Incredible videographer!

We are incredibly happy that we chose to work with Candi Project as our wedding videographer. We found Candi Project on Instagram and we were immediately drawn to their ability to make you feel the emotion of the couple's love and beautifully tell the story of their wedding day. From our very first conversation with Aenid and Chris, they were professional, poised, and kind. Leading up to the wedding, they were super communicative, and amidst all the chaos going on before the day of the wedding, we felt confident and reassured that everything was going to come together perfectly. On our actual wedding day, they were so seamless, that we honestly didn’t even realize they were there half the time. They were able to organically capture every special moment without us even realizing we were being filmed. Now that we are about a month out from our wedding day, I can wholeheartedly say that I am so happy with the results of our wedding video. Not only did Chris and Aenid get us our video in lightning speed, but the video is beyond anything I could have ever imagined. Chris and Aenid perfectly overlaid moments from the day with speeches from our family members and captured all of the joy, excitement, and love throughout the day. If you are considering them for your wedding videographers, look no further- we promise you will not be disappointed!

Amazing wedding film

Chris and Aenid did such a beautiful job capturing our wedding day and we are so happy we decided to work with The Candi Project. We will cherish the film they created for us for many years to come! The Candi Project is INCREDIBLE!

Words will never be able to fully express our appreciation for The Candi Project! My husband and I got married 4 months ago, but it feels like just yesterday thanks to the INCREDIBLE videos, moments, and memories that Aenid and Chris captured throughout our wedding weekend. From the moment we connected with this amazing husband and wife duo we were put at ease as both Aenid and Chris are experts at ensuring their couples feel seen and heard from beginning to end. They are so attuned to the little blink-and-you’ll-miss-them details, and every single person who has watched any of the versions of our wedding video has not stopped talking about the fairytale product. They spent countless hours preparing us for the big day, accompanying us on site visits, sharing tips and tricks to keep in mind and most importantly encouraging us to soak up every moment of the weekend. And don’t get me started on our final product – I was blown away to receive our first wedding trailer the moment we arrived home from our brunch and have not stopped watching every subsequent version since. They were so patient with us and were even willing to make countless edits and additions to each iteration to ensure all of our loved ones were featured and that our favorite moments made the cut. Our wedding will forever be my favorite movie to watch, and we could not be more grateful to Aenid and Chris for giving us this gift. Bride and groom review

I would pick them over and over, 10/10!! Having these memories and special moments means the world to us. They captured all our important memories of the day and displayed it in such a beautiful story line that I will never get sick of! Beautiful Wedding Video

So appreciative of Aenid and Chris for the love and effort put into making our wedding video. We received a trailer video (60 seconds) the Monday after our wedding... how incredible is that! We received the final full video (highlight film and chapters of each part (mass, speeches, first dance, etc.)) about 2 months after our wedding. The video we received back so perfectly captured our day and the special inbetween moments that I will cherish forever. There was one shot I wasn't thrilled with and they swapped it out in minutes, very accommodating. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family to use in the future and will be sharing my videos for so many years to come.

Wedding 05.21.2021

I am speechless in the best way possible! After having to move my wedding to Charleston I was so worried about having to find a new videographer but I was so happy I was able to keep The Candi Project! They flew down to capture my big day and they exceeded our expectations of the video. It was perfect and with so much attention to detail, it brings tears to my eyes every time we watch it! Could not have found better people to capture our day if we tried.

Best Film Duo!

Chris and Aenid are amazing at what they do! They are a perfect team and really did an awesome job at our wedding and produced the most beautiful video for us. They were like flies on the wall at the church and reception and got so many angles it was hard to understand how they did it with just the two of them! We were also huge fans of their drone work and they perfectly got shots that we were hoping for! We also wanted to make some changes to the video afterwards and they were super accommodating and really easy to work with. We couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you Chris and Aenid!

The best decision I made for my wedding

Being in the creative industry, I was very picky when it came to choosing my vendors, especially my videographer. I had high expectations for not only the video itself, but also for the people I would be working with—Chris and Aenid did not disappoint. They were attentive and professional, and based on their previous work I knew I would be getting the highest quality video. They were the only vendor I didn't have to worry about and that speaks volumes. They showed up on my wedding day with a clear vision of the story they wanted to tell, and captured everything as it happened naturally. They only asked us to do a few extra shots during our portraits which I didn't mind at all. Again, I knew they had a vision. The final result was phenomenal and I cry every single time I watch it. I can't recommend The Candi Project enough—it was the best decision I made for my wedding!

Amazing wedding video

Chris & Aenid went above and beyond our expectations. After sifting through so many wedding videos, we just loved their style. Their storytelling truly sets them apart - it isn't formulaic - instead, they cater the videos to the couple's personalities and the overall vibe of the wedding. I would highly recommend them for any videography needs you may have. They were professional, worked with all of our requests and did an overall terrific job. We know our video will be timeless - we'll be able to watch it decades from now and still enjoy all of the little details. Incredible

Everything about the Candi Project is absolutely incredible!!! Not only do they make the most beautiful films, but working with Chris and Aenid was so effortlessly easy and fun. They quickly became our favorite vendors. Leading up to the wedding, they were so patient with us and got to know my now-husband and I before our wedding day. They were extremely responsive, professional, caring, and thoughtful. And we absolutely loved having them there on our wedding day- getting ready and taking pictures can be a little bit stressful and Chris and Aenid’s grounding, calming nature was just what I needed - they made me feel so at ease.
And best of all, the highlight and feature film they made was absolutely STUNNING. We have watched 100s of times already. I am so happy to have this day so beautifully captured and to be able to hold on to the memories forever. After sharing the film, people were BLOWN AWAY by there artistry and talent….I can’t even count the amount of people who said it was the best video they’ve ever seen. We are so unbelievably thankful for Chris and Aenid!

All the stars!

The Candi Project is INCREDIBLE! They make a mini movie out of your wedding rather than the usual wedding videos of some upbeat song playing to clips of the day's highlights. I can't believe they're not reserved exclusively for celebrities' weddings and are actually available to everyday people like me. I've received so many texts/comments saying our video is by far the best wedding clip they've ever seen! They're also very prompt and we received our video much, much earlier than expected which was a very pleasant surprise. Chris and Aenid well surpassed our expectations and I would recommend them in a heartbeat! My husband and I could not be happier with our wedding video! Could not have asked for better!

My best friend used The Candi Project as her videographers for her wedding back in 2015 and when I saw her wedding video, my now-husband and I instantly knew that we also wanted to use them for our eventual-wedding. When my husband and I got engaged in 2016 and set our wedding for July 2018, a lot changed in what we thought we wanted, but using The Candi Project as our videographers was constant. We had our initial video conference with Chris and Aenid early on in our engagement, and then again shortly before the wedding, before we met them in person the day of our wedding. While the thought that I would not get to physically meet our videographers until the day of the wedding initially gave me some anxiety, any and all of that anxiety dissipated upon meeting them. Chris and Aenid are creative, friendly, attentive, and extremely comfortable to work with, matching my initial impressions of them in the previous interactions we had with them. They worked closely with my husband and I in the beginning of the day, captured all of the beauty and significance of our ceremony, and all of the fun and love of the reception without being "noticed" by guests or interfering with the time that our guests had. They did a remarkable job creating our wedding trailer and video that we have watched over and over and over again, and made us excited and proud to share their work with others. They perfectly captured the best day of our lives while being amazing to work with, and we are so incredibly happy with our decision to have worked with The Candi Project!

"I'd see that movie" - my mom

Chris & Aenid were above and beyond outstanding with their level of professionalism and care in producing a high quality product that reflected the highlights of our wedding day. On the day of, they were prompt, positive, and professional and in the weeks leading up to the wedding they filled us in with organized outlines of what they would be doing and made sure they would cover everything that we wanted (they did!). They were never once intrusive or in anyone's face during the evening. They truly blended in seamlessly at the reception. I would say their stealth level is definitely at a 10. It has been one month since our wedding and they have delivered all of the edited video products, which is such an impressive speed. I am actually blown away by how they did this. My husband and I could not be more pleased with how our videos turned out. Their cinematic rendering of our videos were at such a level of quality that I had multiple people tell me "I'd see that movie" after watching our wedding highlights. I would recommend them any day of the week.

Unbelievable!

Our wedding video is our favorite memento from the wedding - yes, we love it more than the photos! And the Candi Project team made it happen! They are professional, responsive, creative and you can tell they love their craft. As a team of two, they were able to capture all of the important moments and from different angles as well, yet they did this without being obtrusive. We actually had a two day event that they pieced together seamlessly to tell a truly beautiful story. I wasn't expecting this reaction from my friends, but everyone who saw the video said it brought tears to their eyes from the emotion that the video evoked.

I’m really not sure what there is left to say about Aenid and Chris that hasn’t already been said! For starters they are two of the kindest, most professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and organized people I have ever met. They are honestly everything you hope for in a wedding vendor and more. At the beginning of our planning process, I didn't think that we needed a videographer. I loved our photographer and wanted to spend the money on phenomenal photography rather than video. When we ended up using The Candi Project (who we found through our photographer, Ina at IM Photo Studio), I realized I was dead wrong! They were BY FAR the best investment we made on our wedding day - though they were a bit of a splurge for us -The Candi Project was worth every penny and more. The video captured our day perfectly and they caught so many sweet moments in our day that were strung together seamlessly. I’ve watch our video too many times to count (and still tear up) and it was the only way I could share our day with those who couldn’t make it. I wish I could marry my husband all over again just to see another 7 minutes through their lens. We are SO happy we decided to go with The Candi Project for our wedding day and highly recommend them - you will not be disappointed.

Confession... I’ve probably watched our highlight reel for our wedding over 100 times already but we can’t get over how absolutely amazing it turned out. These guys are some of the most talented people I’ve ever met and this is just one example of how amazing they are. And I’m happy to shamelessly plug them! Chris and Aenid were everything you dream of when you think of planning your wedding and finding the right people to be part of your day. Honestly Chris and Aenid (The Candi Project) deserve more than 5 stars for each. They were beyond anything I could possibly dream of - I am able to relive the moment just as I felt it that day because of the way they filmed each and every moment and put it all together! The Candi Project is amazing. You do not need to look further for your videography services. Our wedding day was captured perfectly in a nearly 7 minute video - from start to finish this experience was a dream. I watch my wedding video once a day, if not more, and I love it more each time I watch it. Aside from their professionalism and amazing work, they are wonderful to work with. Candi Project was nothing short of incredible. We were married this past July on one of the hottest days of the year and despite how miserable it probably was to be running around as a videographer, we never once heard them complain. You barely even knew that they were there and yet when we got back our highlight reel and full video, it was obvious that they didn't miss a moment of our big day. We were on the fence about getting a wedding video. We were also torn between cinematic trailer and documenting the night to see all the stuff we missed. We met with several vendors and each had their own style but nothing that made us both feel like both angles were covered. Our family convinced us to get a videographer. We do not regret it, Aenid and Chris were awesome. They worked well with the other vendors and were seamless to us. We barely even noticed them with all the moving parts of the wedding day. The icing on the cake was the speed and quality of the extended cinematic trailer. Simply put, it was amazing. Considering they were operation in the moments and not directing or choreographing very much at all, they captured it all. Just about everyone who saw the trailer was moved to tears. It was so well executed, edited, and composed. Its so great that sometimes we forget we were there, let alone the main event. We also got the documentary splices of the full day so we can also see the stuff we missed! It was a wonderful balance and we wouldn't change it. I recommend getting the extended trailer from them. It was so organic and natural compared to the tons of other vendors we saw. Highly recommend them, wonderful people and artists.

The Candi Project was recommended to us by a good friend of mine who had seen their work on a co-workers wedding. We checked out their website and instantly fell in love with the idea of having the highlight reels. Even after seeing many of their previous works, nothing could prepare us for how emotional we got when watching ours. They were great at stepping in to direct us when needed, but for the most part they just blended into all of the different parts of the day. Having this video to share with friends and family is priceless. We put it up on Facebook and the responses were overwhelming. Friends of friends said it made them cry and they don't even know us!!! Chris and Aenid have such a gift of capturing important, emotional, simple moments and editing them together to make them magical. They were professional, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process... I am not good at planning these types of things and they really helped me work out the details of the day which made all the other planning much more manageable. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone that I know planning an important occasion! Thank you Candi Project for being so amazing at what you do!

We used The Candi Project as our wedding videographer for our wedding last
October. Aenid and Chris were very professional from the start. They were helpful
and answered all of our questions during the planning stage. During the day, they
were very calm and very unobtrusive. I barely saw them during the day. The
cinematic wedding film that we got was truly amazing! The story telling was
exceptional and the shots were very nice. It was very well put together. I would

This made such a difference in the emotional content of our video because I felt that Chris and Aenid really took the time to get to know us and what mattered to us. My husband and I happened to stumble upon one of Aenid and Chris' wedding reels from a previous wedding. We liked that their style was clean, professional and modern... and that they had an eye for catching small, special moments.
We were their second Indian wedding so I was a bit anxious as I wasn't sure they would know which scenes to capture. The day of our wedding was hectic and to be honest, I barely saw them... they sort of blended in and weren't too obtrusive. This concerned me, but a few weeks later, Chris and Aenid sent us our highlight reel and we were both amazed and ecstatic at how well the reel came out. Even though we rarely spotted them filming us, they captured so many clips of our day and then they tied it beautifully together with amazing music. Both of them are very skilled and know what they are doing. I tried to give my advice before I saw our highlight video... but I soon learned, it's best to let them work their magic. They are a wonderful, friendly couple and amazing videographers and I would highly recommend them! Candi Project served as my videographer and photo booth vendor for my 8.29.15 wedding in Manhattan. I have to say that working with Chris and Aenid exceeded my expectations in every way, and I am so happy with the final product! I had a very specific vision in mind--I wanted dramatic music, meaningful dialogue and footage of all major moments throughout the day. In a nutshell, I wanted a very touching, moving video that I could cherish for years to come. Our video is incredible--when I watched it I cried! I had people who were "friends of friends" asking me who made our video, everyone raved about how artistic and professional their work is, and I think I may have already watched it 30+ times already :)

Our photo book was also an incredible hit! Our attendant was kind, patient and smiling--even working amongst 200 drunk, rowdy guests!

It is without reservation that I recommend Candi Project to all brides. If you're thinking of skipping and passing on a videographer, you will regret it 100 times over.

As my husband and I planned our wedding and looked for vendors, we knew we wanted a videographer to capture our wedding day. As we searched, we wanted a videographer that captured the day with a cinematic perspective. When we found the Candi Project, we knew we would not be disappointed. I spent hours viewing all of their highlight videos and dreamed of one day having a highlight video of my own.
Chris and Aenid were a delight to work with. We had a few phone conferences to discuss the exact schedule of events that would be happening on our big day. They made sure they knew specific people that we wanted them to capture. From the moment they arrived at my house as I was getting ready, I knew I could trust them and that they had everything under control. They both took their positions, communicated with each other, and captured every single detail without even being noticed. We received our highlight video about 4 weeks after our wedding and it was better than we could have ever imagined. We must have watched it 10 times in a row as soon as we got it. The highlight video featured all of the special moments, speeches, and dances all in just 7 minutes. After another 3-4 weeks, we received our documentary video which was absolutely amazing. We felt like we were watching a high quality movie!!!
Chris and Aenid were wonderful to work with. If you are deciding whether or not to get videographers to capture your wedding day, you will not be disappointed. Your wedding day goes by so quickly and we love that we now have it all on video to remember every special moment. We highly recommend the Candi Project! When we were looking for a videographer, the search stopped once we came across The Candi Project. As I looked through the videos on their website, each one brought me to tears. It was such an easy decision and it was definitely a great one. Chris and Aenid perfectly captured all of the most important parts of the most important day of our lives. From getting ready to the ceremony to the reception, they were not invasive and never in the way. Our guests all said they didn’t even notice they were there. If you have any question about the quality of work, all you need to do is watch the video highlights from their website. We received our 5-minute "highlights" film about 3 weeks after the wedding and the full-length film about 1 week after that. It was exactly what we were hoping for, a beautifully edited concise "documentary" of our day. The term “best wedding video ever” has been uttered on more than a few occasions and we now get to watch how our wedding video is the one that brings everyone to tears. We highly recommend The Candi Project to anyone who wants the best video possible for their wedding day!

LEGITIMATELY FIVE STARS! My (now) husband was adamant that he did not want to hire videographers at our wedding, concerned that they would be intrusive during our ceremony & an unnecessary cost additional cost when we already had an awesome photographer. After being referred to Chris & Aenid, their incredible work completely changed our minds. They were so easy to work with, we even had our initial chat via Skype when meeting face-to-face didn’t fit my schedule. Pricing is reasonable in the NY market, and Aenid is so straightforward and organized--a huge plus for when you are trying to fit wedding planning into your already hectic life. On the big day, they were barely noticeable but captured so many details that I was too busy to take in. We received our short edit exactly 2 weeks after the wedding and it’s brought every single viewer to tears. They captured our wedding day beautifully and we will treasure it always. We are thrilled to have used The Candi Project as our wedding videographer and highly recommend to anyone in the NY/Tri-state area.

I met with Chris and Aenid and asked them to film a star wars wedding that included a light saber show in the middle of the reception. They were happy to take on the challenge and excited to work with us. I'm so glad I choose them! The 5 minute highlight reel is a great way to show everyone what happened without sifting through hours of wedding footage. Their camera's are amazing and captured everything perfectly. I'm sure you're reading this and wondering if all these five star reviews across the board are for real. They ARE!

Videographers are not always considered a must-have, like the photographer, but it's a really great way to commemorate the day. The video Chris and Aenid created for us was just perfect - it captured us and our story, which was exactly what we wanted, was more than reasonable in pricing, and they were just 5-star in every way: their demeanor, responsiveness, the process, and even the turnaround time - we were actually surprised to see the video as early as we did. What we most appreciated is that they were really focused on creating a superior end product; everything else was secondary to making sure that happened (and of course, to making sure we were happy throughout). With a lot of other wedding vendors you can get bogged down in all the details and it feels a little more nitpicky and about the money - for such and such amount of time you have to pay X, and if you go over in time, it will cost Y, etc. And having been through a wedding, I now know that you can predict NOTHING about that day, no matter how hard you try. But with Candi it's all about what will enable them to get the footage they need to create their exceptional videos. Working with them just felt so genuine; they truly care about your wedding and the final product really shows it in every way. Even the end video they provided had not only the wedding highlights reel (which was what we most wanted); they even edited portions from our wedding (ceremony, tea ceremony, reception, speeches) and set them to music, like mini chapters from a movie. I wasn't expecting to care much about anything other than the highlights video, but it's all so fun to watch! When we watch it we feel like the stars of a blockbuster romcom that got 90% on rotten tomatoes. :)

My wife and I would highly recommend the Candi Project to anyone in the market for any videography especially a wedding. They were unassuming, personable and highly professional. They exceeded even the lofty expectations they themselves created. Not only are they wonderful people but they created something that brings us back to that day and captured the moments that we’ll never forget with the people that made it so special. The video has not only been on replay in our house but in our friends and families homes since we received it. It’s so incredible to hear all the rave reviews from our friends and to hear that it brought them back to that magical day is something we’ll always cherish. Words can't event express how happy and LUCKY I am to have booked Aenid and Chris as our videographers of our July 12th 2014 wedding.

Perfection is how I can describe their work. My husband and I received our wedding "trailer" and it was simply breathtaking. They captured small moments that I wouldn't think were important, that made a big emotional impact in the video! I am truly amazed at how quick the turnaround time was. I received my entire package within three months after my wedding! can you believe???

WOW! WOW! WOW! That pretty much sums up our experience with the Candi Project. From start to finish, they were professional, flexible, punctual and just the best to work with. By far our favorite partner from the wedding. We weren't sure if we wanted to have a videographer, but last minute we made the decision and found the Candi Project. There are no words to explain the creativity and professionalism both Aenid and Chris have. Jared and I live out if town but the candi project was able to Skype as often as we needed to review the details of our wedding. On our wedding day Chris and Aenid arrived promptly and began working immediately. They new exactly what they were doing and made sure they captured every moment. We are so happy to have found The Candi Project as our videographers and that we were their first NY clients.

Looking for wedding videographers wasn't easy. We found a lot of vendors whose videos looked awfully corny or some that were good but just very overpriced. And then we came across The Candi Project and their videos blew us away; they were elegant, modern, fun, and captured big moments in such beautiful way. Lucky for us Candi just moved to New York and we were able to book them.

Aenid and Chris are amazing at what they do and understand the importance of their work. The video they made for us exceeded our expectations and we are super happy to have such a beautiful souvenir to watch in years to come. Aenid and Chris are both very sweet, friendly, professional, prepared, organized and very easy to work with. They made us feel at easy and throughout our entire wedding day (prep, church and reception) which is really important. In the weeks before our wedding they were very proactive in communicating with us, very responsive to our ideas and expectations and also explained various aspects of video making to us which was great because it helped us be on the same page and have reasonable expectations (video making is not something we know lots about so it's good to get certain things explained such as when real audio can be used and when it cannot etc). The cool thing about Candi is that we barely noticed them around us throughout the entire day but yet they managed to capture all the moments we wanted! Their hard work and creativity really shines in their videos.

We are very happy to have found the Candi Project and recommend them to everyone looking for creative people behind a camera and a modern and elegant wedding video.

I just received my photo book for Chris and Aenid today! I literally was screaming on the front porch jumping up and down with excitement!!!! I am so happy and grateful that they were able to photograph my wedding and capture it so elegantly in a photo book. It was a pleasure working with them and I could not be any more pleased with the end product!!!
I was a very nervous and high strung bride. Chris was so calm and accommodating while taking the pictures. I had a printed out list of at least 50 different combinations of family members I wanted photographed. When I saw the proofs I was so pleased and so excited but the photo book sent me over the top with excitement. It takes a very special and talented photographer to edit and present the pages this way. I have seen a lot of other wedding photo books and this is by far the most amazing I have ever seen!
I would recommend Chris and Aenid to any couple that is planning a wedding!!!!

The last month before my wedding was an awesomely stressful time - especially since I had decided very last minute that I just had to have a videographer!! I spent several nights looking up videographers and reaching out to see their pricing as well as to inquire about availability. Since this was a last minute add-on, we also didn't have a biggest budget for it.

I had spent the past decade watching amazing wedding videos with my best friend online (she was a weddingbee blogger for her wedding and we've been daydreaming about our respective wedding days since we were kids), so I had some really high hopes for my wedding video.

Chris and Aenid exceeded my expectations in every single aspect. They were AMAZING!

Aenid called me an hour after I asked for more info on their website. I was traveling for work, but we made plans to meet up right when I got back to NY. We met for coffee, and my (now) husband and I told them stories about how we met and our long history together. Chris and Aenid were like old friends by the end of our meeting and I was SO excited to have them be our videographers! They got started right away in getting the info related to our wedding (which by the was only 3 weeks away!), and were responsive with any questions I had.

They had 3 camera angles at our ceremony, and were so unobtrusive we didn't notice them for most of the night! Even our photographers commented on how sweet and nice Chris and Aenid were!!

They were AMAZING with communication after our wedding, letting us know when they had started with the editing of our footage. Only 3 WEEKS after our wedding, they sent us the link to our highlights video!!! That's insane turnaround time!!!

The video is, of course, amazing. My relatives overseas were so excited to watch it, and it was great to be able to share the vimeo weblink to all of our friends! Do not hesitate to hire The Candi Project! Chris and Aenid are amazing! One of the best decisions we made!!

Hands down, Chris and Aenid is the most amazing and talented videographer ever!! When it comes to capturing beautiful videos, Chris is your guy. He just has a natural gift in creating an art-like videos in the most random and unexpected places and moments. We were blown away with our wedding highlight he did for us. We just got married on July 19th and were extremely surprised by how quickly and efficiently Chris and his team worked. What can I say... We just WING IT!!!!
Chris and Aenid are the best! We had our wedding on a weekday and a last minute wedding!
We were lucky enough that they are available on our wedding day and with great value.

The Candi Project was a joy to work with. We got a photo booth for our July wedding. Chris and Aenid were easy to work with. The photo booth set up was easy to use, they had a lot of choices for background, the prop selection was great as well. Photos came out fast and efficient, and there were copies of everyone in the picture. Price was extremely REASONABLE and everyone was very professional. Candi was our videographer at our wedding last June. They were recommended to us by a good friend. And from the day we met Chris and Aenid, I just knew they HAD to cover our wedding. They were just so creative and flawless from concept to the event itself. It was so easy and such a pleasure working with them. I didn't have to worry about a thing. Chris and Aenid were fantastic. The booth was such a hit! Love love love the props. My hubby wasn't a fan of the idea of having a photobooth at our reception cuz of the formality of it all.
