The Cracker Factory is an absolutely beautiful venue! This was the only one we toured and as soon as we saw it, we knew it was the one for us. Even though we had a smaller amount of guests (70), it didn't feel too empty at all despite the large room size. Ashley and Brandon were endlessly helpful and so friendly that many of our guests came up to me to say how great they were. From the beginning of setup the day before, to the outdoor ceremony, and the end of the reception, everything went smoothly - we never had to worry about the small details because Ashley and Brandon had everything covered. Thank you again to The Cracker Factory! -

Amazing venue!
The Cracker Factory exceeded every one of our expectations. They were incredibly professional, organized and went above and beyond to make our day perfect. It’s a very unique style, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how it was even cooler than we described. Not to mention, everyone in town couldn’t help but tell us how great Amy, Ashley and Brandon were to work with. We couldn’t recommend The Cracker Factory more! -

My husband and I got married at the Cracker Factory in June and we seriously could not recommend it more!
Firstly, Amy is such an amazing owner and truly a pleasure to work/plan with! She was there anytime I emailed her to ask her a question, or even willing to hop on a phone call. She provided us with a list of recommend vendors (which helped immensely since we are from out of town), helped us decide what speciality drinks to choose, created multiple floor plans for us to choose for our reception, figure out how to hang our bar sign, etc. Amy really helped to ensure that our wedding day went perfectly without a hitch. She checked us multiple times throughout the process, on our wedding day, and even checked in a few weeks after!
Second, I think the pictures speak for themselves regarding the venue space. It is absolutely breathtaking! Our guests are still talking about it to this day. My husband and I were looking for a venue that has a beautiful exterior, as well as an interior, since we chose to have our ceremony indoors. We both have very different styles, but the Cracker Factory blends industrial modern (my style) with antique rustic charm (my husbands). In the end, we were both were very happy! Additionally, we were looking for a space where we did not have to spend a ton of money, or put in a ton of effort, in regard to decor because the space itself provided that.
The venue provided so many different opportunities for different photos in great natural lighting as well. Outside with the vine covered wall, back in the corner with the old cement and brick, the front of the building with the fire escape, in front of the elevator, upstairs on the third floor. The variety in settings in all our photos is stunning!
We would get married there 1,000x over if we could!

The Cracker Factory was amazing! From setting up the rehearsal dinner, to packaging all decorations after the wedding, they were truly amazing! Every single one of our guests were amazed at the attention, quality of professionalism, and the personality of every single employee. Not to mention, the venu itself is absolutely stunning. We can not thank The Cracker Factory enough for making our special day the most beautiful memory that we have. -

50th Anniversary Party Was a Total Success!
Cracker Factory was the ideal location for our parent’s 50th anniversary party. The space was incredibly beautiful! It clearly was made with so much care and artistry in all the details of the space. Amy was a pleasure to work with- very professional, laid back and helpful. I’d choose Cracker Factory again for our next big event! -

Perfect Location and Event
We loved our wedding at the Cracker Factory! The location was perfect and met the needs of all of our guest from kids to octogenarians. Amy and the team were amazing to work with, and not only that, when we were talking to vendors they all raved about how much they liked to do events at the Cracker Factory. One vendor said they didn't typically do Sunday events (our wedding was on a Sunday), but then said "you said the magic words -- Cracker Factory." Amazing. 10/10. -

Best day ever!
Working with Amy and the team at the Cracker Factory was wonderful from start to finish. They were responsive to questions, flexible with ideas, and helped us to create a beautiful day we will relive forever. As a more indecisive bride with a larger wedding size (215), I really enjoyed working with this team and collaborating together. The indoor industrial space was beautiful for our February wedding, and I really enjoyed taking our First Look pictures together at the venue. The back bar space was so fun for our cocktail hour. Overall, loved working with this team and this space! Would definitely recommend to a friend. -

When looking for a venue we wanted something beautiful, unique & fun for our guests. Everything about the Cracker Factory fit our criteria. The room, the bar, the roof deck and the games were everything we wanted. Maggie was great to deal with and made sure everything went the way we wanted it. Our guests still talk about how much fun they had and how beautiful it was. We never even had to leave the site to take pictures. Both outside and inside the venue there are picture perfect locations. -

I cannot recommend The Cracker Factory Enough! Not only are the venue and its offering stunning but the staff is absolutely amazing!
We were looking at venues all over the Finger Lakes when we found The Cracker Factory. Maggie, the main contact at the venue, was very responsive with information about the venue and quickly got us in for a tour. We looked at several places but knew this was the one the minute we walked in! The vibe is just so cool- industrial meets vintage meets art gallery. The pricing and offerings (bar package, furniture, linens, arbors, rugs , indoor/outdoor options, etc.) were very competitive with other local venues. There are a lot of pricing options for things such as the bar package and different options for getting married inside or outside or using their back bar and roof top space. We only had 100 guests but because of all the layout options we were able to create an intimate feeling despite how big the space is.
The venue provided lists of recommended vendors, which was so helpful! We ended up going with one of each of their recommendations for catering, DJ, bakery, china rental, lounge rental, and wedding planner. One of their recommended photographers recommended the photographer we ended up going with as well! It fosters so much confidence to know your vendors have worked in the space before and have familiarity!
Maggie was so incredible throughout the process. She was very communicative throughout the year leading up to our wedding. She always acted like we were a priority to her and responded quickly and thoroughly- this made us feel very comfortable and confident that our day would be special! Working with Maggie was so fun- she is very accommodating and adaptable- she had options, solutions, and suggestions for every issue. Honestly, I will just miss having an excuse to talk with her!
Needless to say our wedding day went off without a hitch. The team was very adaptive about last minute shifts and between Maggie and our wedding planner all of the day of items were handled without my husband or I ever needing to get involved. We had a wonderful, carefree day and our guests were so in love with the venue and had such a wonderful time!

Absolutely amazing experience
First of all, the venue itself is beautiful and has so much character. It was the perfect setting for our "Wes Anderson" wedding. One of the things that really took this place to another level was working with Maggie, who oversees the venue. She was so cool, calm and easy to work with. She was really accommodating to any thoughts and ideas we had. We had added 3 specialty cocktails with our bar package, one of them was a bit experimental and the bar staff figured out a way to take our drink idea and make it delicious! On the day, Maggie and her crew were working so hard and were so professional throughout the entire event and did it all with a big smile :) Anyone considering this venue for a wedding or any other event will not regret it one bit. Thank you again Maggie, for everything! -

Having our wedding at the Cracker Factory on 10/24/2020 was one of the best decisions of our entire planning process for our wedding. Maggie was incredible from the very beginning. Before the global pandemic hit, she was extremely helpful in the planning process. During the pandemic and several changes from NY regulations and rules, Maggie stayed up to date with the current regulations and was extremely helpful throughout the process. She helped to ensure our guests were safe and following the rules, while having an incredible time. In addition, we did our first look there and I cannot wait to see the gorgeous pictures!
Maggie was super organized and helpful throughout the process. She responded to emails within a timely manner and ensured everything went perfectly. Family and friends told us how hospitable she was. The drinks were also AMAZING. Our photographers raved about the venue. Everyone had a wonderful day. Thanks to Maggie, Brandon, and Amy for making our 50 person wedding one to remember forever! I would recommend the Cracker Factory in a heartbeat! -

This beautifully restored warehouse set in the Finger Lakes Region was perfect spot for our wedding. We absolutely loved having our reception at the Cracker Factory. We could not have asked for a more perfect space. We wanted somewhere that was simple and understated, that could be decorated but didn't need to be, where all of our guests could be in one space together, and that was architecturally intriguing. The Cracker Factory achieved all of this and more. We got so many compliments from guests as to the unique space that we had found and the back patio was an amazing addition! Maggie, Amy, & Brandon were so wonderful to work with and incredibly helpful. They worked well with all of our vendors and were extremely helpful and responsive at all points in the wedding planning process. We could not recommend The Cracker Factory will always hold a very special place in our hearts & we could not recommend it more! -

This is hands down one of the best wedding venues out there. I will never be able to list out all the reasons why this is true, but I can share a few. We discovered it by attending a concert there! There is no limit to what you can do with the space. We had both ceremony and reception at the Cracker Factory. Maggie was amazing to work with via email during the months leading up to the wedding. She answered our questions in a professional and timely manner, and was always flexible with our requests! It made planning this giant event a breeze. The wedding day went exactly as I imagined, if not better. I knew I didn't need to worry about a thing. The venue itself is so beautiful it hardly needed any decorating. Ever photo comes out beautiful in this place. Amy and Brandon and Maggie did a fantastic job keeping our guests comfortable and running an amazing bar. We have not stopped receiving compliments on the venue and the staff from our guests! They took care of any problem that arose, and I didn't hear of any drama until the next day. My husband and I look forward to attending future concerts, and Official Unofficial Sunday's, and just getting to hang out with Maggie, Amy and Brandon! Thank you and love you guys! -

Everything was absolutely beautiful at our wedding. Maggie was a breeze to work with and answered my endless questions. Amy and Brandon were there the day of and were amazing! They were so flexible and willing to help. Our guests absolutely loved the space and couldn’t stop talking about it. They really made my dream come true. Also the bar was great, we didn’t include liquor in the open bar and they had so many beer, wine, cider and seltzer options that no one really cared. -

We had the most perfect day at our wedding on August 31, 2019 at the Cracker Factory and it was all thanks to Maggie, Amy, and Brandon. In the months leading up to the wedding, Maggie worked around the clock to make sure that everything went smoothly. I called and emailed her constantly with various questions and she always answered immediately. Maggie even helped me set up a projector so that we could play a surprise video to honor my dad who is a quadriplegic and could not dance with me for the father/daughter dance. Maggie is so calm and organized that you instantly feel relieved just knowing that she will be involved in the process. Not only does she have incredible work ethic, but she is a joy to be around.
We had the pleasure of meeting Amy and Brandon at our wedding as well and we were blown away by their hospitality and easy going nature. They work hard to not only make sure that you are happy with the space, but also help with recommendations of vendors in the area that they have worked with (many of which we used and were incredibly pleased with).
The Cracker Factory is the most unique wedding venue that I have ever seen and my husband and I received countless compliments on how unique the space was. You will not regret working with them. We are so grateful to Amy, Brandon, and Maggie for our wonderful wedding, which will forever be our favorite day.

The Cracker Factory was a dream come true when we came across the space. It had enough room for all of our guests and had such a great atmosphere and charm that we fell in love with it instantly. I am still can get over the vintage and modern mix of the painted brick and bistro lights. It was also enticing that you could have the ceremony right on site as well. Amy, Brandon, and Maggie were a delight to work with and were very accommodating, especially when it came to opening up their doors to let us bring in guests, decorations and other vendors for the big day. They also provided the bar service that had such an amazing selection of beer, wine, and alcohol that I had no concerns about people finding drinks they liked. It covered all the bases. If you are looking for a place to wow your guests in the heart of the Finger Lakes this should be the first place to look! -

They were all professional, relaxed and generous with our setup and throughout all the months of planning. We didn't have an event planner and had made a lot of our own decorations and they assisted with every aspect of our preparations. Their kitchen is a favorite of the caterers in the region and all of our guests (who came from around the world and across the US) couldn't get over what a beautiful space we were able to celebrate in. We would recommend the Cracker Factory without hesitation to anyone who would like to marry in the Finger Lakes. Thank you guys!!!

Justine Sent on 07/19/2018My husband and I lived in Brooklyn, NY when we started planning our wedding, and were looking for a venue that was close to at least one of our families. We stumbled across The Cracker Factory and were wowed by the pictures and location! The Fingerlakes Region is one of my favorite places in the world - so my husband and I reached out to Amy. From the start - Amy was extremely responsive via email and phone, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and also went above and beyond to share with us other vendors they have worked with and gave us multiple recommendations to help with the wedding planning process. The space itself is an absolute dream - I cannot tell you how happy I was when I walked into The Cracker Factory the day of our wedding. The natural light makes for beautiful photos, and we got SO many compliments from our guests about the space - they said they had never seen anything like it! My husband and I are so incredibly happy we chose The Cracker Factory for our ceremony and reception - not only for the aesthetics, but for the amazing service and support provided to us from Amy and her staff throughout the process and on our wedding day. We highly recommend!!

Everywhere we looked during our wedding celebration, we saw people enjoying themselves, all with the beauty of the Cracker Factory as the perfect backdrop to our celebration. We wanted a morning brunch, not generally a time the venue is used to hosting a ceremony, and Amy and Brandon worked hard to accommodate our plan. They were great with vendors and guests...and most of all with us...and their help crafting Bloody Mary's and mimosas for the brunch was fantastic! Our guests were stunned at the beauty of the ceremony and the celebration, and recognized that it had as much to do with the setting as with all the personal touches we brought to our wedding. The venue is well worth the investment! Take the time to consider this location!

Tyler Sent on 11/20/2017The Cracker Factory is a truly amazing and unique venue that hosted both our Wedding Ceremony and Reception. Our event had just under 250 guest and went off seamlessly from start to finish. We had many guest from out of town who couldn't have better things to say about the venue and how the gallery was setup for our wedding. A great venue in the Geneva area that gave our guest plenty of other things to do over the course of our special weekend. From the ceiling lights, to the bar offering and floor layout, everything turned out perfectly!
In addition, working with Amy and Brandon was very easy and stress free through the entire process. They are constantly working to make sure your experience is the best one possible. A must see venue if you're looking for something to have just your reception or both the ceremony and reception at! -

I spent about an hour searching/stalking until I finally found information for The Cracker Factory. I scheduled to meet with Amy and Brandon to check out the venue and it was my first and last stop! Amy and Brandon were extremely accommodating from the planning stages and through the entire wedding. The space is so unique and so beautiful that my friends and family still cannot stop talking about it.

Kelsey Sent on 08/29/2016We had our wedding here and it was everything we could have hoped for and more. I might be biased but I think it was the best wedding ever--in large part thanks to the amazing venue space at The Cracker Factory.
The gallery is a huge, amazing space. I was actually worried that I didn't know enough people to fill it! But once tables and chairs were set up it was perfect--plenty of room to move about without feeling empty. Amy and Brandon set up all the tables and chairs as part of the rental cost and they arranged them exactly as we wanted. We also rented a super cool shuffleboard table from them!
Brandon manned the bar for us all evening long and had a smile on his face every time I stopped by. Both he and Amy are very easygoing and fun to plan with, and clearly have put a lot of love into this incredible unique space. -
Molly Sent on 12/10/2017We were so happy with The Cracker Factory from start to finish! My husband and I met in college in Geneva and were looking for a venue there that was a little more unique and modern than a traditional winery space. The Cracker Factory is gorgeous, and Amy and Brandon were great to work with -- they were accommodating and gave us layout ideas, and had really strong relationships with all our vendors, which made the logistics super easy. They are hands on and helpful, but also extremely relaxed, for the perfect mix of getting things done and keeping everyone at ease. Having both the ceremony and reception there went really smoothly, and all our guests raved about how beautiful everything was. As a plus, the acoustics in the space are really nice, so we didn't need a microphone for our ceremony singers or our officiant. We took a few photos in the unfinished upstairs space as well, which turned out to be a gorgeous spot.
Overall, we are about as happy as you can be with how everything turned out. Highly, highly recommend! -

Wedding of a lifetime
Amy and Brandon were amazing to work with. They answered all questions and reassured when we needed reassuring. Both worked well with all of our vendors, there was no need for a day of
coordinator when working with them. The day of the wedding their team was very attentive and our favorite part was they did all clean up and boxing up, so the next day pick up of our supplies was soooo easy. Highly recommend them, beautiful venue, so easy to talk to, and genuinely wanted everyone to be happy and have an enjoyable day! -

From day one the Cracker Factory has been extremely flexible with meeting and reviewing our plans. They were very open and transparent with the cost details. They were very responsive to COVID regulations and always kept us up to date with regulations. When it came time for the big day we never had any concerns or questions which helped create a perfect day! Because of the amazing service, we will always recommend this venue to others! -

It is so gorgeous that it needs minimal decorations. Amy and Brandon were extremely responsive with whatever I needed and a pleasure to work with. There was a small mix-up in setting up the space the day of but Amy fixed the situation right away. I would recommend this venue for a wedding, rehearsal dinner , really for anything because of how beautiful it is and because of Amy and Brandon.

We were able to host both the ceremony and reception for 240 and no one was uncomfortable. I would highly recommend the Cracker Factory!

A Dream Ventue
The Cracker Factory was perfect for our large wedding (ie. 250; original potential of 350). The atmosphere is gorgeous, the bar set up is inviting and the outdoor patio was a hit!
Maggie, who is the primary 'coordinator' you work with is beyond incredible. Maggie answered every question and demonstrated significant flexibility to accommodate our desires as best she could. While the owners themselves have many restrictions and particulars, Maggie reached out to them to attempt to find a middle ground without hesitation. -
