Hiring The Class was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the very beginning, Gabe was an absolute pleasure to work with — professional, kind, responsive, and just so cool. Every interaction with him and the band made us more excited for the big day, and they still managed to exceed every single expectation we had.
The talent in this group is unreal, every member brought such energy and skill to the performance, and our guests will always be raving about how incredible the band was. The range of songs they played was amazing, and they kept the dance floor full all night long. They even let a few of our family members jump in and sing with them, which was such a fun, special touch. Truly above and beyond!
I also have to mention how much we appreciated the attention to detail — they showed up in sleek black suits, which added such a classy, elevated look to the evening. And the lighting! I had asked about it beforehand, but they went the extra mile and brought a lighting tech who totally transformed the space. It made such a difference, and we were so touched by the extra effort.
The Class helped make our wedding feel like a dream. We only wish we could go back and spend more time on the dance floor! From the bottom of my heart: you will NOT regret hiring this band. They’re everything you could want and more.

Gabe and The Class were such a joy to work with. They're a tight band with an amazing and extensive song list to choose from and top of the line equipment. They're super nice and genuinely wanted to do whatever they could to make us as happy as possible. They even learned a song I had written for my bride and then backed me up as I surprised her by playing it for her during the wedding. They really went above and beyond.The Class's reply:

Gabe and his team were excellent. They provided appropriate music during the dinner hour but then picked up the pace when it was time to dance. The dance floor was always packed with our guests and family of all ages. They were so helpful not only with the reception but assisted with the audio for our ceremony and provided additional music for the cocktail hour.
They were professional to deal with and had a very extensive song list. Once we completed their music feedback form- it was "set it and forget it" for us. We couldn't have been happier and our guests loved the music. A wonderful addition to our very special day. -

From the first email to the last song of the night The Class were incredible.
Most importantly, The Class has an incredible sound and kept the energy high the entire night. Jameson filled in for Gabe as the lead and knocked it out the park. The dance floor was full every minute they were out there. They have an extensive song selection and nailed the new ones we requested. Many guests asked us who they were and how we managed to find such an excellent band.
We also asked The Class to learn a new acoustic song to play my wife down the aisle and they did a beautiful job - they gave me a moment I'll never forget.
Logistically Gabe was incredibly responsive, communicative, and thoughtful. He answered all of our questions promptly and even pulled it off when we asked to add another piece close to showtime.
Gabe, Jameson and crew - sincerely, thank you. I hope I have the chance to hire The Class again. -

We hired The Class for our wedding this past June, and they were absolutely incredible. Gabe was in constant communication with us from the moment we booked them until leading up to the wedding to make sure we were able to capture just what we wanted, staying on top of every little detail. Their performance at our wedding was high energy and they kept our guests on the dance floor the entire night. Jameson, the front man and MC, was a true professional. He knew how to engage the crowd, his vocals were fantastic, and he effortlessly guided the flow of the evening. I had requested a unique song that was not on their setlist ("Me and Julio Down by the Schoolyard") for my first dance with my father, and he and the band did a fabulous job-they even threw in some awesome gritos (Mexican vocal cry/shot) like in the original song. We received so many compliments from our guests about how amazing the band was. If you're looking for a talented, professional, and fun band for any event, I highly recommend The Class! -

Gabe and his band simply made the wedding.
From the get go, they were a super easy vendor to work with. Extremely responsive. Didn't need much guidance at all, and they worked with us for all our song requests. We had them play the ceremony too. They did acoustic covers of processional music we chose with two guitars.
For the reception dinner, They played really great soft style covers that made it felt like dining at a fancy restaurant. But when it came time to dancing, they Rocked! It was a great mix of old classics and new pop and dance music. Everything from Springsteen to Lizzo.
Gabe's got a subdued style as an MC and lets the music do the work. But he was on it making announcements, introducing the couple and moving the night along from speeches, to dances, to cake cutting. They even played happy birthday for my wife's grandmother, which was very special.
My best man is a professional pianist, and they had no problem letting him come on stage to play a song, which really meant a lot to me. And they played some traditional Jewish celebration music to get us dancing.
A DJ just wouldn't have been the same. The wedding turned out exactly the way we wanted it to and it was thanks to the Class.The Class's reply:

Stop what you're doing and book these guys. They played our wedding in Palm Springs in early March 2024 and absolutely lit the place on fire (in a good way). They were so great to work with along the way, responsive and accommodating, and their pricing is very reasonable compared to other wedding bands. Most importantly, they managed to get every single person at our wedding onto the dancefloor, including a few 90+ year olds and some very, very socially awkward friends of friends...
Some highlights:
- Gabe is great to work with. Very flexible and accomodating
- They played our ceremony and cocktail hour too and were very tasteful
- They crafted a perfect setlist taking our recommendations into account while also using their expertise to play what 'works'. They just made it all happen and it was great!
Our wedding guests are still buzzing to us about how great the band was. Need I say more??The Class's reply:

We decided to go with The Class after seeing them at a friends wedding. We knew they were fabulous at performing and we enjoyed and danced to the band’s music all night long. What was super fun to learn is how kind, cool and professional their team is to work with for our own wedding at the Alila Marea in San Diego. We loved every interaction, especially with Gabe! We added a DJ (through The Class) which was a fun way to end the night and have heard from our friends and family they loved the music which was a key component of making our night special. Stop searching, you've found your band!
The Class are the absolutely PERFECT wedding band. We have been dancing to them for years at so many amazing events. We gave them minimal direction and they absolutely crushed everything. What sets Gabe and co apart from other wedding bands is their attention to detail for the little things, the music they played during dinner was perfect and every song transitioned to the next. Gabe was also incredibly responsive during the entire process. They had never done an international wedding and did not hesitate to come down to Mexico for us. They also handled all the communication with our DJ for equipment and kept us out of the details (which as you know is a rare and awesome trait in a wedding vendor). We cannot recommend the Class enough! Stop searching, you've found your band!The Class's reply:

My husband and I worked with The Class for our wedding at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu. THEY WERE AMAZING and exactly what we were looking for. Gabe was so friendly, easy to communicate with, and quick to respond which is always a huge plus when planning a wedding. The band learned 2 songs for us, one of which they learned for both the processional (instrumental) and then played at the end of the reception (with vocals). They kept everyone dancing all night and played a variety of genres / eras to keep all of the guests singing along. They already had our first dance song on their list which was even more perfect. So many of my friends and family have told me how much they loved our band. I would recommend to everyone!! -

My husband and I had such a great experience with the Class Band at our recent wedding at the Stanly Ranch in Napa. Before finding the Class Band, I struggled to find a band that sounded great, had a wide repertoire and wasn't cheesy. As soon as I found the Class Band by some stroke of luck, I knew they were right for us! Leading up to the big day, Gabe was responsive, organized and flexible. They agreed to do our wedding even though it meant driving overnight to their next wedding the following day, which blew me away! They sent their extensive song list and allowed us to choose songs for them to play live, but we were able to use our own Spotify playlists for cocktail hour, breaks, etc. which was the perfect setup! If that wasn't enough, they also learned several new songs to play live for our parent dances that sounded great. The band did an amazing job all night -- people were having a blast on the dance floor (my husband was even crowd surfing at one point) and we got so many compliments from friends and family about the band's sound. They pulled off everything from Whitney Houston to the Weeknd and everything in between. They also did a great job acting as MC / announcer. We couldn't be happier with our experience with the Class Band and hope our paths cross again in the future. -

The Class was the perfect entertainment for our wedding! We loved their vibe and energy from the first time we met them. Given we had multiple sites at our venue for us to have music and entertainment throughout the course of the day, they were able to be flexible and offer lots of options, from gear, mics, sound systems, live music, and recorded. The best part was the reception, where we had 7+ band members on stage bringing down the house! Everyone was really impressed, and we couldn't believe the sound quality, it felt like the level of a professional production.

Gabe and The Class Band are FIRST CLASS and the greatest!! They were recommended to me by our wedding venue, and booking them was one of the first things I did early on because I know how important it is to secure wedding entertainment. And these guys, for good reason, book up FAST! They will play anything and everything, and everyone has a fabulous time when they're singing and playing the tunes! Our wedding was a dream come true, and we are so grateful to have had them there entertaining all of our guests! -

We hired The Class Band for our wedding at the Wilshire Ebell in Los Angeles this February. They were SO awesome and fun! We added some instruments (I believe we had an 8 or 9 piece band) which made it even cooler. These guys are truly incredible musicians and they really kept the party going. We had people dancing on the dance floor until the last song! They were easy to communicate with and they have a HUGE selection of songs they can play. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a band to play your wedding! -

When we first discussed our wedding in the infancy of its planning stages—one thing that was important to my husband and I was that we really wanted a live band. We had been to many weddings previously where the dance floor had been a bust for varying reasons—guests, time of day, availability of alcohol, quality of DJ—but a continuous theme we had found was that weddings with a live band helped keep the energy up and the dance floor populous. Which is all we wanted! A fun dance party with our friends and family. When we began our search, our wedding planner pointed us in the direction of The Class and it was love at first set list. We spent an hour reading over their set list and every few seconds we’d say out loud “We LOVE that song! We love THAT song!!!” They even had “This Will Be Our Year” by the Zombies which we had no idea was even a possibility for wedding band repertoires! Their vibe, their video examples, and their varying range of songs were obviously perfect from the get go. And working with them from there was even more amazing! Gabe was so responsive by email and so flexible in helping us musically design the evening we dreamed of. Many years ago we joked about going right from our first dance into “I’m a Believer” and getting the whole floor dancing—and that dream came true thanks to The Class! Gabe also navigated our “between sets” Spotify playlists like a champ and made our ceremony musical cues go off without a hitch. Guests of all ages loved hitting the dance floor when The Class played and the energy never dipped! We can’t recommend The Class enough for all your event’s musical needs! -

The Class was responsible for all the music at our wedding (May 11, 2019)—ceremony, cocktail hour, dance party—as well as all microphones / speakers needed for our officiant during the ceremony and toasts during the reception. Hands down, they were the easiest vendor to work with! We gave them a sense of what kind of music we liked / wanted to hear, and they ran with it. After our wedding, friends and family still remark on how much they loved the acoustic set for our ceremony (all Beatles tunes) and cocktail hour; for the dance party after the reception, the band jammed with the groom's uncle and that was also a huge hit. Gabe, the front man we dealt with from day one, was fantastic and honored all of our unique requests, including having a bridesmaid sing our first dance and learning "our song" to be played later in the evening. Really can't recommend The Class enough; they were a hit and we're so happy to have worked with them. -

The Class is a band that I would 100% recommend and unquestionably hire again to play.
Absolute must-hire band! Gabe and his crew provided the highest level of care we could have asked for during our wedding. From day one, he laid out their song list, AV capabilities, and process for the entire day. As part of their package, they learned two additional songs not on their list, and CRUSHED it! They also provided walk-out music for the ceremony, microphones for wedding toasts, and honestly just rocked the night in terms of music selection and order!
But don’t just take our word for their performance – literally all of our friends and family could not stop talking about how amazing they were! The Class is a band that I would 100% recommend and unquestionably hire again to play. There aren’t enough words to describe how truly awesome they were!

Both of us are musicians and just extremely passionate about the artistry of music so to say we were picky is an understatement. The Class Band made our wedding one for the books! Their talent, energy and song selection were on point and working with them was an absolute pleasure especially Gabe. We have received an overwhelming response from our wedding and many of the compliments have been about you all both ceremony and reception. Thank you for taking our dream and turning it in to a reality.
