The cupcake bar was the best choice for dessert at our wedding! we received so many compliments about this being a fun experience to pick and choose everything from fillings to icing to toppings!! The entire experience from the tastings to having them setup and be at our wedding was very smooth and seamless. They even made little cupcakes for my husband and I to enjoy after the wedding! I recommend going with the cupcake bar if you're looking for something to enhance your event! -

We absolutely loved the service provided by The Cupcake Bar! We hired them for our Halloween Employee Appreciation event at work, and it was a huge hit. We opted for their Caramel Apple Bar, and they went above and beyond by decorating their stand with a fun Halloween theme. The employees were thrilled to enjoy such delicious, custom-made caramel apples.
The Cupcake Bar is extremely professional, and their customer service exceeded our expectations. They even sent me a thoughtful thank-you note a few days after the event, which was such a nice touch. I highly recommend them for any event—you won't be disappointed! -

Excellent quality all around!
I’ve worked with the cupcake bar on two events for our community and they have exceeded my expectation every time! Excellent communication with the planning process, and their setups and the quality of their catering is stunning and so buttoned up! I’ve now done a donut bar, coffee, bar, s’mores station and hot cocoa and all have been executed flawlessly and have been a huge hit with my guests! Thank you TCB! -

But we recently had them out to do a custom Caramel Apple bar this fall while the weather was nice here in Austin and it was a big hit! We recently had the pleasure of having The Cupcake Bar at our Hawaiian themed wedding welcome party, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The team went above and beyond, especially considering they had to relocate at the last minute due to inclement weather. We were truly grateful for their flexibility and quick thinking.
From the moment we booked our event with the office team to the cupcake bartenders, the entire team displayed exceptional professionalism and friendliness. They were open to our ideas and offered suggestions to help us with our event. They set up a fantastic display that caught everyone's attention. The level of care and attention to detail they put into every aspect was truly impressive.
The custom cupcakes and cookies provided were a hit among our guests. The variety of flavors and toppings offered was outstanding, and everyone found something they loved. The cupcakes were not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious.
Moreover, the cupcake bar team's dedication to ensuring our guests had a memorable experience was evident. They engaged with everyone and made sure everyone's preferences were catered to. We hired The Cupcake Bar for our wedding back in May of this year. We actually wanted a full doughnut bar for our wedding, and boy THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The company actually allowed us to try our favorite doughnut flavors ahead of time so we could choose which flavors we wanted for our special day. They were SO accommodating and professional. We actually decided to have their doughnut bartenders serve and fill all the doughnuts. It was such a unique idea, and our guests LOVED IT!
Fast forward to our wedding day, when the doughnut bar arrived there was a line across the room of people wanting these doughnuts. We had so many people come up to us telling us how much they enjoyed the taste and also the experience of getting to pick out their filling flavor and toppings. It felt very "Austin" and very much US! We are not big wedding cake people.
I would fully recommend the Cupcake Bar!! They 100% delivered on our wedding day with a unique and fun experience for our guests. 5 STARS!!

Absolutely amazing! We used them as our one of our featured desserts for our wedding in June of 2022. I was so impressed with their Kimberly and her teams response time, warmth, and eagerness to collaborate. I asked for a custom Texas flag donut wall and they blew me away! People from our wedding still brag about the doughnuts and the display. They also sent a thoughtful card after our wedding that meant so much. I highly recommend! -

I ordered some margarita cupcakes from them for a friends bday and they were perfect! Such a fun idea, especially in Texas. We’ve reached out multiple times to The Cupcake Bar during Covid when we needed a little extra fun celebration goodies for my son’s 21st birthday and Father’s Day. They came through with excellent delivery and special treats. I knew they were great from past weddings when we have enjoyed their displays of donuts, caramel apples and cupcakes but having take care of my loved ones in such unique ways was very special to me. I did not want a traditional wedding cake and all the fanfare that goes with one. I wanted a fun interactive experience for my guests! I had so many people say it was one of their favorite parts of the wedding. They chose their cupcakes and had it "designed" to their taste. We had over 15 toppings for our guests to choose. What a hit! -

I'm so happy I hired them to cater dessert at my wedding. First of all, the cupcakes were delicious. Second, the style of service provided a fun activity for my guests. We had a few kids in attendance who thought building their own cupcake was the greatest thing ever, but, honestly, it was the adults who truly were the most entertained. Also, the entire process for booking this vendor was so easy. In about 20 minutes I had them booked, confirmed, and all of the details custom to my event set. And the staff who did set up and serving were so polite and kind, I had multiple event guests make a point of complimenting them to me. Highly recommend! The Cupcake Bar is so much more than just a dessert! -

All of the desserts we tried are amazing and the price is even better than ordering a wedding cake. The idea of having a bar serving dessert was a hit with our guests. We had a cupcake and donut bar for 175 guests and it worked perfectly. In addition, the process to finalize details was very professional and easy to follow. Lori's teams is so friendly and they set up the bars to match your theme if you specify it - an amazing package!
