    I booked a Diamond Consultation with Lance at The Curvy Bride Boutique and could not be more pleased with how it turned out. Lovely, tasty, trendy snacks with some delicious champagne and a Mary Kay party to entertain my friends and family while I had my hair and make-up done prior to trying on dresses. I had talked to Lance the day before about my vision for my wedding and he had put together several dresses for me to try. I said yes on the second to the last dress in the line-up! Lance was very kind, patient, and helpful on that day. I felt like I had known him for years! Once the dress came in to his shop, he quickly shipped it out to me as I live in California and couldn't afford another flight to pick it up.     Lance and Reagan are amazing. They made me feel more like than just another customer. they made me feel like I was the only one in the room and the most beautiful bride they had ever seen even for being plus size.

    Wonderful Experience

    I tried on dresses and ended up finding my wedding dress at Curvy Bride Boutique, and it was such a wonderful experience. Being on the thicker end of the body size spectrum, I had been putting off dress shopping because I knew most stores don’t carry sample sizes that would be of any use to me. I had pretty much resigned myself to picking a dress out of a catalogue and praying that it didn’t look horrible on my body once it arrived. Then I found Curvy Bride Boutique. I was able to try on several different dresses (discovered that the silhouette I thought I wanted didn’t look as good as another one) and found the perfect dress. Lance was super helpful and was great about letting me know what colo changes and alterations we could make to the dresses to better fit what I wanted. Curvy Bride Boutique made dress shopping a truely enjoyable and memorable experience.

    I have tried on many wedding dresses at various shops and boutiques and my visit to The Curvy Bride Boutique was honestly the best experience I have ever had!

    Wedding dresses are notorious for running a lot smaller than street clothing. This, in and of itself, can be stressful for women in general, but for a Rubenesque woman, it can be a nightmare.

    In my quest for a beautiful wedding gown, I began making calls to my local bridal shops because I did not want a cookie cutter "big chain" dress. I found a dress at a local shop and was treated kindly, but the available selection was lacking and I was unable to pull the trigger. Even though I am on the smaller end of the plus sized spectrum, in wedding dress, I am definitely a "special order" kind of girl.

    Thus began a new search...

    I started googling "plus size wedding dresses" and was pleased to see a new boutique in Tulsa that caters to the curvy bride - size 16 and above. I immediately called and Regan answered the phone - more on her later. We scheduled an appointment and a few weeks later, my good friend Julie and I was on our way from Oklahoma City.

    We pull up to a non-assuming store front and walk in to the sweetest little shop - clean, bright, spacious, and comfortable - to a smiling, warm Regan. Instant connection.

    Regan is the co-owner of The Curvy Bride Boutique and she is AHHH-MAZING! She has a sweet disposition and a positive vibe. She listens and asks the right questions. She cares about your feelings, offers gentle suggestions and feedback, and is genuine about her desire to make you feel beautiful.

    This boutique is EXACTLY what the curvy bride needs. This boutique is EXACTLY what the world needs.

    The process is FUN. There are beautiful mirrors and stands making it difficult to not feel like a complete QUEEN. GO!
