The best wedding planners you could ask for!!!
We cannot say enough great things about The Couplers Wedding Planners and especially Sandro and Cassie. From the very beginning, they took all of the fear and uncertainty out of planning a destination wedding in Italy — especially since we had never been to Italy until the week of our wedding.
They truly listened to what we were looking for and found us the perfect venue. Throughout the entire planning process, they were incredibly responsive, organized, knowledgeable, and supportive. They guided us through every step, helped coordinate all the details, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel exciting and manageable.
Because of Sandro and Cassie’s hard work and expertise, our wedding went off without any issues and was even more perfect than we could have imagined. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the experience knowing everything was in such capable hands.
We would wholeheartedly recommend The Couplers to anyone considering a destination wedding in Italy. They made our dream wedding possible, and we are so grateful for everything they did for us. -

I found Sandro while browsing Instagram at the very beginning of my wedding planning journey. He was one of the first planners to respond to my inquiry and immediately suggested a call to see if we’d be a good fit. The moment we spoke, I knew we had a special connection — it truly felt like he was the one for us.
Soon after, we were introduced to Cassie, who was an absolute dream to work with — a true ray of sunshine. Every conversation with Sandro and his team was positive, welcoming, and full of energy. They were incredibly accommodating while also realistic about our ideas and how to make them happen. I loved that they took the time to truly understand our vision and were committed to bringing it to life exactly as we imagined.
From the stunning flowers to coordinating shuttles for all our guests, to managing multiple vendors seamlessly, Sandro and his team handled everything with grace and precision. Their strong relationships with so many trusted vendors made the entire process easy and stress-free for us.
During our two days of events — the welcome dinner and the wedding — Sandro and Cassie thought of absolutely everything. I honestly don’t think I could have kept my head straight on my wedding day without them. They were like an extension of my heart, anticipating needs I didn’t even realize I had.
They took care of every detail — from creating a quiet room for my husband and me to unwind after the ceremony, to managing vendors effortlessly, to preparing Plans A, B, and C for any possible weather challenges. What could have been a terrible weather day turned into one of the most magical experiences of our lives, all thanks to them.
I can’t recommend Sandro and his team enough. They are not just wedding planners — they are creators of unforgettable moments and true purveyors of dreams. I only wish we had more events to plan together! -

Planning a wedding in another country can feel overwhelming, especially when you have no idea where to begin. My husband and I are based in Southern California, and when we decided to get married in Florence, Italy, we knew we needed someone we could trust completely to help us bring our vision to life. From the very first FaceTime call with Sandro, we knew we had found that person.
There was an instant connection. Sandro’s warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for what he does came through immediately. He made us feel at ease from the start and we never looked back. Throughout the entire planning process, Sandro was incredibly responsive and present for us. No matter the time difference, he always made sure we felt supported. He patiently answered every question, addressed every concern, and was the calming voice we needed anytime we started to feel overwhelmed.
We shared our vision with him, and he not only understood it—he elevated it. Everything came together so seamlessly, and so beautifully, that it genuinely exceeded our expectations. Sandro introduced us to an incredible team of vendors, including our florist Massimo, who also deserves the highest praise. Massimo brought our floral dreams to life with such care and attention to detail. He went above and beyond, from creating the most breathtaking bouquet to designing a table scape that left us speechless.
Sandro’s assistant, Cassie, was also an absolute joy to work with. Kind, helpful, and always on top of things—she was a key part of making everything run smoothly.
What stands out the most, beyond the flawless execution and the stunning results, is the personal connection we built with Sandro. He didn’t just plan our wedding. He became a dear friend, someone who will always hold a special place in our hearts and our lives. Our wedding day was truly the most magical day of our lives, and it’s all thanks to Sandro and his team.

Trust Your Gut – Sandro and The Couplers Made Our Dream Day Happen
Planning a destination wedding in Italy comes with its share of challenges, but choosing The Couplers, led by Sandro, was hands down the best decision we made.
Sandro was the first planner we spoke to, and our gut told us he was the one. He was easy to talk to, funny, knowledgeable, and immediately felt like someone we could trust with our big day. We thought we might be jumping in too quickly, so we spoke with several other planners—but none came close. Our gut was right from the start.
As someone who is highly organised (and used to a different pace than the more relaxed Italian culture), I was initially nervous about how things would go. But Sandro exceeded every expectation. He planned everything meticulously, understood which aspects we were most passionate about—like photography—and helped us compromise on others to stay within budget. He always made it easy to speak up when something wasn’t quite right, and he’d come back with thoughtful, well-suited alternatives, never missing a beat.
We had a pre-wedding pizza party and the wedding day itself, both of which were threatened by rain. Sandro didn’t flinch. He calmly communicated a ‘Plan B’ when needed and executed it perfectly. One of the moments we’ll never forget: the Abbey where we held the ceremony had strict rules about rain and setup. Sandro knew how much this venue meant to us and managed to convince them to wait until the very last moment before setting up—just so we could have our ceremony outside if the weather held. And it did. That small act of advocacy meant everything.
Every detail, every shift in weather, every moment—we felt supported, listened to, and in the most capable hands. Our guests repeatedly told us it was by far the most incredible wedding they had ever attended.
If you're planning a wedding in Italy—or anywhere—don’t underestimate the value of someone who really listens, adapts, and executes with both heart and precision. Sandro and The Couplers made our dream wedding not only possible but unforgettable. I know everyone says that they ‘become friends’ with their vendors, with Sandro we really did, and we hope to keep in touch! -

Thank you Sandro!
We were looking for a planner to help us organise our wedding in Italy, as we are based in the UK. From the first meeting we had with Sandro, right through to the day of the wedding, he made us feel so comfortable and was always on hand to help us. Sandro was always able to understand and interpret our ideas and succeeded in delivering a perfect day for us. He was very flexible, willing to speak with us at any time, which we were very grateful for.

Sandro and his team are simply exceptional. They pulled off what can only be described as a masterpiece of organization and elegance: a four-day celebration that included a welcome party, a weekend of celebration and a wedding for 300 guests at Villa di Maiano — all for a joyful mix of European and American friends and family.
Thanks to Sandro, we were able to truly enjoy every moment. He and his team took care of everything — the smallest details on the table settings, the complex logistics of the wedding day, and the flawless coordination of over ten different vendors, some coming from as far as Paris and the South of France.
Ross and I live in New York, but I’m Parisian and he’s American — so planning a wedding in Florence meant managing different cultures, languages, and expectations. Sandro navigated it all and went far beyond the role of a planner; he became family. His calm, warmth, and precision made our dream weekend a reality.

the best of the best!
When we decided to work with Sandro, it was from a gut feeling after our first call with him. We were hopeful of his ability to execute our dream, and he helped organize a trip for us to visit Florence and meet with all of our vendors. It was at this time when we were no longer hopeful, but became confident about our wedding plans as Sandro helped us carefully pick such wonderful vendors. Throughout the experience of working with Sandro, it was far from a transactional relationship as he truly cares about us as people. He cared equally about our experience as the bride and groom, as much as the guest experience at our events. Throughout the planning experience, we never felt like we were a burden and that Sandro could truly help with any question or request, and he was transparent when things came up that were unrealistic. Sandro truly left no stone unturned at both our welcome party and wedding events. Every detail was extremely thoughtful, planned out, and handled with care. It ended up raining on our wedding day and Sandro didn’t bother us with stressful details about the plan B but helped to make sure the day was just as amazing as planned, with our plan B. Both of our events blew both us and our guests away. Many guests said it was the best welcome party and wedding they’ve ever been to- and it was for us too all because of Sandro. We are an interfaith couple and Sandro helped ensure both our Jewish and Catholic faiths were seamlessly included in the wedding day. After countless calls and a few Florence meet ups, we now call him a friend, and would recommend him to anyone for any type of event especially a wedding! -

Best wedding planner ever!
I couldn’t ask for a better wedding planner. From the moment we met Sandro we had an instant connection. Planning a wedding overseas is something that could be stressful but Sandro made the whole entire process from start to finish seamless. He truly makes you feel like family. We were always on the same page and nothing we requested was out of reach. His communication is on point, he always negotiated when we asked. The venue, the caterer, the flowers, everything was PERFECT! The vision we had for our wedding was executed to perfection and I seriously have no complaints. 10/10 the best of the best
I don’t know how to encapsulate this into 75 characters! Sandro is the BEST wedding planner we could have chosen. So patient, so kind, and on our side. Never took No for an answer always negotiated and was the most on top of everything. From the food, to our venue, to literally everything. In my head I could have never imagined a male wedding planner and honestly it was the best decision we’ve ever made. Him and his husband really take things to the next level and made our day seamless. We flew and met with him to make sure the vibes were good and when I tell you from the day we met him we loved him!
If I ever got remarried to Gab again and again I’d hire him OVER AND OVER AND OVER again! -
