We at the Champagne Palace value your feedback. Thank You for expressing your written opinion. In the areas you were displeased we are sorry. I will acknowledge some of the concerns you had regarding your event & perhaps give some clarity. As you mentioned how pristine our venue is. We value customer service to our clients just as much as the beauty of our facility. Our staff at the Champagne Palace are highly trained & have been with our company for years. The bridal members have been through vigorous training to deal with any situation that may arise to calmly handle any situation if it were to arise. Also as owners of the facility & being present for your ceremony & reception you did not bring any of these troubles to our attention. Their were numerous special requests that were made sure met the satisfaction, such as the special plates of food for your Bridal Party & daughter that could not eat seafood & also decorating the Garden area with Flower petals you had shipped to us. Their was no additional charge for us taking the extra step in decorating the Gardens for you. Those are just some examples our staff will do to take that extra step for any client. It is our vision to please all our clients & guests attending the event. Just as you mentioned your guests "loved it" that was truly a compliment, Thank You We also recommend our Brides not changing for that does break the flow of events on your evening, you have to remember you were changing in the Bridal Suite for over 30 minutes of the evening into your going away dress & that is reception time with your guests missed. In question you have said our DJ did not play off of the supplied music list. Mrs. Scott our DJ stays strictly to the music list provided, we have no other list to play from but our clients music list. We wish you & Tommie the best. Thank You.

We are very sorry to hear your discontent. However, we chose not to interrupt your ceremony (during your nuptials) to alert you that you had surpassed your paid guest amount. We advise our brides to have a checklist at the door to prevent overages. Unfortunately we do not control how many guests actually attend or extra guests you had invited. We made note of your seafood allergies and had many options available that did not contain seafood. The Chicken Fettuccine was made specifically for you & no where on the contract or the brochure does it say we serve steak & baked potatoes. The music playlist we received from you , was played by the DJ that you had selected. During our tours & when we book our clients we always advise our clients of the possibility that the ceremony may be moved indoors if inclement weather occurs. At the time of your ceremony & reception it was raining again we apologize for the weather being inclement & moving the ceremony indoors, we have to make sure the guests do not slip on wet surfaces as well as other vendors equipment do not get ruined by rain. Our bridal staff is well trained & have been members of Champagne Palace for well over 10 years. We stand behind our staff. They are highly well trained to see the needs of our clients. Mrs. Price all of our clients pay to hold their receptions & ceremonies here.
