We had a great experience at Delamator House. It is a beautiful venue with a lot of options to make it unique for our daughter's wedding. The staff are wonderful and so helpful. They definitely wanted to make sure our daughter and future son-in-law had the best experience they could imagine. Of special note for us was working with Brett. Brett is what I would call the Jack-of-All Trades. Anything we needed from rehearsal through the wedding, Brett was there with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor. I don't think I can say enough wonderful things about him, but know that with Brett, you are in good hands. His communication was spot on throughout the event. And when the wedding coordinator had to leave 3 hours before the end of the wedding event, Brett stepped in and made sure we were taken care of. Everyone who interacted with him had very positive things to say about him. He's the rare gem you meet who makes you feel at ease and reduces the stress. We also worked with Kayla to identify what supplies were available at the facility and what we could rent through her. She was so helpful and went beyond to help us in setup of the dining tables the morning of the wedding. She really took care of us. We highly recommend the Delamator House. Know that they will take care of you. -

Gorgeous venue, reasonably priced, professional staff.
Wish I could move in.
Apart from the beauty of the grounds, the best part about this venue is the on-site convenience for EVERYTHING: private and separate bride and groom "getting ready" areas; beautiful photo locations; ceremony, cocktail hour and reception; intimate areas for you and guests to relax and get cozy on chilly nights; heaters OR fans to ease temperature conditions; professional staff; NSB Wedding Decor is right there and has you covered for whatever you can think of.
Bonus note -- they totally accommodated us having our 2 dogs in our wedding and allowed us to have them stay in their crate/playpen in the groom/bride "getting ready" suites during our reception.

Beautiful venue & excellent team
Highly recommend!! We loved The Delamater House and our guests did too! We toured quite a few venues and nothing else compares to how STUNNING the greenery and scenery is at TDH. With some venues, they have a beautiful ceremony space, but then the cocktail hour area is just okay. That is not the case with TDH – every single space is so beautiful. Their staff was incredible as well, throughout the planning process and especially the day of – everything went so smoothly and they made sure we knew they were available for anything and everything to make our big day perfect. Their preferred vendor list was also really helpful. We loved every single vendor. Their pricing was also very affordable compared to most venues we looked at and the ability to buy our own alcohol was hugely helpful towards our budget. Lastly, we loved the NSB location. We had quite a few out of town guests and we loved that they were able to enjoy a nice beach weekend as opposed to a random Orlando suburb. We highly recommend The Delamater House! -

My husband and I got married here in November 2021 and it couldn’t have been more perfect! We fell in love with this venue the moment we saw it. There’s something about his place that’s pure magic. We have had multiple guests from our wedding say it was the coolest, most beautiful wedding venue they’ve ever been to! Even our photographers, who have been all over the world, were so impressed. On top of that, it’s owned and managed by the sweetest family. They really treat you like family and care so much about your special day - you’re not just another couple on their calendar. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our venue, and feel extremely blessed to have had our wedding here. -

Brittany Sent on 06/20/2018This venue is beautiful in addition to it being run by such a welcoming, sweet family. I had heard great things about them prior to selecting a venue and they proved to be more than correct. Everything on my wedding day ran smoothly thanks to the attentive staff. They have great relationships with vendors that allow everything to run like a well-oiled machine. I would recommend this venue to anybody looking for that rustic elegance vibe. I am so glad to have chosen the Delamater House! -

My husband and I looked at this venue first, and we never even checked out any other places because we fell in love with right of the way! It's very spacious, every single spot is amazing for photographs, there's tons of versatility to have things how you like them. The owners, Kayla, and everyone else works so incredibly hard to make this place that is is, and are always make improvements! I couldn't ask for a better venue!!

Melissa Sent on 01/05/2015The Delamater House goes above and beyond to make your special day even more special. Their property is absolutely beautiful and the services they provide are fantastic. They are family owned and put so much heart into making your day spectacular. They were the venue for my daughter's ceremony and reception. We also hired Kayla Delamater as the wedding coordinator. I never had to worry about anything. Everything was taken care of. Just walking into the venue the day of the wedding brought me to tears when I saw how beautiful everything was.
