  Great Chair Rental Company!

  I rented silver padded chiavari chairs for my wedding reception and white samsonite folding chairs for my wedding ceremony from Canopeum and was so pleased with the service. This is a family run business and you can tell they pride themselves on what they do. The entire communication was great, prompt delivery & teardown both in the same day. Highly recommend!

  We rented tables and chairs for an indoor venue at a park. They have a large selection to choose and everyone we talked to was nice and friendly. We even made a change after our finalized order and they accommodated us without any problems. They also delivered everything on time. We were very pleased.

  I rented a 60x80 tent for an outdoor wedding of 250, tables and chairs for reception, plus chairs for ceremony. The company was very helpful in making sure I had an appropriately sized tent for my guests so no one would be crowded but we didn't have a bunch of dead space. They even made a floor plan for the event so I could see how many feet would be between tables, pole location, etc. The tent was delivered on Monday for a Saturday event which was perfect and gave us a ton of time to set everything up. We rented walls to go all the way around so we could preset tables and the walls and tent were spotless and looked great. The Canopeums employees, set up crew included, were professional and personable. We did 2 globe lights on each pole in the tent and they lit the tent up perfectly.

  We ordered our tents, chairs, table linens, tent lighting and water pitchers from Canopeum. The delivery team was timely and placed our tent in the perfect location. They were able to string up our lights quickly and they were gorgeous. Tent was clean and the perfect size. The staff was great about meeting with us before our wedding to determine what we needed and the quantity based on our guests.

  The owner screamed at me and hung up the phone when I called to complain about their crappy equipment. Then he threatened to ruin my wedding by coming to get his equipment if I didn't apologize. Apparently he missed customer service 101 in school. There are a lot of better options for tent rentals in the Kalamazoo area. Look elsewhere.
