  The perfect setting

  Captain Rick and his wonderful wife did so much more than just provide this perfect setting to marry the love of my life. They were so great in providing all the added and needed components. From tables and chairs to plates and glasses and even a set of cuff links when the groom had some issues minutes before the wedding. The setting was stunning but the owners are what truly made this day beautiful.

  From the moment I called for a tour Captain Rick has been nothing but amazing! He fit me in that day and answered all of my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. He knows all of the stories behind every piece inside the chapel because he built the place himself. He has wonderful ideas and genuinely cares that you have the best wedding possible. The location itself is absolutely beautiful! From the chandeliers hanging from the tree outside to the quirky bathroom with a wine cork wall (that again he built himself).

  I am amazed at the whole venue. It's absolutely gorgeous, owned by a sweet couple, and has such great value. It was well within my budget and came with so much more than I was anticipating. They have tables, chairs, table clothes, dishes, serving platters, the works! Besides all of that though, Rick and Denise are just the greatest couple. They are fully invested in every wedding that they have there and that is such a special part of the venue itself. So happy with my choice!

  My daughter had her wedding and reception at the Chapel at Caliber Oak this week-end. It was a 'destination' wedding for everyone- no one lives locally and we all had to remember to bring everything we needed! Captain Rick, Denise, and their staff were very helpful through the whole process of the wedding. From the moment we booked the venue (only 4 months before the wedding) Captain Rick was very helpful in answering all my questions and even helped to bring peace and calmness if I was stressing over something. The day of the wedding Denise and Rick were instrumental the morning of the wedding helping me get last minute details taken care of and some things I just left in the their capable hands and went to get dressed. During the wedding and reception they quietlyly made sure everything was running smoothly. We chose Salado over Austin because of its size and lack of traffic. Finding the Caliber Oak Chapel was an answer to prayer! Rick and Denise really do care about each bride and groom that gets married there. It was perfect! Thank you!

  I was so blessed to find the Chapel at Caliber Oak. It was a perfect place not only for our wedding but for the beginning of our marriage. Rick and his team are absolutely amazing at what they do! The venue itself is perfectly romantic and a great place to continue to visit, as many couples do! I looked at many venues in this area and the Chapel is hands down the best option.
