The Chateau at Incline Village is a hidden gem. The venue is stunning, the food is incredible, and the staff is welcoming and kind. Our destination wedding was magical and it’s all thanks to the phenomenal staff, most especially Denise and Brooke. We were blessed to have a gorgeous outdoor ceremony followed by cocktail hour on the patio and a beautiful reception in the ballroom. Our guests were so happy with the food, they kept telling us how delicious the spread was. Denise thoughtfully touched base with us during the reception to make sure we were enjoying our day. Brooke is incredibly calming and helped coordinate the timing of our ceremony. The staff promptly responded to all of our questions while planning our big day. They are highly versed in weddings and are very helpful in achieving your vision. My husband and I are so grateful to have our dream wedding here. My husband, Fausto, and I had our wedding at The Chateau at Incline Village in May of this year. It was everything we dreamed of and more! The venue is absolutely gorgeous—from the mountain and lake views to the warm elegance of the ballroom, it made the perfect setting for our day.
We originally planned to have our ceremony outside on the 10th tee, but due to weather, we had to make a last-minute decision to move it indoors. Thanks to the incredible team, the transition was seamless. Brook and Denise handled everything with such grace and efficiency, and the indoor ceremony was every bit as beautiful as we had imagined it would be outside.
The food was delicious—beautifully presented, flavorful, and something our guests are still raving about!
What truly made the experience exceptional was working with Brook and Denise. They were professional, kind, and incredibly organized. From day one, they made us feel supported and confident, and their attention to detail helped everything come together perfectly.
We feel so lucky to have celebrated our wedding at The Chateau. It’s a breathtaking venue with an even better team behind it. Highly, highly recommend!The Chateau at Incline Village's reply:

I cannot say enough positive words about our experience having our wedding at The Chateau in Incline Village. The team was professional throughout the entire process and communicated quickly and clearly. The wedding day was truly perfect and the beautiful venue at The Chateau set the stage for our dream wedding. It was also by far one of the most affordable Tahoe wedding venues that we looked into. We loved having the upper patio for our cocktail hour and as a place where guests could spend time during the reception. The food was absolutely delicious and we received many compliments from guests about the food. There were so many beautiful spots to take photos as well. We met Lauren at the Chateau a year before our daughter’s wedding and we knew it was the place for us!! From start to finish, Lauren was so helpful with the food choices, vendors, flow of reception , layout, etc.! By the time the wedding day came we didn’t have a care in the world because the staff took care of every single detail. We offered vegetarian, chicken tenders, steak and salmon for our guests and the food was hot, delicious and it was brought out all at once. Since we live in Incline we also received a locals discount which was nice. If I had to do it all over again, we’d do it 10X over! Thank you Lauren and Staff!! -

Chateau Incline Village - Beautiful and makes it happen!
We had a wonderful experience with the Chateau in Incline village. Lauren & Brooke were absolutely incredible and truly helped make our dream wedding come true. We had started planning in 2020 and had to reschedule to 2021 and they made it as easy as could be given the circumstances and really appreciated all of they've helped with. I'd highly recommend the Chateau for your wedding or events! -

Everything was perfect on the day of and they were so kind throughout the entire wedding process. My guests thought that because it was on a gold course that it would fell like a golf venue - but they then told me it was like going into a fairyland. Our wedding was absolutely fabulous at this venue. They're super responsive and we'll worth the investment. Unfortunately with COVID-19 there were more curve balls for our wedding than we'd expected. However our venue was willing to work with us in whatever we decided to do. They were incredible, kind, understand and respectful. We ultimately decided to go through with our wedding in a COVID safe way. The venue coordinators were super helpful, they told us how many people we could have at a table and suggest grouping guests by household/travel pod. We we're worried that we wouldn't be able to have a dancefloor. But with a little creativity we were able to have our dance floor outside on the patio.
The catering was everything we'd hoped for and our guests loved the bar. All of the staff was super professional and kind. They all wore masks and helped keep themselves and our guests safe. I would highly recommend The Chataue for your wedding. We got to have an amazing wedding day with them! Highly recommend.The Chateau at Incline Village's reply:

Brooke has been my person of contact and she has done an amazing job of helping me navigate wedding planning! She has been patient and flexible as things have changed. She’s accommodating special requests and has been friendly the entire time. I definitely recommend this venue, as they have gone above and beyond. Especially in the middle of Covid, this level of professionalism and support is so appreciated!! Best Decision Ever! Words can not describe The Chateau at Incline Village’s overall beauty. We had our ceremony outside, our cocktail hour on the deck and the reception inside. From the very beginning, the Venue Coordinator Lauren, was so great to work with. She was always quick to respond to my endless emails and questions! She was so flexible with our requests. She even worked with my mother-in-law to surprise my husband and I - with a champagne table service during the reception and passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. Since I had a specific vision in mind, it was so great to receive the stress free customer service The Chateau staff provided. As for the wedding itself, the bridal & groom party were well taken care of. After the ceremony, they made sure that the reception area was blocked off during cocktail hour, so my husband and I could enjoy hors d'oeuvres and cocktails before the guests entered into the reception area. The entire event staff was so well organized and made sure that the entire wedding ran smoothly from the ceremony set up to the last dance. We were so happy with our experience and our guests had a wonderful time. They are still raving about the food, drinks and of course the breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe!!

I would highly recommend the Chateau if you are looking for a wedding venue in Lake Tahoe!! From the moment we booked our date through the entire wedding day itself, this place was a class act!! The wedding/event coordinators are incredibly professional, kind, responsive & accomidating to any requests you may have! Everyone LOVED the Venue!
We got so many compliments from friends and family about the quality of the venue! Everyone loved the view from the deck (so many people took personal portraits out there) and thought the reception space looked magical. We couldn't have agreed more! Our photos are amazing partially because there was so much to work with (trees, rocks, mountains, and pathways). Everything went so smoothly during the reception that we didn't even notice the staff. Everything was right where it was supposed to be at exactly the right time. Planning from a distance, we were so grateful to get a tour via Skype and were sent so many photos to help us get an idea of what everything looked like. We had our wedding during one of Inclines finest snow storms. Due to the weather we had quite a few last minute cancellations. Everyone ast the Chateau wss very flexible and understanding. We started our ceremony 30 minutes late and still ended up perfectly on time with dinner, dancing and everything else. Food We had lots of compliment's on our food and appetizer choices and those that were able to show up had an amazing time. We had our wedding and reception at the Chateau at Incline Village this November and it was perfect! The golf course is closed, so we pretty much got the whole place to ourselves! The venue has tons of space for a large wedding. The interior was beautiful and had lighting on the high beams and other places. It doesn’t need any more decor in my opinion, so we didn’t rent any extra lighting or pipe and drape to keep costs down. They now have two ceremony sites, the 10th tee box and this super cute spot in the trees. We opted for the 10th tee box but both are great. Lauren was our wedding coordinator and was absolutely amazing!! I did not hire a wedding planner so she helped guide my mom and me through the whole process. The leaves were all turning colors so it was just beautiful. The food was great as well, probably the best Ceasar salad I’ve ever tasted as well as the other dishes. Allison Sent on 09/17/2018I have nothing but 5 stars for this venue. My husband and I were blown away by Lauren and Cathy's excellent service, support, and professionalism. I would recommend this venue again and again. Our experience was beyond fantastic. Not only are the views from the 10th tee box breathtaking, but the reception room is spacious and elegant. The Chateau met every one of our needs and came at an affordable price. I would highly recommend this venue if you're looking for personable staff, amazing food, beautiful views, and an all around lovely venue.

Cathy & Lauren and all the staff, including our great bartender & wait service staff, were just terrific!
I booked the venue without having been there and visited a month before the wedding. It’s a gorgeous, park like venue with plenty of space for a wedding or other special occasion! Our guests loved it and enjoyed being in Tahoe for a destination wedding. I heard many compliments about the food and service. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Aspen Grove!

Lisa Sent on 04/06/2018Our wedding was 4/2/18, and we worked very closely with Cathy Becker. From start to finish, Cathy and the Chateau met (and exceeded) our every expectation! Not only was she completely professional, she was extremely friendly and very responsive. The Chateau was rustic and beautiful--very little decorating needed. In addition, the food was amazing! Finally, it was an excellent value for our money, and I would highly recommend the Chateau, Cathy and all of the staff for your wedding or other event. I have included pictures that give you a better look of the venue inside and out...I am sad to say that I do not have a picture of the awesome food. :(

Trace Sent on 01/20/2018From the moment that my now husband and I went to visit the Chateau, we were hooked. The facility is gorgeous, and the staff and the detailed assistance they provided to us throughout our wedding planning process was incredible. We had our wedding on November 5th, and had initially planned to have the ceremony outdoors, however, some cold weather and a pending storm required us to move the ceremony indoors, and it was beautiful!! Such an amazing room.
The menu that Lauren helped us put together was incredible and the entire serving and bar staff was wonderful. We had some dietary requests that Lauren was able to work with us on to make sure everyone could enjoy the amazing dinner.
We had just under 200 guests and the room still felt very open. We had a live band that worked great in that room and the party was so fun.
Lauren is an amazing person and incredibly helpful coordinator for the venue. I was very much at ease during the whole planning process, and highly recommend this venue to all couples looking for an amazing Tahoe wedding experience. We are locals to North Lake, so we may have been around a lot while we planned, but Lauren never seemed to mind and always responded very quickly to my probably never-ending emails
They offer a tasting in the fall and I recommend going to that as it will give you a feel for the great food and amazing presentation. They also have other vendors—like Manzanita Glow-- for décor and others for dessert etc.
It was truly a 5 star experience, and was everything that we wanted for our wedding day.

Courtney Sent on 12/13/2017I loved my wedding! I had a beautiful wedding venue for my ceremony and my reception. The cost is pricey but worth it. My only issue is that while my husband and I were dancing our dinner was cleared off our table and we didn't get to finish our meal which was delicious but we were staving by the end of the night. Aspen Grove was a fantastic place to get married! Our guests enjoyed the scenery and the ambiance that it provided. The food was outstanding and the staff was very kind. Couple things to keep in mind - this is a lower budget venue, so you need to plan a lot to bring it to life. If you're up for that, this is your place! Lauren was responsive and had answers to my several questions while planning.
Tips: they say parking is reserved for 10 spots, but there is just a normal beach parking lot person at the front and they will not enforce for your wedding. Bring toilet paper because bathrooms are not restocked/cleaned through the night at 2 bathrooms for over 100 people means lots of TP is used!The Chateau at Incline Village's reply:

Stunning Location & a team that makes planning a wedding a breeze
Lauren and her team are amazing and such a pleasure to work with. They made the planning process a breeze and really helped me walk through everything. Extremely professional and the day went off without a hitch they are experts at what they do. We had a large wedding 250 guests and they easily helped accommodated us as the guest list grew. The venue is stunning and all my guest have not stopped talking about the natural beauty of the location. The food is also very good we did the tasting and I don’t think you can really go wrong with anything you pick. We also had open bar for a few hours and we were very impressed at how the bar staff was able to handle such a large crowd without a problem. We were blown away with how lovely it turned out, and the staff was so great about answering our every question and allowing us to store a few items the night before! Just had a few errors that we were able to quickly identify and fix on the charges, but again, not a problem as it was so quickly taken care of!

We loved that our wedding was not only in a beautiful spot with a great view of the mountains and Lake Tahoe, but we had the venue all to ourselves! The food and service was excellent and everyone loved the view! I especially loved having a back up plan in case there was bad weather where we could switch from an outdoor ceremony to inside should we need it.
There was a little bit of a switch up with coordinators during my planning process which frazzled me a little. 5 weeks before the wedding I found out Charlotte, who had been my contact and coordinator since I booked in March, was no longer there. Lauren and Brooke reassured me that they would handle everything and for the most part, they did a great job. The only real complaint we have is that the day before the wedding, the grounds at the 10th Tee Box were littered and dirty. My husband asked Brooke to have the grounds blown off before the ceremony and even though she assured us they would be cleared, they were not. Two hours before our wedding ceremony, one of my groomsman was using a leaf blower in his tux to clear the ceremony aisle before we did our first look. So other than that, we were very happy with the Chateau. It really is a gorgeous venue.The Chateau at Incline Village's reply:

Jodi Sent on 08/06/2018Such a great outdoor venue for a wedding. Red flag warning that day and never even caught a breeze. Well sheltered. Just beautiful. Lauren Iida was so helpful and always available for all my panicking moments. Taco bar was delicious! Could use multiple stalls in the bathrooms. Would love to keep this place a secret but too beautiful not to share. Wish I had some nighttime pictures to share. Just gorgeous!!

Lauren and Brooke are amazing! They both are always available to answer your questions and put your bride mind at ease. Although we decided to elope, I wanted to write this review for future brides. The only thing that I would subtract is that a lawn mower was on the green during the ceremony and it was very distracting to me. However, staff did quickly intercept them and most people had not noticed it.The Chateau at Incline Village's reply:

Stephanie Sent on 01/27/2009The Chateau is a beautiful place to get married! The fireplaces on either side of the room are wonderful. The hors'd were delicious. We had some difficulty with food being served cold and bartenders taking tips above the gratuity we had already paid but if you specify what you want, they do make it happen!
