Friendly service and helped me get the perfect design!
I walked into The Diamond Connection having no idea where to begin with buying an engagement ring. Adam, Nancy, and Aaron helped me out throughout the entire process and were super friendly and helpful the whole time. They weren't pushy about any particular style and they helped me design the absolute perfect ring!!!
After the proposal, the ring was a little big (my fault, not theirs) and they adjusted it within days!
I cannot speak more highly of this team and how they operate/treat their clients. If you are ring shopping in the SD area, you have to go to them! -

These guys are amazing! My fiance went in and they helped him design a one-of-a-kind ring from scratch. It turned out beautiful so we were stoked to return for both of our bands, which were also custom designed. Their pricing is SUPER fair and their personalities make working with them really easy! Forever grateful for their expertise and professionalism. -

My Fiance was referred to "The Diamond Connections" from a friend and he decided to work with Adam and all the employees here at the Diamond connections. My Fiance came by multiple times to find the right Diamond and the right prong setting for me. All the staff was always welcoming to him and he enjoyed viewing all the best grade diamonds and prong settings. After he found the "ONE Diamond and Prong." My Fiance proposed to me with this Beautiful Ring. Once I received my ring, we came back to get it sized and cleaned with their steamer! The rings took approximately 2 weeks to come back and ready for pick-up.
Now a couple of months later, we came back to get my Wedding Band. The Diamond Connections had a wedding band that was produced 100 years ago and somehow when my engagement ring and the wedding band became a set - it looks just super gorgeous and romantic. We then customized my wedding band to have a few more diamond stones on the sides to match my Engagement ring. Wallah - in the picture that you see is my Diamond Ring Set. Hopefully, you'll also all enjoy this Beautiful Masterpiece that The Diamond Connections helped us customize and pick. All staff is always welcoming and love to work with each and every one of the customers that walk through that door. Not only are they friendly, but they also produce the most QUALITY work ever. If you're looking for any type of Jewelry piece whether it's a ring or anything else, I believe they can help customize everything you want via the web.

TIP: You can always call in advance if you would like to set an appointment, all their jewelry is custom made (you can show them anything you like online) and arrives within 2-3 weeks tops which are quicker than other local jewels esp. during COVID times.
Parking Status- They have 3-4 parking spots and lots of street parking. You will never have to worry about finding parking.
Ring Insurance - You can also get insurance for all the jewelry you get.
Despite COVID- they were always welcoming and were always there for us! You will not Regret your visit with "the Diamond Connections." -

I found out about the diamond connection after my husband went there to have his grandmothers engagement ring appraised and restored before he proposed. They did an amazing job reinforcing the prongs, and restoring the ring to make it shiny and brand new. After that we decided to design our wedding bands through them and we couldn’t be happier with the way the rings turned out! The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Since they did such a good job with the engagement ring and the wedding bands I recently went in to see if Aaron could help me restore some sterling silver rings that had been decimated by an overly chlorinated pool. They exceeded my expectations! Not only did they get off the chlorine plating but Aaron and Nancy we’re able to polish those rings to shiny brand new perfection! I highly recommend the diamond connection for any and all jewelry needs. They’ve been able to help us restore jewelry, design custom jewelry, resize and repair jewelry! -

Although it is a big purchase and is somewhat overwhelming, we felt very comfortable and never felt immediate pressure to buy. They have a great selection of both diamonds and settings and were able to find something absolutely gorgeous within our budget. We will be returning there to purchase our wedding bands. -

They didn't have quite the perfect matches, so they offered to CUSTOM MAKE them for us. We showed them pictures of what we wanted, and they made them. And guess what. They were better than the pictures! My husband and I were very impressed with them! Dragan especially was extremely helpful. Thank you, Diamond Connection!! We will recommend you to everyone. -

Erin Sent on 11/07/2010Don't let the size of this place put you off! It may be small, but they have a wonderful selection of women's and men's rings. I love my Tacori set and hubby is happy with his band too. We had a great experience working with them and will go their for future jewelry purchases. They are knowledgeable, don't have that scary sales approach that bigger jewelry stores do (Robbins Brothers, Jared etc.). Friendly and will help you make the right decision, in the time that's right for you, in a price that fits your budget. -

Catherine Sent on 03/31/2011've always had my heart on having a Tacori Engagement Ring. There are only a few jewelers in San Diego who carry Tacori. I knew I did not want to go to a big, commercial Engagement Store. That's how my husband and I ended up at The Diamond Connection. Thank goodness we did! Ariel was so welcoming and helpful as we narrowed our search for the perfect Engagement Ring. He helped my husband select the final ring along with the diamond. I am so happy with my Engagement Ring!!! I look at it so many times throughout the day!
The months leading up to our wedding we visited The Diamond Connection on numerous occasions to select my husband's wedding band. My wedding band was easy to select, but my husband's tastes continuously changed at each visit. Ryan helped us with this process. He wrote down each design that my husband likes and we would compare them at the successive visits. Ryan was very attentive and patient. Surprisingly, my husband decided on a Tacori design!
My husband and I highly recommend Ariel and Ryan! We plan on working with them again for any future jewelry needs!
