Both went above and beyond in their roles to make sure our day went as perfect as possible. It showed they truly cared. The food was raved about by everyone. The plated service was impeccable. From the moment we began planning our daughter Rachel’s wedding to the final moments of our celebration, we cannot say enough, how the Grandezza and Sadie the Wedding Event Coordinator exceeded all of our expectations. The staff stood out in every way, imaginable, their coordination ensured the day just flowed seamlessly allowing us to fully enjoy every moment. Sadie handled every detail with care and precision, giving us the complete confidence throughout the entire process.
We are from New York and had numerous affairs
and so many people had told us that as hard as you try, you will never be able to emulate a New York wedding in Florida. We were told that it was even better than a New York wedding!

From the beautiful outdoor area, to the welcoming and comfortable indoor area, The Club at the Grandezza was a no brainer for us when choosing a venue. The banquet team, Sadie and Myla were incredible from beginning to end. They were informative, helpful, and responsive whenever we had questions. I am forever grateful to Sadie for very closely watching the radar and allowing us to push the ceremony back 10 minutes to accommodate the ceremony to still be taken place outside. It was an absolute dream. Guests were raving about the venue vibes, the food, and overall environment.

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect venue for our wedding day. Everything was absolutely beautiful and ran so seamlessly from start to finish.

Words can not describe how well everything went. From the first meeting to the wedding day (and everything in between), Sadie and her team at Grandezza were absolutely fantastic and extremely reliable. Everything little thing was planned and thought of with smooth execution. We even needed to change our ceremony time and this was handled with no problem at all. Grandezza was absolutely stunning, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made everything feel magical. During the speeches, the bride’s handmade, personally painted cake topper accidentally fell off the cake. The staff handled it immediately and discreetly, and by the end of the night, it was delivered to Elesia perfectly fixed, along with a heartwarming card. Their attention to detail and care in moments like these truly set them apart.
Throughout the evening, the team ensured every request was met, attended to our guests, and made sure everyone was happy and enjoying themselves. The food, the ambiance, and the location were all exceptional. We are so thankful to the entire Grandezza team for making Elesia and Anthony’s day unforgettable.

We recently hosted our baby shower at Grandezza, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, the venue delivered exceptional value — the décor was absolutely stunning, the atmosphere was elegant yet warm, and every corner felt thoughtfully designed for celebrating such a special day.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. Their attention to detail, attentiveness to our guests, and genuine care throughout the event made all the difference. The food and service were outstanding, and the setup exceeded our expectations — it honestly looked like something out of a magazine.

While there were a couple of small hiccups — the AC struggled a bit during the early afternoon, and our coffee vendor arrived about 30 minutes later than expected — the team handled everything with professionalism and grace. The minor issues didn’t take away from the beauty or enjoyment of the day.

Overall, we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Grandezza provided an incredible experience filled with elegance, comfort, and care — we’d absolutely recommend it to anyone looking to host a memorable celebration.

My husband and I got married on Saturday, June 1, 2024. We have nothing but INCREDIBLE feedback for Sadie and her team. Grandezza is absolutely stunning, but it is the staff that makes it the perfect venue. From the tour and tasting to the rehearsal dinner and wedding day, Grandezza was on it! Again, both the space itself as well as the communication were fantastic. 10/10 would recommend. We chose the venue based on the location being near the RSW airport as well as the reveal/flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. We also appreciated both the indoor and outdoor ceremony options for an inclement weather backup plan.

I cannot express how incredibly wonderful my wedding was at the Club at Grandezza and I don’t even know where to begin. I originally chose this venue based off of the ceremony space. After growing up going to Sanibel, I found a venue that gave me old Sanibel vibes and I was sold. From the palms and greenery to the stairs that give the perfect walk-down-the-aisle moment. From there, the reception area was everything I could have asked for and more. Light blues, white and airy - an absolute dream. Having a huge dedicated bridal suite the day of was also a huge game changer. Whatever I pictured in my head as my wedding day, the venue blew it out of the water and exceeded it — but I’d be remiss to not mention those behind it.

Sadie - Sadie was an absolute rockstar and a big piece of why our day was so amazing. She runs a tight ship and it is so evident the pride she takes in her work. I can’t think of a single thing that went wrong, which is such a rarity on wedding days. She kept our timeline in check, set up all of my little details, and was just so accommodating to me throughout the year, especially being an out-of-state bride. If you have the opportunity to work with Sadie, you are very lucky.

The food - the FOOD! I never ever hear people talk about food after a wedding, and people were RAVING. The steak, the grouper, the apps (lobster was a massive hit!)… the list goes on.

The staff -- just all around amazing. Serving the perfect cocktails, providing extra waters and champagne during an incredibly hot ceremony, etc. Thank you.

Every guest that walked into The Club at Grandezza in Estero, FL, was blown away by the beauty, elegance and class of a country club. The quality of food was amazing, most of our guests choose the filet mignon, 91 ordered that selection and each one came out perfect and hot, it was so tender we literally cut it with a butter knife. The sea scallops melted in your mouth, not to mention all their other meal selections.
The staff was so accommodating and efficient, anything you needed, they were there!
I would recommend The Club at Grandezza to all, you will not be disappointed. It was a fairy tail wedding, just perfect. All our guest were in awe.

Not being from the Florida I thought it would be tough to find the perfect spot to have our wedding. I would not hesitate with the Grandezza, they keep the grounds beautiful and have such an amazing team to be there for your any request! I can not even think of one thing that I would change from the space! From the morning of getting ready with the girls to the sparklers send off, this places beauty was a hit! I can not thank Sadie my day of coordinator. She not only made me feel comfortable prior to coming down, she was organized and on top of every situation. She worked her butt off and can’t thank her enough for making the day go so smoothly!

My son and daughter-in-law were married at Grandezza in March 2024. The venue is so beautiful and the food was absolutely amazing! The wait staff was exceptional and so incredibly friendly and attentive. My favorite person however was Sadie, our wedding coordinator. She always responded quickly to any question I had for her as we live in California. She was so awesome, funny and just enjoyable!

Sadie was amazing to work with! And the whole Grandezza staff did not disappoint on wedding day. Our day was perfect and we love the Grandezza! the outside ceremony space is what really sold us but it was also stress free with all the help the Grandezza staff offered.

Honestly, we cannot say enough good things about this venue. Everything was just perfect! Maija is an absolute DELIGHT to work with! She was very calm, organized, and always made you feel at ease and that things would be taken care of. The chef there was just terrific! Everybody keeps telling me how amazing the food was at the wedding, from the sit down dinner to the cocktail hour. I had a few people that due to allergies/gluten free needed to have special meals. The chef was able to accommodate everybody and everyone was able to eat without issues. The wait staff was on top of it, the bartender on top of it, everyone did their job above and beyond! The facilities are beautiful, the bridal suite large and spacious for getting ready. I really cannot recommend this place enough. Not a single negative thing to say. If this is within your budget, please please choose this for your wedding. You won't regret it!!

The staff, service and eye for detail that The Grandezza had was beyond any expectation I had. Couldn't be happier of how my son's wedding turned out. Special thanks to Maija for making the usually stressful planning process seen like a piece of cake. Couldn't thank her enough.

To say that The Club at Grandezza and their staff exceeded our expectations would truly be an understatement. Maija and the entire staff made our day beyond perfect from beginning to end.

My bridesmaids and I got to the wedding venue in the morning and walked into our beautiful bridal suite which already had pastries, fruit, champagne and water set up for us. A member of the staff was there bright and early with us and constantly checked in on all of us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. As I was getting my makeup done in the bridal suite, my makeup artist made a comment about how she loves coming to Grandezza because of how large the bridal suite is and how great the natural lighting is. We had up to 20 people in the bridal suite at one point and not once did it feel crowded. It was truly the most perfect space.

Maija is truly an 11/10 to work with! She was always readily available to answer any questions and make updates to anything as needed. After the wedding ceremony, my husband and I were going to be taking couple’s photos around their beautifully maintained property. Maija had a golf cart waiting out front to drive us and our photographers around, so we wouldn’t have to walk. She and her assistant went above and beyond by making to-go boxes of our hors d'oeuvres, so we could snack on those while driving around. They also had a cooler on the golf cart that had cold wet towels (we got married just over a week ago, and this September heat is no joke), bottles of water and champagne. She also handed us an electric fan, so we could cool ourselves off. My husband and I were SO impressed and truly grateful because something “so small” made a huge impact on our day. Our photographers even made a comment on the back of the cart saying that they’ve never seen a property go above and beyond in this way for couples they’ve worked with, and that they now know where they’re going to get married one day. Maija is truly a rockstar, and so talented at what she does!

I also want to mention how great Grandezza’s chef is. All of the hors d'oeuvres, the salads, the main courses were so delicious. Our guests made comments throughout the night about how this was by far the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. He was also very accommodating to our guest’s dietary restrictions which helped put my mind at ease. My husband and I had donuts delivered to the property, and the chef and his team set up the donuts so beautifully and made them look amazing.

I can confidently say choosing The Club at Grandezza as our wedding venue was one of the BEST decisions we made. I absolutely can not recommend this venue enough. It is so beautiful, well maintained, and has the most wonderful staff!

Everyone at the location was professional, respond very quickly to questions and flexible with our schedule. Maija was our coordinator she was just easy to work with and made great recommendations. Our wedding day was perfect, it’s FL and raining season, she already had back up plans for the rain, the ceremony was moved to inside within minutes. Thank you for a great day. The Club at Grandezza was such an amazing venue for our wedding. We were truly able to make the day ours. We had amazing service prior to the wedding while getting ready and Nikee was always just around the corner when we needed something. She was also very quick to help make the necessary changes since it did end up raining but still made it the most amazing day. The wedding went so smoothly and the service staff couldn't have been more fantastic. We truly did get everything we asked for when it came to requests. I highly recommend The Club at Grandezza for any type of wedding!

We were in awe when we first toured this venue and so were our guests on the wedding day! The design is elegant inside and out. We cannot thank Nikki and her team enough. Nikki was in contact throughout the entire planning progress and provided great suggestions - she is a true professional. Grandezza is a beautiful ceremony and reception site. We received many compliments from guest that it was "the most beautiful wedding they've ever been too". Lance, the event coordinator at Grandezza is so easy to work with and makes all wedding dreams come true. Lance is so easy going and just wants couples to have the best day on their wedding day. He checked in on me multiple times during the wedding day to make sure everything was going well and I was okay throughout the day. Giving me peace of mind that everything was going as planned with all the vendors as well. I don't want to leave out how friendly the staff is, every person I came in contact with was beyond friendly and made me feel so welcome and special. I wouldn't of wanted my wedding anywhere else other than Grandezza!

The Club at Grandezza was everything I wanted in a venue. It was gorgeous and had everything we needed. Lance did an incredible job at making sure everything was perfect and added extra elements to make it even more beautiful. As a wedding planner, I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to relax the day of but Lance ensured that I could. It was so beautiful!

First off - Grandezza is absolutely stunning. There are so many options to structure your day and it's close to hotels and the airport!

I'm sure everyone says these things about their venue / wedding planner...but there are great planners and then there is Lance.

He was so above and beyond from day ONE. I never felt like I wasn't taken care of. I trusted him. He helped keep me calm and helped us make great decisions for the day. 2020 was a little stressful to say the least (lol hello covid and like a gazillion FL hurricanes), but Lance always had a plan for us.

I don't think anything went wrong day of honestly. And well if something went wrong, it was obviously taken care of and I was none the wiser.

The little stuff I got grumpy about too Lance just handled with ease.

He was prompt, on time, beyond generous to me and my entire family, and did so many little "extras" to make us feel special and really taken care of. When my husband and I were walking around to all the tables to say hi, he even took our food away to make sure it stayed hot for us - what a guy. But literally he did like 100000 things like that. He just had our backs and the most genuine "i got you" attitude ever. He also kept checking in with my mom nonstop too!

I also wish I knew his staff's names because they were all such lovely humans and kept bringing us more champagne and apps and it was just awesome. They were very attentive, prompt, and kept everything nice!

I highly recommend the Club at Grandezza for your wedding. We had my daughters wedding there and it was so beautiful. The staff is awesome, especially Lance, their event coordinator. He will make sure everything goes off without a hitch! The food was so delicious and beautifully presented. The Club just had a makeover and is done in a light and contemporary color palette that is elegant. Don’t hesitate! You will be very pleased.

Having my wedding at Grandezza was one of the best decisions I made! Lance was beyond fantastic and the staff at Grandezza were second to none. Not to mention that the venue is absolutely gorgeous! What an amazing experience with Grandezza. Lance went above and beyond to make sure our day was the very best. Even with the covid situation, it was truly amazing. The comments I received about my daughters wedding (8/1/20) repeatedly included the word “impeccable.”
Other venues we considered were Gulf Harbour and Sanibel Harbour, but we definitely made the right choice with Grandezza and Lance was a large part of that decision to use Grandezza. Lance made my daughter’s day like a fairy tale. The guests were thrilled with the wedding, the food, the entire experience. Lance was flexible and attentive, even when I added an after dinner course just days before the wedding and when I texted him From the limo the day of the wedding about two extra surprise guests. No problem. Biggest surprise? How much the guests loved and enjoyed the terrace outside of the ballroom.
My daughter had her fairy tale wedding. We made a few adjustments to cocktail hour due to Covid restrictions, but the day was amazing nevertheless. Grandezza is a stunning venue (newly renovated), the food is organic and delicious and best of all was Lance the wedding coordinator. The remodeled clubhouse is incredibly beautiful and is the perfect place for a wedding. But what makes this experience exceptional is working with Lance and his team. Lance was incredibly accommodating for all of our ideas and was so enthusiastic about making our experience great. He went above and beyond for us and helped plan my dream wedding. The food was also delicious and Lance made sure we could customize the menu to be exactly what we wanted. We have some severe food allergies in the family, and Grandezza was able to make accommodations with no problems.

Lance Fletcher, Grandezza’s director of banquets & catering services, was absolutely outstanding to work with and the venue itself was equally amazing. My husband and I are very organized type-A teachers, and my mom & dad never miss a detail...if we could let our hair down and put everything in Lance’s hands the day of, you can too! He had my timeline memorized backward and forward and was leading me through the day with gentle check-ins. (Something that I would trust next to no one with- but I didn’t check for the time once on the big day- I knew he’d have me where I needed to be!) A few weeks after the wedding we were out with friends and learned one of our guy friends ran into a water-filled four foot tall foot glass vase with floating candles causing it to shatter on the floor just outside the ballroom- no one in my family, including my four nieces and two nephews that were running everywhere that night, even knew it happened... my friend said the staff had it cleaned up and vacuumed before the next song came on. Lance simply took care of it.

My wedding ceremony was at a nearby church at noon, and hair and makeup started at 6am- Lance and the kitchen staff had breakfast sandwiches and fruit ready for us when we walked in the door at 5:45am- and he was happily there with a smile at the very end of the night as my parents enjoyed a nightcap in the lobby after the last guests had left. Guys, he’s amazing. From the first day of planning together, to the countless calls and emails he responded to in record time, to keeping us all sane the day of- truly a joy to work with. The venue is gorgeous- and so clean and well taken-care of! (Not a paid review, no discounts etc., just had to spread the word about what a great experience we had!) Thanks Lance!

Best decision I ever made was booking my wedding here. I was so nervous how to plan a wedding or what to do but Lance made me feel at ease and made EVERYTHING SO EASY! I would like to say Grandezza in Estero FL is one of the most beautiful venues I have ever seen. My partner and I hosted our ceremony and reception at Grandezza 11.19. It was the only venue we looked at when our search, we immediately fell in love. The pictures DO NOT do this place justice. When met with the Banquet Director, Lance Fletcher he was so great. We booked our wedding venue and left feeling so happy, confident and taken cared of. My partner said throughout the entire wedding planning process that made her feel calm and undoubtedly thrilled we chose Grandezza. Lance made everything so easy for us, he helped with tasks and make decisions that not part of his job description. He and his team made everything possible for us. Lance went out of his way to make us happy and confident in all of the planning process.
Fast forward to rehearsal night, Lance and his Assistant Stephanie were incredible. They were extremely organized, professional, easy going, and fun! My wedding party who half are going through their own wedding planning mode, were super impressed with them and the overall experience that night.

From the moment I walked in the venue I was blown away. Lance and his team had a few things set up already. It was such nice experience to see the day progress and all the details coming to life. Lance added final touches to the decor and I absolutely loved it, but most importantly he understood my vision. They made those nerve wracking hours before walking down the aisle absolutely wonderful, effortless and calm.When it was time to walk down the aisle, Lance was ready! I can tell in his eyes he was really happy and excited for us. Reception time!!! The setup, the food, the SERVICE, we were speechless. Everything was more beautiful than we ever could have expected. We love Lance, his team and Grandezza! We truly do not have one bad thing that comes to mind. They were more responsive than any of my other vendors and they absolutely CRUSHED my big day. Huge success down to everything being organized and flowing so smoothly. The facility is brand new from its recent rennovation with light, bright colors and a clean finish. The light fixtures are absolutely gorgeous and will go with any wedding style. I went with simple style, mostly white, and added greenery and the event was simply GORGEOUS in the building. I highly highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable yet gorgeous wedding and to get the most bang for their buck!! The food was INCREDIBLE to say the least. My husband and I are STILL talking about our filet mignon and I'm sure we will do so for the rest of our lives. BOOK HERE if you want the wedding of a lifetime!

I had my wedding 2 weeks ago at the Grandezza. It was everything I could have imagined. I highly recommend Lance and his team. They went above and beyond to make sure my day was perfect and it truly was!

Grandezza delivered! My now husband and I wanted a mix of things and just couldn't fall inlove with any of the other venues we visited. What do you do when you want a mix of gorgeous, clean, simple, awe-inspiring... neat yet natural looking garden, whimsical yet professional, magazine worthy. This venue is absolutely stunning! As soon as we saw the venue and met the staff our hearts were set! We had our rehearsal dinner, Ceremony and Reception at Grandezza and with a February wedding I mean this was a dream come true. The weather and temperature was perfect, however they do have an EASY and just as beautiful, still outdoors, solution to a rainy day. Taking that stressor of the "outdoor venue" completely away, and it's NOT a tent! Johna was so great to work with, she was there to help us every step along the way. She worked seamlessly with my wedding planner. She was always quick in responding and always so informative with any questions I had. She is very detail oriented and so sweet. She also helped my planner to make sure all ran smoothly and everything was just as I hoped it would be the day of the wedding. Our family LOVED her and were so thankful to have her there with us that day. I must also add how great Chef Albert is. All of our guests complimented the food. We had guests asking where this was catered from, what kind of dishes these were etc, just that amazing! PS: Guests love food guys! I would recommend this venue to every bride no matter your style, it just WORKS! 100% Grandezza fan!

Where do I start? Oh yeah, Johna! She by far made my day perfect! Hands down Johna is the person you want when coordinating a wedding. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went according to plan and everything ran smooth. I truly believe Johna is the best at what she does! The club was clean and spacious for my 100 guests, the outdoor garden was maintained nicely and beautiful, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was good, and the best part was that the clubhouse was closed off just for us so it really felt special. I still have guests complimenting me on my wedding and how friendly the staff was and how nice everything went from the ceremony outside, to the cocktail hour, all the way to the reception inside. Everything was beautiful I couldn't have done it without the help from Johna and the Club at Grandezza. Thank you very much!

We did it! Julio and I got married April 29, 2017 at the most beautiful venue. Grandezza was everything we dreamed off and more. The entire staff was professional, caring, and made sure our day was perfect. Johna, our wedding coordinator was excellent, responsible, reachable, and truly made it all come together beautifully. I can’t praise her enough, Thank you so very much Johna.

I cannot begin to tell you how wonderful The Club at Grandezza is for your wedding. We had such an amazing experience with the whole panning staff, Johna, and all the staff at the Grandezza. Johna is so amazing and works with you through everything, she always responded to each email I would send her, as I was planning from out of state for most of our engagement. They always worked around my crazy schedule and changes of many things. The rehearsal, Johna helped out amazingly and knew exactly what to say and do. She got it all done fast and efficient. When the day finally came she was amazing at helping me get things set up early in the morning, the staff had already done all the tables, chairs, linens, table settings the night before, it looked so amazing and exactly what I had pictured that I started to cry of happiness. Everything went so amazing and as planned. It was all a breeze and she always remembered the smallest details, I could not have done this day without all of her help. Right after the ceremony, during our bridal party pictures, she took the flower decor and lantern used and moved them into the reception room to be used again and set it all up perfectly. The FOOD WAS SO AMAZING!! They set some extra appetizers from the cocktail hour on our bridal party table since we were taking pictures during that time, which was seriously some of the best food I've ever tasted. I received so many compliments about how amazing the food was.

Having my wedding at Grandezza was a dream come true. The location is absolutely stunning! As soon as I saw the venue and met the staff my heart was set. We had both our Ceremony and Reception at Grandezza and it couldn't have turned out more perfect.

Johna and her team above all were so great to work with and Johna was there to help us every step along the way. She was always quick in responding and always so informative with any questions I had- she is seriously just amazing. She is also very detail oriented and was there to make sure even the smallest details were thought about. She also made sure all ran smoothly and everything was just as I hoped it would be the day of the wedding. Our family LOVED her and were so thankful to have her there with us that day.

I must also add how great Chef Albert is. He sat down with us during our food tasting to make sure we LOVED all of it! So many of our guests complimented the food. We even had guests say it was one of the best plates they have ever had! I still think about my meal and how much I loved it!

The staff even helped us come up with some delicious signature drinks that matched the winter theme of our wedding. So many guests enjoyed them!

I would recommend this venue to ANYONE. Our wedding day was truly the best day EVER!

The club at grandezza was everything and more I could have imagined for my wedding. I highly recommend this venue. Johna and Albert were a dream to work with. Johna is simply amazing from her attentiveness, guidance, suggestions, and her overall personality - a bride could not get luckier. Albert is the amazinf chef who created magic, everyone LOVED the food! Food at a wedding is iffy but, not at ours. We were so lucky to have the privledge of working with staff at club at grandezza and you will be too! My sincerest thanks for the best night of my life !

We got married 4/23/16 at Grandezza. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue. Amanda was MORE than amazing! She was so responsive while planning our wedding, telling me she could take care of a lot of our DIY things. I am not sure if she ever said no to us. The day of she made me feel so at ease. Checking in to see how me and my girls are doing. I can't sing her praise enough! The food was amazing and our guest raved! The head chef was amazing as well. Overall, our wedding day was perfect and a huge part of that is the staff at Grandezza. We are so excited to have spent our special day there and it will forever be a memorable one!

Working with Johna Lesieur is a must! As the Mother of the Bride I was a bundle of nerves. Johna took care of all the little details I forgot. She is amazing.

Booking our wedding on 12.13.14 at the Grandezza was the best choice we had made, from day one we were blown away with how beautiful the outdoor garden is and when you walk into the Country club the décor is very elegant and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Ashley Kilmer took our vision and made it reality anything and anything I could think of she was happy to do. Her staff set up all of the tables, décor, linens, candy buffet, etc. They also boxed everything up after the wedding which made it so simple for us to pick up the following day. The Food is AMAZING!!!! leaves your mouth watering all of our guests complimented how wonderful the food tasted. We also chose to go with as many of the vendors on the recommended vendor list because they have worked with the Grandezza in the past nd things went very smoothly.

I searched over 20 venues from Cape Coral to Naples, after looking at the Grandezza, my search was over!! This venue was perfect in every way!! Our wedding and reception all on site, turned out absolutely perfect, and the staff was amazing!!

My husband and I worked with Ashley at The Club at Grandezza. She was flexible to our needs, quick to reply and overall very professional. She is great at what she does and couldn't ask for someone better to work with and the Club House/ Garden was amazingly beautiful and stunning. Also it was very clean and the staff was very polite and outstanding. We had a garden ceremony and indoor reception, sparkler exit and they managed the food/drinks. appearance they seem similar to the Strands (which we loved but they were out of our price range), Ashley worked with us on the cost and couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We had an amazing wedding at Grandezza! Ashley, the event coordinator, was extremely helpful and saw to that our day was special and worry-free. Ashley Kilmer and her team are nothing short of perfect! From the first meeting, to planning, to the day of my wedding, every need of mine was met. Ashley always responded to my emails or calls in a timely (quick actually) manner. She went above and beyond with any questions or concern that I had. She made my whole wedding experience an enjoyable one. She also eliminated a lot of stress because I knew that my special day was in good hands.

They day of the wedding went off without a hitch! She kept to the timeline perfectly and made sure that all of our guests were taken care of. She even helped calm my little 15 month old girl down before she sent her down the aisle. My other vendors even complimented me and said that Ashley and her team are such a joy to work with because she always has everything perfectly together!

Also, the grounds and clubhouse are BEAUTIFUL! I was told that my wedding was one of, if not the best, weddings that my guests have been to! The food was even excellent and all cooked to the perfect temperature.

Ashley Kilmer at the Club at Grandezza is an amazing young lady that listens to all of your needs and delivers a well organized party. Hands down the best place to have a wedding!!!! This was the first place I looked at and wanted to book right there but looked at a few more places just to be sure and NOTHING compared. Not only is the venue spectacular, gorgeous, and perect, but Sean is AMAZING. He is the reason we booked with Grandezza. He truely wants you to be happy and caterers to the bride and groom. I had guests come up to me and tell me how great Sean was. He handles everything and does so much behind the scenes work. If anything went wrong at our wedding, I don't know about it because he would have taken care of it all. He is fun and welcoming and everything was perfect from the first day of meeting. We were welcome to come to the venue to look around whenever we wanted. I loved this place so much we had my bridal shower there. My bridesmaids and my mom and I came early the morning of my wedding and hung out and got ready there and the staff was amazing. They brought us anything we could need! Also, the day of the wedding I didn't have to do any of the setting up. I gave them the place cards, favors, centerpieces and everything was set up for us! It truly is a remarkable place to get married and our wedding wouldn't be half of what it was without Sean and the staff at Grandezza. You won't be disappointed!!!!!!

From the moment we walked in, from planning to the big day, the way the Sean and his staff made us feel was wonderful! We did not feel any stress when it came to ceremony and reception venue, everything was just taken care of for us! The staff was so attentive the day of- it was just perfect!

Grandezza is a beautiful country club to have your wedding at. The garden area where you get married is beautiful. The inside of the club house looks like a million bucks, it's very ornate. Sean (the man who makes it all happen) is the most professional and amazing. He makes the whole process of doing everything simple and is always there for you when you have a question. His staff is the same staff for years. The food is amazing. Everything gets ordered two days before the wedding and they make everything from scratch - from their salad dressings to their sauces. I would highly recommend this wedding location to anyone.

Grandezza offers such a beautiful site to be married and hold your reception. I was married in their lovely garden and it was a great experience. The food was exceptional and the event went so smoothly. Shawn coordinted the wedding and was a great help with everything.

The Club at Grandezza is a truly elegant reception location. Sean Hines, the coordinator of events, took fabulous care of me and strove to meet all my requirements and desires. I truly felt I was the only person he had to take care of. He was personally on hand the day of my wedding to ensure everything went according to plan. Plus, he himself has a delightful personality that immediately puts you at ease. It was a joy to work with him, and everything was stunningly beautiful.

I am so happy that I had my wedding at Grandezza. My ceremony was in the garden and everyone commented on how unique and beautiful it was. The ballroom was gorgeous also with big windows overlooking the pool. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly . The coordinator Sean was also the BEST! He was very responsive and accommodated all my needs. Also, the food was amazing.

Remarkable venue--beautiful setting. Elegant. Food outstanding (our guests continually commented on the amazing quality of the food--Albert (the chef) worked with us to create a flavor for the dishes that was not 'standard'--and there was no extra fee for his remarkable skills. The wedding cake table is unique, and adds to the elegance. Johna Lesieur was a delight to work with, accommodating our requests and facilitating our needs (including a baby grand piano in one location for the 'cocktail' portion, and moved into the dining area for the sit-down meal). Only downside--we had an afternoon wedding (1 pm) and were not able to set up any of the tables (we had unique centerpieces to be set-up for each table) until the day of the wedding--this made the morning of the wedding a little crazy. This does not alter our opinion that this is a fabulous venue. We are so glad that we held the wedding reception at the Grandezza!! There is a $2000 facility charge (in addition to the food and beverage). This allows access to the grounds in front, and the complete use of the facility with ONLY wedding reception invitees. Well worth the fee. [Wedding was in early November of 2016.]

Ashley and the Grandezza team did a fantastic job. Ashley made my dream wedding come true and she was very understanding to our budget and needs. Grandezza made the night seem flawless and the venue/ceremony garden is a treasure. The grounds were kept pristine and the reception hall was very classic and elegant. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue! All my guests loved the food too! Thank you for a great wedding!

Everything was beautiful. Exactly what we wanted. The food was amazing. Definately would reccommned to anybody who wants the "wow factor" for their wedding. Our guests were all treated with respect and we were kept well informed on every detail. Thank you Laurie and staff!

The staff at the Grandezza make everything extremely easy. They are professional and kind. You can bring in your own outside vendors, or they have a list of recommended vendors if you don't know where to start. They must cater the event however. The setting is private and gorgeous. It was so stress-free working with them that I would never want to get married at another location.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Sean, the director, made my wedding day VERY hassel free. He acted as if he was my professional assistant while also handling any problems that I didn't even know about! The food was excellent and the atmosphere was exquisite. My day went flawlessly because of the Grandezza staff....I would recommend them to anyone!

The service at the club is phenomenal. The clubhouse is a beautiful backdrop for any event. The staff is courteous and professional. They were easy to work with. Ashley had great ideas that enhanced our event. Ashley is extremely responsive to emails. The food was wonderful. We received many compliments about the food and the service. We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding. We would absolutely recommend the club, Ashley, and Ana to any brides, as well as any person interested in throwing a party. We were very blessed to have our wedding at the club.

This place is fantastic. My husband (fiance at the time) and I went to Gradezza and did think we could afford to have a wedding there because of how beauitful it was. We talked with the coordinator and when she told us the prices we were shocked, it was such a great deal! Not only that the people there are great to work with. Very professional, friendly, and flexible. I would reccomend this to any bride!!

My wife and I appreciated the staff at Grandezza’s aid during all elements of the wedding planning process. Sadie was particularly helpful, compassionate and thoughtful. The food was great, service staff as well. We would recommend Grandezza to any couples searching for a wedding venue in SWFL.

This venue was absolutely wonderful! Everything was very professional. Easy to work with and flexible about menu and beverage options. Great accommodations for the bridal party and guests. Everyone was very pleased with everything, and of course the maintenance and beauty of the venue.

Grandezza was a really good choice for a wedding venue in terms of budget, location and accessibility for out of town folks. Wedding venue coordinators (Sadie and Myla) were great, always responsive, always helpful! The only small issue was the bridal suite the morning of the wedding. There were food and glass on the floor and we could not notify a staff member to clean it up until after we had clean it. I would make a recommendation that the bridal and groom suites are cleaned up the night before and verified the morning after.

Let’s just say the many cons to this venue out weigh the pros. There were lots of discussions that took place and alot of the agreements that were made were not honored. During the meetings the impression made was “we as a venue and team will make your day perfect.” Obviously we knew perfection was impossible but simple professionalism was at least expected.

When we first contacted the venue we met with the banquets team coordinator, Peace. Peace was incredible and we were sold on the Venue. After extensive searching we decided on this venue even with the so called “cons” list we had made. The date was not set yet but Peace had promised to hold our spot for a certain amount of days. We tried to contact Peace again to find an alternative date availability, but after a few emails and phone calls we found out she was on her holiday. After two weeks we finally heard from her again and we were able to schedule a phone conversation to complete the process and have another in person meeting. Once the phone call conversation happened we quickly learned we were no longer in contact with Peace but a new banquets coordinator, Maija. Maija came off just as nice so we weren’t too bothered by the change. The two week silence did leave us slightly nerved but we let it go. When we finally met on the agreed upon date to complete the food tasting and meet Maija it was a chef who greeted us and lead the food tasting. The food tasting was as good as it could be and we were able to choose our meals with specific sides and alterations, so we thought. The chef wrote down all of these accommodations and that’s when Maija appeared at the very end and took over the meeting. She wrote up the contract and reviewed the menu with us again. We had made and extensive amount of changes and made sure she understood it. We asked some questions about the contract, put down the deposit and thought nothing of it. The menu was written out by the chef by hand but was never translated into writing to us the way we agreed upon. We discussed a few family vendors that would be incorporated in the wedding and there were no specific instructions for what they would need the day of. Maija was not very clear on these details and we were coming into the week of the wedding completely oblivious to the details that would significantly impact our day. Maija and her manager were very particular the week of, without mentioning these factors before. Yes, these components were in the contract but to hide such significant elements of a wedding in small print is sneaky. There should have been specific instructions verbally addressed way before the wedding week. Even simply to bold or underline the specific instructions and major parts.

The day of the wedding we were not allowed to serve a quarter of our dessert variety. Desserts is one of biggest parts of our Slavic weddings as we do not serve alcohol. So you can imagine our distress when we were informed about this. Even the simplest thing like macaroons! Another surprise we encountered was the table cloth on the sweetheart tables and cake table was a silver, glittery, disco ball material. This was not at all what was wanted and thankful the wedding coordinator we hired knew the bride well enough to ask if that’s what was wanted and immediately altered it to white as we had told Maija originally to do for all of the tables. The other significant event we did not expect to occur was the meals were not served as we had previously discussed. The meals were not served in the correct manner that was carefully thought out by the required place cards, with meal indicators. Guests who asked for Salmon were given Steak or vice versa. The servers were confused and over worked the entire night. They were carefully instructed last minute, by our own wedding coordinator, since Maija was no where to be found and clearly she did not explain the meal indicators to any of the employees. I say “clearly” since the wedding coordinator we hired found the servers standing around questioning all the place cards with the meal indicator in them. Our coordinator had to show them pictures of the final walk through document that was sent to Maija days in advance, as required. Thankfully we had hired a wedding coordinator and had sent her all the info we sent Maija as a precaution. We could not find Maija during the serving process at all and when we did she kept showing us the paper that we agreed upon for the menus. This menu, I must add did not incorporate any sides we had discussed and was not even signed with our signature at the bottom. We had also ordered and paid for an additional six meals to serve to our family members who would want more food. We specifically informed Maija about this matter and had asked it be set at the first table and this was never completed.
There are no words to describe the amount of hurt and distraught we were in from these instances. There was no apology from anyone on the banquets team. Hence the professionalism statement in the beginning of the review. If you have made it this far in the review then please carefully choose your wedding venue! This venue is gorgeous and has so much potential to be immaculate. However, the lack of professionalism and simply the lack of honest employees is concerning. The process months before the wedding seemed so smooth but do not be fooled and make sure to double, triple check every written word to make sure you notice any mistakes. There were many back and forth emails on different mistakes that were made in the invoice. Thankfully many of them were caught by just reading more carefully but those mistakes could have costs thousands of dollars. For such an expensive venue the last thing we thought we would encounter is unprofessionalism. Be warned.

When my husband and I were looking at venues 13 months prior to our wedding, Grandezza failed to disclosed that they would be going through a major renovation for the next year. Around July we were finally informed that they were going to doing a major renovation effecting their entire clubhouse. We were promised from day 1 that it would be complete in October. When we went for our final tasting in September the clubhouse was completely destroyed. Once again the swore it would be done in October and with neither of us knowing about construction, we believed them. It was not until 2 weeks before the wedding that Grandezza reached out to us wanting to go over some details. I was greeted by a crane and several dumpsters in the entry. There was still no flooring, light fixtures, trim, all the things you expect for a venue. I walked around the venue with a representative from Grandezza and my wedding planner figuring out how we could make this work because it was not enough time to move the wedding. This then lead to the next two weeks of nothing but stress when we had originally picked this venue because it was so easy. I understand that construction deadlines happen, however we should have been notifed right away when the October completetion date was missed. This would have allowed us sometime to make a new plan. They were horrible with communication and keeping in tough. In the end they pulled it together for the most part, minus their beautiful bar area that we had been promised ( and paid for) and the candeliers. The guest were non the wiser the day of and all thought it looked great. However, we were still nickled and dimed and changed full price when they did not provide all they had promised and had completely changed their interior decor that no longer matched our theme. Overall, choosing Grandezza was my biggest wedding regret. Please save yourself the stress and heartache and go anywhere else.
