Everything about my experience was absolutely PERFECT from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I walked out! My bridal consultant Courtney made the experience that much more over the top with her knowledge and expertise. Their dress selection has something for everyone and they are sure to keep it in your budget! I fell in love with my dress the moment I put it on my body! It was so much more than I dreamed of. The feelings and emotions I had when I walked out of the dressing room were expressed all over my face from my enormous smile to the tears that filled my eyes and ran down my cheeks! Not to mention all of my family members crying too! Courtney, the staff and my family helped me feel absolutely stunning and say "Yes to the dress" in a matter of 30 minutes! I have never felt more sure about my decision and my experience. I would highly highly recommend this bridal boutique!!!

Bride to Be was absolutely amazing. They had dresses that we're timeless and classic, but still right on trend. They were extremely attentive and accommodating towards me and my tastes. The staff was lovely, the store was lovely, it was all around a great experience!

everyone we spoke with at the bride to be was wonderful! they were attentive and helpful and really had my daughter's interests at heart. eve, brittany and kacy were phenomenal!

Erika was so helpful on both occasions I visited the store - once with my mom and aunts, and the second time when I was coming in by myself to confirm that I had, in fact, found the dress! She was able to pull styles that matched what I was looking for, and when it came down to deciding, was able to do some digging to find out that I could custom-order the train I wanted on my gown. All in all a great experience, and I can't wait to see my dress when it comes in this May!

I had "the perfect dress" in my mind and had searched various shops around the Fort Wayne area to find it. Everyone dress shop told me that the dress I had been showing them through my Pinterest page was not possible unless I wanted to spend $1,000 or more dollars and that would still involve some compromise. I went to the Bride to Be on a whim with no knowledge about it. I found a dress on their clearance rack that I liked, but didn't love (it was also a size 10 and I am a size 4). I tried it on just to see. After trying it on, I showed the consultants the dress I wanted on my Pinterest and after taking a glance at it they said that it was completely possible with the dress I had chosen off the clearance rack. Soon, the dress I liked was turned into the dress I loved from my pin. The consultants were AMAZING and were determined to make my dress everything I wanted it to be. They were awesome to work with and made the entire stress of the day go away. I highly recommend them to any future brides.

I loved this store from the friendliness of the staff to the quality of the dress. I cant wait for my fiancé to see me walk down the aisle and see me in my dress!

I found my dress at the bride to be. The atmosphere is beautiful and elegant and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The quality of these dresses were much nicer than ones I have tried at other places and they still had a good selection of dresses in my budget!

Truly enjoyed my experience at The Bride To Be. I had a private bridal appointment and loved experiencing my special bridal moment with only my bridesmaids, mother, and future mother-in-law. Staff was professional and helpful, and also made the experience fun! I found the perfect dress during my appointment and was able to apply a portion of the private appointment fee towards my gown purchase, which was a plus! All of my contact with The Bride To Be, either phone or email, has been friendly and timely. I will be recommending The Bride To Be to any future brides I know!

The Bride To Be is a fantastic bridal shop! The employees were very friendly and helpful when I was deciding on my wedding gown. Appointments for my fitting were easy to schedule and my dress turned out perfect. I would highly recommend anyone in the Ft Wayne aerea to go here when looking for their perfect dress!

The day I found my dress at The Bride to Be was one to be remembered. Erika was so helpful and easy to work with. I had an image in mind, and she pulled items that were similar to my image when we finally found "the one" that I was looking for. I recently picked up my dress and fell in love with it all over again when I tried it on for the first time in my size. I highly recommend visiting The Bride to Be when looking for you dress. Five stars to The Bride to Be!

My experience at The Bride To Be, was everything I could have hoped for. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Shawna was very knowledgeable and listened carefully to what I was looking for. She also made it easy to narrow down the choices which made saying YES to the dress so easy! I found my dress at The Bride to Be in November. I already had my eye on a dress that I saw on the internet and was able to check with them if they were going to carry it when I scheduled my appointment. The layout of the store is very comfortable and the sales staff was helpful and friendly. I was helped into and out of dresses and style suggestions (for tailoring and accessorizing) were made but not pushed. I came with some family and bridesmaids and we all had a lot of fun and I walked out having ordered my dream dress. I am planning my wedding for a distance and they've also been wonderful working with my schedule for when I'll be in town, so I can get my fittings and everything done conveniently.

The Bride to Be was the first bridal salon I went to when looking for my gown. I loved the selection of dresses, the atmosphere, and the staff is amazing. The separate dressing rooms and private mirrors made the experience that much more special to me. I fell in love with the perfect dress and veil within an hour, with the help of Kacy who helped out in the dressing room (which my guests appreciated)! The staff kept in contact throughout the ordering and shipping process and I have my first fitting this week!

I couldn't be happier with the service I received at The Bride to Be!! Shawna helped me find my perfect dress, which was actually a combination of a strapless dress and lace overlay jacket from another dress! I also ordered all of my bridesmaids dresses from The Bride to Be. Their expertise and quality of dresses is what brought me back and I am so pleased with my choice!!

My experience at The Bride to Be was everything I ever wanted! My consultant was so kind and encouraging, she was just great!! They have a large selection of dresses and there were some very unique dresses too. It also feels much more private than some of the other dress shops I went to. The dressing rooms are large and have a mirror so you can view yourself in your dress before walking out of the dressing room. I would definitely reccomend this dress shop to any bride looking for their dream dress, I found mine on the first visit!

I had a wonderful experience at The Bride to Be. Not only did I leave with a dress ordered, but I felt like I found THE dress that made me feel beautiful inside and out. Kelsey was my "helper" and she did a wonderful job allowing me to freely roam the store and pick out dresses that I thought would work. My family and I ended up liking more dresses than we thought! Kelsey had the alterations extraordinaire give me peace of mind that she could make magic happen with my dream dress. I went in to the bridal boutique with an open mind and left with a beautiful dress that I can only describe as one-of-a-kind. The first thing my family and I said was that we loved the dress in the window display. Kelsey gladly took it off the mannequin and helped me into the beautiful dress. The staff was very patient with me while I debated whether I wanted to bite the bullet or not. The incentive of a discounted price of buying the dress that day helped me make my final decision. Overall, I would recommend The Bride to Be because they helped me choose the Dress for Me!

I had gone to many bridal boutiques before I made an appointment at The Bride to Be, and thank goodness I did. Working with Brooke was one of the best experiences I have had thus far planning for my wedding, she felt more like a friend rather than a sales consultant. She and I got along great and laughed the whole time trying to find my perfect dress...and we found it! I'm so grateful to Brooke and the professional staff at The Bride to Be, they really made me feel comfortable with such a big decision. I would recommend this boutique to anyone - the girls are attentive, friendly, helpful and they know exactly what they are talking about. I can't wait for my fiance to see my walking down the aisle.

I dreaded going dress shopping because, I'm picky and I hate being rushed-especially if I'm trying to find "the dress"! Plus, I was looking for a blush colored wedding dress and couldn't find many options in my area...until I looked on The Bride To Be picture gallery on their website. It had many beautiful, blush colored dress options. Kelsey was patient, helpful, and I loved how reassuring she was about my decision. I had to try on an ivory dress and "imagine" the blush color, but they were so helpful and extremely excited that I chose the "oatmeal" version of the dress. I'm confident my dress will be 'one of a kind'-which is exactly what I wanted.

Oh my lanta I still can't believe the dress I purchased! Ladies, please, go to this bridal boutique if you want to have a fantastic experience and find an unbelievable dress at an affordable price. I did not make an appointment but instead just walked in early in the morning during the week and Shawna was there to help me immediately. I did not know what I wanted in my dress at all so we walked through the racks and told her different things I did and did not like. Then we pulled about eight dresses and the show began! Shawna was always focused on me and giving me different things that I wanted with a dress, such as jewelry, belts, ect. There was one dress in particular that I loved on the clearance rack, but it just wasn't there yet. Shawna asked if she could pull another for me and it was STUNNING. She had learned what I loved and hated in dresses and the dress she pulled is the one I walked out the door with same visit, and she was SO respectful of my budget!
The dress was originally $2800 on clearance for $1500, and with an anniversary sale going on, I got a deal that was just as stunning as the dress!! I am so excited to return for alterations and get it fitted, I have heard wonders about the seamstress and am thrilled to meet her!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They are truly the best place in Fort Wayne for a bridal boutique. Was treated like I was the only bride in the area getting married. They listened to what I wanted and helped me find the DRESS!!! I continue to save money there and they have great customer service. I can't wait to go back and pick up my dress!! You will not be drowned in cliche "You look so beautiful" comments at Bride to Be. The staff was professional, helpful, and understood that most girls will know the dress when they see it. A majority of the dresses were at or above the $1200 mark, though I was able to find exactly what I wanted for $500 because I happened to like a dress that was the last of its kind. In any case, it was the only dress that I tried on in the city of Fort Wayne and liked. Thus, this saved me a trip to Cincinnati and Indy. Their collection was beautiful, but controlled in quantity, assuring that one was not overwhelmed. Their seamstress sounds wonderful, and I am very pleased that Bride to Be values the talent and skill that Asa brings with her from overseas.

I went to all of the dress shops in town. I was looking for a dress that didn't look cheap but was still decently priced and also different. All of the weddings I have been to lately, the bride's dresses all looked pretty much the same. This was the only store I found that in. I tried on 8 dress where in other stores I only found maybe 1 or 2 that I liked well enough to try on. The girl helping was great!! Very professionally but extremely friendly. Sometimes professionalism can come off very cold but they were all very warm. It was like having a good friend helping me out. When i was trying on my dress many of the other employees were coming over and watching, offering helpful "advice" but not advice that sways any decision making. It was purely my decision of what I liked and didn't like. Also the store was NOT over crowded like many of the other stores I entered. You need an appointment to try on dresses which was great because you get individualized attention. I would highly recommend anyone coming here to pick out there dress. It was really an amazing experience and everything I hoped it would be!!

Working with all of the ladies at The Bride to Be was an amazing experience. I went to their shop after being to several bridal stores around the Fort Wayne area and their dresses were, by far, the most beautiful ones I had tried on and the staff was excited to help (a valuable asset that I did not feel at the other shops). I was looking for something unique. Something no one had seen before and other shops couldn't give me that. I ended up falling in love with a sample dress that was several sizes too big and I wasn't sure it would be able to be reworked enough to fit me but I was amazed at the alterations they did on it. It was done beautifully and they quickly fixed any areas I wasn't completely satisfied with. Because my dress required so many alterations, I was in the shop several times and every time I was there everyone was friendly and excited about being there. They also were great with working with me since I lived out of town. They worked with my schedule without any problems. After such a great experience finding my dress there, I also purchased my bridesmaids dresses from The Bride to Be. They have a great selection and I chose a very formal, beautiful dress for my girls that they were actually excited about being able to wear again! Don't even bother with the other bridal shops in Fort Wayne. Save yourself some time and just start out at The Bride to Be!

I drove to The Bride to Be from Valparaiso, IN on a whim for my first experience trying on wedding dresses. I had a rough idea if what I was looking for & had Shauna pull the dresses from the racks that matched my idea. Before I entered the dressing room, Shauna brought over a corset top & skirt asking if I would be willing to try it on. She stated most girls wouldn't put it on because it is 2 pieces. Well I'm not most girls so I said I would give it a shot. As soon as I had the corset laced & the skirt zipped I knew I found my dress. On my wedding day, i loved the dress as much that day as I did the first time i put it on. 1st dress at my first dress shop, does it get any better??!

The Bride To Be was absolutely amazing. I purchased my wedding dress from this store and it was beautiful...everything I wanted my dress to be. They were friendly, helpful, responsive and extremely professional. My dress was gorgeous, the alterations were perfect and everything was done on time when expected.

I had a wonderful time working with these amazing ladies! They were very helpful and considerate. It was fun to work with the same women to see the transformation from picking the dress to trying on MY wedding dress for the last time before walking down the aisle. Asu (the seamstress) is incredible and the final outcome was perfection.

The Bride to Be provided outstanding service from the very beginning. They showed me a dress "off the rack" that I immediately loved. They were great at working with us on price and gave us a great discount plus free alterations. I really wanted a one strap dress wedding dress. Asu did an amazing job listening to me and designing the perfect strap that matched the rest of the dress. It was very unique and I loved everything about the dress. She also did a great job making sure it fit perfectly on the day of. I had several fittings prior to the wedding, which I appreciated her perfectionism. The entire staff is extremely professional and friendly. They were easy to work with, and I would highly recommend them to anyone getting married!

I had the hardest time finding the dress I dreamed of - it felt like it was going to be impossible. I went to the Bride to Be and found a dress that was SO CLOSE, but not quite. I thought I would have to give up on that dream until I talked to the owner, Sarah, and their seamstress Asu. After a series of alterations, they turned "so close" into "exactly right". In the end, my dress was a one-of-a-kind piece of art! The Bride to Be made my dream come true (and for an affordable price!).

The girls at The Bride to Be are absolutely amazing! I had been to every bridal store, some even multiple times, and was starting to think that I would never find my wedding dress. On a whim, my mom and I stopped into The Bride to Be and found a dress that I fell in love with. They were very accommodating letting my bridal party and family members come in a see the dress before it was ordered. It came in on time and the girls were so friendly every time I was there. I procrastinated on getting alterations...The alteration shop that I had taken it to had my dress for a couple of weeks and they had not even started with the alterations with just weeks left before the wedding. We contacted the girls from The Bride to Be and they were able to do alterations in house the same week. I am very thankful to them for getting me in as I do not know what I would have done without their help. I would definitely recommend The Bride to Be to anyone!!

Bride to Be Boutique was great to work with! All of the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and they made the whole dress buying process an enjoyable experience.. My dress needed to be altered quite a bit once it came in and they worked with me through a time crunch to make sure that it looked beautiful for the wedding day. Asu works on alterations and she is fantastic! These women certainly know what they are doing and offer creative suggestions to ensure each bride is completely satisfied. The store has a great selection of dresses and the saleswomen are great; I never felt pressured to make a decision. I would absolutely recommend this to all brides!

The girls at The Bride to Be are fantastic! I did go there to try on dresses because they have a fantastic gorgeous selection! (unfortunately I fell in love with one form another store) But I did get my veil and jewelry from here. While trying some headbands on we discovered that one of the owners actually makes some of them. I fell in love with one of her designs and she was nice enough to make a bracelet to match. I got many complements on the jewelry and the veil. My hair dresser really like the veil because it poofed enough at the top so it didn’t weigh down my hair and sit flat when I had my blusher on. Their customer service is out of this world!

The Bride to Be was the first shop I visited while looking for a dress, and it was clear that it was finest place in Fort Wayne. Kate and Sarah helped me find the perfect dress within my price range, and the quality of their products is exceptional. So pleased! When trying on dresses, they booked only me for the entire boutique, which was an amazing experience! Kate and Sarah are great, and actually Kate picked out the dress I ended up loving! Then we had a little accident with the dress when I got it (it was shut in the trunk of the car and left with two little holes...), but the sisters helped everyone in the family get it worked out, and with their resident seamstress, all turned out well :) I love this place and hope that every new bride in the Fort Wayne and surrounding areas checks this place out!

What an AMAZING store. The owners are amazing. They not only understood intuitively what I wanted and what would fit me, but their service was second to none.

The only problem I had was with the alteration person they used and recommended to me. She was TERRIBLE. After my first dance, my bustle fell, she had the dress ready a month after she said she would, she couldn't seem to get the alterations right and overall, she just had her hands too full. Thank God for Kate--Kate fixed the side pieces of the bustle (which did not fall--unlike the main part of it which Vicki (I think?) did and which DID fall) and who evened out my beautiful dress prior to our big day. Additionally, she made a dress for my mother that was really hideous--she could not wear it. I'm really sorry to be so critical, but it's true!

The Bride to Be is the best bridal salon I visited across 5 states (Indiana, Virginia, D.C., Maryland, and New York). The selection is varied but not overwhelming, you can view all the dresses, the staff is friendly and accommodating, orders and inquiries are handled promptly and correctly. I feeling in the shop is like a fairy tale - homey but chic, relaxing and elegant. It was a joy to deal with this vendor.

Sarah and Kate were so pleasant to deal with. I had no worries regarding my attire or my bridesmaids'. They were prompt at returning phone calls. The boutique was extremely clean and very inviting. The Bride to Be carried beautiful lines of attire and accessories (the best that Fort Wayne has to offer). The lady who performed alterations for their shop is fantastic. When it was time for me to shop for a wedding dress I heard an ad on the radio about a new bridal store opening in Fort Wayne, IN. It was "THE BRIDE TO BE"! From the moment I walked in, it was a stand out experience. I loved every minute of my experience there.

I cannot say enough good things about Kate and Sarah (owners). They were exceptional to work with, very helpful and answered all of my questions professionally. They were kind, gracious and had excellent taste. Incredibly patient which really helped make this big decision a very easy one.

"THE BRIDE TO BE", was (and is) a VERY different experience. They have all of their dresses out on display. Such bliss! You can scan the styles and pick out the ones you want to try. You also have the run of the salon. They only take one appointment at a time which allows for the entire focus to be on you (isn't that the way it should be for any bride?)

For any brides trying to find that one special place to feel very well taken care of, go to "THE BRIDE TO BE" you will not be disappointed!

I highly suggest just going straight to The Bride to Be when looking for dresses. The staff is excellent and professional. I felt that when I was there I was most important, which is pretty big for a bride. My only suggestion is to go during the week when it is less busy. If I had to get married again I wouldn't even bother checking out another store!

These ladies are superb! My mother found their shop accidently while searching online and suggested we try it out, well I'm so glad we did! First of all this was the only salon I went to(10 salons and over 300 dresses ladies!) that made me feel special, they are so inviting and make it a one of a kind experience. After visiting the store I found a gorgeous dress but I wasn't totally sure yet, so I looked at the designer's online gallery and found another dress that was exactly what I had been picturing in my head but The Bride to Be did not carry it. After months of going back to those two dresses I called and they ordered in the sample for me and it was The One! After that it all feel into place, they had the perfect jewelry and I even attended an event where their veil maker was present and got a custom made veil. If you want the perfect dress experience this is the place to go. One of the owners, Sarah, is even creating her own jewelry for the store and it is gorgeous!

So far I am having a wonderful experience with The Bride to Be! I found the dress that is hands down my favorite at any of the many boutiques that I have visited. I have loved working with the staff, they are helpful without being overbearing and patient and give honest opinions when asked. Before I ordered the dress their seamstress explained options for the bustle and showed me how she could accomplish the changes that I was envisioning. The dress has arrived (ahead of the schedule they told me!) so now I am looking forward to making the changes that will make this my PERFECT dress!

My goal for my wedding look was to be timeless, unique, sassy, and beautiful. The ladies at The Bride to Be did all of that and more. They not only understood my vision, but got excited with me about it. I wish I could do it all over again just to see what we could think up.

The Bride To Be made my experience so pleasant and easy. I had a wonderful time with all the ladies that helped me through my fittings. Very flexible and willing to work with your requests. Love this place!

I LOVE Bride to Be. I went in to see them twice before I finally made a decision on the dress. They were kind, professional, and VERY helpful. They helped me find the PERFECT dress for my wedding and I couldn't be happier.
I liked how every time I went in there- there was no one else in the store and I felt like I had personal attention and help while making the decision. They were patient and kind and they didn't try to sell me on shoes, jewelry etc.
Also- the alterations were perfect (I only had 1 fitting) and the dress was perfect on my wedding day. The Bride to Be is a great option for all price ranges.

So glad we used The Bride to Be. All of the ladies were wonderful-I think we spoke with all of them here and there at some point. Sarah and Shawna helped from the beginning to the end, and they were awesome. We had a slight problem with my mom's dress-not the shop's fault, but the designer. It was fixed, and well taken care of. My bridal party's dresses were BEAUTIFUL! Asu (the seamstress) did a wonderful job (as a matter of fact, in the end, I wish she would have been the seamstress for my dress as well!). She made several alteration to my mom's dress, and it was PERFECT! We live in Decatur, which is about 45 minutes away-not a big deal to me or most of the bridal party, but they were always aware of that, and tried to make everything do we didn't have to come up more than necessary. Everything was finished beautifully and in plenty of time. I would absolutely recommend this shop...best in Ft. Wayne for sure.

I absolutely LOVED Sarah and Kate at The Bride to Be. They were wonderful in helping me get the perfect dress that made me feel special and beautiful. They were also great in working with me to order all of the bridesmaids dresses which was made more difficult because my fabric was being discontinued and all the girls lived in different states. But they made it all work. The shop is beautiful, and their selection is great. I would recommend these ladies to anyone, they were the best to work with.

I had a most wonderful consultant! I pulled several dresses myself and wasn't too thrilled when I put them on. I told her all the things I liked from each dress and then she pulled the Justin Alexander dress of my dreams! She also combined it with a beautiful headpiece and belt. Now I feel like I am ready to walk down the aisle to the man of my dreams! Thank you Bride to Be for helping make my dreams come true!!

Kate was wonderful. Her shop was small and she took time for me unlike some other large bridal stores. She answered all of my questions and was great at handling the many concerns of my family members that went with me to try on dresses. If I had it to do over again, I would have gotten my bridesmaid dresses from The Bride to Be as well. Highly recommended!

I found my wedding dress here. The selection was super trendy, which I imagine has a wide appeal--but it's not for everyone. The dress I found was discontinued and super marked down, so I lucked out! It was vintage inspired and so me. Staff was eager to help. I would recommend them if you are looking for something mainstream and not necessarily unique.
