I really enjoyed my time at The Bridal Boutique Columbia. The first time I went impromptu as a walk in and they allowed me to browse the store and Katie allowed me to try on a few dresses. When I went back for a scheduled appointment, I had plenty of time to look through the dresses I like the first time, as well as try on new ones. Holly was a tremendous help the second time I went with fitting the dress to my size and helping me narrow down my decision until "I said yes to the dress!" I was allowed some of my closest friends and family to join me in the experience. It was a great experience, especially for making one of the most important decisions for your wedding day! Their service was very friendly with good communication, professionalism, and dresses were reasonably priced. Thank you to The Bridal Boutique!!! -

The bridal boutique was the third store we went to in my search for a wedding gown, and where I ultimately found my gown! They have a wide, varied, reasonably priced selection and they were really accommodating about helping me find a dress that I could get on a short timeline. I chose a classic elegant gown with a long train, and accessorized with a lace topper and veil. The team at the Bridal Boutique was so pleasant, friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire process, from trying on and choosing a dress to fittings to preservation afterwards. They ordered my dress to size and it already fit nearly perfectly – and then the incredible tailor created the most gorgeous, flawless underneath-the-gown bustle from my long train which everyone was so impressed by! And another tailor from the boutique is even repairing a tear in my veil (even though I purchased the veil elsewhere). I was referred to The Bridal Boutique by my Maid of Honor who resides nearby in Columbia, MD. I had already visited a few other boutiques in my area (Takoma Park, MD) and was very disappointed in the styles offered as well as the pushy nature of the consultant. I agreed to meet my MOH at Bridal’s. The store is gorgeously decorated, and it puts you in the wedding mood. Perfect lighting, comfortable couches and chairs, full length mirrors and a vast variety of dresses. I got there a bit early, so I was able to look around while I waited for my guest. Once my guest arrived, she was greeted and brought to where I was. Our consultant was Holly and she was amazing from start to finish. She got to know me, and some details of my engagement and what I wanted on my special day. She then selected a few gowns to try on, discreetly in another curtained room. She was nice enough to help me get in and out of my gowns but while maintaining respect and dignity. Every dress she recommended had the ‘wow’ affect, meaning she had good taste. I went back and forth between dresses because it was difficult to decided. I wanted them all, so she could tell from my facial and body language I wasn’t satisfied and wanted more options. As if a gown was just sitting and waiting for me, she went and got it, I tried it on and fell in love and said Yes to the Dress. It fit me perfect, Holly even turned down the lights to reception lights so I could get a view of the gown in different settings. She went above and beyond to help me select my special dress. She wasn’t pushy at all, understood that I didn’t have enough money, so she waited for me to come back while she held the dress for me. She helped me order the veil and recommended I come in for alterations close to the wedding date. Best of all I walked out with a cake and bottle of Champaign. I had an amazing experience at this location and would recommend it to others, you won’t be disappointed. I may plan on taking my bridal party to get their gowns as well. Say ‘I Do’ to The Bridal Boutique! -

***LONG BUT GLOWING REVIEW ALERT!
*sigh* where to begin…well first of all, I LOVED the experience I had here. Weirdly enough, although I am actually a bride too (set to marry December 2024), I actually ended up coming with a bride friend of my mine that was coming for her first dress fitting. And I came to help her out, keep her company and show my support of course.
The Atmosphere: But while in there, I was so distracted by the beautiful set up! This place is so lovely! You would not think much of it just driving by on the outside but please GIVE IT A CHANCE!!! It is so beautiful inside! The aesthetic is just so wonderful! The furniture, the order and designer sections, the lighting, the rugs, just everything was fabulous!
Next, the staff. My friend and I were helped by Anna (pronounced “On-Nuh”—like from Disney’s Frozen). She was the sweetest!!!! Literally amazing and so helpful! She provided my friend with different bridal accessory options (each one better than the last), she was super attentive all the way through. But not at all overbearing or pushy. Just patient, helpful and kind. The team worked cohesively together as well. Once the seamstress came out to pin my friend and offer different customization options, it was like everyone knew the plan and communicated effectively. Once one was done, the next staff member just followed up. Every staff member there was knowledgeable and professional. You felt like you were in good hands.
The selection. They had a vast selection of dress, at least 8 different designers not including their private collection. With several items from each collection! And again, the way they organized the designer sections was just great. It calmed the Type A personality I have lol
And everything was so neat! Also, they had some reasonable prices and good deals!
Now, for my personal experience. Like I said, I was there with my bride friend so I was mainly focused on her. But during her waiting times, I did some encouraged browsing. I eventually stumbled across this beautiful Morilee sample dress. I initially doubted that I would actually like the dress on me, although the dress on the hanger, was so nice. Well, first, Anna saw me browsing and offered me the opportunity to try the dress on. I wasn’t going to ask but since she offered, I leaped at the chance to just try it on. Coincidentally, the dress was my size too! Well, I tried that dress on and MY GOODNESS the dress was beautiful. At least two other employees commented on how perfect the dress was for me and I must admit…it was stunning! One of the other staff members even brought out champagne as Anna brought out a veil for me and fluffed my dress. They gave me the whole bridal dress experience and I wasn’t even scheduled for one! It was just impromptu. And they treated me like another bride but just a friend of a bride. That alone makes me want to come back!
Anna also shared that the dress I had on was $500 off too because it was a sample dress. I already have a dress, which the staff knew before I put the dress on but I won’t lie, this dress and the experience has me a little torn although I still love my dress. I also loved that NOBODY pressured me. Whether I come back to buy the dress or not, I WILL be retuning to look at accessories and to possibly get my alterations done there since they have an in house seamstress. Also, you can get your alterations and dress preservation done there even if you didn’t buy your dress from there. They handle all services even beyond just bridal dress sales. So truly it is a great place to try if you are a bride looking for her dress, accessories, alterations etc.
The Bridal Boutique of Columbia, is 5 minutes from my house and I hadn’t gotten a chance to stop in there before selecting another dress initially but I am SO happy I got the chance to go in there! I wondered what it was like. I follow them on social media and saw their reels and posts but it doesn’t compare to the actual experience of being there! They are so wonderful! BRIDES AND BRIDES TO BE GIVE THE BRIDAL BOUTIQUE A TRY! -

I had the best experience at The Bridal Boutique- I couldn't have imagined anything better! I felt so welcomed when I walked in and my stylist, Anna H. was literally perfection. I booked the VIP experience so I would have more time, privacy, and a few special touches for my family who came with me, and I am so glad I did. I was so nervous and anxious before the appointment, but Anna's patience, kindness, fun-loving personality, and overall excitement for me made the whole experience amazing and I immediately felt at ease. She really took the time to get to know me and my style, and I felt like she understood exactly what I was looking for. I said yes to the dress and couldn't have asked for a better day! Positive and encouraging staff with a great selection of sizes and styles
I had such a good experience at the bridal boutique. Their variety of sizes and styles is top notch. They were positive and did everything in their power to make me feel like a beautiful bride even going as far to remind me that we aren't designed to fit dresses but they us when I was expressing frustration with my arms being "too big" for the dress (they also remind me that I wasn't "too big" for anything it was just the dress wasn't ordered for me yet/altered yet. They never rushed me and I definitely went over my appointment time and were fine with scheduling a follow up. They even ordered a trial sample for me of a dress I had tried on elsewhere that they didn't currently have in stock (and closer to my size so I could see how it would fit!) There were a few hiccups (not on their end at all) during alterations but they were super accommodating and went out of their way to make sure I had a positive experience. If you're worried about not finding your size or feeling anxious about dress shopping, definitely go here. -

I LOVED my experience at The Bridal Boutique! I felt welcomed from my first step through the doors and until we left with my dress days before my wedding! All of the staff was incredibly friendly, and eager to talk to you! First impressions are everything, and you all nailed it! The shop itself was beautiful, and very clean. They had a large selection of dresses and accessories, with a wide range of styles. My stylist, Anna, was wonderful! She was so sweet, and made sure to run dress pricing by me if it was outside of my price range BEFORE I even tried it on. I said yes to the dress, and was given champagne and a Bundt cake to take with me!
My dress was perfect and dreamy! With the 3D flowers, detachable bishop sleeves, corset back, it was stunning. Each appointment and fitting was a breeze, and the staff was friendly every time.
Overall, a great experience and will definitely recommend! -

I found the PERFECT dress with ease!
INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! The boutique was clean, bright and had a lot of different options of dresses. I had the luxury working with Alex on Friday April 1st 2022. Alex was wonderful as she listened the style, specifications, and dislikes I had about each dress. When we were first introduced she congratulated me and gave me reassurance that my experience would be a positive experience, and she was RIGHT!!!! She helped me to try on several different dresses and assisted me with putting on an even taking off. She was kind and understanding plus, if I had any hesitation about a dress she didn't pressure me to show my mom and just went on to the next one. The staff members were all very kind, and helpful from the time of my arrival up until I left the store. I cannot thank you enough Alex for helping me find the perfect dress for my wedding day! -

The Bridal Boutique was amazing. After going to 2 other bridal shops and not being successful, I came to The Bridal Boutique. Everyone was so nice upon entry and professionalism was on point. They have soooo many options so it can get overwhelming but staff is great. My dress consultant HOLLY was the bomb. She had so many ideas and really brought my vision to life. She was very flexible and asked all the right questions. She didn’t let my past dress experiences stumble her up. We worked very well together and She helped me find my dream gown.! When searching for my perfect wedding dress, I went to five dress places and The Bridal Boutique in Columbia was by far the best experience! If you go, ask for Samantha -- she is amazing! They offer a huge selection of dresses and the customer service is the best you will find in the business. My stylist listened, picked out dresses that I loved, remained neutral and didn't try to persuade me one way or the other, she respected my budget, and she made me laugh and smile the entire time. Every time I went into the Bridal Boutique--whether is was initially trying on dress, coming back to make sure I'd found "the one", any of my fittings--any associate I came in contact with was knowledgeable, kind, and so helpful. For my final fitting I had to go in by myself, and the girl made sure I got into my dress okay and stayed with me the whole time, which made me feel like I hadn't gone in alone!! Whitney, who helped me find my dress, listened to what I was envisioning as well as offered her own expertise--the perfect mix! Because of this, I found my dress after only trying on a few other dresses. I would highly recommend this shop, even if you don't live in the area. It's worth the drive!! -

Bridal Boutique was the only shop within a hundred miles of me that had the dress I was dying to try on in stock, so I made the trip up from Northern Virginia without giving much thought to how the actual experience would be. When beltway traffic made me late, they were flexible and reassured me I'd still have time for my appointment. I was there solo and Ali totally ran with it and made me feel super comfortable, was patient while I took pics for family and friends, and celebrated with me when I ended up saying yes to the dress I'd originally come to try on! After trying on 20+ dresses and 2 previous negative experiences at other local boutiques I finally found the dress of my dreams at The Bridal Boutique in Columbia. Our consultant Holly was amazing, seriously such a breath of fresh air! She listened to EXACTLY what I wanted, didn't use pushy sales tactics, and was extremely kind and just enjoyable to be around. She gave me the freedom to pick out whatever I wanted but also threw in some suggestions based on my wish list (I think the dress that I ultimately chose was one of the ones that she pulled). The space was very clean and had a large selection of gowns at a variety of price points. I honestly was not looking forward to this appointment coming off of my previous 2 negative experiences but I am so glad that we found this place. Definitely check out the Bridal Boutique if you haven't already done so! -

My stylist, Ariel, was super supportive and made sure that I was comfortable, worked with my budget, and gave me the freedom to try on so many different styles. They even have special lighting to show you what the dress looks like on dimmer lighting for your reception. I came back a second time to make sure I found the right dress. Y'know, when you're busy planning your wedding sometimes you get caught up in the grind and forget to be fully presently engaged in the planning. Dress shopping is one of the most crucial and important moments in planning your wedding , and Saying yes to the dress is one event you wont ever forget!!
I couldnt have had any better experience during my dress shopping! Mrs. Lindsay Pons from the bridal boutique of Columbia offered me exceptional customer service! I got my wedding dress from The Bridal Boutique and I am so happy I did. They were amazing to work with, and I found my dress in one day! My mother and I walked in on a random afternoon with no appointment, and just wanted to see what they had. Next thing I knew I was paired with a sales associate who pulled about 10 dresses for me that matched what I "thought" I wanted. She then pulled this one dress that I didn't think much of, but then I tried it on and I knew it was it! It took only 20 minutes for me to find my dress and from there it was seamless. They handle everything for you and keep you updated on when your dress is ordered, shipped, and delivered. They were awesome through and through! Also, I had Whitney for my sales associate - she was amazing! Highly recommend. -

Engaged 2/19/18 | Wedding 9/21/19
After getting engaged, I started truly wedding planning Summer 2018. My husband and I were stationed in Germany and came home for a visit around August 2018. I scheduled my appointment and was greeted warmly by my consultant Nicole. I brought my mom, future mother in law and best friend of over 15 years to my appointment. Nicole sat me down to review budget, styles of dresses I was interested in and basic questions.
Nicole pulled several dresses and had me in the fitting room to help try dresses on before the “reveal”. After the 8th dress, I slipped into a beautiful strapless Stella York dress. This was absolutely THE ONE! It fit the vision I was looking for to perfection (strapless, sweetheart neckline, delicate lace, a little bling and conservative). I decided to return back to have my alterations done too. Mind you, because of my tight timeline and not living in Maryland, I was able to get my dress altered (bust taken in, bustles added, and length taken off) in 2.5 weeks prior to my wedding day with really good coordination with the team! The alterations were perfect.

I found my dress at the Bridal Boutique last Saturday with my MOH. after going there to try on a few other dresses since I was unsure of the dress I had previously purchased elsewhere. My consultant, Jamie, was helpful, cheerful and flexible. I didn’t feel pressured at all - she shared in my excitement when she and my MOH found a truly stunning dress from the Allure trunk show they were hosting that I never in a million years would have picked myself (and the polar opposite of my original dress lol). Once I tried it on, I didn’t want to take it off. Definitely “the one”. The consultants and owner/manager were solicitous and kind during the order process, explaining ways to order the dress to best fit me and minimize alteration costs (ordered it 4 inches shorter, etc). A fabulous experience. Highly recommended! -

I went to The Bridal Boutique last year to get a feel for what I liked/didn’t like. During this first trip I had Sabina as a consultant. Never once during either trip did I feel pressured to make a purchase. For my next trip, I had Nancy as a consultant and she was amazing! She made me feel confident and most importantly, actually listened to me. I ended up saying yes to a dress that she chose. I would 100% recommend The Bridal Boutique. -

In my search for the perfect dress, I bought 3. Luckily the first one was super cheap and the second was returnable. I went to a few other places in the area and was pressured into buying something I didn't love, so I left. I hadn't initially planned to go to the Bridal Boutique but we walked in without an appointment and were greeted immediately. We spent a few hours with Sabina, who is just such a wonderful person. I didn't find my dress that day, but I never felt pressured and I was hopeful that I was on the right track. I went back about a month later by myself to work with Sabina again and we narrowed it down to three. Completely second guessing myself, Sabina suggested that my fiance join us. No sooner did he get there, we knew which dress was the one. It made me feel so much better to have his input, and I got the most unique dress that fit perfectly with our style, and the look I was going for. I still love it and can't wait to find a reason to wear it again. The on-site tailor was also amazing. Her work hemming the detailed pattern was incredible and she made the dress fit perfectly! -

My dress did need alterations and some modifications. I do suggest asking all of the questions regarding pricing for these items so you aren’t caught off guard!

A woman named Faith worked with me and she was awesome! She did everything in her power to find me a dress I loved that was in my price range. Many times when I'm shopping I get a sales rep trying to get me to buy something out of my price range or something on top of what I planned to buy, but Faith was on my side the whole way even giving me tips on how to save money. First off, let me preface this review by saying I have gone to 2 other bridal shops in NYC (Kleinfeld and another posh boutique) and had the worst experience ever. The consultants didn’t listen to me and brought me dresses way out of my price range and rushed me the whole time. So I was rather hesitant to continue looking around and booking other appointment because of the awful first experience I had. Lucky, I made an appointment with Lindsay at The Bridal Boutique in Columbia – THANK GOD I DID! Lindsay was incredible!! She was super sweet, let me roam the floor and pick out dresses that caught my eye and never once did I feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. She gave me honest feedback on all the dresses, let me take a bunch of pictures and videos to send to my mom (who wasn’t able to make) and listened to what I was looking for. She made great suggestions and just made me feel so comfortable. After being so discouraged my first 2 times of dress shopping, this experience truly made up for it. I found my dress and am so excited to wear it next June…and it is all because of Lindsay. If you are debating on whether to check out The Bridal Boutique, just do it. Great selection of dresses here. Holly was very helpful with my indecisiveness and wanting to try on about ten different dresses in varying styles. I ended up putting two on hold and was easily able to schedule a follow up appointment a few days later to come back and try on my favorite again and ultimately bought it and a matching veil. Also got a really good deal during the national bridal sale week! All in all, a great experience. -

Let’s start by saying that I probably tried on close to 30 wedding dresses before going to this boutique. The first dress that I tried on here was everything I have ever wanted. We did our wedding pictures in Italy and had a wedding in US and I can’t tell you how many compliments I got in my beautiful dress. They do an amazing job with alterations and Mona helped me to alter ever little detail with my dress. The girls at the store are the sweetest and I will definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends. -

From the moment I walked into The Bridal Boutique, every single one of the consultants we're so welcoming and excited. My consultant, Whitney, was so helpful and insightful! She asked many questions to really know what I envisioned for my dress. Although, I knew the second dress I tried on was the one, Whitney still picked out some more dresses for me to really make sure I made the best decision. Whitney and I had a great conversation, really getting to know each other during this whole appointment and that made the appointment so much more personal. The pricing at the Bridal Boutique is just right. They provide all information up front so you really know what to expect. They gave me a complimentary bottle of Rose upon selecting my dress! I would recommend The Bridal Boutique to any bride out there. I'm so much more excited for my wedding now! -

I got my dress about a month after being engaged. My consultant, Emily, was warm, accommodating, and very helpful. This was my first experience trying on dresses and I had no idea what I wanted. Emily helped me find THE ONE, all while really listening to what I liked and disliked, without being pushy or "trying to make a sale." My appointment ran about 15 minutes over the 1 hour time slot and she did not rush us at all. I tried on about 8 dresses total. We went during a sample sale and were able to get extra discounts on the dress for this reason. All in all, it was a great experience! -

I recently said YES to my dress & I wasn't even expecting to! This was my first wedding dress shopping that I've done (for myself) and I had the best experience ever. I've been to many of my friend's appointments when they were brides and this experience was nothing like I've had! Sabina truly listened to my wants and needs in a dress. She chose the one that I ended up saying Yes to...& initially I didn't even want to try it on! But she has the perfect eye for the perfect dress & she knew I'd love it. We tried on several dresses and she really listened to my biggest detail of having a low back to my dress. She did an amazing job pulling the most beautiful gowns. But what made everything even MORE perfect was her thoughtfulness to cancel her next appointment because she gave me the time I needed to get the full experience. She also knew that my brother flew in from out of town to surprise me and his flight was delayed, so she did everything possible to stall (& she did a great job at it!). The surprise was the cherry on top of an amazing bridal experience. We popped champagne and enjoyed the celebrations. I am forever grateful for Sabina and her kind heart & amazing eye for exactly what I wanted! I HIGHLY recommend this place and I HIGHLY suggest you choose Sabina as your consultant! Don't look any further, the Bridal Boutique in Columbia has it all! I had gone to a few other bridal salons before I found The Bridal Boutique and I couldn't be happier that I did! I purchased my dress with them not only because of their outstanding customer service (Big shout out to Amber with that) but also because of their prices! They do not compromise the integrity of their inventory with their prices however they do keep in mind that brides are on a budget and work with you. Since I purchased my gown with them, they offered a discount on bridesmaid dresses and mother of the bride dresses - we went straight there to purchase both and the staff were wonderful! I mentioned Amber earlier and will again as she truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable throughout the searching and purchasing process! Another shout out to Megan and Mallory who helped me when I came back to try my dress on the first time. They were friendly, attentive and professional the entire time AND helped us find a great mother of the bride dress for my mom! I love this place so much that I'll be back soon with my future mother in law to help find her dress! I could gush about this store and the staff forever, it's a great store with even better associates! -

Gwen was so helpful and friendly and engaged with my mom and sister but reminded me that I have the final decision. I never felt that my budget was too low (even though I knew it was lower than ideal when wedding dress shopping) or that I "didn't belong" which was a vibe I had gotten elsewhere after discussing prices. She pulled so many dresses I loved and hadn't thought of, and in the end I was able to Say Yes to the Dress! -

It can be very overwhelming with so many styles and designers, but Amber was exceptionally patient with me and my friends. We tried on several different styles, and discussed the good and bad things I liked about each one. Dress after dress, I never felt rushed or like I was being too picky. After about 7 or 8 dresses, Amber found MY dress. It was the exact combination of everything I wanted. She worked closely with my mom and two bridesmaids and found the perfect dress for me. I can’t thank her enough, and I am looking forward to the rest of my experience at the Bridal Boutique! -

They did not have the style nor my size of the dress that I wanted when I went for my appointment. Whitney did the best she could finding dresses based on the information that I gave her. Unfortunately, I did not like most of the dresses that I tried on.
However, of all the bridal shops that I visited, The Bridal Boutique is the only one who mentioned getting a loaner dress from the designer. Even though my wedding is in a few months, they were able to get a loaner dress from Maggie Sottero for me to try, to make sure that I really liked it. There is a fee to get the loaner dress, but part of that amount goes toward the dress if you decide to buy it. It was totally worth it! The dress looked even better in person and I was able to order the dress right away.

Joann Sent on 03/16/2018Honestly this was the best bridal shop i visited. Where do I start..Sara was amazing! When I got there with my MOH, mom, mother in law, and my MOH's mom Sara checked us right in and explained a few things about the set up of the place. This boutique is small but it has TONS of options, styles, brands, and price ranges. This was the 3rd place of 4 I visited and after the first I still had no idea what I really liked and didnt like. I went in with the idea that I wanted a ball gown but I had my eye on a mermaid style i liked as well from another shop. I tried on about 8-9 dresses & Sara listened & really understood! she made lots of suggestions & really made me feel great about everything. At the end of the session I had actually fallen in love with 2 ball gowns. I did not purchase anything because I wanted to think over the styles & she was totally fine with that! She gave me her info in case i had questions. long story a little shorter I ended up coming back in about 1.5 months later to see her and she spent a couple hours with me while i tried the 2 dresses on, debated back and forth w/ my MOH took tons of pics, tried on veils and EVERYTHING to try to pick between the two i LOVED. I ended up going with my 1st love and the dress everyone lit up to when I had it on. I am so thankful for her patience and willingness to go the extra mile for me she went through alot for me lol. I waited to give this review until after alterations were complete in order to give an honest full review. Let me tell you this dress was NOT easy to alter, the bodice was completed blinged/beaded out & a stiff mold. I bought the floor dress which was a bridal 8 & altered it around a 4+. The end of each layer on the gown is lined with beads, i had no idea how she was going to shorten I was WORRIED it could be a nightmare. The seamstress did a FLAWLESS job as promised! perfect length, fits perfect on top & did not change integrity of dress at all! pricing is super reasonable dress&alterations

Jess Sent on 01/31/2018I just got my dress here last night and I had the best experience ever! Kaitlyn was amazing! Even if I hadn't gotten my dress here I would still recommend this store and her! She was attentive, she took time to sit and talk to me and my mom about what I wanted, she was honest with her opinion and she could just tell when I wasn't feeling a dress and when I was. I was a little worried going in because of trying to find something in my size (18) but she explained to me how they had just rearranged the store so all the plus sizes were in one area so I didn't have to worry about searching and getting my hopes up about a pretty dress and not have it in my size. I would recommend the Bridal Boutique to anyone and everyone! -

Their dress selections are beautiful and they get their orders in very quickly compared to other places. They are flexible and work with you to make appointments and payments. They let me come in as many times that I needed to try my wedding dress on when I got new accessories or shoes and wanted to see everything all together. Their alterations are priced well and they did a very good job making sure that every detail was perfect and the dress was flawless on me! They did them in a very short time frame; it was great. I also bought jewelry and a sash from there. Everything was beautiful! I would highly recommend their services, you will not be disappointed. -

I actually tried on my wedding dress at another shop and loved it but wanted to see what else was out there. That was how I wound up at the Bridal Boutique. Again I picked out the dress I had tried on somewhere else. There was one difference, this one had a champagne underlay. I loved it. But now I was stuck between this and a ball gown. So I went to one last place, and then I made my decision.
The Bridal Boutique was also where my Bridesmaids got there dress. I had minor things that needed to be done to my dress and I let the Bridal Boutique handle them. The only thing that happened was my bustle broke at the wedding. I don't think this was the Bridal Boutiques fault, but it is something I thought I should mention. -

My dress came in quickly and I took it back to DC with me until it was time for the fittings. Fast forward to December 2014 and the Bridal Boutique was nothing but wonderful. I was scheduled quickly and their seamstress did a phenomenal job on the alterations. My dress fit like a glove and was absolutely stunning! Thanks!! -

I went on a weekday, and it was very relaxing and I felt no pressure at all. My attendant was Paige, and she was super sweet, pulling as many dresses as I wanted - and she is the one who found MY dress! Super awesome experience all around - the dress only took about 3 months to arrive in store. One note - after reading the reviews about alterations, I decided to take my dress elsewhere for the alterations (just to be on the safe side).
