I cannot say enough about the wedding venue we chose. The cabin at the old spur was not only elegant and beautiful, but it was filled with love and helpful people. Debbie Winburn, our Venue Manager, made our wedding An absolute dream come true. There was not a single finger we had to lift during our wedding weekend. The cabins were both gorgeous spacious, and very clean. The outdoor restroom facilities for the same. There is a covered bar, a heart shaped pond, and a fire pit area. On site they have multiple alters where you can have your ceremony as well as ceremony locations. We originally chose the double door altar, which is outside, but due to rain we had to change the day before the wedding. We ended up having our ceremony under the covered pavilion, and you would’ve never known that it wasn’t the original altar we chose, due to Debbie and her team. This Venue and the team of workers will truly make all of your dreams come true. This place will forever be one of my favorite spots in the world and I will continue to recommend this venue to everyone I met. Thank you Debbie, the management team, and the cabin!

My husband and I absolutely fell in love with this venue! Especially being able to stay for the weekend. We absolutely recommend!

It was perfect, everything about the venue was just perfect for my wedding. I loved every moment of it. Will do it again in 10 yrs for a vow renewal!

We had to make last minute changes due to the weather, but the venue adapted to this with ease. Everyone present commented on the beauty of the venue. It is well layed out and lends itself to many options for weddings. We visited other venues and are extremely happy with the decision to use The Cabin At Old Spur. We can highly recommend it to anyone.

This venue was beyond exceptional. We chose to have our engagement pictures taken here and they turned out so great! The sunlight around this property was amazing and made for stunning pictures that evening! Not to mention the awesome backdrop that the gorgeous cabin, pond, and wild fields provided.

All in all this venue is spectacular and I can wait to visit again!

The Cabin at Old Spur is such a peaceful, picturesque place with a lot of charm and character. Our family and friends stayed there for a few nights and didn't even want to leave. The property is so relaxing and there's a lot to enjoy for children as well as adults. The host of the cabin is very professional, courteous, kind and also prompt in responding to emails etc. Our family would love to have another event or weekend at the Cabin soon!

My fiancé and I were getting ready for our engagement photos and our photographer suggested doing them at this lovely cabin. I admit, I was skeptical at first because I didn't know anything about this venue. However, I was blown away when we drove up to this beautiful 2-story log cabin. The area was secluded and private, the pond had a beach area and dock, there was a shooting range, and multiple areas to lounge on the porch. The owner was extremely pleasant and informative. We fell in love with our photos and if we didn't already have our wedding venue booked, this would be where we would get married. It would even be great for bachelor/bachelorette weekends, engagement parties/cook outs, or get away weekend with family/friends. Needless to say, we are in love with the Cabin at Old spur! I loved my wedding but… I had my wedding on a Sunday and with the package I bought we had to get married on that Sunday because it was the date I wanted. Well Dec wedding at 5 pm at night was cold and just bitter. The heaters provided didn’t work. The reception area was freezing. And everything was felt to be rushed. And I expected 100 guest 40 showed up for the wedding part but left after because of the cold but….. the place is beautiful and Shannon was wonderful to work with. Felt like I kept asking questions and she was getting annoyed but it worked
