few questions. Some people in the industry are great at their jobs, but the staff at the Dressing Room are exceptional and great listeners. Their prices were competitive and amazing, and they had an amazing selection, especially with being in a smaller boutique. 10/10 recommend and thank you Claire for making me feel fabulous on my wedding day! I would also highly recommend their in-house seamstress as she did an absolutely fabulous job altering my dress.

My Favorite Part of Wedding Planning

I could not recommend this shop enough! I'm telling everyone I can to go here to look for a dress! Everyone here is the sweetest, and the woman who assisted me, Penny, was a dream come true! I shopped with my family and friends and she had all of us laughing and super comfortable! Her dress recommendations were spot on, and she was super thorough in finding out what I wanted and what looked good on me. You get the whole place to yourself, and I got to try on like 10+ dresses in the hour and a half I was there and like half the dresses had a matching veil which was so nice and special. She also didn't show me anything out of my price range, which was greatly appreciated since some places try to have you fall in love with an expensive dress just to upsell you once you like it. Speaking of which, there were so many gorgeous gowns for under $2,500, which is all I looked at. I found 4 dresses I would have been more than happy to walk out with! Then she played the song I planned to walk down the aisle to, and changed the lights to show the dresses in different lighting which showed off details I hadn't even noticed, creating a really beautiful environment. Wedding planning can be such a hassle, and it was such a relief that not only was this not a pain, it's been the most enjoyable experience I've had so far!

Wonderful 1st Experience Dress Shopping

Anna did an amazing job helping me and finding my style! I came to The Dressing Room for my first dress shopping experience- she talked me through the entire process, and made the experience so wonderful. Amazing Experience with Fantastic Staff

The ladies of the dressing room are so sweet and super knowledgeable! Came in during the sample sale for thanksgiving and walked out with my dress thanks to Jessica and her manager! They were patient with me while we tried on several options and totally listened to all my feedback on the dresses. It’s a shame I’ll only have this experience once and can’t relive it over and over again, but I will definitely refer any central Florida bride here!

The Dress I Dreamt Of...

This place is amazing! They have a very unique way of how they help you find THE perfect dress for your perfect day!! I loved “the island” approach. For someone like me who has a hard time making big decisions, “the island” really made it easier!!! It was a great experience for me and my family! I found my perfect dress!! I had appointments at 4 different bridal stores and The Dressing Room was by far the best experience out of all of them! Claire was very knowledgeable about the dresses and designers in her inventory. You and your guest have the store to yourself which makes the experience extra special. Best experience and a place that I would always recommend to anyone for a bridal dress!

The best dressing shopping experience! The dressing room at celebration was actually the first place that I tried on dresses, and unfortunately I had limited timing that day so I didn't get my dress that day, but I was able to try on plenty of dresses in a short amount of time. To be honest, I also wanted to venture other places. However, after going to a different place, all I wanted to do was to just go back to the dressing room at celebration. The consultants are amazing! I had so much fun and amazing service at my first appointment day with Kayla who helped me visualize a dream dress that I never thought that I would love and at my follow up appointment with Grace who helped finalized my decision to say Yes to the Dress!! They definitely made me feel very special!! All and all, after my fist appointment, I was sure that the dressing room was the only place I wanted to go back to and find my dress, which I did and I am sooooo happy about it! I knew that I would definitely find my dress there :)

Fantastic staff offering a personalized experience!

I cannot say enough positive things about The Dressing Room in Celebration! This store is full of beautiful, affordable gowns and a fantastic staff. My bridal consultant, Kayla, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She took the time to listen to my likes/dislikes each time I tried on a dress and came back with even stronger options. She was so patient with me and my bridal party, informative, knowledgable, and had such a fun personality. Plus, getting the store to yourself allows for a personalized experience. I'd highly recommend The Dressing Room to any bride!

Perfect Little Shop

I decided to check out The Dressing Room while my sister was in town visiting. It was my first time trying on wedding dresses since my wedding is not until April 2023. Grace made everything so perfect! She was so sweet and truly picked out dresses for me. We tried on a bit of everything until we determined what I liked most. I do have to say, although I didn’t purchase anything on this first initial visit, I have been dreaming of those dresses since I left the shop! I am sure I will be back soon for my dream dress from the most perfect little shop in Celebration.

Absolutely amazing!!!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about The Dressing Room! Grace was super helpful from picking the dresses, to getting me into the dress and making sure everything was in the right place. The manager was also very sweet and helpful, I’m sorry I didn’t remember your name. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was warm and welcoming, and there isn’t a mirror in the changing room so it’s refreshing to walk out and see the reactions of the guests you bring. This was only the second bridal shop I experienced and much, much better than the first place I was at. Definitely pay them a visit, prices can’t be beat either!!

Beautiful Store and Great Experience!!

I had a great experience at the Dressing Room even though I ended up not buying my dress here. It was my first dress appointment and I actually LOVED two of the dresses here, but found my dream dress at the second shop. I still wanted to write a review because they were so helpful. My consultant was Claire and she did a great job trying to stay in my price range ($1500 for reference, and they had a decent number of dresses available) and knew the dresses so well. She even pulled a dress straight off my Pinterest that they literally had in the store! She also gave me the option to come back later that day if I didn't find anything at my second appointment (offering to stay past closing), and was super nice when I told her later on that I didn't need to come back. I highly recommend this shop!!

Easy and Great experience!

Rebecca @ The Dressing room was amazing. She's very aware and focused to get the job done. I had no idea how long to pick out a dress was going to take but I assumed hours. She asked what I wanted/liked. Had me try on multiple styles just in case there was a style I was unaware of or wasn't sure about (because sometimes dress look and feel so different then how they look on the hanger) . The. Help narrow it down fast. I'm grateful to have found the dress with her help! I'd highly recommend this boutique it's clean pretty and has a lot of choices! She was good about staying in my price range! And started with the lower prices and then when increased would let me know!

The Dressing Room is a Dream Come True!

I can’t say “thank you” enough to the team at The Dressing Room for helping me find my wedding dress and being incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, authentic and lovely through the entire process from the first appointment to the final fitting. The shop is completely charming, offers such a peaceful and encouraging atmosphere and has an outstanding selection of dresses. And as a bonus, their playlist selection is always perfect!

I initially had very little idea of what kind of dress I was looking for, and Rebecca did a brilliant job of interpreting exactly what I’d love. In fact, the very first dress she brought into the fitting room for my first appointment ended up being my dress! She knew it long before I did! Rebecca has true Jedi master powers when it comes to getting to know each bride and going above and beyond in finding HER dress.

Once I’d selected my dress, I felt so cared for by Rebecca, Claire and the amazing Yanqing, who is the seamstress for The Dressing Room. They were all so gracious and sweet at every fitting, plus super detail-focused to every alteration and accessory. I always felt prioritized, it was simple to book appointments and it was easy to communicate with the team. I absolutely adore The Dressing Room shop and team and recommend a visit to any bride-to-be!

Personal, Accommodating, Amazing!!

When I started making appointments for dress shopping, I knew I needed to go to this shop. I made sure to call ahead and check that I’d have plenty of sample sizes for a more curvy bride. Even from that first phone call, I knew I was going to love it. How many shops close for JUST YOU for an hour or more? How many shops listen to what you like and don’t like and pull dresses based on that—and what they THINK you’ll like? How many shops have spacious dressing areas, with hooks and shelves for all of your belongings? The Dressing Room Celebration does. With all the uncertainty right now, I wasn’t even sure I would be able to make it. I did, Rebecca was amazing, and she picked out the most stunning dress that I ended up LOVING. SO grateful for these women, their shop, and the kindness during the process. If you’re looking for your wedding gown—go here first. I said from the beginning that I was just hoping to go here, find my dress, and be done—and that’s exactly what happened!

Go here first!

I just purchased my dress this weekend from The Dressing Room Celebration and it was the most amazing experience! I have gone with other brides dress shopping and can tell you this shop provides a level of service that’s unmatched even at higher price point stores. Rebecca spoke with me about what I liked and pulled what I wanted along with things I hadn’t even considered. This was so important because the one I choose ended up being completely different then what I thought and I never would have found it without her! She was respectful of my budget and I came out even a little under so I was able to get my accessories and veil as well there without going too far over. My concerns going in we’re that nothing would fit as I’m a curvy bride and they had so many sizes for me to try I never had to squeeze into anything. My other biggest concern as a people pleaser was that I wouldn’t know what I wanted and she managed my entourage expertly and made me feel confident that when I tried on my dream dress I didn’t even worry what they thought because I loved it so much. The Dressing Room Celebration is an appointment only dress shop, so you get a personalized experience every time you are there. They have a wonderful selection and all of the personnel that I have worked with over the course of selecting and getting the dress altered have been wonderful. Great experience finding my perfect dress

My experience was incredibly easy thanks to the great staff. The store is closed for only one bride at a time so you have a chance to see everything. They helped me stay within my budget. I walked out saying yes to the dress! Alteration services that they have set up with someone who will come to the store worked very easily. I got so many compliments on the day of. Will definitely refer my friends to find their wedding dress here!

AMAZING- loved The Dressing Room Celebration

The Dressing Room was amazing! I went to WAYYY too many bridal stores in multiple states (4 states, 10+ stores), and this was honestly the best experience. Rebecca understood me and my indecision, kept it simple, knew every single gown in her store, and found the absolute perfect dress on the first try (of course I tried on others to make sure!!). Pretty in Pink

I had the BEST experience! I had a few dresses I had found and when I called ahead they made sure they had these dresses pulled. There was one particular dress that required them to contact the vendor and find a way to send a sample close in size for me to try on (I am a plus size girl). They went above and beyond to help me find my dream dress and truly listened to my wants and desires. Rebecca was fantastic and really made sure I was happy at the end of the day! I am so thankful for their helpfulness and suggest any future brides to visit them.

Found my fairy tale dress!

This place is AMAZING! It is a beautiful, private appointment only experience and my stylist Claire totally understood the look I was going for, guessed my right size and pulled the perfect dress on the first try! Kleinfeld like experience without the huge price tag! There is a reason this place has near perfect reviews all over the internet. It is such a relaxed experience and they are very conscious of your budget and the look you’re trying to achieve! So excited I got my dress here!

I could not say enough great things about Casa Di Bella! I made a last minute appointment at Casa Di Bella with a few of my friends, not thinking much of it since I hadn't been having much luck at other shops in the area. From the first visit, the experience here was much more personal than anywhere else I went. I received an email from them walking me through all kinds of style options so that they could get an idea of what I liked before I ever arrived. Everyone we met at the shop was incredibly friendly, really made you feel comfortable, and seemed truly interested in helping you find just what you were looking for. They were very accommodating, and allowed me to set up 2 additional appointments to bring my family in. Every time the service was just as friendly and helpful, and they never made me feel like I was putting them out by taking up another appointment slot. Dina even went above and beyond to help make sure I was taken care of when we ended up finding out that my veil was backordered last minute (outside their control). Yanqing Li, who works with the shop to offer alterations, was also phenomenal and incredibly nice! Thank you so much Casa Di Bella for such a wonderful experience and for helping me find the perfect dress!

I had the wonderful experience of selecting my wedding dress at Casa Di Bella Bridal Boutique. When I made my appointment online, they asked me what style of dresses I was interested in so they can be prepared for my appointment. As I approached the entrance they had a sign welcoming me and my party with my name on it. They give you their undivided attention and the boutique is absolutely lovely. They give you the entire boutique with your appointment so there are no distractions. I went to another boutique in Orlando prior to working with Casa Di Bella and I have to tell you it was a Zoo! Doesn't even compare to the level of service and professionalism. I would recommend you give Casa Di Bella a try as they have the most gorgeous dresses. I tried on about 10 dresses because I saw so many lovely designs. :) To complete a lovely experience I said "Yes" to the dress! So glad I found them. I am looking forward to working with them on making my dream day a reality!

My experience at Casa di Bella was perfect! I arrived to my private appointment with a personalized sign with my name on it! The whole experience was wonderful! I told them what I was looking for, and then I picked out a few dresses I wanted to try on and they picked out a few additional ones. I got it narrowed down to a couple and they let me try on the dresses as much or as long as I wanted. I was sure I had found the one, but I wanted to bring my FMIL to see it, so they set up an additional appointment for me the next day! I ordered the dress the next day and can't wait to receive it! They made it so easy and fun! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dress!

This was the second bridal shop I went to. Dina was fantastic with helping me (even when my mother kept pulling dresses off the rack that Dina knew would not work for my body type). I tried on probably 10 different dress and was getting frustrated that nothing gave me that special wedding dress feeling. That didn't matter and she kept bringing me dresses to try on. The last dress I tried on I loved but it wasn't until Dina brought out the same dress just in a different color. I immediately knew that was my dress. I fell in love with it. There were no ifs, ands, or buts. I said yes to the dress right then and there. I can't thank Dina enough for working with me (and my mother). Don't hesitate at all to check her shop out!! It is definitely magical and that is not because it is near Disney World!!

I found my dream dress at Case Di Bella and it was the dream experience.

A work colleague had also purchased her dress at CDB and told me of her amazing experience and how personalized it was for her and her mom. When I finally got the opportunity in November to go dress shopping, I went to 5 stores in the area and found my dream dress at CDB. I told my mom after leaving the boutique that this was the best part of the wedding planning experience because we had the whole shop to ourselves and I was able to have a special moment with my mom and sister because of the experience they create for you. If you are looking for a dress in the Orlando area ... make CDB a must on your list for dress shopping.

There is no better place to look for a dress than Casa di Bella. I was nervous about the whole process and was greeted to a wonderful store that was comfortable and welcoming. Krista and Dina are the best in the business and this was the easiest part of wedding planning. Dina even went above and beyond getting my veil to me in time for my wedding. Seriously, I feel like this store is the jackpot when looking for wedding dresses.

If you are on the fence about Casa Di Bella, do not hesitate to make an appointment! I can not say enough about my shopping experience! Krista was so accommodating to me and my large, opinionated family, and not only helped me find my dress, she helped to make it perfect! We had such a wonderful experience that my mother even purchased her dress for my wedding that same day! The mother and daughter team that own this shop are one in a million! Casa Di Bella made my wedding dreams come true!!! They make your appointment all about you and really put in the time and effort to find the perfect dress. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses and they just blew me away, the atmosphere is so wonderful and beautiful! I ah a second appointment at another shop after leaving Casa Di Bella...but nothing compares...i went back after the other appointment and got the dress of my dreams from Casa Di Bella!!! I left in happy tears! They even sent me home with a sweet gift bag and sent a personalized thank you letter. One of the best experiences of my life!!!

I would absolutely recommend Casa di Bella Bridal Boutique for any lady looking for a personalized shopping experience and a beautiful wedding dress. I attended a bridal show in Orlando and won $500 toward the purchase of my wedding dress by simply entering their raffle. When my family and I arrived, there was a sweet sign out front of the boutique that announced my appointment. I didn't know how much I would love having a private appointment (they only take one appointment at a time so you have the shop to yourself). I tried on six dresses and that is all it took. I said "YES" and champagne was provided for me and my family. They are all about the small, thoughtful touches at Casa di Bella. I cannot wait for my dress to come in so I can see it in person and try it on again. Thank you, ladies, for making this experience a fun, positive, easy one for a non-fussy bride!!

There are so many dresses and store that sell the same or similar dresses by the designers, so I decided to chose my dress by process of elimination. Unfortunately because my family lives out of town and my fiancé (now husband) could not help me shop for a dress, I did my first round of eliminations by my lonesome. Every shop I walked into looked at me like I was crazy or did not even pay me much mind. Maybe because I was by myself or I looked young, not really sure. When I came to Casa Di Bella, they had a sign waiting outside for me, they treated me like a princess and their boutique was so cute with a private fitting room, Krista was the one who helped me and she was so sweet and helped me try on every dress I chose and it was honestly everything I wanted in my dress experience. I chose to go back to Casa Di Bella once my family flew in because yes, they had the designer dresses I was looking for and also mainly because I knew I would have the experience and the customer service ever bride should have while choosing their dress.. AND I DID. We had so much fun and Krista was very helpful and responsive. I bought my dress and veil there and I would recommend them ever time. I live in mount Dora and I never minded the drive. They also carry mother of the bride/groom and other dresses too which was convenient.

Krista and Dina are fabulous, look no further. They provide one on one service and make you feel completely at home in their shop. We purchased the bridesmaid dresses from their store, but I got my dress elsewhere, not because of them but because I wanted a specific mint green Disney dress. Their dress was my second favorite, I was really torn, but my favorite color won me over. However, their hospitality and service are second to none, so prchasing the bridesmaid dresses was easy. Great shop and you cannot go wrong with this mother/daughter duo!

Loved this Bridal shop! I had never been to Celebration before - and wasn't sure what to expect. Dina was kind, and patient, and very accommodating! Krista is prompt and courteous with emails. Loved that I was literally the only person in the boutique at the time of my appointment, and wasn't comparing myself to other brides or competing for time or attention or selection. I found my dress and didn't want to take it off! Hoping for more good service and things to come when the order comes in and the alterations begin. Would definitely recommend this hidden gem off the beaten path for a very nice dress shopping experience!

I found my dream dress at Casa Di Bella and what an incredible experience it was!! First off, when you get to the shop, there is a sign that says Private Appointment for and then your name. How awesome and personal this was! You have the whole shop to yourself and you don't have to worry about sharing your stylist with anyone else in the shop. They had a HUGE range of dresses and it really helped to narrow down what type you want. The owners, Krista and Dina, we're so welcoming and made you feel like a part of their family. They are extremely knowledgeable and really make you feel comfortable about the process. I would definitely recommend this shop to ANYONE looking for a dress!

Casa di Bella is a must! I went to David's Bridal to try on what type of gown I was looking for but I knew I wanted a more intimate venue. Case di Bella was suggested by a friend at work so I gave it a try. On the day of my appointment, I met Krista who is part owner with her mom. I was the only bride allowed in the shop and Krista was very helpful. It was so great to be the only one there with my friends. The shop is a perfect combination of glitz and glamor with a home town feel. Krista suggested a few gowns and the first one I tried on was the winner. She also gave me a 'random' and it was a very close runner up. The communication was great, she knew my preferred method of communication was texting so everything was instant. I also bought my hair piece from the shop and I couldn't be happier. I received so many comments on my gown, I would recommend CDB to everyone!!

I was looking for a beautiful gown that looked spectacular without the high price tag! When I first came into Susan's boutique, i could not believe there were such gorgeous gowns all (most) in my budget (2000 or under). The best part about this place though, is the owner, Susan.

She treated you like family, as well as my friend who also purchased her dress from there. After I found the dress I loved, she even offered to let me TAKE the sample dress up to Chicago to show my mom... how generous! She's not only super sweet but she is super knowledgeable with dresses and showed me all the ropes to ensure my dress fit perfectly the day of the wedding. You can't go wrong coming here!

I found my dream dress at Casa di Bella in Celebration, FL without knowing what that dream dress was going to look like. Sue Esposito, the owner of Casa di Bella, was SUCH a pleasure to work with. She has a passion for what she does and as a mother to several daughters, she understands the emotional piece in finding that "perfect" dress. I went to the shop with several of my bridesmaids and she made us all instantly comfortable and developed a great rapport with us. My bridesmaids even picked out the amazing dress that they wore to our wedding at Casa di Bella (who knew we'd find their dress too?!). Sue was prompt in her follow up with updates regarding the dresses and it felt like I had a wonderful aunt who couldn't wait for me to get married and share pictures throughout the process. My whole experience was excellent and I highly recommend Casa di Bella!

I love love love Susan Esposito! there are no words for how wonderful the experience at her store is. She really cares about her brides and wants the experience to be wonderful. She does not use high pressure sales tactics, and immediately understood that I was the type of person that needed time to think, and encouraged me to go home and think about it, rather than every other dress shop which wants to keep you in the store until you present your credit card. She has a beautiful selection, and a cozy atmosphere and makes sure that you are the center of her attention by only seeing 1 bride at a time. Go visit her for your dress she is wonderful!!! The level of customer service given by Sue at Casa di Bella is top-notch! This was the 2nd place I had visited to start looking for a wedding dress with one of my Bridesmaids and future mother-in-law. I had done my research already with pictures in hand; having what I thought were the styles I wanted.

Sue pulled 3 of the dresses I showed her, and tried them on. After I was done, she looks at me, and says "are you open to suggestions, and will you allow me to pick a dress for you?". I said sure, I'm open. She pulls a dress that I would not have originally picked. I tried it on, and came out to show my friend and future mother-in-law. Their mouths dropped open, and they said, "thats the one"!

When I asked about what next steps would be to order the dress, she stopped me and advised that I think about, as I had one last place to go. She didn't want me to have buyer's remorse. She continued to coach me on what questions to ask at the next store! Needless to say, I ended up coming back to her, and purchased the dress she suggested. She never pressured me into buying a dress, and made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend Sue and her boutique!

Recently moving away from the Central Florida area, my fiance and I knew we wanted to come back and get married there. I found Sue's store by searching online. I was able to make an appointment easily with her by e-mail. Upon entering her store, my mom and I were very pleased with Sue's knowledge and expertise. She gave us her full undivided attention, by not answering her phone and keeping her shop closed during our appointment. She was full of great advise for a new bride-to-be and was able to answer our questions. She listened to our comments on each dress and I was able to find my dress within 5 dress changes. She was wonderful and full of great wedding dress advice, like the different ways I can bustle my dress and what the style is for trains and veils. Her store is very nicely out laid and for any brides who feel overwhelmed with the variety of bridal dresses out there-Sue's store is perfect! She has the right amount of variety and styles.

I loved this boutique. It makes the experience of buying your wedding dress as special as it should be. I visited Casa di Bella first and continued my search because the dress I originally liked at the boutique was over budget. I continued looking for dresses but had Casa di Bella in the back of my mind continuously. After visiting many places I went back hoping I was going to get my dress from this boutique because of the wonderful treatment and customer service from Sue. She suggested 3 new dresses that had come in and one of them was "it"! It is a gorgeous dress from Maggie Sottero and was under budget! Sue encouraged me to stay within budget and helped me find a dress I could afford. She is amazing and provided an experience and privacy for me and my family while searching for the perfect dress that you don't find in the big shops. That allowed my dad to get choked up without getting intimidated by any strangers. I highly recommend Casa di Bella.

Sue was absolutely wonderful! She locks the door so you have the shop to yourself, doesn't answer the phone during appointments, and gives you her undivided attention. She was very mindful of my budget and I never felt like she was trying to make a sale. She knew what dresses worked for my figure and gave me her honest opinion every time, which is so hard to find at other bridal stores! I had been worried about picking the wrong dress, but felt confident after working with Sue. I felt like a princess while shopping there and will be recommending her to everyone I know! Sue at Casa di Bella was wonderful! She only meets with one bride at a time, so you will have the entire shop for yourself during your appointment window. The appointment windows are long, so you will have plenty of time to find your dress. This was my first and only time dress shopping - Sue pegged the dress that I would love on the first try! I told her my budget and some things that I like in dresses, and she said "oh, so what about this one?". Of course, being stubborn, I didn't try that one until last, but it ended up being absolutely perfect! She was very respectful of my budget the entire time, not even attempting to pull dresses that were out of the price range. My dress even ended up being under budget! In addition to this, I and everyone that I brought with me had a fantastic time! I can't wait until my dress comes in :)

I went here for a several reasons...to be completely honest, my top 2 reasons were 1. I had little success at other places and 2. the reviews were great for here! I called and left a message (she will not allow a phone to interrupt your appointment, and sees to it that you are the only party in the store during your appointment) and Sue was able to work with my availability to make an appointment. I went alone and was worried that I might be pressured or persuaded to buy something I didn't love...that was not the case at all! She was very aware and respectful of my budget and as I described my lengthy wish-list of dress features, she/we picked a few for me to try. One that Sue chose is the one I fell in love with...but I really wanted another opinion and I was there alone. She allowed me to come back with my sister (again, very accommodating with our schedules), which is when I ordered my dress. Sue made it perfectly clear that everything was about me...she wanted me to be a happy bride, whether that meant buying a dress there or elsewhere. I felt so comfortable there - it a very different experience to other places I had looked!

Sue was outstanding! I found the perfect dress, different from any one I had seen. Sue treated me like a princess! All she cared about was me and finding the dress that made me feel and look like a princess. She never answered the door or phone. I was her only focus. She pulled about 10 dresses for me to try, each a totally different style. When we found the dress I loved, she had me walk outside the front door into the daylight, with her holding a full lengh mirror so that I could see myself and all the detail on the dress as it sparkled in the sunshine. She had me sit, stand, and dance so that I would feel completely comfortable on my wedding day. She never pressured me at all; she made me feel like her own daughter! I would highly recommend any bride to come and see Sue before you make a decsion on your dress. Thank you, Sue!

I went all over the Orlando area and I couldn't find a dress that I loved and if I liked the dress the sales people where rude but that all changed when I went to Casa Di Bella.

The owner Sue was so sweet and she understood what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me anything that I wasn't looking for like the others. I found the dress of my dreams and it actually fit my budget. You could tell she loved her job and truly wanted the bride to be happy. She didn't put pressure on me and saying yes to my dress was so easy.

She even gave me helpful tips for my wedding and was willing to work around my crazy work schedule.

I absolutely loved working with Sue at Casa de Bella. A very cute boutique with exceptional service. The only store in Central Florida that provided this level of service without high pressure sales. She was genuine and knowledgeable.

Sue was AHMAZZZZING! She knew exactly what dresses would look stunning on me, dresses that I had not even considered in my initial search for "The one". She was professional, very knowledgable and gave me the ultimate dress shopping experience. Sue made sure the attention was about the bride and her dress, from pulling the perfect gowns for my body, to helping me try on all the accessories and to really helping me stay within my budget for an amazing deal. She made me feel awesome. She even locks the front door so you are the only bride in the shop with no outside interruption, this may seem insignificant but having one on one attention really makes all the difference when making such an important decision/purchase. I have been to other bridal boutiques in Orlando and they just do not compare!

What can I say about Miss Sue except that I truly lucked out finding her and her shop Casa Di Bella. Casa Di Bella was the fifth or sixth shop that I paid a visit to on my search for the perfect wedding gown. I called and set up an appointment and to my amazement it was one on one, just Miss Sue and I as I searched for my dress. From the moment we spoke I knew it would be a different experience than the other bridal shops because she asked me about the types of dresses I had tried on previously and suggested that I try a different type of dress. When I arrived she pulled three or four and the first one was it! As soon as I saw myself in the mirror I knew it was the one because that "bridal" feeling came over me. I was there alone because no one was able to accompany me that day and Miss Sue asked me where my mom was or if I wanted to take a picture for her, I explained that she did not want to attend and Miss Sue told me she would be my "mom for the day" she had me in tears and I cannot express to the brides reading this what a God Send she was and how she maid what started as an emotionally tough process an enjoyable one. For any bride searching for a dress I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Casa Di Bella!!!!!

Sue is absolutely wonderful. I went to so many bridal shops and was not satisfied at all. But my experience at casa di bella just lasted 30 mins and I was ready to go home with my dress!! I owe it all to Sue who made it possible for me. I couldnt have done it without her generous discount and her loving nature. Thank you so much Sue! U r the best!!

The owner - Sue - makes you feel like one of her daughters. She's really nice! The seamstress she works with for alterations is also awesome. I found THE dress of my dreams there. I will always tell people about Sue!

Casa di Bella is such a cute shop. It's where you always imagine trying on wedding dresses. The prices are extremely reasonable, and Sue is such a great person to work with. She really cares about her brides and goes above and beyond to make sure you find the perfect dress. She even loaned me a crinoline underskirt so I wouldn't have to purchase one of my own. I always loved getting to see Sue on my visits for my fitting.

I love my dress, and I loved that I was able to meet Sue. She's just great! Sue makes you feel like you're the only bride in the world, she gives you her true opinion and truly has your best interest at heart. The gowns are GORGEOUS and the shop is quiet and intimate. Between the gowns and the service, you really can't go wrong.

Sue is an angel to work with. I had gone to several other dress shops (including designer shops) prior to going to Sue. They couldn't even hold a candle to her. After trying on a few dresses, I found my dress. (Maggie Sottero Adeline Marie) Sue made the process a breeze and treated me like family. My girls adore Ms.Sue, as do I. My sister even found her wedding dress there after seeing how amazing Ms. Sue treated me. If you are looking for a beautiful, designer dress that is fairly priced, please go see Ms. Sue and Ms. Kim at Casa Di Bella!

Sue and Casa di Bella did an amazing job! Their level of service truly made me feel like a princess. They only schedule one appointment at a time when shopping for your gown, giving you their undivided attention and time. I found my dream dress and, even though another store had it, I wouldn't have considered purchasing it from anywhere else.

This is the best dres shop in Florida . The owner is awesome !!!! I called she had my dress i got fitted and was in love. Unlike other places that said they had them when I got there they did not. She is the best makes you feel at ease and does not try to buy you something you do not want. I am so glad i went to Casa di Bella.

This experience is like no other. Your not just another bride when you meet Sue, your the only bride. She has such a knack for knowing what dress will be perfect for your body type. The dress are so elegant and rich, I truly have not found any other store that can even compare. I highly recommend foranyone who wants to be treated like a princess and look like a princess on your weddingday to stop by and meet sue you will not regret it!

This shop was amazing! You have the entire store to yourself during the process, and it is very personal. I wish I was getting married again, just so I could buy another dress.

Words cannot express how wonderful Sue is! When I came to her shop I had already had two disappointing experiences at other (highly reviewed) bridal stores in Central Florida. As soon as I got to Casa di Bella, I knew this would be a different experience altogether. Sue works by appointment only so she can give you her full attention. She asked me to describe what I was looking for, and despite the fact that I only had a vague idea WHAT I was looking for, she found the perfect dress on her very first try! I tried on several (as it was so much fun), but there was no question the first dress was "the one". As if that wasn't wonderful enough, it was under budget! Every time I came to her store, she made me and my parents feel special, almost like extended family. Please see her. She will make your dreams come true- and tell her Erica sent you (11/19/11 bride).

All I can say about Sue at Casa Di Bella Bridal is WOW!!!! Sue was the one who MADE my entire wedding dress buying experience. She went above and beyond to make sure that I would be satisfied with all of my choices. She made me feel so at home, comfortable and prepared for everything that buying a wedding dress entails. This boutique provides fantastic, personalized service. Susan sets up a private appointment for the bride and is able to recommend the exact fit for her body. My daughter was able to choose her gown at the first appointment. Susan also puts together the perfect veil pairing to make a customized look for your gown.
I highly recommend this shop, Susan ensures the bride is treated like a princess and is relaxed the whole

My daughter Hana and I spent several days in Orlando visiting Bridal boutiques to find her dress. We almost did not visit our last stop which was Casa di Bella, as we thought we had found the dress. Oh how glad I am that we went to our appointment !!!!! Sue was the most amazing and wonderful person we came accross. We found the perfect dress for the perfect price. Her professional & caring nature made the whole experience as stress free as a wedding can be. Especially since my daughter and I were traveling from different towns for fittings etc. You cannot go wrong with working with Sue. She will make sure you are 100% satisfied. Ms. Sue was absolutely fantastic! My mom and I happened to be on vacation in Orlando when we visited Casa di Bella. Ms. Sue pulled the perfect dress for me on the first try. She was always very accommodating to me and my bridesmaids, and made sure to coordinate our fittings so that we could do them all at one time. Her wonderful seamstress, Ms. Kim was even able to alter my mother's dress at the last minute when her seamstress back home backed out on her. She gives wonderful advice, is very caring, and does everything in her power to make your wedding day perfect. She has become more like another mother to me rather than the salon owner that sold me my dress. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and cannot say enough good things about her.

OMG LOVED SUSAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She went over and above the call of duty!! She assisted us to find the most perfect dress for my daughter. She also was quite inspiring and motivating for my daughter.
The bridal shop has a very beautiful inventory and you feel like a queen during fittings etc.. Dresses were priced fairly and I cannot begin to tell you how much we loved Susan ( the owner) You must see her and tell her that Amy and Melissa sent you and send their best!

I highly recommend Casa Di Bella to all brides! My mother and I had an amazing experience and will never forget how special it was to feel welcome and comfortable as soon as we walked into the shop. I didn't feel rushed or feel pressured to buy on the spot. Sue is beyond amazing and can't say enough kind words about her and her family. I truly will remember the entire dress experience for the rest of my life, and couldn't of asked for a better one! The dresses are amazing and high end, but affordable for lots of budgets.

Sue is unbelievable. You cannot go wrong by getting your dress at her shop. You get total one on one attention and are never pressured into anything. My dress was perfect, affordable, and a hit. Sue made the process fun, exciting, a complete non-hassle.

Sue was so sweet and helpful. She made me feel like her own daughter with the care she gave. The boutique feel was so nice since you get one on one service. Due to this, she carries nicer brands of gowns, but has a great range for budgets. Loved the experience!

I loved finding my dress at Casa di Bella! The personal, one-on-one attention you get with trying on dresses here is unmatched to anywhere in Orlando. I can't imagine NOT having this type of experience- it was so wonderful. I did have a small issue to start as their AC went out the day before my appointment. They called to reschedule, but I was really upset as I had family coming in from out of town specifically for my dress shopping, and this was the only shop I had booked for the weekend After asking Dina, she offered to come in to the shop with the AC out to still keep my appointment, which I SO appreciated. During the appointment, Dina was very knowledgeable of her selection and almost systematically worked to narrow down the gown choices to exactly what I was looking for. It was like watching a painter paint a masterpiece! The ONLY disappointment I had was when I went for my appointment, they did not have the sign out front with my name on it like I had read was done for so many other brides. I had read so many reviews that mentioned the sign and I got so excited to walk up and see my name on a sign just for me, so I was a bit bummed when it wasn't there. But I think this was just due to the fact that it was all a bit hectic due to the AC issue. It was more of a bummer than anything else, not really a big deal, and I still had an amazing appointment. I said YES to a gorgeous dress that I can't wait to wear on my wedding day! My jaw literally dropped when I heard the price of this dream dress and realized it was right in my budget. We celebrated with champagne which was so lovely. I highly HIGHLY recommend this shop if you are a Disney bride or are local to Celebration- you won't be disappointed! Hoping maybe they'll have the sign out for me when I go in for my first fitting ;)

Loved my wedding dress!

The quality of my dress and veil was absolutely top notch (we paid over 3k between dress and veil). The pick up was also very smooth.

The only thing I would say about my experience picking out my dress was that I knew exactly what I wanted when I arrived. I told my helper and even showed her pictures and the first 2-3 dresses she pulled out were nothing like it.

I know there’s a stigma that you need to try other things on to see what you like, but I am a heavier girl and I needed sleeves, and none of the dresses she picked had sleeves. I also told her I was body conscious and at one point I had to literally be blunt and say “you’re making me feel fat, please get me what I asked for or I’m leaving”.

Guess which dress I picked? The one I asked for from the start. Every bride is different and I just wish she listened to me more instead of pushing her usual routine.

Other than this hiccup, my helper was professional, happy, and smiled. However, I will say when I picked my dress up a few months later, I was told she quit. This store does seem to have a high turnover rate of people so keep that in mind.

Also, the seamstress they recommend, I did not use. I went with someone else because I felt their seamstress was sketchy, she worked out of her home and it was STRESSED if anything happens to the dress through her, the shop is not responsible since they don’t work directly with her, she’s a third party.

I used Lynn’s Fashion and Bridal in Orlando and the dress came out GORGEOUS!!

Not the proper attention for a Bridal Boutique.

I had read excellent reviews about this bridal shop, so I was really excited to go there and find the dress of my dreams.

My appointment was the last one on a Sunday afternoon. At the beginning, Stephanie was attentive and understood quite quickly what I was looking for. However, she was quite rude to insist that time was running out, that I had XX minutes left so we had to hurry in the selection of my top 3. So I stopped feeling the magic and emotion of this process right away. When I decided to try again the option that I liked the most, she told me that unfortunately I would have to make a new appointment because my time was up.

Of all the boutiques that I visited, this was the only one in which I did not have a good experience with the associate. And not to mention that we werent offered even water during the appointment. Stephanie seemed so disconnected from all the magic and excitement that a bridal boutique is supposed to convey...

I felt sooo frustrated, since it really was the dress that I liked the most and I was willing to say yes to the dress, but Stephanie did not see it that way (again, I felt very frustrated and not comfortable at all). This situation made me leave looking for another store that had exactly the same dress, but with the proper attention.

Poor service and organization.

Highly disappointed with this shop. I had a bridal appointment scheduled for 2 months and had family come from out of town and then traveled an hour to the shop. When I arrived I was told I didn’t have an appointment when I had a confirmation. Then I was told I called and canceled the appointment a month prior when I didn’t. I received a confirmation email, but no cancellation email. When we arrived we were told that I had canceled the appointment and that they wouldn’t be able to take us. They didn’t provide any other explanation which was upsetting. The stylist and manager were highly unhelpful and unprofessional. I was so excited to try on dresses, but have decided to not reschedule out of fear that if they mess up appointments what will happen with their dresses. Highly recommend thinking twice before giving them your business, or trusting them with such a big part of your special day.

Terrible Customer Service

My future daughter in-law had an appointment set up for Sunday February 26, 2023 at 1045am from the Orlando Bridal Expo for the Celebration FL The Dressing Room Bridal Shop. She had a conformation email and even call the in the morning saying we are on the way, they said we will see you in a bit. Both Mom's came from out of town plus Bridemaid too. We showed up 10 minutes early and they said we do not have an appointment then shut door. We knocked on door and she said she will be back to see and left us outside for 15min, never showed up. We knocked again, stylish said my daughter in-law called to canceled but she didn't. But before she closed the door again I asked supposedly when. We waited again and nothing again, we knocked again then manager said sorry you canceled but we showed her email from yesterday. Manager did not care what she saw or heard. She finally said we can come back at 630pm. Really we drove an hour today to get there and 3 of us are from out of town futher away. We ended up going back to another shop and bought the beautiful wedding dress and vail today. I guess this shop lost out of 3 dresses for 3 brides. My daughter in-law, my daughter and bridemaid all just got engaged. We loved the customers service so much but definitely not and WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THEM. We know alot of soon to be brides. You just lost alot of business even though we were looking forward to seeing your shop from Orlando Bridal Expo that is why we did not buy from the other store at first, even though we found 3 dresses there. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. Good luck!!!
