Gorgeous Venue - GREAT Price

This is an amazing place for a Wedding. Sherry was great and very quick to respond. The price is very affordable, but the location and view seems like it should be worth a lot more. The photo opportunities are plentiful to get amazing shots with a lot of different backgrounds. All and all, my wife and I were very happy with this venue and we recommend it to all of our engaged friends.

Great venue in downtown Monroe!

Great venue for a variety of events. The staff is so helpful and pay attention to detail! The venue is so pretty on its own too.

Really aren’t enough words or ways to tell you how amazing Sherry and her team are or how beautiful and perfect this venue is. You don’t even need to decorate because it is already so gorgeous. Sherry and Lisa are the epitome of professionalism, courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness from start to finish! Truly amazing!

Rehearsal Dinner at Bottle Factory!

My In-Laws hosted my husband & I’s rehearsal dinner at The Bottle Factory, and it was wonderful! The tables were decorated beautifully, and it was spacious enough for us- and we only used the downstairs! The staff was awesome. I would recommend this venue if you want a unique, historic experience for a wedding, rehearsal dinner, baby shower, etc. I have also been to a fashion show here, as well as yoga classes at the Bottle Factory!

A Generation of Parties

Throughout the years I have reserved The Bottle Factory as my venue of choice. Hence the generations of parties. The venue has a style all of its own that fits the bill for a classy event. I’ve had the pleasure of having my daughter’s 13th birthday party, my Mother’s 75th birthday party and my daughter’s college graduation party at The Bottle Factory and I have never been disappointed. The Mrs. Sherry and her staff receive a 10 across the board. From being engaged on the practicality of my events. To offering workable suggestions for room layouts, to being available for questions and additional help, this historical venue is perfect, I would and highly recommend renting The Bottle Factory for your next event.

Beautiful Venue!

We’ve used the bottle factory for our employee service awards for several years now. It is a beautiful location and our employees love it every time. When we were there in November, I was lucky enough to be shown the hidden speakeasy from back in the day. Such a unique and fun location!

Friendly and professional

I recently hosted my daughters sweet 16 at this venue and I was blown away by the beautiful features this venue has to offer. The staff is fantastic and willing to go the extra mile to make your special day amazing. 10/10 will recommend!

Excellent Venue!

I had my wedding shower here and it was wonderful! I used the first floor of the Bottle Factory and had plenty of space for a photo booth, dining area, bar, buffet, dessert tables, and space for dancing. The hanging lights were a beautiful touch. Sherry was very professional and helpful throughout the evening. She made planning and decorating easy.

Awesome team holiday party!

We just had our team holiday party at The Bottle Factory and we could not have been happier! The venue is cozy, rustic and perfect for big or small crowds. Sherry is super responsive and had everything ready to go for us just as we requested. Our bartenders were awesome too! Would highly recommend this venue!!

Perfect Rehearsal Dinner Experience!

We hosted our son and daughter-in-law’s rehearsal dinner here, and everything was absolutely perfect. Sherry was incredible—she helped with every detail and guided me through all my questions (and I had plenty!). Her expertise and patience made the planning process seamless.

Our family and friends had an amazing time, and the best part was that we got to relax and enjoy ourselves too. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail were unmatched. If I could give 20 stars, I would! Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

The owner is wonderful, and so nice to deal with. Always replies quickly! The venue is absolutely beautiful and so many photo opts! Would hands down recommend for any occasion wedding, family gatherings, and photo shoots!

Heavenly Venue

You made our dream come true! Venue, design, planning, decoration...everything under one roof. Complete package! Stress Free! Sherry was our wedding planning and kept us organized and within budget. We used a lot of their wedding decoration they have. We were able to bring in our own vendors. Price was on point for the venue. Highly recommend The Bottle Factory Venue!!!

Our Venue right here

This was the perfect venue for us! The price is unbelieveable for what all is included. We looked and many venue and were blown away be what The Bottle Factory has to offer. We got Sherry to be our Month of Wedding Planner and so glad we did. This was our first wedding and didnt know where to start. If you looking for a few that has it all, look no further.

The Best of the BEST

The Best choice we made was to have our reherrasal dinner and wedding at the bottle factory venue. our wedding as a fairy tail on the 4th of july. Thank you to all the staff at the venue for making the night perfect for us. Sherry and her team are the best!

Best venue

We are so glad we chose The Bottle Factory Venue. Our wedding was only 200 guest. We had plenty of room for Ceremony upstairs, Cocktail Hour in the Garden and Reception Downstairs. Our Dance floor was in the middle of the reception area. Our guest had the best time and danced all night! The staff at The Bottle Factory were wonderful and very helpful! We are so happy with The Bottle Factory!

Stunning Venue

Stunning venue is an understatement! The venue has two floors so we did not have to flip the space. BIG PLUS! We were able to use the venues decorations on sight, saving us a ton of money and time. The venue comes with table linens, tables and chairs. They set everything us for us, again saving us time the day of. Our guest all loved The Bottle Factory and so did we!

Dream Venue

We just got married here and I can’t recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area, outside garden area and beautiful architecture, plenty of parking, beautiful downtown view. It was my dream venue and I’m in love with it. Sherry and Lisa, are amazing and was so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you.

Wedding perfection!

We chose The Bottle Factory Venue after several of my friends got married here. It was the best decision we made! We chose Sherry as our coordinator and it is very obvious she has been a wedding planner for a long time. She made me and my family feel very welcome and relaxed. It was stress free for all of us. Our vendors loved Sherry and her Venue. So happy about our wedding. Gorgeous Venue! I would give it a 10 star if I could!

BANG FOR YOUR BUCK: The most incredible vendor and venue!

The Bottle Factory is a beautiful venue and soooo affordable! The interior has an antique, rustic design, but can also be transformed into an upscale, chic look with the help of some drapery & a little imagination.

The vendor, Sherry, and her husband were BY FAR the best part of The Bottle Factory. They were very easy to work with and were happy to restructure pricing during the pandemic to accommodate the forced decrease in wedding guest count.

Sherry also stepped up on the day of the wedding when the caterer failed and spent money from her personal account to make sure every guest had food! Wow!!

I will always be grateful to have had the chance to work with Sherry, and I recommend this venue 10/10.

Omg! The best venue and team EVER!

Where do I begin!!! Sherry is not just a venue owner, from this point on she is considered part of my family. I had my wedding over the weekend and Sherry and her husband went over and above to make sure the day went smooth! Everyone keeps talking about how amazing and beautiful the venue was and how AWESOME Sherry was! I could literally go on and on talking about the ways Sherry made my day special but from this day on, Sherry and the Bottle Factory will hold a special place in my heart. The perfect Venue

This was the first venue my now husband and I looked at and immediately knew it was our venue! The building has old rustic charm with exposed brick, original hardwood flooring and fairy lights galore! It provides the most perfect warm, and intimate setting! We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was!
The venue also has exceptional staff! We hired Lisa as our day of coordinator and she was fantastic! She not only helped to make the place look perfect but also kept everything running smoothly!
If you have the option to book this venue don’t miss out! They will help make your day perfect!!

Dream Wedding

My daughter's wedding took place at the Bottle Factory last weekend, and we couldn't have been more pleased! Sherry and Lisa were wonderful throughout all the planning, promptly replying to our emails, always courteous, professional, and accommodating. During the rehearsal the night before, staff members were on hand to answer last minute questions and to ensure that everything was the way we had wanted. The Bottle Factory itself is not far Charlotte and has so much atmosphere that minimal decorations were needed. The night of the wedding was truly magical- gorgeous outdoor scenery and a dreamy ambiance inside. Our guests were clearly impressed with the venue, several stating that it was the loveliest wedding they had ever attended. After the wedding was over, my daughter thanked me and said it was the wedding of her dreams. I'm so glad we found The Bottle Factory Venue!

The Bottle Factory Venue is simply amazing!

The Bottle Factory Venue was the perfect location for my daughters Wedding. The staff were very attentive and professional in handling everything on her special day. I hired Sherry, as day of Coordinator which was the key to things running so smooth and efficient. The staff overall exceeded our expectations. The food was great, DJ set the scene for a great reception. I highly recommend the Bottle Factory Venue! Thank you for making my daughters dream come true.

Sherry was the director and Day of Coordinator for my daughter’s wedding. She did an exceptional job! She is professional, knowledgeable and working with her is easy. I would have paid her twice the amount she charges after the wedding. She worked tirelessly to make everything perfect!

The team at The Bottle Factory is wonderful. I had the most perfect wedding day because of them. I would recommend this venue and catering they suggest to everyone! My husband and I had our wedding on October 22, 2016 at this location. From the moment I got on property, I knew this was the place! Then, after meeting and speaking with Sherry as we toured the venue I continued to fall in love. Not only is the property gorgeous, but Sherry is so involved throughout the whole process! No matter how many times we had to come back to just double check measurements or take our caterer there, she was ALWAYS accommodating! The best part about this venue is you get the entire weekend. Not once did I or my family feel rushed in any way, whether it was to decorate, to get ready, or to clean up. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend that anyone have their wedding or special event here. There are so many quaint aspects that a hotel, or even small venue can't compare to. Thank you Sherry for opening your life to us for the past year and half and really making our wedding the best day of our lives.

Our wedding was absolutely wonderful! We couldn't have asked for anything better. Sherry and Lisa helped keep us relaxed and made everything go seamlessly. Our whole weekend rehearsal, rehearsal dinner and ceremony were above and beyond our expectations.

"What a gorgeous place. My daughter's wedding could not have been more perfect! Staff is exceptional and were there for us through all the wedding planning, rehearsal and wedding day... The food is excellent they recommended! The setting is absolutely beautiful. The hotel they recommended is wonderful for lodging all your guests. I would give them TEN STARS if I could! We loved this venue as did our guest. The Reed wedding was nothing but perfect. I highly recommend The Bottle Factory Venue!

Fellow Brides, This place is AMAZING!! When you walk into The Bottle Factory it just feels right. The walls, floors, little white lights from the ceiling, chandeliers, beautiful old windows. I just cant way enough about this venue. I was almost ready to book another venue until one of my coworkers told me about this place. I am so hyped about having my wedding here!! They book fast so dont wait. My wedding is in 2019.

The day was rainy but the Wedding Venue was perfect! I recently was a photographer at The Bottle Factory Venue. We were all so thankful it was an indoor venue. This was my first time shooting at The Bottle Factory and I was blown away by it beauty! I have shot at many venues in the past 20 years so it takes a lot to impress me, I was truly impressed with everything. The building, the romantic lighting, the bridal suite, grooms suite and the 2 ladies at the venue were very helpful and sweet. Brides Book this Venue!!

The Bottle Factory Venue offers the perfect setting for any event that swoons with understated elegance! Offering 2 separate areas for a ceremony and then reception made this venue perfect for our wedding with just under 200 guests. Sherry and her staff were a delight to work with. Exceptionally professional yet personable. We hired Sherry to handle the “day of” coordinating also and that was money well spent!!! We couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out!

I was a DJ at The Bottle Factory a couple months ago for a wedding. It was such a thrill to work with a venue that was on top of their game. The staff never missed a beat! Both ladies at the Venue were very accommodating and professional. I have been to many venues in the area and by far this is my favorite to work at. Who wouldn't want to get married in an old Coca-Cola factory. Love the look and the history of The Bottle Factory. It is located in the small town of Monroe North Carolina. The groom suite is the original speak easy from 1927. My fiancé fell in love with it the first time he saw it. Knee and my five bridesmaids got ready upstairs in the bridal suite. My photographer loved the beauty of the venue. The owner Sherry coordinated my wedding and made sure everything was perfect. It was the wedding I had always dreamed of!

I was the Wedding Planner for a 150-guest wedding at The Bottle Factory on 3/26/16 and was very impressed with the staff and level of professionalism from this venue. Lisa, the on-site venue manager, took care of every single need, request, and any help that I needed the day of the wedding, including sweeping up my floral mess behind me as I was rushing to arrange flowers. I have worked with numerous venues in the area and The Bottle Factory was one of the easiest to work with. The Bottle Factory was the perfect venue for our wedding reception on March 5, 2016. It is such a unique space and easily accommodated 150 guests in the upstairs space. Sherry was a pleasure to work with both as the venue manager and as our day-of wedding planner. We were so pleased with The Bottle Factory as the location of our daughter’s wedding and reception. It was a beautiful fit for the personalities of the bride and groom. Beside the convenience for us and guests to have wedding and reception in the same building, the venue was nicely decorated and they were open to us personalizing the decor to suit the wedding theme.

Sherry Helms, General Manager, is a PRO. So thoughtful, accommodating and organized. She excelled in helping with planning, preparation, coordination and execution of the entire event. She seamlessly filled in the blanks that we, as wedding rookies, failed to consider. In fact, Sherry, her husband Jeff, and their staff were delightful to work with throughout.

We received wonderful feedback from the guests on the venue and staff. For such an important occasion, we confidentially entrusted much of the management and oversight to Sherry which reduced our stress levels and helped make the event a memorable one.

This is a beautiful venue with such character that it speaks for itself! I had looked at many venues prior and though it was 45 minutes from where I live it was worth it! When we walked into The Bottle Factory we knew that it was the place for us. The exposed brick, chandeliers, draping and lights makes it charming and romantic. It was great for pictures and so was the outside garden for our fist look. We had the ceremony upstairs and the reception downstairs. I was concerned at first because of the steps and my grandma not being able to get around to good but they had a chair lift which was perfect for her and the restroom downstairs had a ramp. My wedding was beautiful and I couldn't have found anything more perfect!

Just had our wedding at the bottle factory. Our wedding planner did not know what she was doing. Sherry with The Bottle Factory jumped in and made our wedding day PERFECT! She was amazing. I high recommend Sherry to plan and coordinate your wedding! The Bottle Factory is a beautiful venue. Our guest talked the entire night on how beautiful it was. This venue was so incredibly beautiful. I was the calligrapher on site and they worked wonderfully with allowing me to have complete creative ability. My friend is the one that got married and she was so calm the day of the wedding because everything was taken care of. The staff were on top of everything and SO SO SO sweet. If you have them as your venue you will not regret it!

We have nothing but outstanding things to say about The Bottle Factory Venue! Our daughter selected the venue for their Valentine's Day wedding. Sherry and her staff were a true blessing! Sherry was prompt in her responses to our many questions :) She was open to suggestions and was willing to do whatever we asked. We had the rehearsal dinner at the venue which was lovely. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch, as we had the wedding and rehearsal both at the venue, which was convenient for all our guests. We constantly had guests coming up to us and commenting on the beautiful venue during the reception. Sherry's husband even bartended for us and was so much fun! If you want a stress free & lovely venue, you definitely should consider The Bottle Factory and Sherry - it was a beautiful wedding day!!

Although our wedding is not until September 2015, we are extremely impressed with the services we have received so far at the bottle factory venue. From the first moment we met Sherry, she has been nothing short of amazing in every aspect of the planning, answering questions, and providing ideas for our reception. When you book the bottle factory venue, you also have the option to book other vendors that the venue works with, making your life so much easier! We were able to book a dj, an officiant, a wedding coordinator, and also a bar package without even leaving the venue. We love the vintage feel this venue has and it is truly a blank canvas, you can have as little decor as you would like, or as much as you would like. This is definitely one of a kind! We looked at other venues in the area and even in Charlotte, but nothing compared. We cannot wait to have our reception at this beautiful location in 5 months and would recommend the venue without a doubt!

My lovely daughter in law and her hubby chose The Bottle Factory for their Valentine's Day wedding. From the beginning, Sherry Helms was prompt and thorough in her email communication with me. Her suggestions of outside vendors were most helpful to me as we are from out of town. In addition, her advice to me as a first time "Mom of the Groom" put my mind at ease. Greg was an attentive bartender. Our security deposit was refunded promptly.The Bottle Factory as both the rehearsal Dinner Location AND Ceremony& Reception Venue made for easy transitions for the bridal party and guests. From my perspective there were no hiccups. ..and this was a blessing as you can imagine.

Great Event Space

Beautiful venue! Unique! We were looking for something a little vintage (but not a barn). We feel in love with the exposed brick. The upstairs bridal suite was enough room for the bride and 5 bridesmaids. Plus we had our makeup and hair stylists in there. A small kitchen upstairs turned into the ladies snack room. The fellas stayed downstairs in the groom's layer until they ventured out for various things. They all said they enjoyed it!
The staff was kind and helpful! We did have a bartender and he was wonderful! We did a day-off run through of the ceremony instead of having the official rehearsal the night before. That went well! We used the catering company recommended by the venue! They knew where to go and how to setup. Food was amazing!
The cost was right around the same cost of venues offering the same value-adds. I still cannot figure out why venues cost what they do.
All of the guests loved the venue and had many great things to say!

Overall, my wedding day was perfect. We could not have asked for a better venue - everything was beautiful and it all come together exactly how I pictured. Even my family from up north, who expect traditional church weddings and 5 course meal dinners were blown away by the venue. The venue's manager, Sherry, was very difficult to get ahold of. It took us over a month (and multiple phone calls and texts) to get a copy of our contract. I was less than pleased with Sherry's professionalism and responsiveness when it came to the months between booking and our big day. However, the owner of the venue, Michael was beyond helpful. I contacted him via Facebook to express my concerns - I had a phone call from him within the hour, and by the end of the day everything was sorted out. Be sure to contact him if you have any issues. Sherry's assistant, Lisa was a huge help on my day of! It could not have happened without her. This venue is absolutely beautiful - it was totally worth the hassle. I would highly recommend it, but make sure you are committed to hounding the manager if you need something.

This venue is incredibility gorgeous and our wedding guests loved it! It's the perfect location for a ceremony, reception, or both! They are very flexible with decorations and the overall wedding day timeline. Lisa is very responsive and accommodating and she went above and beyond to help make our day perfect. Lisa is great and we are thankful to have had her involved to make the day go so well! If you have questions, Lisa will answer them!

Sherry with the Bottle Company was very informative when I was booking the venue. She also helped with giving great advice to any ideas I had! And she's extremely nice and has compassion for what she does....I can't wait til the big day!!!!

I had my wedding at The Bottle Factory in September 2015, the venue is beautiful and was just the space we were looking for. It was great to have the ceremony and reception at the same location along with the flexibility of bringing your own catering. We did things a little differently than a traditional wedding but they were willing to work with us and help our dream wedding become a reality.

This place was beautiful and definitely affordable. What a deal we received!!! They provide linens, tables, chairs and decorations. Overall, our experience was great and we wouldn't change a thing. The only part about my experience was the lack of response from the coordinator in regards to payments and any questions you may have.

Overall we had a beautiful and special event. Some expectations were not met, like replies to text messages and phone calls sometimes took a few days and our vendors weren't contacted by the venue's wedding coordinator until the day before the wedding. I'm not sure if we misunderstood or if our expectations were off, but we paid for an event coordinator, a server and bus boy, which we thought would be 3 separate people but instead there were only 2 people doing all of the roles which at times did not keep up with some of the needs. I had two personal friends that I brought in to assist and they stayed busy the entire time. The venue is beautiful, the owner/coordinator and assistant were very sweet and cooperative but needed to be reminded during the event of things we agreed upon during our planning meeting. I would definitely use this venue again and would recommend it to friends, I would just get more clarification and specifics next time.

Stood up for venue tour

I had a tour scheduled with them that was even confirmed via automated text the day of the appointment. I had taken the afternoon off work and drove the 40+ minutes to Monroe to meet with Lisa. No one was there; I called twice, texted, and waited 20 minutes until ultimately leaving and went to visit another vendor who fortunately had walk-in availability at that time so as to not completely waste my afternoon. Never heard anything from them or received an explanation or apology for wasting not only my time but that of my sister and mom who came with me. Extremely unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone looking for consistent and reliable service.

I tried to go see this venue. Ended up standing in the cold for an hour with no one at the location. I called repeatedly. It has been 4 weeks and I have still heard nothing. Needless to say I will not be booking here.
