The Cedars Club is definitely one of the most cost effective venues that can house a large number of people. While it is a bit old looking, with a little bit of decorations it can look just as beautiful as anywhere. And the ability to bring in your own vendor and serve your own alcohol is definitely a plus!

If you want the owners to barge in and ruin your wedding go right ahead and book it, thats what happened recently to a wedding, apparently they barge in and kicked everyone out, they took the weddings couples money to kick them out and shout ignorant stuff at the crowd of how they need to leave or she will call immigration on them. I feel sorry for the poor old lady owner of the place and who ever is the other young girl who helped ruined a wedding. Like i said if you want them to take your money ruin your event them go right ahead and book them.

I just watched the most horrible and sad video! How dare this woman spoil the most beautiful day for a bride... she should be ashamed and taken out of business... you are in a business to rent a venue for a wedding and you totally destroyed their day? I hope nobody ever rents this place ever again. Lady you are loosing it! You need meds or maybe you forgot to take them.

I am not Hispanic but I witnessed racism at its finest from the owners at Cedar club to a group of Hispanics on what was suppose to be a beautiful day to a wedding event and it was utterly disgusting what this company did to the bride, groom and guests. They were spoken to with no respect, belittled, and then thrown out like animals. Worst customer service I have witnessed in a long time and I am still overly disgusted even if the company felt a safety issue was being violated the situation could have been handled in a more professional manor and discussed in a different area of the building and resolved. If you have not seen the video it is truly a sight to see! I have shared with social media, friends, families, co workers of all nationalities and they have all agreed it was distasteful and will not ever do business with this unprofessional biased company. I have also reached out to my friends at the local news station. This type of behavior from any business owner is unacceptable and should not be tolerated. Especially when the consumer is the one who really decides if the business stays open. There is no business with out business. I hope they sue and If a petition and boycott is started. I will sign!

this place has a viral video showing the business owners/workers interrupting a wedding. now I know contracts are done and if the owners didn't feel comfortable with the couple they should of denied the rental instead of shutting their wedding? Seriously, that's just out of professionalism.

Just saw the video that has gone viral with management ruining a wedding. It is obvious these people are racist and scumbags as they rented out the place, took their money and then barged in to the reception and kicked everybody out over petty things that could have been discussed or resolved without causing such chaos, embarrassment and overall ruining a special moment for bride and groom! Selfish people!! Would be nice to see this place shut down or bought out by owners who truly appreciate the business.

Completely unprofessional, the management interrupted a wedding and kicked everyone out because of supposed over crowding. There is a video currently circulating that shows this is clearly not the case. The way they treated these people was horrible, they even alluded to some racial statements. Please do not rent this venue, your event is too important to be possibly jeopardized in this manner

THE CEDARS CLUB DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! The people that manage this venue are rude and unprofessional. Management does not seem to care about your special day, and they will ruin your event with their negative attitude. They don't really work well under pressure. Please avoid at all cost. Uploaded a picture of the chaos the management team caused. For lack of security they kicked out the entire wedding party and guest . Security is provided by the venue. If any one was at wrong here it was management. Instead of finding a solution they stormed in during the cake cutting, demanding they leave. A special day ruined. Please avoid this from happening to you . Do not rent The Cedars Club venue in Alabama .

Horrible place where they ruined a couples wedding for non sense. Don't risk renting this place, they might ruin your party too. The owners went in there like chicken clocks in front of the guest's party. The owners are unethical and unprofessional.

There is a video of them interrupting a wedding in the worst way ever. Not only did they interrupted it but they also kicked everyone out. Nice way to get money from honest people.

This place has gone viral for it's poorly trained and despicable staff and owners. Please look up the viral video online of how they shut down a wedding. Their staff was completely out of control and seemingly racist. A true embarrassment for the people of Alabama.

That video that was recorded has recently gone viral. It shows Alabama and other states what kind of world we live in. I find it ridiculous that you, the staff had the courage to ruin a wedding that a couple paid for before they could even cut their cake and before the time that was agreed on. Couldn’t even get a refund. Just because the DJ had plugged a wire in the kitchen where it shouldn’t have been. I understand it might have been a violation but you could have worked it out. Do not think it ends there, as well add unnecessary racists comments just because it was mostly latinos in there. You could have avoided that whole scene YOU as the STAFF caused. I’m very disappointed with Cedars Club. We could sign a petition to get you guys shut down! But for now I hope your business starts going down. This is not the best place to rent for a wedding or any other event!
