We had our reception at The Buck Hotel 10 years ago and had a great experience. For our 10 year anniversary we decided to take our kids to dinner at the Buck hotel. At dinner the staff were very gracious and accommodating and helped us show our kids what a nice experience our wedding was 10 years ago. I highly recommend this wedding venue, not only because of their service and value, but because of their commitment to their customers.

The Buck Hotel was an absolutely stunning venue to get married at, and we feel so lucky that our day went off without a hitch—thanks in large part to Lauren and the entire staff. A huge shoutout to Lauren for her incredible attention to detail, endless emails, and dedication to making our day truly perfect.
On our wedding day, I honestly felt like a princess. Lauren went above and beyond to make sure I had food, drinks, and everything I needed to feel comfortable and cared for. I even had my own server during appetizers, which made the experience feel so personal and special.
The rest of the staff was equally amazing. Throughout the night, someone was always checking in to make sure we were doing okay and had everything we needed. The entire day ran so smoothly, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful.

Just had my wedding here two days ago and Lauren is an absolute dream. I would recommend her to any bride I know personally. She is exceptional and her attention to detail is unmatched. My husband and I did not have to worry about a single thing as she took care of it all from start to finish. She brought our vision to life, and incorporated things that I couldn’t even think of.. it was such a beautiful day. I cannot thank Lauren enough for how she took care of us. And the food was so delicious with really large servings. Thank you Lauren for a great job!

Lauren and her staff was amazing! Everyone was so attentive during the wedding. Even up to the wedding, we would reach out and Lauren would get back to us within the day. Lauren and her staff at The Buck are amazing! ANYTHING and I mean anything that you need they will take care of. Lauren is so kind and responsive. Any kind of decor you want put out she will do just that. If I forgot something she handled it for me. The people that work with her are also amazing. I had an issue come up with the DJ and the maitre D handled it for me without hesitation. Everyone raved about the food (braised short rib, chicken Wellington, and salmon). The portions were huge! They also work with Bredenbecks for your cake which is a fantastic bakery with more than just good cake. What you pay is 100000% worth what you get here (and it’s pretty dang affordable!) We can’t wait to come back for future anniversaries

Cannot recommend The Buck Hotel enough if you’re looking for a wedding venue. Lauren was absolutely incredible to work with. She was responsive, reassuring, communicative, and made our experience what it was. They have a fabulous price point and the service was phenomenal. This venue works for the any type of bride. They have great decor/linens that are included or you can make your wedding visions come true. Whatever we wanted, Lauren made it happen. We also got a ton of compliments on how beautiful the venue was and how good the food and drinks were. The entire staff down to the bartenders and servers were just lovely and made our night even better. Look no further if you want a beautiful inclusive wedding venue with attentive staff.

I can’t even begin to explain how phenomenal everybody at The Buck was for our wedding. Lauren was beyond accommodating to every request and idea we had and made the whole process so easy knowing we can trust her and her team to make our vision come true! Everybody raved about all of the food, the servers, bartenders, and even physical space. You get beyond what you pay for, being that this venue was the most affordable one we found. It was hard to believe because while being the most inexpensive compared to other venues, they offered the most by MILES! We could not be more grateful to have found this place by chance. I would not have wanted our wedding elsewhere.

I wanted to let everyone know how amazing the book hotel was for our wedding. The staff was great. Lauren was amazing super helpful and very responsive. It is very clean, elegant and romantic. I honestly do not have any complaints on the buck hotel, or the staff. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I felt like my wedding was out of a dream. The price wasn’t bad. I was working with a budget and Lauren was able to meet my needs and make my dreams come true I highly recommend the book hotel for anyone who is looking for a romantic elegant wedding with delicious food !!! if I could do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing. We got married at the Buck on 3/24 and everything from start to finish was perfect. Lauren was so accommodating and made our visions come to light. The food was delicious and the drinks flowed! I would recommend the Buck to anyone looking for an adorable and beautiful venue!

The Buck Hotel did an absolutely excellent job at host my wedding on February 25th of 2023! Lauren was incredible with helping me plan everything! She absolutely know what she's doing! All the staff were so helpful and kind. I have nothing bad to say about The Buck Hotel. I just wish we could do it all over again for how much of a wonderful and stress free time I had. I would highly recommend The Buck Hotel as your Wedding venue I promise you will not regret it!!!

Recently had my wedding there and it was perfect.
Ceremony was outside on the patio they set it up beautifully.
The cocktail hour was amazing everyone keeps talking about how great the food was.
Our reception was really nice, food came out in a timely manner, our guests enjoyed the service from the servers and bartenders.

Lauren was on top of everything, answered every question I had and was by my side the entire time!!!

We had our wedding at the Buck Hotel on 8/5/22. Everything was absolutely magnificent!!! Everyone we spoke with raved about our wedding, especially the Buck! Lauren was so accommodating from our first phone call till the end of the reception, she made sure every single detail was perfect!! From the food, decor, and the servers and bartenders, I couldn't possibly have imagined a more exquisite evening.

I had my wedding at the Buck Hotel on June 19th2022.What an Amazing experience!! Lauren and her staff were terrific, even the owners came in to check on our party to see if we needed anything. We had at least 100 family members call us or tell us what an amazing time they had at our wedding! I Family and Friends said it was the best wedding or one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to in their lifetime!! Lauren cannot do enough for us from the first day we booked the venue we knew after looking at at least 20 other places that this is where we were going to have our wedding reception. Lauren made this one of the best days of my life! I would recommend anyone to book an event at the Buck Hotel. I know that my friends and family including myself will be booking many more events there. Thank you Lauren!

As a pregnant bride I must say that The Buck Hotel was an amazing place to have our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception! With the pandemic, we had a difficult time finding a venue that could accommodate a smaller wedding of about 80-90 guests- we checked dozens of other venues that required a minimum of 120-200 people in order to book which was a nightmare since we were on a budget. The Buck Hotel was a ray of sunshine and was able to accommodate our smaller guest count! If you're looking for a bigger wedding, fear not as they have more than enough space to accommodate, we just wanted something smaller. The venue is beautiful and the food was delicious, even our picky hispanic families were raving about how great the food was! The all inclusive package was very affordable and the host Lauren is an absolute pleasure to work with! She always got back to me very quickly with answers to all of my questions, she made the big day run so smoothly by keeping everyone in order, she made sure we were running on schedule, she was there every step of the way and she took a lot of stress off of my plate! I highly recommend booking any event with the Buck, you will not be disappointed!!

Lauren was amazing with all of her staff, she was always there for me when I needed her and the food and the drinks wore amazing.the decorations inside the venue wore breathtaking and they made my quests feel so welcomed and everyone had such an amazing time. I would recommend this venue to anyone.

Lauren was AMAZING!
She was always there to answer my questions and the night of the wedding she took care of everything. Even as far as helping us carry in the diaper bags. Yes we have little ones and she saw me carrying them in. She even made not only a seat at my parents table for our twins but also two extra seats at our sweetheart table. That little touch meant the world to me since our twins are everything!

We took all the recommendations Lauren suggested. Like The East Coast Event Group for our DJ, Photographer, Videographer, & Photo Booth. That team is AMAZING! I’m so glad I hired them. We Loved Danielle, Marvin, Jamie, John & John’s son. They were all great! Our florist was recommendation was Precious Petals. Darlene was AMAZING to work with! Took my vision and made it come to life. All around I seriously couldn’t be happier that we picked The Buck and took all the recommendations.

Everyone told us the food was AMAZING & so was the music!

I want to add the restaurant itself is great and great food! When we booked this venue we decided to ho there to try out the food since we never been. Here we ended going a few times and has become our spot. We got to meet two special bartenders. Maria & Colleen are AWESOME! We even stopped in to say hello and got to take a pic with them.

We had the best time at The Buck for our wedding!! Lauren was wonderful to work with and made the whole process seamless! She was very responsive and on point with everything! She provided great detail on everything involved with the day of the wedding. She catered to our needs and made the day exceptional! The food was very tasty! The cake was amazing! Everyone was really nice to us and our guests. The bartenders were outstanding! Everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

This Review is long over due, we are really sorry Lauren. Our experience at the Buck Hotel was amazing, our wedding day was amazing in every way, our reception was a dry one, we could not say anything less, the ball room is huge, super clean and decorated, We had looked at 7 places and just could not find the right place to have our Reception at. My wife and I were jaw dropped and lost for words when we walked into the ball room for the first time with our parents, it was everything we wanted, Lauren and our parents knew that this was were our reception was going to be. We had 165 People at our wedding and we fit everyone super comfortable, lots of room to dance the day away. Lauren is the event Planner and she is the best, truly the best. she was very hands on form the beginning to make sure that everything was the way we wanted it to be for the wedding. Now on to the cake, we went months earlier to the bakery, bredenbeck's bakery, it is in chestnut hill, on German town ave, it is in a beautiful area. This bakery is who Lauren and the Buck uses and we were not disappointed at that either. They gave us options for seven different flavors of pound cake and seven different fillings, our favorite was the pumpkin pound cake and vanilla filling, but you can chose any flavor combo you want, that one was our favorite. The seconds best thing about the Bakery was that they will remake your top cake tier for you on your 1 year anniversary as part of the wedding package. And we can not wait for that party, Now on to the food, amazing, lots to choose form to, we did a buffet style so everyone had the ability to pick more of what they wanted, my wife and I were nervous about what food everyone between the families would eat, and we were amazed when everyone came to tell us that they went for seconds and everyone loved the food. Our wedding went better then we thought, and to Lauren, and the rest of the staff, we can not thank you enough for everything you did for us. We really appreciate everything ya'll did for us. We used The Buck Hotel for our wedding, and everything was perfect. I could not recommend this venue highly enough. I have to start off by saying that Lauren, the Banquet/Event coordinator, was so pleasant, responsive and on point throughout the whole planning process and the day of our wedding. She made it a truly seamless and stress-free experience. All of the decorations we dropped off were setup beautifully at the venue by Lauren and her staff. I loved the center pieces they have on site, which also reduced the overall cost of décor/flowers for our wedding. The day of the wedding was great. They provide a bridal suite/room, which was nice to have a place to keep things and a spot for food/drinks for the wedding party only during cocktail hour. I really loved cocktail hour, I thought the hors devours selection and hummus/cheese display was lovely. The staff did an AMAZING job. They were always there when we needed them (literally at every turn throughout the event). We did a buffet, which I thought they handled really smoothly. The bar was also amazing! They kept things moving and there was a great selection of beer/wine. We had a photo booth, which they set up at the opposite end of the banquet room. I thought it was cool to have everything in one place and did not feel congested at all.

I also want to mention that our original date was in October 2020 and when I reached out to Lauren to move the event date to 2021 due to COVID is was not a problem at all. They moved our deposit and everything to the new date without any issues.

This was the perfect location and place to have our wedding! It fit all of our guests and included everything we wanted!

The venue was Beautiful, food was delicious and the staff Friendly and Accommodating. Lauren made sure my oversized Bridal party was where they needed to be at all times. No delays everything was perfectly timed. My guest are still raving about it. I would recommend to anyone getting married. Try the Buck hotel you won't be disappointed.

I'll start off by saying that I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My husband and I booked The Buck as our wedding venue 2.5 years ago and have been in contact with Lauren constantly throughout the process. Lauren is FANTASTIC and I could rave about her all day. Her personality is infectious, her attention to detail, her response times are great, her accommodations and willingness to change whatever you need was exceptional. The staff during the reception were amazing, drinks were strong (bartenders were awesome), top to bottom the day could not have gone better! Everyone had compliments about the buffet as well as the hor'dourves and of course the late night pizza snack. My husband and I met with Lauren Thursday before our wedding and explained what decorations we had and where and Lauren (and I'm sure many others) executed it PERFECTLY. The room looked stunning and we couldn't have asked for more. You will not be disappointed if you choose to book your wedding, or any event here and I will yell it on the roof tops ;) Also, lets not forget, the value for your money is the best I found in the surrounding areas and it was WELL WORTH every penny we spent. THANK YOU.

My husband and I got married at the Buck hotel on Friday and it was beyond perfect. Like many others during Covid, we made the decision to postpone the wedding from January to October. I can’t get over how understanding and accommodating the venue was.
The venue itself is classy and elegant and really decorates itself. We went on a lot of venue tours and the Buck was the only one that had everything I was looking for. I’m not very crafty and I don’t have an eye for decoration so the venue was perfect because I didn’t feel like I needed to really do anything for it! The venue is also very handicap accessible which was very important to me because I have a grandmother who is in a wheelchair. The food for cocktail hour was delicious and so was the dinner! I am also only hearing good things from every guest that I have spoken with so far!
We worked with Lauren throughout the entire planning process and she was fantastic. She was available for any questions I had along the way. Two days before the wedding I realized that I never booked uplighting through the DJ. I reached out to Lauren to see if I booked it through the venue and she called me right away. Turns out I didn’t book it through either but that didn’t stop Lauren. She had the problem solved within an hour and secured uplighting for me! The day we did the rehearsal, we also met with her to go over the set up of the venue. I left her with a box of a few things to be set up and she organized everything perfectly. The day of the wedding she was so attentive to our needs and anticipated what we wanted before we even knew! After the ceremony, she brought a plate of hors d’oeuvres into the bridal suite for us so we didn’t miss out on them! She was always checking on us making sure we had fresh drinks and anything else we might have needed. I am so happy that we picked The Buck for our venue and highly recommend it!

My wife and I were engaged 12/24/2018 and found The Buck Hotel February of 2019 and immediately fell in love.

The venue is beautiful, classy, and the perfect white tablecloth setting you want for your special day. They have plenty of spaces to take photographs from the green wall outside, the large elegant columns in front of the venue, the gorgeous overhanging balconies outside and in.

But it gets better, they are connected to a bar and restaurant that is a page straight out of Gastons from beauty of the Beasts hunting lodge. So you get Beauty and the Beast with this venue. An amazing elegant fine venue connected to a rustic fun bar and restaurant perfect to let out after your event or to have your rehearsal (which we did).

Let’s talk price, which is obviously everyone’s concern nowadays. For our wedding (Originally 140, finale 110, because you know, Covid) the space was exceptional for the cost. I’m a firemen in a small town and my wife works in healthcare so we are everyday average middle class Americans. None of my guests felt overcrowded, the bar service was stellar and the wait staff was on top of their game and the food selections from hors d’oeuvres to dinners were great.

Covid. I cannot say this enough. Lauren and The Buck Hotel are amazing. We went through 3 postponements, reductions in our guest counts, changes in our bridal parties, changes in our rehearsal dinner, flowers, etc, you name it we did it. Not once did Lauren even give me the hint that she was annoyed, bothered, or anything other than she was understanding, kind, compassionate of our circumstances. They worked with us, changed the dates, reduced our counts despite being in a contract.

This isn’t just a great venue, these are great people. We’ve been in contact for so long that I’m sad to no longer be in contact with them.

If you’re on the fence about this venue, let me tell you that it’s not just the venue you work with but the people too, and these are the best.

I had the opportunity to have my wedding ceremony and reception at The Buck this weekend and it was superb. Lauren went above and beyond to make the day go smoothly and to make sure all the guests were taken care of, from the Ceremony to cocktail hour and then the reception. The food was phenomenal and the service was excellent. All my guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was and how good the food was, as well as the service. Thank you Lauren, and The Buck for letting us have the wedding of our dreams.

We had our wedding at the Buck on August 28th and it was simply … PERFECT. Lauren was so helpful anytime I had questions and made the day run so smoothly. There is honestly nothing that I would have changed!!! I highly highly recommend!!!

My husband and I were very fortunate to find this venue after our original venue fell through with Covid. Once we met with Lauren (banquet manager) we knew everything happens for a reason and we were in good hands . We were married here on May 28,2021 and our guests could only say good things about this place. This place is the whole package for anyone looking for a venue!

We booked our wedding at The Buck Hotel on 10/16/2020 and it was absolutely PERFECT. All of our guests had an amazing time, while feeling safe. During the pandemic, Lauren, the event coordinator, kept contact with us and never once felt like they were leaving us out to dry. The food was perfect and I will ALWAYS recommend The Buck Hotel to anyone in the future.

In light of this pandemic things are constantly changing. The professionalism of this outfit was remarkable. Nothing with too much trouble. Always got back to me immediately. Never had to ask twice about anything. My mother has a compromised immune system and I needed a table set up outside the venue room they did that and it was absolutely beautiful. The banquet manager herself Was readily available the entire reception. We had a small crowd of 25 and we were treated like we had 300 guest. I could not have asked for more. My wedding day was beautiful and they made everything so easy. Nothing but great things to say about Lauren her boss and the entire outfit! Very reasonably priced the food was delicious! A+ plus plus all the way around. Highly recommended

I cannot say enough about how amazing Lauren and the rest of the staff are at The Buck. My husband and I were planning on having our wedding on May 2 2020, but due to COVID-19 those plans were changed. We ended up having to reschedule our wedding not just once, but twice. Finally on 9/11/20 we were able to have our celebration. Through the whole process Lauren was fantastic, she made sure every detail was taken care of and was so flexible with all of the changes happening. We had our wedding outside instead of in the ballroom due to restrictions and you would have never even known that it wasn't always supposed to be outside. We had so many of our guests say how beautiful everything looked. Everyone did a fantastic job making sure we followed CDC guidelines so everyone felt safe and comfortable. I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else and would recommend The Buck to anyone who is looking to have a beautiful wedding and working with people who care.

My husband and I can't say enough positive things about the Buck Hotel. Years ago, in July of 2003, we had our wedding at the Buck Hotel. The food was amazing, the staff was fantastic, and the venue itself is beautiful. In 2017, when we had our oldest daughter's Bat Mitzvah, we returned to the Buck Hotel for our celebration and once again it was incredible. Lauren and Shannon are simply the BEST to work with - they are dedicated, patient, and extremely accommodating. We have family members with food allergies and food sensitivities, and they were so helpful in making sure all of them were taken care of and had plenty to eat. They were flexible with all of my requests (and I had many), and they went above and beyond to make sure the day was perfect. This year we will celebrate our youngest daughter's Bat Mitzvah. There was no question that we would once again be celebrating at the Buck Hotel. We have had MANY questions, as we were supposed to celebrate this April (2020) and due to the Covid-19 health pandemic and restrictions on social gatherings, we have had to change the date. I can't tell you how wonderful Shannon and Lauren have been to us throughout this very stressful time.
If you are considering using the Buck Hotel for your wedding, or any other important family or corporate event, do it! You will not be disappointed. Their care, attention to detail, and not to mention their value, make the Buck Hotel hands down the best venue to host an event.

I was engaged close to two and half years ago and I reserved the Buck right away for my 2019 wedding. The Buck Hotel has always been apart of my life and I was so happy to have my wedding here. Lauren and Shannon as well as the rest of this wonderful company was so helpful in everything. From helping set up my decor for the reception to answering little questions I had here and there. The food was WONDERFUL! They had so many options it was so hard to choose. They were so helpful and so nice the room was perfect and help coordinate with our other vendors coming in! thank you for being so wonderful :)

Thank you to Lauren who orchestrated the entire day. She had everything in place. I didn't even have to give any details a thought. I dropped off a ridiculous amount of boxes the day before with signs and flutes and posters and other related items. The day of the wedding, everything was exactly in place. The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing and all the setting up, taking down and resetting went so smoothly I didn't even notice. The hors d'oeuvres were delicious and they just kept coming. My wedding cake was cut and served beautifully. It was perfect.

We highly recommend The Buck Hotel as a wedding venue. Lauren and Shannon were fabulous during the entire process of deciding on this venue to the attention to detail during our wedding. Our wedding was exactly what we wanted and even more so. Our guests were impressed by the venue and the service. We were able to enjoy our wedding because we knew that everything was being taken care of. Amazing!

I loved my wedding experience with The Buck! All of my guests had an enjoyable and memorable time and all of the food was very good - from the hors doerves to the dessert. So many people complimented me on how beautiful the venue is, even some saying they want to have their wedding/renew their vows their. I really recommend it because everything there was perfect! From the first moment you walk in, it feels so heart warming and beautiful surrounded by the twinkling glowing atmosphere. Most importantly to me was that the price of using The Buck includes many things, without even having to pay a venue fee! Just the per person dinner cost, which is wayy less than the many other venues I researched. I used their January discount which was amazing at $75 per person. We got lucky with a warm 50 degrees winter day :) maybe you will too? ;) Email them to request banquet info, you’ll see that they even include champagne toast and a custom wedding cake and a desserts table at no extra cost! Plus so much more! They even cut up the cake and sent my guests off with slices in baggies, at my request. I didn’t bring many of my own things, I just used their in house silk flower center pieces and they even beautifully set up the sweetheart table for us. So you don’t even have to bring your own decorations and it will still be beautiful. Everything ran very smoothly according to plan, thanks to Lauren for checking in here and there, while silently and efficiently running the show and just letting us have fun. We had no worries, just a great time and amazing memories! My husband and I are so pleased and happy we chose The Buck, I highly recommend it!!

We got married here Sept. 8th 2018 and we could not have been more pleased. The price was just right for our budget, but the food, the bar, and the look of the venue far exceeded what we expected for the price! We were told by everyone who attended that they loved their meal. We were very impressed with the look of the bar, and the professionalism of the bartenders. They were even able to accommodate the signature cocktail that we wanted, which the ingredients for aren’t found at every open bar wedding, but since the venue is also a bar/restaurant they had everything. Lauren and Shannon who are in charge of all the banquets and weddings were incredibly accessible. They were always available to answer any questions and were able to accommodate some very last minute changes on our part (and were super nice about it). Everything went perfectly at the wedding and the Buck was a huge part of making that happen. Honestly can’t say enough good things about this place!

There are no words to express how amazing The Buck Hotel team was in helping my husband and I in planning our wedding on 8/18/18. They were there for us the through the entire process from walking us through their options as we decided to book them as our venue, to answering all my questions on dietary needs and decorations, to making sure my dress was fluffed right before I walked down the aisle. The night was truly magical and I don't think it would have been half as amazing if it was held anywhere but at The Buck Hotel.

We recently had our wedding at The Buck Hotel and I cannot say enough great things about it! We were so pleased throughout the entire process. Lauren was there on the day of our wedding making sure everything went perfectly. All of the coordinators we worked with- Lauren, Shannon and Courtney- were always extremely responsive to all of our questions throughout planning. The day before the wedding, we dropped off all of our decor and they made sure it was set up exactly how we had described. Lauren was great at directing everyone where to go and what to do so that things were efficient and went smoothly. She was attentive throughout the wedding and the venue looked absolutely beautiful on the day of!

My husband and I got married at the Buck Hotel in the ballroom on June 23, 2018 and we couldn't be happier with our decision! When you start looking for a wedding venue it can be quite overwhelming with all the choices but when we went to see the Buck we knew from the start that we wanted our wedding there. The packages and pricing is GREAT and the location is perfect if you have family in both Bucks County and Philadelphia it is an easy find. The food was great and you get lots of it, open bar was perfect with quick service and the ballroom is beautiful. They just redid the floors and put in a permeate dance floor which looks wonderful. We had our ceremony and reception at the Buck and it worked out perfectly. The staff took care of everything from putting up our decor, setting the tables, flipping the room and we had nothing at all to worry about, it was so seamless. Lauren and Shannon were great and made our wedding perfect! All our friends and family had a blast and can't stop saying what a great wedding it was and we owe a lot of that to the Buck!

We couldn’t have picked a better place to have our reception. Lauren and Shannon made sure our day was perfect . They made sure our signs , our tables numbers were perfect. Everyone loved the food and drinks. The atmosphere was just perfect for our night!

Truly happy we chose the Buck. The staff were attentive, the food was great and our guests loved the venue. Lauren exquisitely handled everything and let us do things our way. Beautiful evenining that I will remember always.

Our wedding was held at The Buck Hotel 3/2/18.. From the start of our planning The Buck Hotel was incredible. They worked with our budget so we were able to hold our wedding at their venue. We also held our rehearsal dinner here as well. Food was amazing! On the wedding day & due to the forecast of snow and rain The Buck Hotel allowed us to come 4 hours before our wedding to get situated and get photos taken. Lauren & Courtney were unbelievable throughout our entire planning. Ken & I wanted and needed for nothing the day of our wedding. Lauren came by here and there throughout the night to ensure we were in good shape, glasses full, food was hot, and that we were happy. Same with both sets of parents. Courtney was here, there and every where helping with anything and everything. The food was amazing, the hall was breathtaking, and our wedding was nothing short of perfect. No hidden costs or fees, there was upfront explanation about everything & of things that were not included but could be at extra cost, etc. Lauren & Courtney were very well versed in event planning and when a question came up they were not sure of- they didn't hesitate to ask someone to be sure their answers they were given were correct. The Buck Hotel and it's staff are top notch and we could not have had such an amazing night without each of them!

Our wedding night was MAGICAL! What every girl dreams of. Organizing and planning was fun and well organized. They set up our decor exactly as we requested, the food was so delicious and Courtney made sure that we ate and drank threw out the day. she brought a tray of food to our bridal sweet of our cocktail selections. The customer service was excellent including the bartender and dinner buffet. The cake from BredenBeck's was absolutely amazing! Every single one of our guests have commented about what a beautiful and heartfelt wedding it was and how the venue made our day one we will not forget.

The Buck offers a warm, inviting ambience in beautifully decorated rooms for both cocktail hour and reception hall.The staff was experienced, friendly and professional. The buffet offered a variety of delicious choices and the service was excellent. A special thanks to both wedding coordinators, Courtney and Lauren. Through the combination of attention to details and efficiency, the Buck Hotel made my daughter's wedding an even more special event.

We held the ceremony and the reception for about 95 people right at the Buck. Lauren was a pleasure to work with as we discussed, planned and conducted the event. As the actual day got closer, Lauren was flexible and understanding as changes were made. On the day of the event, Lauren and the staff at the Buck hit it out of the park! Lauren was excellent in keeping everyone organized and the event running on time. The room for the ceremony was set up beautifully. Cocktail hour and the hors d'oeuvres did not disappoint. Dinner was excellent. The bar staff as well as the wait staff were great. We used one of the recommended photographers and one of the DJ's and both were excellent as well. After the event, we had so many comments from our guests that they really enjoyed the entire afternoon and evening. We received great comments on the food and the venue from all that attended. We would absolutely recommend the Buck and will utilize their services for any future needs.

Our wedding was March 11th 2017. I love the buck, the food and the people that work there. I had a rough year my future husband had a stoke in November of 2016, my daughter passed away January of 2017 and our wedding was March 11th. It was a very sad time in our lives. The Buck made our day very special, the food was delicious and there was enough of it. I have had party's there before and would definitely recommend The Buck!

My husband and I had our wedding at the buck and we couldn't ask for more. The staff was awesome. Very efficient,on top of everything. Courtney and Lauren were so awesome at helping plan our wedding. They were so easy to work with, professional and friendly. The food was delicious. Thank you for making our wedding the best.

My husband and I just had our wedding at the Buck Hotel last night and had such a amazing experience that I had to write a review right away. Lauren is a excellent, friendly,helpful, nice, on top of everything coordinator. I had no worries the entire process. She is amazing! Lauren and the staff made our dream wedding come true down to the littlest details. They are very accommodating and friendly. The food for cocktail hour, dinner and dessert tasted sooo yummy, everyone kept mentioning how good the food was and you always want that at your wedding. There are so many food/dessert options to choose from. The wedding packages are at a great price especially for what is included and how beautiful the room is (I love the chairs). If I could give more then 5 stars I would! Thanks to Lauren and the wonderful staff at the Buck they helped us create a fun night that we will always remember!

Our wedding was perfect! Not a single thing went wrong and it was all due to the staff at The Buck Hotel. They changed management in the banquet department after we book and I am so glad that they did! Megan was amazing throughout the whole process. They set up our decor exactly as we wanted, the food was delicious and Courtney (our captain) made sure that we ate and drank during the day. Husband and I were able to enjoy a quick snack in between pictures as she brought a tray of food to the bridal sweet while our photographer kept us busy). The pictures here do not do the venue justice! We had a rainy day and our photographer was able to find some great spots to take pictures. Every single one of our guests have commented about what a great wedding it was and how the venue was so perfect.

First off I want to express our gratitude to Nicole and her staff as we were extremely happy with their service on the day of our wedding. From the moment we went to visit the hall, Nicole was one of the most down to earth people and she was able to answer any question I threw at her. When we went for the tasting we were able to bring our parents and it was a great hour and fun time testing what our guest would eat. Being Greek it is vital that the food was fantastic and I can say that we got the most compliments on the food as the guests were satisfied and that is a very good thing. The kitchen staff did an amazing job and let me tell you about the Matre D' was absolutely amazing. My husband and I never had to worry about our champagne being empty as she took care of us. The only thing that I would have loved but will not take stars away from the buck is that since we had a lot of people in the bridal party I would recommend to have a separate tray of at least 2 of all the hour d'ourves as we really did not get any. The ones we did get were delicious (even all the kids in the party were loving them). Finally they were greatly priced and a great location. After the wedding they even opened the bar so we could keep the party going. Thank you BUCK HOTEL!!!! You made our wedding awesome!!

Our reception was beautiful at the Buck Hotel. We had around 50 guests and used the "Top of the Buck" room. Our servers were excellent and very professional. The catering package was reasonable and included an ice cream sundae bar which was the highlight of the evening. Everyone enjoyed the food, and the set-up was beautiful. I made my own favors and centerpieces and they set everything up perfectly and provided their own flowers as well. We'll come back again for future special events.

My husband and I were MORE than please with the services we received from The Buck Hotel. They include SO much in their package and it can be achieved at an affordable price. To this day we still have people talking about how great our food was and how beautiful the ballroom was. I still think about the meal and wish I could go back and eat all that delicious food. Their service is wonderful and the staff is great.

My husband and I were engaged for two years, so when we were looking for places, The Buck was definitely our top choice. We had to change our wedding date because I was enrolled in school, and they immediately accommodated the date change. Shannon was the wedding coordinator we mostly worked with, and she was so patient, kind, and responsive.

Any questions we had were immediately answered, and what's even better is the majority of things such as the food, alcohol, and cake are all included. The venue is great because we did the ceremony and reception there as well which minimized the traveling time for our guests. We really had no complains throughout the night. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Honestly as a busy bride, I found these people amazing. They were extremely helpfull!! They consistantly ask to help with things. The food was amazing and they give a wonderfull food tasting, which i found alot of places do not do anymore! Alot was included with my price as well, incluing center peices, cake ect.You can pay weekly or all at once. My ceremony was beautiful as well as my reception. They mae my day wonderfull, an i would reccomend them in a heartbeat!!

The Buck Hotel was so great to work with! They arranged everything perfectly. We had a last minute change two days before the wedding and they were able to accommodate everything in no time. They made everything so easy. And the food was AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about our wedding. It was absolutely perfect!

I had my wedding at The Buck Hotel in July of 2018. The main reason I chose The Buck Hotel was because it was very affordable compared to other venues in the area. Communication with the coordinators is awful. No one answers when you call, and they won't respond to your email for a day or 2 either. The food was just OK. We were told the bridal party would have appetizers and cocktails during pictures during cocktail hour, however we did not. Once we came in from pictures, the appetizer tray was sitting in the bridal suite. Why? It took forever to eat which pushed back our DJs plans of getting everyone on the dance floor by a certain time. We chose our cake to be boxed and bagged since many desserts were provided. I had several guests who later told me that they didn't receive a piece of cake (INCLUDING MYSELF AND THE GROOM!!!!!). All in all, this day was far from perfect because of this venue. Do not recommend.

Planning the wedding with the Buck was difficult because of many miscommunications/communicating with different people and them not communicating with each other. But I do not know if this is normal for them, they were apologetic and tried to make it up to us (they did!).
Overall, it was a beautiful setting and the day of was perfect! everything went smoothly and ran on time. Food was delicious, employees were nice, no complaints for the day of!

The place is nice, the food is good, however the service by the events/banquet side has a long way to go. From the very beginning there was a lack of customer service. My package allowed for one of the employees to be the coordinator/planner from start to finish. I had to ask questions about EVERYTHING. I had to ask when certain things were going to be ordered/when should I come and pay/when should I bring the decorations/how is this going to work etc. there was no help whatsoever on helping me plan my first and hopefully only wedding. I received short answer responses to my email questions that I always had to initiate in order for the day to even happen. The venue provided center pieces but I provided everything else. Two days before wedding I go and take decorations and provide info on how I would like it to look. The day of my mom and sister go early to check and was told more people were coming to help decorate. The wedding comes and everything looked just liked it did earlier in the day. I brought lanterns and they were just placed on floor without being turned on and tags still on them. I brought enough petals to line the aisle. You could count the amount of petals because of the small amount thrown down. Nothing was done the way I wanted most likely because the lady had no concern for my day from the beginning. On top of this the cake was never ordered. They purchased frozen cake and had to wait for it to thaw. People never received their cake. The coordinator left after the ceremony and left someone in charge that knew how to do nothing. He did not direct the rest of the night and we ended up not throwing the bouquet or having an appropriate send off. Me and my husband received horrible non existent service at the sweetheart table. A guy came once to check on us. Our wedding was for 70 people.

This venue only cares about your money, they do not have the slightest bit of interest in making sure your day goes well.
When covid-19 hit, we were extremely patient and tried to wait for the coordinator to contact us first with updates because we knew they must be busy dealing with tons of postponements. An update never came and I eventually had to reach out as the date grew closer. I reached out multiple times and was given vague answers such as "we hope things will be back to normal", but no response as to what our options were if things were NOT back to normal in time for our wedding.
We were eventually offered an outdoor tented option, but as our wedding was in August we did not want an outdoor wedding in the heat. We were told we would need to rent the tent, but that they didn't know what the cost would be. We hoped that by our new date in October indoor events would be allowed.
As October grew closer, it became clear that we might have to have an outdoor wedding. That's when Lauren told us it would cost $2500 for the tent and that the dancefloor would be in a separate area than where the tables were set up for dinner.
Asking a bride and groom who signed a contract for a ballroom to pay $2500 for a tent we could've bought from walmart is absolutely unacceptable. They were clearly trying to take advantage of us. We saw pictures of the tent and tables were crammed together way too closely for anyone to be comfortable. There is no way we could have fit more than 40 people in the tent comfortable and they wanted us to cram over 100 people in a tiny space, with complete disregard for anyone's safety. After asking for a refund, they eventually offered to cover the cost of the tent. By that point, we no longer trusted them to host our event because it was clear they were trying to upcharge us. We also were not willing to settle for a dancefloor that is in a separate area than where guests eat because quite frankly it sounds depressing for those who don't wish to dance to be segregated. We asked for a refund multiple times and they kept dodging our question. They eventually refused when a court ruling changed restrictions and offered us an indoor event, however we were not comfortable with that knowing if restrictions changed back again (which they did, 2 days before the scheduled date), we would have been forced to settle for a lackluster tent wedding. While we agree they should keep the initial deposit for their time, not returning the 40% payment we made in January BEFORE covid-19 hit the US is completely insensitive. No services were rendered and they are still keeping our money. Steer clear of venues like this because you never know what will happen and they have absolutely no sympathy and will not offer even a partial refund even in a pandemic! Give your money to a venue that will make your satisfaction with your day a priority instead!

I have never written a review in my life.... good nor bad..... but our disappointment with The Buck is so bad that months later we are still upset . My daughters wedding was held in the ballroom at The Buck back in June. The things that occurred that evening.... from the very beginning of the evening until the very end .... should of never occurred .We were in total disbelief and still are . So much that I immediately called to speak with the owner 4 times ... left my name and number .... my reason for calling ....he never returned any of my calls .... I also went there and asked to speak with him twice and was turned away. Lauren.... the wedding coordinator... had heard that I was calling and called me. We talked about all the things that went horribly wrong and she said she would speak with her boss and call me. SHE NEVER DID. Not only did she ignore me .... she LIED to me ... I didn’t want to speak with her in the first place because as far as I’m concerned she failed miserably at doing her job .
We were not only robbed of our money .... but we were robbed of what we should have as a day of beautiful memories. All of our time spent planning ... hard earned money spent .... excitement and anticipation of the wedding day was just abolished by everyone’s incompetence . The affair was totally understaffed and it was obvious in every aspect of the entire evening -215 people arrived to join in the ceremony and reception. It was 86 degrees that day .... sunny and humid. The venue was like walking into a sauna. The air conditioner WAS NOT ON when we arrived . It was upsetting to see everyone sweating profusely. Everyone looked like they had a glass of water thrown in their face. It felt like 100 degrees. SO HOT IT WAS SICKENING ..... and just got Progressively hotter as the night went on . - We paid to have 10 servers during cocktail hour to butler hot hors d’oeuvres And there were only 3 .Most of my guests didnt know that hors d’oeuvres were even served . I was so upset I didn’t see any servers for the first 35 minutes of cocktail hour. They never made it into the rooms on either side of the of the lobby. I had to go hunt them down only to be told they were sorry but very short handed. So not only were our guests HOT. They were HUNGRY. - Which brings us to dinner.... At the taste testing we attended months before the wedding ... the food was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS . The day of the wedding .. the food was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. Nothing at all like the taste testing ... not even close. The chicken francaise was like rubber ... not edible , The tortellini Alfredo was a pile of mush without a trace of Alfredo sauce to be seen . The scalloped potatoes were swimming in cream and hard , undercooked . The salmon was missing from the buffet table most of the time. My father went up 3 times for salmon and 3 times it was still waiting to be replaced . AND one of the servers behind the buffet table had no uniform on like the others.. He was wearing jeans with an orange and blue stripped T-shirt. Just unreal. - throughout the evening I was told several times by my guests that I might want to tell one of the staff to tend to the bathrooms because the trash cans were over flowing onto the floor. The wedding coordinator was impossible to find most of the night. We had no idea that we were going to have to police the affair too . And last but not least .... like I said , the staff slacked until the very end of the night ...as we were saying goodbye to our guests and thanking them for attending ... which by the way was just heart wrenching for us because all looked defeated ... the heat within the place just took a toll on everyone.... a waitress brought out 2 small trays of wedding cake sliced up and bagged for people to take home and placed them on the table in the lobby. IT WAS GONE WITHIN MINUTES . It was never replenished. I was being asked by everyone as they left if there was cake to take home BUT THERE SAT THE EMPTY TRAYS.And once again our guests were neglected and I was too busy to once again to have to police the situation . I swear I couldn’t take another moment of this humiliating experience provided by The staff at The Buck. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE ... when we arrived home ... my husband comes walking in the kitchen with this massive sheet cake that was given to him at the end of the night. He had no idea why .It was about 4 to 5 inches high and HUGE . Well I come to find out that this cake is given to The Buck by the bakery to compensate what the wedding cake does not. It is called the “ kitchen cake” and its purpose is to be cut up and bagged for OUR GUESTS TO TAKE HOME because the wedding cakes are made on a smaller scale and can not accommodate 200 people. Its purpose is NOT to be sent home with The parents of the bride. So there on my kitchen table sat a cake that SHOULD OF BEEN SLICED AND BAGGED for MOST of my guests that left empty handed. So over all We would say that our wedding coordinator didn’t coordinate so well. And We honestly thought that the owner of this establishment would be very interested in knowing how things are handled by the people he entrusts his business to with him obviously being an absentee owner . And I will finish with THANK THE LORD ABOVE that the bartenders were on point. They looked like a sweaty mess like the rest of us but it didn’t affect their professionalism or performance. Barry the bartender was the saving grace of the entire evening. THANKGOD someone actually knew how to handle the crowd because no one else present did. When We think about how we actually paid this place to turn our daughters wedding into a shit show .... We honestly can not believe it . IM STILL WAITING FOR THAT PHONE CALL . WE REFUSE TO BE SWEPT UNDER THE RUG .
