My experience at The Bridal World was a million out of 10. It was the first bridal salon I went to and they absolutely NAILED my vision. Lucy was my bridal consultant- she was spectacular and managed to find the dress of my dreams within minutes (and let me tell you I am very particular about what I was envisioning for myself. Tami- the bridal salon owner and Ali also were with me throughout the process and it felt like they were my extended family by the end. At The Bridal World they create such an intimate and magical experience for you and will make you feel like you are the beautiful bride that you are. Thank you Lucy, Tami, and Ali for making this process and day so incredible for me. It was a no brainer picking my dress here and working with them for my wedding day. -

Amazing experience at the Bridal World!!! So happy I went shopping here. From the moment I walked in, to the day of my wedding, the service from Bridal World was TOP notch! The stylist helped me find the dress of my dreams. I wanted to make a few minor alterations (add a belt, add some buttons) and the shop was so accommodating to acquire the details I needed. Tami is a dream to work with!!! The seamstress was able to accommodate all of my requests. She worked diligently to ensure that the dress was tailored to fit me perfectly. As my cousin told me, my dress “fit like a glove.” Truly thrilled with my experience here!! -

Simply the best!
Had the best experience at Bridal World! Their online inventory was accurate to their in store. I was able to try on multiple dresses to see which one was best for me! The assistants were wonderful. They even helped my mom surprise me for my appointment. Prices were very reasonable and shipping went without any issues. I felt absolutely beautiful in my dress and would definitely recommend this shop for anyone looking for a dress perfect for them! -

My experience at Bridal World was fantastic! Tami was so sweet and accommodating. I told her the style I was looking for and she pulled the perfect dress and exactly what I envisioned. I also found that the team at Bridal World was not pushy and did not make me feel pressured to say yes to the dress. Highly recommend!
I highly highly recommend The Bridal World! When you first walk in, you will be greeted with smiles! Ronnie, Hannah, Lucy, and Tammi were so amazing to work with! Everyone at The Bridal World was so friendly, helpful and made me SO comfortable. My dress was everything I ever wanted! A beautiful ballgown with little beading, open back, and POCKETS! Hannah is a very talented seamstress. She is so patient and listens to what you want. She can customize any dress. My bustle was beautiful and she gave me a couple different options. She also added sleeves to my mothers gown & she added belts to my bridesmaid dresses. I purchased my beautiful headpiece and cathedral veil from The Bridal World! I felt so beautiful on my wedding day & it's all thanks to The Bridal World. Thank you SOOO much for helping me find my perfect dress! -

The staff are ao sweet. This was my second stop and i found a dress right away. I walked in they knew my size just by looking me. I tried maybe 3 dresses on and then i felt that feeling letting me know this was it. So dont think a smaller shop has nothing for you. Trust me a small business just may be your hidden gem. -

Ronnie and the ladies at Bridal World made the process so seamless and enjoyable! I made my appointment without having been to the shop before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The store is definitely smaller than I imagined but it made for a much more personal experience since their was only one other bride to be in the shop at the same time. They had two different areas for showing off the wedding dresses and had plenty of seating space for my mom, aunt, grandma, and maid of honor. I initially made the appointment because they were having a Mori Lee trunk show and that was the designer I had in mind - I will say that the selection was a bit more limited than I anticipated and they didn’t have all styles that I had wanted to try, but for me it didn’t matter much since I found some beautiful dresses to try on. The ladies were very patient with me as I re-tried dresses and I ultimately ended up picking a gown that day after trying on 8 different ones. During alterations I was even more impressed with their seamstress Anna. My first appointment was only 15 minutes and she started pinning the dress all over and saying what we needed to alter. My dress fit perfectly the day of my wedding! I am so glad that I decided to go for a more personal experience at Bridal World instead of going to a bigger shop. They have a lovely selection of dresses and I highly recommend! -

The ladies at The Bridal World captured our hearts and gave me hope that I would find my dream gown! I had an appointment earlier that day at another bridal salon and had left disappointed. Walking into The Bridal World was truly a breath of fresh air! We were greeted by so much excitement and we just knew from the moment we stepped inside the store that we would be leaving with a gown! Ronnie, the owner, is just so wonderful! She has a knack for style and has selected the most stunning gowns for her store. AND the gowns are reasonable! Double win! I was the luckiest girl in the world to have Paulette be my bridal consultant that day. She was just full of love and excitement for me as I tried on gown after gown. She has an eye for fashion and knows exactly what you’re looking for! She listened to me and took all of what I wanted into account, and in the end, found me the gown of my dreams. Not only is she a true professional, but she is SO fun to be around! She has truly touched my heart and I will never, ever forget her. And last but not least, Hannah - my seamstress! Talk about talent - she really had her work cut out for her. There was so much detail on the gown and she worked with it like a pro - you would never know it was touched by looking at it! It fit me like a glove. I could not feel luckier that I got to work with all of these amazing women. You all made my wedding dreams come true! I will never be able to thank you enough! If you’re looking for the perfect bridal salon, the search stops here! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed! -

Amazing Dresses, Great Prices.
The bridal world is great. I bought my wedding dress and two veils from here and they are so friendly and helpful and do a great job with the alterations. My dress was absolutely stunning. Everyone thought it was an $8,000 dress and the price was no where near that. Prices are so reasonable, dresses are so gorgeous and amazing quality. So many different options and styles to choose from. You will definitely walk out of here with a dress. Might as well save yourself the time and hassle of going the other dress shops and just come here first. -

I brought my mom and my maid of honor with me one weekend for support and critique. when I first walked in, I was a little discouraged because I am a bigger girl (16/18) and there was nothing that really appealed to me in my price range on the racks. I tried on 2 dresses and started to get hot and frustrated. I was about to give up when one of the women walked in with my dress. it was actually a sample and it was in my size. when I walked out my mom and moh were in tears as was I. this dress had everything I was looking for and for an AMAZING price. I bought it on the spot. they do alterations and storage there. I actually got my dress very early because I am having a baby and I wanted to get something that fit before getting a belly and gave me a goal to work towards once I give birth. thank you to all the ladies who helped me and who were persistent when I wanted to give up -

Yeah it wasn't Kleinfields but it served its purpose. I absolutely love my dress and it was a great value. Alterations were perfect. I would definitely recommend checking them out. -

I had a wonderful experience selecting my wedding dress here. The team gave me dedicated time and attention to every detail, making the whole process feel incredibly special and exciting. I truly felt supported and cared for while finding the perfect dress.
I did run into a few issues during the mid-alteration stage, but the alterations team was very responsive to my feedback and quick to make the necessary adjustments. They made sure everything came together beautifully in the end, and the final fit was perfect.
Overall, I’m really happy with my experience and grateful for how memorable they made this part of the wedding journey. -

Christina Sent on 07/24/2017The owner, Ronnie, is absolutely wonderful! And the selection of wedding dresses & accessories is great too. I would just caution against having a dress altered by Hannah. At my second fitting she hadn't yet done the alterations from the first fitting. When I went to her for another fitting, she didn't show up at all. At the last fitting the alterations were done rather slap dash and had gaps and just looked ill-fitting. I should also warn that the alterations were a bit more than originally quoted (+$50). In the end, ended up not even wearing the dress, but I cannot hold that against the shop because it was more due to my being 5.5 months pregnant than anything they did...except that with the dress not looking quite right or feeling quite right on top of having a barefoot beach wedding with a baby bump, I was way more comfortable opting for a very simple and inexpensive white dress that all my guests ended up raving about. I hope to have my original wedding dress fixed in the future and do some photos with it at a vow renewal or anniversary beach trip next year or later. -

As a new bride with a wedding only 8 months away, I reached out to Bridal World for an appointment. Jennifer was able to secure a 4:30pm appointment for me. Conversation went well and she explained that I needed to provide my credit card information in the event that I do not show up for my appointment there would be a $50 fee. I understood and furnished the required information since I knew for sure I was excited to find a dress for my upcoming big day. On the day of my appointment I arrived 20 minutes earlier and was greeted by Jennifer who was not as friendly as she was on the phone. She asked how could she help me and if I had an appointment. I said yes and she replied in a condescending voice well you are too early. I apologized and told her that I was traveling from another town which was 30 minutes away and I was afraid to be late which is why I made an effort to arrive early but I didn’t mind to wait in my car until the appointment time. She quickly noticed that I became uneasy and said no it’s ok you can grab a seat on the couch and I’ll be right there with you. Meanwhile, she began to ask me questions pertaining to the style of the dress I was looking for, when and where was the wedding going to take place and finally what was my budget. I told her that my budget was $1,500. She explained that she did not have any dress in my budget and every dresses were at least $1600 and up. I said oh ok, not knowing what she wanted me to do with that response because in my mind I was still expecting for me to try on dresses that were close to my budget at least in hopes of me finding my dream dress. Instead she suggested that it was not a good idea for us to waste our time and continue since she didn’t have any dresses that could accommodate my budget. As she continued her spill on what I could and couldn’t afford, she showed me one dress and asked if I liked that style. Once I replied yes she showed me the price tag which was around $1600. She told me you see all of my dresses are around this price so I don’t know if you really want to keep on looking because I would hate for us to waste our time since your budget is low. Bottom line is Jennifer was very unprofessional. It should’ve been my decision to decide if I did not want to continue with my appointment due to the price tags instead of being persuaded and indirectly told it was a waste of time of me even showing up. I felt really embarrassed and uncomfortable. I immediately thanked her and proceeded to leave. Jennifer apologized with the most insincerity. And after a mere 10 minutes, I regretted even wasting my time booking an appointment with this small “family” boutique in the first place. For a business that’s been in service for 20 years, I expected so much better. The price tag was never the issue but the low tier customer service I received was the real problem. -

I wish I could say I had a great experience here but unfortunately that was not the case. I ordered my dress and specifically asked if they could make sure they ordered one as close to my size as possible so I didn’t have tons of alterations. When my dress arrived it was HUGE on me. Enough that they were able to clip the whole back like it was a sample size. I called and asked them to help me and they said there was absolutely nothing they can do except make alterations. I expressed concerns that the more alterations the more expensive it would be. The owner Tammy said no matter how little or how many alterations it’s a FIXED PRICE of $450. I agreed and felt better. I asked if I could get alterations earlier than 2 months before because of my concerns(my dress is very intricate) and Tammy is so rude she laughed in my face and said that my wedding wasn’t for months and I didn’t need them. Luckily the seamstress was very nice and said she would do it earlier for me.
When time came around for alterations, she charged me $500. When I reminded her about our previous conversation (which I had 3 witnesses to) she denied ever saying that to me and again said there was nothing she could do. She was so rude to me throughout my entire experience. She really ruined the experience of dress shopping. I should have been excited but instead I would dread going to her shop. Every single time I went in, Tammy was on the phone with another bride telling them “sorry there’s nothing I can do” so there must be other girls complaining too. An experience that was ruined for me and I’ll never get back. Think twice before coming here…the owner is so rude and only cares about money. She doesn’t care about her brides.
