  Absolutely Amazing

  All the way through the process of planning the wedding it was a great experience, the sweet little shop for the tasting was beautiful and gave you an idea of the entire process they have, the sweet women that work there really make you feel special and that every detail is taken care of. So happy to have had these wonderful women a part of our wedding. The guest loves the cupcakes and really enjoyed making their own cupcakes.

  Excellent Service!

  We have had The Cupcake Bar at our office for corporate events several times now. They are always timely, professional, and have beautiful displays. They quickly became a staple for us. They have quite the variety of creative food-related events and they're incredibly easy to communicate with. Thank you Kim and The Cupcake Bar team for bringing some fun into our office!

  The Cupcake Bar was the perfect addition to our wedding! The coordination was easy, the staff were friendly, and the actual cupcakes were out of this world!! Our guests kept raving about them. Highly recommend!

From behind the scenes to on site they provided exemplary customer service and were professional and fun for our guests. They are so accommodating, easy to work with, and helped make our vision a reality! Looking forward to using their services at future events!

  The icing on the cupcake!

  We recently had the pleasure of having The Cupcake Bar at our Hawaiian themed wedding welcome party, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The team went above and beyond, especially considering they had to relocate at the last minute due to inclement weather. We were truly grateful for their flexibility and quick thinking.
  
  From the moment we booked our event with the office team to the cupcake bartenders, the entire team displayed exceptional professionalism and friendliness. They were open to our ideas and offered suggestions to help us with our event. They set up a fantastic display that caught everyone's attention. The level of care and attention to detail they put into every aspect was truly impressive.
  
  The custom cupcakes and cookies provided were a hit among our guests. The variety of flavors and toppings offered was outstanding, and everyone found something they loved. The cupcakes were not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious.
  
  Moreover, the cupcake bar team's dedication to ensuring our guests had a memorable experience was evident. They engaged with everyone and made sure everyone's preferences were catered to. Their warm and welcoming demeanor created a pleasant atmosphere that added to the overall enjoyment of the event.

  Best Interactive Dessert Bar Ever!

  They were amazing, they allow you to pick your fillings, toppings and drizzles on your doughnuts. Everyone absolutely LOVED how they could get a dessert just the way THEY want/love it. Took the pressure off of us! Would recommend 10/10 to any bride and groom!

  At Texas Bride with a Texas Flag Dream!

  Absolutely amazing! We used them as our one of our featured desserts for our wedding in June of 2022. I was so impressed with their Kimberly and her teams response time, warmth, and eagerness to collaborate. I asked for a custom Texas flag donut wall and they blew me away! People from our wedding still brag about the doughnuts and the display. They also sent a thoughtful card after our wedding that meant so much. I highly recommend!

  A Doughnut Bar to Remember!

  We hired The Cupcake Bar for our wedding back in May of this year. We actually wanted a full doughnut bar for our wedding, and boy THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The company actually allowed us to try our favorite doughnut flavors ahead of time so we could choose which flavors we wanted for our special day. They were SO accommodating and professional. We actually decided to have their doughnut bartenders serve and fill all the doughnuts. It was such a unique idea, and our guests LOVED IT!
  Fast forward to our wedding day, when the doughnut bar arrived there was a line across the room of people wanting these doughnuts. We had so many people come up to us telling us how much they enjoyed the taste and also the experience of getting to pick out their filling flavor and toppings. It felt very "Austin" and very much US! We are not big wedding cake people.
  
  I would fully recommend the Cupcake Bar!! They 100% delivered on our wedding day with a unique and fun experience for our guests. 5 STARS!!

  The Cupcake Bar team was/is amazing! We had them at our wedding and they went above and beyond. The set up was gorgeous and the cupcakes were delicious.   I've used The Cupcake Bar to host in person events for several years...this year, with all things COVID (blah) Lori & Team saved the holidays for my team across the US!! They curated amazing gift boxes with yummy fun local Austin TX treats to send to my folks from coast to coast.
  The process was super easy...even after I messed up one of the address's, Lori and team personally connected with the individual, confirmed the appropriate address and shipped out a new package to them ASAP!
  The customer service, creativity, care and concern are amazing and unmatched in my experience!! The are my go to moving forward!!!

  Amazing service and dessert!

  We purchased the Carmel apple bar services for our wedding and it was everything we wanted and then some! The dessert was delicious and the service was amazing. Our apple bartender was amazing, so kind and courteous. I’d highly recommend the cupcake bar for any dessert catering at your events!

  I most recently bought their Christmas themed cupcakes & they were so cute and more importantly delicious.
  
  Pickup was super easy and COVID safe. I highly, highly recommend them!

  I can't say enough good things about this company. Their operations are seamless, and they take all of the stress out of event planning. I have done two events with them (one cupcake bar and one donut bar) for my sorority, and I have also ordered custom cupcakes from them. Every time I work with them I'm amazed by the quality of service--not to mention everything is delicious! Their staff is so talented, and their passion for baking shows in each event they do.
  
  I will continue to hire them for my events and love getting to support these local business owners.

  Sweet surprise

  I did not want a traditional wedding cake and all the fanfare that goes with one. I wanted a fun interactive experience for my guests! I had so many people say it was one of their favorite parts of the wedding. They chose their cupcakes and had it "designed" to their taste. We had over 15 toppings for our guests to choose. What a hit!

  I did not want a traditional wedding cake and all the fanfare that goes with one. I wanted a fun interactive experience for my guests! I had so many people say it was one of their favorite parts of the wedding. They chose their cupcakes and had it "designed" to their taste. We had over 15 toppings for our guests to choose. What a hit!

  Easy, fun & loved by all

  What a wonderful experience. They were professional and organized from the very start. Everything from picking the menu to the actual service was seamless and fresh. I definitely will use them again and will highly recommend them to others.

  The Cupcake Bar is so much more than just a dessert!

  Patient with all of my questions

  I had The Cupcake Bar come out to my wedding in August 2018 at Pecan Springs Ranch. The service provided by Lori and Kimberly was beyond amazing. I probably asked them over 100 questions that were promptly answered by either Lori or Kimberly - or I was provided a turn around time if they were both out of office. Leading up to wedding day was simple because Lori and Kimberly made sure everything was good on their end and all of my questions were answered. Day of - I didn't even realize that they were setting up because of how quiet and quick they were. I ordered the mini cupcakes and they were a hit. There was a longgggggg line of guests waiting to get their hands on some delicious cupcakes. My mistake was not having two tables set up with more cupcake bartenders! The table set up was perfect and looked elegant. I would definitely use their services again AND recommend that you hire them! I cannot say enough good things about these two ladies and the service that they provide!
