My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams here on New Year's Eve 12-31-2019! Dana and Roxanne were both exceptionally professional, accomodating, and a pleasure to work with! We realized this during the initial planning process, however, this was expecially confirmed on the night of our wedding. From the beginning, to the very end, which was very late since it was New Year's Eve, they were Always there to meet our every need and anticipate our next moves tirelessly! I was amazed by this and Very thankful as they exceeded our expectations! This helped to make our wedding night one of the best night's of our life! Also, many of our guests mentioned that our wedding was the best one they had ever been to. Me and my husband went here just to eat dinner a few years ago before we were even engaged and asked if they had a ballroom. Ever since that night we had fallen in love with this place. They have a huge stone fireplace in the ballroom which went perfect with what we knew we wanted a winter themed wedding. no venue we looked at could top this one as far as beauty and price. in my opinion this venue doesn't have enough reviews on here. First the price. We paid for our wedding entirely ourselves so we're very budget concious and this price couldn't be beat. Second we will discuss the venue. From the cocktail room to the ballroom it is incredible. All hardwood floors so you don't have the awful carpeting most wedding venues have. Beautiful chandeliers. Just gorgeous. Third the food is incredible. Only complaint I would have which is common is that the steak was not nearly as good as it was for out taste testing which kind of bummed me out. Last I will talk about Dianne their wedding coordinator. She was by far the most amazing vendor I have ever worked with. She treated me as if I was a daughter. She was so down to earth. Answered all my crazy bridezilla questions so quickly and took My vision and exceeded it. The day before he wedding I dropped off the little thing I bought to personalize my wedding and she took everything I gave her and ran with it. The night of the wedding when I walked into the room I was blown away. The room just looked absolutely incredible. She went 110% above what a normal wedding coordinator would. She knew both my parents passed away and almost filled their shoes for me in anyway she could. She was so relatable with me. And when you are going through such a major milestone in your life not having your father but especially your mother makes every decision harder and Dianne helped with everything. I told her I think my mom put her in my life on purpose. Thank you club at shannondell and we will be back!

Wonderful to use for both our ceremony and our rehearsal. The food is so good and priced great. The outdoor area with gazebo was perfect for the ceremony. Kerri was amazing at setting up and working with us directly. She let us at up early for the rehearsal and was just great.

The staff was amazing, the food was excellent, the attention to detail out of this world. I would recommend The Club at Shannondell to anyone. Everyone is still raving over our wedding which was over 2 weeks ago. It was an amazing night and the people at The Club at Shannondell were a huge part of making it a wonderful success!

We had checked numerous venues for our daughter's wedding and decided on Club at Shannondell. The whole building from lobby to banquet hall to cocktail area to bathrooms were fresh, clean and attractive. The people we worked with were responsive, organized and very friendly. They made sure everything was set up and presented exactly how it should be.

We had five kinds of butlered appetizers. They were excellent and plentiful. There was also a very large selection of stationary appetizers including brie, hummus, apple slices, cheese, crackers, tomato/mozzarella, brushetta, blue cheese, etc. that would have been more then enough without the added butlered trays. So much that I didn't get a chance to taste all of it.

The dinner food was served quickly by friendly staff. The portions were large and delicious. The staff made sure we were happy and catered to.
There was nothing I had to do once the reception was underway, except have a good time!

The value for the cost was excellent. They added all the little details that helped make the day special. We would highly recommend Club at Shannondell to anyone looking for an affordable, quality venue for their wedding reception.

The venue was beautiful, and leading up to the event the staff was great to work with. The day of the wedding a few things didn't get put in quite the right place- like our guest book wasn't put out right and the unity sand we had got shook up somewhat, but otherwise we were thrilled. The room was beautiful and the tables looked just how we wanted, and everyone told us how beautiful it all was. We loved the ready room for the bridal party and the staff dealt so well with the little wardrobe emergency we had when we needed pins! The food is amazing, too, and the wedding deal is a great find. Definitely check out Shannondell!

The food was delicious! The wedding package was a very reasonable plan. They were very flexible to help us create the event that worked for us.

The Club at Shannondell is a great place for a reception. They are fairly reasonable compared to other places that offer similar services in the area. Tee room is up to date with with rod iron chandeliers and hardwood floors. The manager, while difficult to get a hold of at times, is very flexible and easy to work with. The staff is amazing and definitely do a terrific job. I highly recommend having any type of party there!

I had a good experience having my wedding at this reception site. There were some minor details that were missing when it came down to the actual wedding day, but it wouldn't be a wedding if something small wasn't wrong (i.e. tables numbered incorrectly). Lori Wagner, who is the events coordinator there, was awesome! She was very accomodating and flexible with us. She was willing to work with whatever we needed. She always responded to me in a timely matter, until the date got closer (also was prime-time for weddings) and then it was hard to contact her at times. The food was delicious and we recieved many compliments on how high class our reception was. I would highly recommend this venue as a reception site for a wedding.
