I cannot thank Donna and Rose Mary enough for their amazing expertise and genuine kindness. They truly made me feel like a bride, and a million bucks. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Came in with my mom, sister and MOH. First time ever shopping and got engaged 2 weeks prior. While I knew what I wanted, I still kept an open mind— and sure glad I did!
And let me tell you, with Donna and Rose Mary, you’ll be in the best of hands! They really know how to listen to their brides. I loved the first 2 dresses I tried on, but was torn between them. Next thing I knew, they worked with me to create one unique and beautiful dress.
When I tried it on after it arrived, I cried, didn’t think I would, but everything about it took my breath away. I knew that it would be beautiful, but the Bridal Shoppe team took my vision to a whole other level. I cannot wait to wear my dress again, I miss it already!

Exceeded my expectations!

This bridal shop exceeded all of my expectations! As soon as I walked in, I felt welcomed and heard. With every dress I tried on, it was fitted to me like that would be the dress (veil and all) that I had said yes too. And I think they really helped me solidify my decision and I said yes!! They are even “storing” it without charge and alterations are done in house. Definitely give this place a go, you will not regret it :)

Above and Beyond

The Bridal Shoppe is the place to find the gown of your dreams. Not only do they have an excellent selection but their customer service is unbelievable. From the first time I entered the shop, I felt like the only bride in there. Donna and her employees helped me to find dresses that fit not only my style but also my shape. I found THE dress there and received SO many compliments on it the day of our wedding. Having moved our wedding date due to covid and having uncertainty as to when I would be able to wear my gown, I initially just wanted to take the dress home with me without making any alterations. However, when I showed up, the crew at the Bridal Shoppe encouraged me to put my gown on and began making alterations that very day, without an appointment! Thank goodness they did because we decided that we would be able to follow through with our wedding reception and my dress was ready in time. Every single time I went into the Bridal Shoppe, I felt taken care of and at ease. I highly recommend shopping here!

Simply The Best

I went to many places in search of the perfect dress but did not find it until I arrived at this adorable store located 1/4 mile from my house. Donna and her team went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my experience exceeded expectations. I had some custom work done to my dress and lost 68 pounds from the original purchase date and they made it all work. They were always so kind, patient, understanding, and their attention to detail can not be matched. Donna really took the time to help me identify what I was looking for and what would work well with my body. I never felt rushed and always felt like their priority at my appointments. You don't get that kind of feel in many bridal shops. I can not thank them enough for all their help. xoxo

Always A Wonderful Experience (:

After looking at dresses at other different bridal stores and beginning to become overwhelmed, going to The Bridal Shoppe was the best decision I could have made. When my mom and I first were greeted by Donna, we immediately felt that we were in good hands. I showed her photos of dresses I was interested in and explained that when I was trying dresses on elsewhere, I felt that they were too overwhelming for my petite body type. She explained the types of material and beading that I would need to look for that would be perfect for my size and also that it is most likely going to look different on the hanger than it would trying it on. She picked out a few dresses that she felt would match what I was looking for and also gave me the opportunity to pick out any dresses in the store that I wanted to try on (which was an experience that not all dress shops offer to guests.) As I tried on each one I immediately felt the “wow” factor that I hadn’t felt yet anywhere else. Each dress I tried on, I liked more and more and ended up purchasing the final dress I tried on. With Donna’s expertise, she really helped me find the perfect dress for me. She accommodated in anyway to customize the dress in ways that I wanted including the neckline, color, crystal buttons, and adding detachable beaded straps that match the beading of the dress. She helped pick out a veil for me that matched the dress perfectly! All within our budget!!! The service is amazing and is really accommodating. They really takes care of their brides. I would highly recommend The Bridal Shoppe to any bride.

I cannot begin to express how happy I am with my experience here! They basically made me a custom dress! It really is like having a fairy godmother! Donna and Marge are real life fairy godmothers

I am a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl. I am awkward, and had no idea how I was ever going to pull off being a "beautiful bride." Well, let me tell you. Half of the battle is the right dress, and I never would have gotten mine if it weren't for Donna. From the moment I walked into her shop, she put me at ease and turned a very stressful experience into one of smiles, laughter, and comfort. There was so much hugging I forgot that I had only met her an hour ago. She ultimately chose the dress I fell in love with, after several failed attempts on my part. I trust Donna 100%, she is a true professional and she knows what you need sometimes before even you do. My fittings and alterations were done by Marge, who has the best attention to detail I have ever seen. My dress was pretty awesome right off the hanger, but Marge made it PERFECT. Every time I went back (I think I had 3 fittings) I fell a little more in love with the dress, to the point where I really never wanted to take it off. Everyone in this shop is so warm and easy to work with, I was actually a bit sad when I picked my dress up knowing I would probably not be back (they do also carry special occasion gowns, so maybe I'll need one of those someday). Please do yourself a favor if you are looking for a wedding dress and just go see these ladies. I promise you will not regret it.

I cannot say enough about the service, kindness, and attention I received at The Bridal Shoppe while picking out my wedding dress. When I came for my first appointment, Donna helped me to try on my dresses. She was so kind and gave me personalized attention, while making me feel comfortable in the process. My wedding dress ended up being the second dress that I tried on! I also enjoyed working with Marge, who was the seamstress for my wedding dress. Her work is spectacular! She took so much time with me to make sure I was comfortable and that the alterations were exactly as we planned. Her attention to detail is impressive and she was so kind to me throughout the process! In addition, everyone at the Bridal Shoppe treated all of my bridemaids with kindness and care when picking out their dresses, and while having their alterations. It is not easy to make six women feel confident and comfortable, but The Bridal Shoppe did it! I am so grateful to The Bridal Shoppe for all of their care and attention to make me, and my bridesmaids, feel confident and beautiful for my wedding!

Shopping at The Bridal Shoppe was hands down my favorite experience of wedding planning so far. I had been hesitant to go to a bridal salon to try on dress due to being rather self-conscious, however I decided I truly wanted that experience for both my mom and me. Plus I had been eyeing a dress online for months and knew they carried that line so I decided to find out if they carried a sample of it and it turned out they did! I stopped in quickly one night just to see the sample in person and Donna was absolutely the sweetest person about me just stopping in without an appointment. Even though she was doing a fitting with someone else she still took the time to show me the sample and scheduled me for an appointment to come back and try on gowns. I left there feeling beyond excited! Fast forward four weeks and it's appointment day! My mother and I showed up first thing at 11 (that's when my appointment was) and we were greeted by Marge at the desk. She gave me some stickers to mark the dresses I wanted to try on and one of the sales women would be with us shortly. Soon after Sylvia greeted us and we discussed what I was looking for and I told her about the dress I was in love with so she pulled it for me. Unfortunately the sample was far too small, BUT she went above and beyond to help me "see" what it might look like. We tried on similar gowns and simulated the neckline with a bolero. It was the most confidence boosting experience I've every had! The dresses were gorgeous and I never felt any pressure to purchase any of them. The last thing we did was hold up the dream dress so I could see what it would look like "on" and my mom and I both KNEW it was the ONE!!! Even without trying it one, the ladies at The Bridal Shoppe went above and beyond to help me envision what it would look like. It was at that moment that I said yes to the dress! I can't wait for it to come in this summer! The Bridal Shoppe is an absolute go-to on your dress shopping journey!!

The whole team at The Bridal Shoppe made the dress shopping and alteration process seamless! They were attentive to detail, altering the dress until it fit perfectly.

More than that, they were calm and confident throughout the process. I'm not a bride who dreamed of her wedding gown. In fact, dress shopping really overwhelmed me. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and I knew that I could trust their expertise to alter it perfectly.

I was so pleased with the service from the Bridal Shoppe!! I had recently had surgery and was going through a huge body change and had to go through 5 dress fittings and Marge and Donna were so accommodating. My dress was absolutely stunning and I couldn't have chosen a better one for my changing body. My guests did nothing but compliment my dress the entire night. It was such a great deal and the alterations, even having so many, were beyond reasonable. You won't find a better Bridal shop than this one!!!

Donna and her group are a wonderful group of women to get your wedding dress from. The moment you step in you are treated like family and it is clear that everyone in the store has your best interest at heart. You will have a great experience from the moment you go in to choose your dress, from their numerous beautiful options, and throughout your fittings. The seamstresses are truly experts at their craft. My sisters and I have been getting dresses here since our proms so it was a no brainer for my wedding. Wouldn't choose a dress from anywhere else.

The bridal shoppe was one of the most easiest an amazing experiences I had during my wedding planning process. From the moment I walked in I just felt at home! Donna and Marge was so loving and paid attention to everything I asked for. Donna even went a further step and added buttons down the back of my dress. Sometimes in life you have the good fortune to work with people who are doing what they were born to do, and Donna at the Bridal Shoppe is one of those people. Donna and her staff treat you like family from the moment you start your search and I can't recommend the store highly enough to brides looking for their dress.

The Bridal Shoppe was my last scheduled appointment the day I went to shop for wedding dresses, and I wasn't too sure what to expect when I walked in. The quality of service and the shopping experience was the best of all of the shops I visited. Donna let me and my guests look through the dresses at my leisure and helped me when I was ready to try on, and we were never rushed or pushed to buy. I ended up finding the perfect dress during that visit and Donna knew it was the one for me before I had even tried it on, even though it was essentially the opposite of what I had described I thought I wanted.

After purchasing the dress, I also had my alterations done through the shop. Karen was lovely and did a great (and very affordable!) job with a fast turnaround. Donna also supported me through this process and always treated me like family - even if I called the shop and said my name, she remembered just who I was and asked about my job and current city.

This was one of the best decisions of my wedding planning process, and from the moment I decided to purchase my dress through the Bridal Shoppe, I knew I would be taken care of up through my wedding day. Definitely make this a stop in your wedding dress shopping!

Even as a bridesmaid, Donna has made me feel so special, it is so evident that she cares for all her girls (not only just the brides!). I called up 3 days before the wedding day as I had felt a little uncomfortable in the bridesmaid dress (a little tight around the chest)-she got me in the very next day and fixed it within 10 minutes. Instead of dismissing my worries, she listened and found a solution (was as simple as moving the hook and eye in the back of the dress). She made sure I felt good, and that I felt beautiful.

It's hard to find a bridal shop that doesn't feel like a "factory" and that they want to up-sell you/get you in and out. It's clear that Donna and the team at the Bridal Shoppe love what they do, and are willing to bend over backwards to make each individual girl feel their best. They're genuine, good people who just so happen to have access to a really beautiful array (yet not overwhelming) collection of good quality dresses. There's a reason 2 of my best friends have purchased gowns from here-even with Boston, and NYC as endless options!

I had an AMAZING experience the the ladies at the Bridal Shoppe. Donna was so patient with me trying on dresses. She took her time and I never felt rushed. She got the idea I was looking for and considered my budget, and brought me a dress that I knew I was going to love before I even tried it on!! We ordered that day! We went back for bridesmaid dresses and had an equally awesome experience. They let my girls try on as many dresses as they liked, until we narrowed it down to one that we loved but there was an aspect I didn't like about it. Donna found me the exact dress, but without the extra bling and it was perfect! We ordered on the spot again! The entire staff are truly accommodating, extremely knowledgeable, affordable, and so sweet. They make you feel like family. I would totally recommend them!

While my daughter did not buy her dress here, she and her bridal party did business here. I was amazed by the level of service, attention and price points. In this area I highly recommend The Bridal Shoppe while you may hear about other bridal shops in the nearby communities, don't bother. This needs to be your stop...you will not be sorry .

The ladies at the Bridal Shoppe are outstanding! This was the first place that I visited when starting the hunt for my dress. They had the designer and style that I was looking for but after trying it on, it simply wasn’t for me. I had explained the type of dress that I was looking for and they grabbed a few dresses that fit the description. The first dress that I tried on was the dress that I fell in love with. Even though I had gone to several other bridal shops and tried on other dresses, I could not get this dress off of my mind. The customer service is amazing, they made me feel like I was their only customer, giving me as much time to try on my dress and address any of my questions and concerns. They also did a great job with the alterations which included adding on a belt to give my dress a little bling. Thank you so much ladies!!!

I purchased my wedding gown and seven bridesmaids dresses from The Bridal Shoppe for my wedding in September 2016. I cannot say enough good things about this bridal shop. First, I have to say that Donna, the owner of the shop was amazing! She went above and beyond to assure that everything went smoothly and that we all felt beautiful on the big day. I had three fittings prior to my wedding and was impressed with the entire staff's attention to detail and warm personalities. They were very accommodating with each appointment and despite how busy they were that day, they made sure to give each bride their undivided attention and make the experience as fun and stress-free as possible. They are also extremely reliable. My mother passed away when I was 18, so I wanted to wear her veil for my wedding. I was very apprehensive about leaving the veil anywhere, but the girls at this shop took extra special care of it and made the alterations as conservatively as possible. This was the first dress shop that I went to, followed by three others, before going back to the Bridal Shoppe to buy the FIRST dress I tried on! After visiting so many shops, I can truly say that I wouldn't have bought my dress anywhere else! I highly recommend that you start your search for the perfect dress at the Bridal Shoppe!

I was so pleased with my bridesmaids dresses from the Bridal Shoppe! Donna is so great to work with and she helped every step of the way! I had an idea in my head about wanting zippers on the side of the dresses but she talked me out of it (thank goodness) much they are much harder to tailor and are more uncomfortable. She taught us how to properly zip up the dress and ensured that my girls were comfortable in their dresses. Her pricing is extremely reasonable and better than any other shop in the area. I definitely recommend Donna and the Bridal Shoppe!

I went to 3 different bridal shops when I went looking for my dress and this store by far was the best. Donna was so wonderful, she made me feel so special and truly made me her priority. The other stores made it seem like a was an inconvenience to be walking into their shop but Donna did everything she could to make sure me and my mother and maid of honor were comfortable and felt like a true bride. Once I finally found the dress I wanted there they were incredibly accommodating with the various appointments I needed to make, some last minute since I live out of state. The week of the wedding they got me in twice and made me their priority, making last minute adjustments so I felt comfortable in my dress. They are definitely the best bridal shop in the area, they will make sure you won't ever need to stress about that part of your wedding.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience at Harbor Lights! We had our ceremony and reception there on 5/20/16. The venue is beautiful! It has been recently renovated and was done so well!
Brie, one of the Sales and Events Managers, was my main point of contact. She obviously has a great passion for her job and weddings, and that came through in everything she did. Prior to my wedding, every interaction I had with her was easy, and accommodating. The day of, she was everything I expected and more. She wore so many hats that day, from event manager, (the VERY tough job of keeping EVERYONE happy :), to child wrangler, (she was AMAZING with my Ring Bearer, (age 3) and Flower Girl, (age 5), to just a great support, the day would never had gone so well if she wasn't there.
I would be remiss if I didn't also commend Katie, the Banquet Manager, who has such an amazing staff, that many members of my family who have worked in the service industry, have been raving about what a great job they did as well. Every server was not only attentive, but also seemed to genuinely like their job. I must also mention the other Event Manager, Ty, who was also so great to deal with. Her and Brie obviously work as a great team and are such great assets to Harbor Lights. My husband and I highly recommend Harbor Lights for any large event.

Amazing!! I should have started here! Donna was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. She was not pushy like the big chain stores can be. She was informative and very helpful, listened to what I wanted and made suggestions I never would have considered a possibility ie: adding beads to straps and matching the veil perfectly to my dress! If you want a high quality product and impeccable service, go here! You will not be disappointed! It was such a great experience and Donna now feels like a part of the family! Thank you so much to the Bridal Shoppe for everything. The shopping experience was special, and just how it should be. It was a highlight of wedding planning. I was also thrilled with the timely manner in which my alterations were done. I recommend any bride shop at your store for her special day. Although a smaller store, I also went to a huge store yet returned to The Bridal Shoppe for my purchase and alterations. The ladies there are sweet, helpful, unpretentious, and don't pressure you. It's so important when shopping for a dress to be able to speak up about what you like or don't like, and same goes with alterations. I was completely able to do so at The Bridal Shoppe. Brides, go see for yourself!

Donna is my fairy godmother!! She knows dresses, and how dresses fit on certain body types immediately, without even seeing you in it! She picked my dress out for me, just as she did my prom dresses over 10 years ago! Love her! Love the place! And all dresses are very affordable!

Wow, can't say enough good things about this place and the staff! I would not have gotten the dress that I did had it not been for the staff encouraging me to try it on in the first place. They understand body types, what looks good on who and they listened to what I wanted. I did not feel rushed and they actually helped me find dresses to try on verses other shops I went to that just directed me to a rack with dresses on it. After I found my dress, they helped me extensively on altering it to be exactly what I wanted, there was nothing off limits and no additional hemming charges (even when they probably could have justified it). I could not decide if I wanted sleeves or not and they made it such that I could decide on the day of with snap on sleeves. We added a belt last minute and the beading didn't exactly reach all the way around the dress...I thought it looked a little off but I was ok with it...well, when my mom picked up the dress, they had added more beading so the belt went completely around. We didn't ask for that, they just did it because they knew we had concerns about it. This shop is excellent and they truly care about their customers and providing the best customer service possible. I highly recommend this shop without reservation!

I couldn't be happier with my experience at The Bridal Shoppe & Flowers, from trying on my dress to picking it up for the big day! When I tried on the first dress here (after trying many at another store), I just thought it wasn't meant for my body type...and although I loved it, it wouldn't work. When Donna took me back into the dressing room, she saw the look on my face, and pointed out where the waistline was. When she realized that was really all I didn't like about the dress, she started pinning it up and saying "Once we get it in the right size and tailor it for YOU, this is what it will look like!", and it was my dream dress. I went back out to show my mom and friends, and the tears started flowing. My dress came in with plenty of time, and I had a wonderful experience at my fittings. At what I thought was my last fitting, Donna found some things she wanted to tweak, and called me a few days later asking if we could do one more to make the dress perfect. I thought my dress looked good (especially with all the tailoring that had to be done to get it to fit me right), but she saw it and knew it could be GREAT. The day of the wedding, I truly felt I was wearing a dress made just for me. They also did a wonderful job making sure my bridesmaids knew how to lace up the dress and bustle it, and even made them a cheat sheet for that day. Almost every bride in my husband's family has bought their dress here, and I completely understand why. I am so grateful for everything Donna and really everyone at The Bridal Shoppe did for me!!

I just ordered my dress from The Bridal Shoppe and could not be happier with my experience. This was my third visit to the store before I finally decided on my dress. I visited several other stores in the area and tried on many dresses. Of all the bridal consultants I dealt with, Donna is by far the best. She is so kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and was never pushy. She truly made me feel like I could take my time making such an important decision. I can't wait for my dress to arrive and I know it will be perfect for my wedding!

I could not be more pleased with this place! donna marge Karen and joan are the BEST!! I had dealing with all of these ladies and I could not have been more happy with my experiences! not only did I get my wedding dress there, I ordered a jumper for a formal boston wedding through this store, both fit me perfectly after I left! these women are so attentive to detail and make you feel so comfortable there. when I heard of friends that had less than positive experiences with their alterations, I told them to go see these ladies! I could not recommend them enough to brides! I loved loved loved my experiences through them!!

I LOVED my experience with this bridal shop! I felt very catered to. One on one personal attention! The attendant was very patient with me wanting to try on dresses multiple times! The service from everyone was always friendly. The alterations were done flawlessly. They were very flexible with my schedule and very accommodating to my personal needs!

This place as amazin! I called them my fairy god mothers, all so helpful- putting your mind at ease that your big day will be perfect! ,y dress was stunning and fit perfectly I also got all my bridesmaids dresses there and they gave a discount which was great!

I loved the Bridal Shoppe in Warwick. I was married 2 weeks and loved the way my wedding dress turned out. I received many compliments on the dress and the fit.The dress stayed in place the whole night ( I did not need to keep pulling it up or adjusting). Marge at the Bridal Shoppe sewed a bra belt into the dress so I did not have to worry about finding a bra that worked under the dress. Marge also custom made a way for the dress to bustle after the ceremony. Staff were helpful and friendly. There were no hidden costs. Great experience.

Donna was amazing. She made the entire process so enjoyable. The shop itself is lovely and all of my bridesmaids looked amazing on the day of my wedding! One of the seamstresses was a bit stark and lacking character but the entire experience and service provided was outstanding. I will definitely recommend to a future bride! :)

This was an unbelievable experience!! I had been to three other bridal salons in the area, plus Davids Bridal, and the professionalism, quality of dress and personal service that I received at the Bridal Shoppe was, by far, the best! Donna was amazing, very patient and took the time to listen to what I liked and what I wanted. I found the perfect dress!! Blush pink with a lace overlay. Classic and Amazing quality! They were more than helpful scheduling me for an inital consultation, when I called from out of state looking for an appointment and fit me in to a day they usually don't see brides. They are adding a few custom features to the dress to make it exactly as I want it. And the cost for alterations is amazing! I didn't know if I would find a dress that I loved and felt beautiful in in the price point I wanted, but I am IN LOVE with this dress. I know that everything I need will be taken care of. If you are looking for a dress shop that will work with you and make you feel special, The Bridal Shoppe is the place to go! Don't waste your time at Davids Bridal! Visit Donna at The Bridal Shoppe!!

If you are looking for a one of a kind dress you need to visit Marge and her shop! Upon entering the store I was greeted right away and asked what I was looking for. Marge took out one dress and it was the one!! The atmosphere is welcoming, non-stressful, and you will find a one of a kind dress, not something that is mass produced. My overall experience here was amazing and each time I went for a fitting I was given total attention and made to feel special. My dress was perfect on my wedding day! Check it out for yourself, you won't walk out disapointed!

I could not have been more happy buying my bridal gown from The Bridal Shoppe! A few of my girlfriends who had recently gotten married recommended that I order my dress here. They told me I wouldnt be disappointed and I was not! Donna treated me wonderfully every time I came in for a fitting. Marge is such a talented seamstress too! I was very concerned about wearing a strapless dress, but Marge made that dress fit me like it was painted to my body. I would highly recommend any bride buy their gown at this shoppe. You won't be disappointed!!!!

My experience with the Bridal Shoppe was nothing but positive. Donna and the staff had treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism. After having a bad experience with a previous bridal shop, I didn't expect much when I first came to the Bridal Shoppe, but to my surprise, Donna knew exactly what I was looking for and helped me find a perfect dress that is traditional yet elegant and still fitting in my budget. She and Marge were very patient with me and willing to accommodate my needs throughout the whole process. They even gave me great ideas to make my dress look beautiful and flawless. Thanks to them, I received many compliments about my dress on my wedding day. My bridesmaids were also pleased with the way their dresses came out, none of them needed much alterations. Every visit with Donna and Marge left me a wonderful, happy, warm feeling like I am the only bride and I couldn't be more grateful for the kindness they have shown. Thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough of The Bridal Shoppe. I came shopping here for my wedding dress due to their wonderful reviews, and they did not disappoint. After showing them my inspiration they found me the most perfect dress, well within my budget, and had it custom made for me with changes to the bodice that I requested. The ladies are so sweet and genuine and give you their full attention - I believe that they truly do care about their brides. They also do everything they can to make sure your dress fits perfectly. I had several appointments for alterations, because they wanted it to look flawless. Though I was nervous about always "pulling up" a strapless dress, they made sure it fit like a glove and I did not need to adjust the dress ONCE on my wedding day. I would recommend The Bridal Shoppe to anyone :) They're the best.

I came here to look at bridal gowns mostly because of a positive experience I had while buying a bridesmaid dress last year. They are small, which can be limiting - but have Sottero & Midgley, which is hard to find around me. Everyone is just so kind and clearly there because they love the work. I couldn't be happier with my dress, and with the service I received. They even gifted me a veil I fell in love with. Their prices range, but it's definitely possible to go there on a budget and come out with a dress.

My mom calls Donna -the owner- the "Fairy Godmother of Dresses". Donna helped me find all of my prom dresses and then, recently, she helped me find my wedding dress. She has a knack of knowing exactly what you want and what will look good on your body. She is definitely in this because she loves it, not to make money. I was torn between two dresses, and she actually convinced me to get the cheaper dress (half the cost of the other) because it fit my body and the venue better. We had such a great experience one of my bridesmaids is now going there to find he wedding dress. The only downside is that the shop is on the smaller side with a smaller selection of dresses than some of the "wedding dress warehouses", but the quality of service is unmatched!

Donna and Marge were amazing! When I first started searching for my wedding dress I went to David's Bridal and about half way through the appointment I knew that I did not want to deal with them. My sister had seen the Bridal Shoppe while driving and recommended that I check it out, so we did. Donna was the first person that I met and she was so warm and inviting I knew that I just had to find my dress at the bridal shoppe. It was the third dress that I tried on and we ordered it. The rest of my experience with them was phenomonal, they made me feel like family. Everytime I went in with my mom and sis they remembered all of our names and welcomed us with opened arms. I recommend the Bridal Shoppe to every bride in New England!

I will remember my experience with the Bridal Shoppe and Flowers for all my life. Donna and Marge are the two most amazing women you will ever meet. They treated me and my wedding party like family. The dresses they carry are incredibly beautiful and very reasonably priced. Donna knows within moments of looking at you just which dress will be perfect for you. She's got a gift when it comes to bridal gowns! Each visit I had there left me with such a warm and exciting feeling. The alterations were perfect for all the dresses we ordered and each gown looked stunning. I wish I could tell every bride in New England to go and try on dresses here. I can't say enough about this wonderful shop and the women who work there.

I can't say enough nice things about Donna and her fabulous ladies.

Before going to the Bridal Shoppe I had actually walked out of two other stores. The attendants had no idea where to even begin and basically told me to try on dresses I liked. They were inexperienced and not helpful.
Then I found Donna...

Donna had me bring in pictures of styles I liked. Donna looked through the pictures and told me her HONEST opinion: the style dress I seemed to like would not do me any favors in the flattery department. She asked if she could pick out a few dresses for me that tied in themes I like but that would flatter me. I started crying when I tried on the first dress she selected, it was incredible! Leave it Donna to find a white dress that made me look ten pounds lighter, no kidding! She helped me select bridesmaids dresses that would look good on all body types. Her and her ladies were so great to me and my rather large bridal party.

On my wedding day, everyone was commenting about how slim I looked and I hadn't lost a pound! The accessories Donna helped me pick out were the perfect fit.

If you want to look fabulous on your wedding day, call and make an appointment with Donna. I PROMISE you will not be disappointed. Donna will have you looking your best on your wedding day. She won't try and up sell you on a more expensive or elaborate dress~ she will help you select one that fits you (and your personality) well. You can trust Donna and her ladies.

I cannot say enough nice things about the Bridal Shoppe. I was in a wedding 4 years before my own and we bought our bridesmaid dresses here. When I walked in to try on gowns Donna remembered me, the bride and the exact dresses we wore. Donna is so personable, experienced and helpful. She is not just looking for a sale, she is there to help you make your day special. When I told her the types of dresses I was looking for she said she knew exactly the one for me. She was right, I tried it on and fell in love with it. She made the process so fun and even helped me dealing with the stress from the planning. Also, she let me take 5 tiaras to my hair trial so I could see which one I liked best. Who else would let you do that?!? Donna is great. Don't go anywhere else- you will LOVE Donna!

I have had the best service at The Bridal Shoppe. It is a very intimate setting and very family like in there. They are very warm, welcoming, professional and caring people that staff the Bridal Shoppe. They really make your dream, your reality. The gowns in there are gorgeous and Donna and Marge have helped me truly with every detail from my gown to my veil. I am very grateful to be working with such wonderful people. Don't write this place off because of their store front or location! The people at The Bridal Shoppe are phenomenal- from trying on dresses, through the alteration process, all the way through the special day, they were extremely knowledgable and helped me find a dress I loved. I had a shorter engagement so I had to buy a sample dress- my only knock against them is that they wouldn't hold the sample dress for me so that I could sleep on the decision overnight, saying that they might sell it to someone else that day and so I had to make a decision on the spot.
