Booking Kate (The Coordination Company) was hands down the best decision I made throughout the wedding planning from the beginning. Since I had gotten engaged, wedding planning was something I had put off and in some ways dreaded having to do or even think about. When I made the decision to hire Kate to help plan our wedding, things changed completely for me. The process became fun, inspiring, and allowed me to relieve myself of the stress and anxiety that I had previously felt with wedding planning. What once was a seemingly daunting task turned into not only an amazing experience but it also brought me someone I now consider to be one of my closest friends!
Throughout the whole process Kate was ALWAYS available and super responsive whenever I reached out to her with questions, concerns, and new ideas. She was always flexible and made time for me even if it was last minute. Most people would consider myself one of the most indecisive (and creatively controlling) people and planning a wedding was no different. We had changed our venue location two times, changed our colors more than I can count, went between different designs almost every week, and VERY last minute ended up changing both our wedding entertainment & our ceremony location. Each step of the way Kate supported my dreams, ideas, and bizarre requests while always keeping me within the means of our budget.
We planned our wedding for about a year and a half and so when the day finally came, part of me didn't even know what to expect but at this point, I had trusted Kate and our vendor team 100%. From the timeline cards she hands out to guests at the rehearsal, to leaving our wedding on Friday night, Kate executed everything beyond my wildest imagination. She went above and beyond just the title of 'wedding planner' - she checked on me the morning of my wedding at my hotel, she made sure everyone was where they needed to be, she even drove me to my first look.
The Coordination Company made this experience all that wedding planning should be and more. We will never be able to express our deepest appreciation for Kate and her team for giving us a night we will never forget! -

Oh, where to begin!! Booking Kate with The Coordination Company was the best decision for me. I knew where I wanted to get married since I was young - so my venue was booked very early on. Most people told me selecting a venue was one of the hardest parts, but I was worried about finding a planner who would support my Type A personality and who I was able to trust completely so I could relax on my wedding day. After talking with other companies, Kate was one of the only planners to video call me over a standard phone call. She was immediately bubbly and I could tell she wanted me to chose the best vendor for me - even if it wasn't her, which of course it was (bonus points because she also got married at my venue). Her organization system (Aisle Planner) was very easy to use and great way to keep all the documents & checklists in one place. She sent me monthly updates of tasks I needed to do and we kept in communication throughout the whole process. Leading up to my wedding, there was a lot of stress on my end about the weather and Kate was there every step of the way. Without her - I know I would have been far more stressed, but the day turned out perfect. All of my family and friends even had amazing things to say and they only spent a few (but very crazy) hours with her. Brides - if you are questioning who to chose, its Kate 10000% -

I have to admit, before I was introduced to Kate, I wasn’t entirely convinced that we needed a wedding planner. I thought I had the time to figure things out on my own and wasn’t sure if the budget would be better allocated elsewhere. I’m so happy to say I was completely wrong! Kate is worth her weight in gold. Cool, calm, collected, and with a clear vision, she seamlessly handled all the logistics and solved problems behind the scenes, allowing us to focus on being present and enjoying the moment. Her recommendations were spot-on, and our guests are still raving about some of the vendors she helped us secure and the details she helped us execute. Kate’s process kept us organized, but more importantly, she knew exactly when to remind me to step back, relax, and soak it all in (something I really needed!). She’s incredibly approachable, reachable, and professional. Best of all, Kate treats your day as if it’s just as important to her own—it’s clear she’s genuinely invested in your happiness. I never felt like just another client to her; she truly cares. Don’t hesitate to reach out to Kate—she’ll help make this incredibly special season of your life as smooth and joyful as possible! -

We are beyond grateful to have worked with Kate and her team at The Coordination Company. From the very beginning, she was professional, warm, and attentive to every detail, making the entire planning process an absolute joy. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but Kate truly took the time to understand our vision, giving us peace of mind at every stage.
Throughout the months leading up to the wedding, she was quick to respond to our questions, no matter how small, and always provided thoughtful suggestions to help us stay within our budget while still achieving a dream day. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, and she handled all communication with such ease and professionalism.
When my florist canceled on us 1 month before the wedding, Kate was quick to jump into action and solve the issue with ease. She found another vendor who could meet our floral needs, were available on our date and even came in under budget. She is a miracle worker to say the least.
On the big day, we felt entirely taken care of. Every detail was executed to perfection, and her calm, organized presence allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our day. Many of our guests commented on how seamless and beautiful everything was, and we owe it all to Kate and her incredible team.
If you’re looking for a wedding planner who combines talent with true care for her clients, I cannot recommend The Coordination Company enough. They made our wedding unforgettable, and we are so lucky to have had them by our side! -

Cannot recommend enough!! Kate is EVERYTHING
I cannot begin to say enough good things about Kate. She helped me plan and execute the wedding of my dreams, kept me organized and on track every step of the way and was genuinely an incredible friend to me throughout the entire process. And on top of all that she did SO much more than I ever could’ve imagined. She did things I didn’t even know I needed, things I didn’t think of or that I was too busy to do myself on the actual wedding day. She communicated the timeline to every vendor, scheduled all the deliveries & returns with them, told everyone where to stand, made sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and even made my entire escort card board on the day of the wedding. It’s hard to explain everything she did for me but she was truly the best decision I made for my wedding. She made my wedding beyond anything I could’ve ever imagined and it felt like all I had to do was enjoy it. -

I want to start off by saying no amount of words can describe how amazing my experience with Kate has been throughout my wedding planning process. Since I was an out of town bride, I specifically remember telling her that I needed her to be an extension of me as I was juggling grad school, a home renovation, and working full time. Not only did she do this but she did it with her whole heart. She made decisions easy for me and always went the extra mile to ease my nerves (which is no easy feat). She helped me find vendors who understood my vision and brought my special day to life including all of my crazy ideas. She helped me bring Miami to Charleston in the way I wanted. Very early on we had to deal with my father suddenly getting sick and was so patient and understanding with me while I was on that journey up until his passing the day before our wedding. She was there for me and my husband when we called and said “what do we do now?” She sat and cried with us and said she would make our day special and perfect not only for us but for my dad who would spend the day with us in spirit. I don’t know any other planner who would do what she was able to pull off that day. Every single person at my wedding told me everything was perfect beginning to end. When I say that the day ran smoothly, I mean EVERYTHING ran smoothly. I did not feel a single moment of stress or anxiety because I knew she had it covered. I trusted her that much and I know that she not only would do this for me but ALL of her brides. 10/10 recommend Kate and her team at the Coordination Company if you want someone who will turn into your wedding BFF and make sure that your dream comes true. Seriously, now that wedding planning is over I just miss her company! Kate again there are no words except THANK YOU -

Kate Hanna and her team were just the right fit for our summer wedding in Charleston! Not only did she go above and beyond by helping me with last minute details in both the Bridesmaid Brunch and changes in reception seating arrangements; she was also spot on throughout the planning. In the many decisions to make during the year long engagement, my daughter and I developed the phrase “in Kate we trust”. Her expertise, knowledge, and professionalism gave us an enormous sense of trust! I would describe our wedding day as magical, effortless, and beautiful thanks to her and her team. I hired Kate with The Coordination Company mid January 2023 for my March 2023 wedding after an unfortunate event with my prior wedding planner required me to find someone new last minute. Not only did Kate get us back on track and fix the wreckage that my prior planner had left, but she was patient, kind, flexible, and was honestly my rock during what otherwise was a stressful and emotional time. Kate worked her magic and in less than 90 days was able to produce the wedding of my dreams! The actual wedding day was FLAWLESS, and we had so many guests compliment Kate and how effortless and smooth the entire day went. Kate is someone I would recommend one hundred times over for anyone who wants not only a stellar wedding planner but also someone who is truthful, realistic, and an all around great person! Team Kate all the way! -

Kate Bogner (lead planner for The Coordination Company) made my husband and I's wedding dreams come true! She is exceptional and she worked so hard to make everything perfect. We were engaged for 1.5 years and Kate was always available and helping us along the way. She was great at asking us questions to help us decide what we wanted and offered amazing suggestions and solutions when needed. I learned during wedding planning that sadly, some vendors only see it as a business (they don't honestly care about your experience). Kate is the exact opposite, she puts her heart and soul into making the day literally perfect. On the day of the wedding, there were sides up on the tent. I was a bit bummed because I didn't want them on there. She called an assistant and worked her butt off to take them down (on a very toasty, humid day). One of the bathrooms was out of order on the day of and she had it fixed by the time the event started. Oh, did I mention after the ceremony Kate greeted us with a glass of champagne and brought waters to us when we were taking pictures?! Honestly, I could go on and on but I mean it when I say, book Kate for your wedding. I promise you you'll thank me after :) She's a rockstar and genuinely cares about your wedding experience. -

Not even sure where to begin. Do not walk, RUN TO BOOK THIS GIRL!! Kate truly was the best planner I ever could have asked for! When I was first looking at vendors, my parents did not want to hire a wedding planner and tried to talk me out of it saying it was a "waste of money." The morning after the wedding they called me and told me out of everything they spent money on, Kate was the most worth it! I gave her my Pinterest board and inspiration and she went above and beyond. I remember viewing my venue two hours before the ceremony, and I balled crying because I could not believe the outcome. She is very organized, and knows EXACTLY what she is doing! Everything from the planning website, to the wedding rehearsal, to the design layout. She even surprised me with a couple things on my wedding that I noticed right away! She is the sweetest soul and will always be there through the entire process. Even a shoulder to cry on if you need it. Without a doubt, you need to book Kate and you will never regret it! -

Like many, this was my first rodeo. I had no idea the difference between a Wedding Coordinator and a Wedding Planner. I may still be confused, because the level of attention, the amount of time Kate Bogner concentrated on our event, was nothing short of full-service perfection. From the first phone call, I knew that her passion, dedication to her company, and creative spunk was going to be a fit. She continued to pamper us, with diligence and patience! Kate helped us along the way, from meeting in person for coffee, joining me for walk-through, following-up with vendors, encouraging me to CC on emails, jumping on conference calls, to calming my mother on the day of. Those are just a few of the things I was aware of.
The Coordination Company created a seamless event. All of my unique requests for the day were executed with precision. The magic was felt by all guests. We are so glad to have shared our intimate journey with such a talented crew.

Hiring Kate was the best decision I made for our wedding day. First off, this girl is calm as a cucumber. Even with both of our insane families and vendor issues, she showed 0 stress and always had a smile on her face, which is very helpful when it comes to wedding planning/day stress. I cannot thank The Coordination Company and Kate enough for making my dream wedding a reality. She made everything such a breeze in the months leading up to our wedding, as well as the day of our wedding.
Even though our wedding was in Nashville (hours away from Charleston), the distance was never a burden on the planning process.
Kate is organized, professional and fun to work with! The software used to organize the wedding planning process is very structured and user friendly.
You will not regret hiring this company to plan your dream wedding!
