Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens Reviews

We had our wedding reception at the gardens last October and it was a fantastic experience! In terms of the event space itself, the botanical gardens is beautiful, and our guests loved being able to see the entire space at night. We appreciated that tables and chairs were provided by the gardens, and we were glad to learn that we could provide our playlists to the event team and have them played over the speakers rather than have to bring our own sound set up. There are outdoor spaces outside of the gardens that are great for outdoor photos as well.

The gardens’ event coordinators (Sally and Asher) were extremely responsive and a pleasure to work with both leading up to, and during the event. They were very accommodating, communicated with us to ensure we were on the same page about what we were going for with our event, and handled set-up for the decorations we provided, the tables, etc. Honestly, they made things really easy for us! The cost was also very reasonable.

Some mostly minor things to consider that weren’t an issue for us, but might matter more to others: Lighting: while the dining areas were well lit with overhead lighting and string lights, some areas of the gardens are fairly dark at night. Temperature: we were very comfortable in October inside, but the gardens is a greenhouse essentially and can get warm (we were told typically about 10 degrees warmer than outside air), so in warmer months this may be something to consider. Time: we were allotted four hours for our reception-only event. For us this was fine, though it went quickly, but something to consider for those hoping for a longer event. Lastly, the gardens only allows a limited set of vendors for catering. Initially, we were kind of worried by this limitation, but it actually became clear that the vendors’ familiarity with the space and the event team helped the catering experience go very smoothly as everyone knew what to do/expect, and we also had a wonderful experience with the catering (we went with Buffalo Catering Co., which we also recommend!)

My daughter had a wedding ceremony here on 7./19 and it was perfect. The pictures turned out beautiful! We had about 120 people at the ceremony and everyone enjoyed the venue. Asher and Kaduck were wonderful. They made every part of the ceremony perfect. ( including running around in the morning to set up last minute things we brought) The meetings with them before hand are so helpful because you know exactly what to expect. Thank you for a perfect day!

The Botanical Gardens was the perfect location for our smaller, intimate wedding ceremony (~70 guests). Morgan made sure our rehearsal and ceremony went perfectly, and everything went exactly as expected. The Gardens team was great at accommodating day-of changes due to weather and were very knowledgeable about great photo locations for our first look and group/family photos. Would highly recommend!

The Botanical Gardens was a beautiful place to have our wedding ceremony. We decorated with flower petals going down the aisle and flowers on the structure. We were originally supposed to have our ceremony in June 2020, but it was rescheduled to October 2020. Amy Rae was easy to work with and helped us with our changes. Our wedding was originally supposed to be on a Saturday and when it was moved to a Sunday (due to vendor availability) they had me sign a new contract where I paid a lesser amount due to having the ceremony on Sunday. They did a good job with the rehearsal the day before, and it was nice knowing that if weather did not cooperate, we could have our ceremony indoors. It was cool that guests had the opportunity to go inside to the gardens after our ceremony. We got beautiful pictures on the grounds of the Botanical Garden and inside.

Getting married here was a dream come true , everyone was amazing , the gardens is so beautiful. I would to it over a million times here . Morgan is truly wonderful , really made my dreams come true . We used fat bobs as our caterer and they were also amazing.

I cannot say enough good things about having a wedding at the botanical gardens. From the moment we met AmyRae, she walked us through everything from start to finish. During covid, she was honest about how everything would be and kept it real with us the entire time. That was incredibly important since we were hearing horror stories about other venues during the year. They were continuously accommodating and very understanding with everything happening, and wanted whatever we wanted while giving us multiple options of how to keep our wedding day as normal as possible. And it was everything we could have asked for and more. I will endlessly recommend the gardens for any event, they are so genuine with their customers and strive to ensure any event is above and beyond of what is asked. Any questions I had, AmyRae was there to answer them right away! And the pictures you’ll get at the gardens are absolutely breathtaking!!! Thank you for being a part of our day and being a huge help with making our wedding day perfect!

Staff was very organized and made the wedding stress for my husband and I. We no longer live in buffalo, so staff was able to ensure everything would go smoothly and reached out to the cater and Dj. Everyone worked as a team

The gardens were amazing! The staff was so friendly and easy to communicate with, and the entire grounds were beautiful! We had our wedding July 6th,2019 and yes it was warm, but it was beautiful! We rented out the entire grounds, so our guests could walk around and view the different species of plants and flower they had. Unfortunately it had rained, so our idea of the gazebo ceremony did not come to fruition, however they more than accommodated us and our guests in house 10. Bonus of this venue is you do not have to decorate much! They have all the up lighting needed, as well as twinkle lights in house 10, and other fixtures,

I had my ceremony at the Botanical Gardens this past weekend and it was amazing. AmyRae was responsive and helpful throughout the planning process and she was organized, supportive, and calm on the day of. She was also quite accommodating when some of our guests were a little late and she helped us make a good decision about how to make the ceremony run smoothly without being too delayed. The venue itself was also quite gorgeous, as all of the spring flowers were out. AmyRae and her team also did an excellent job decorating for my event. I have absolutely no complaints and recommend this venue without any hesitation.

We had visited the Botanical Gardens before getting engaged, and thought it would be an ideal non-traditional wedding venue. Communication with our event coordinator, Christina, was always prompt easy, and she was very professional and knowledgeable. The venue was beautiful, and all of the staff there were helpful and readily available. We had both the ceremony and reception there, and it could not have been more perfect!!

We are so glad to have our wedding ceremony and reception at the Buffalo Botanical Gardens! It's an absolutely amazing and beautiful venue. The guests can wander around the gardens throughout the night. We love having the option to do the ceremony either indoors or outdoors.

She's the most responsive vendor and tirelessly answered my neverending list of questions over email before I even committed to the venue as I was planning my wedding from the west coast. She was very organized, has great attention to detail, and on top of everything at all times. She worked with my wedding planner to make sure everything is accounted for. She and the team at the Buffalo Botanical Gardens really executed flawlessly on the day of. Having our wedding at the Botanical Gardens has always been my dream and Christina really helped make that dream come true. I only wish that some parts of the gardens hadn't been closed but what can you do right?

We were married in a small, intimate ceremony on our 10 year anniversary. It happened to fall on a weekday so we only had our ceremony that day. (We had a party later in the year to celebrate with those outside our immediate family.) It was perfect! I think the intimate ceremony package they have is an exceptional value. I did all my communications through email. Christina Stannard was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens to others who are looking for a ceremony option. Even though I didn't hold my reception here, I'm sure that it would have been awesome if I had.

What an incredibly beautiful venue for a wedding. Our guests raved about having full access to the gardens. It was a perfect place, totally magical. Everyone especially loved how separate the dining hall and dance area was. It felt private and intimate and extremely romantic. We didn't have a lot of money, so the natural beauty of the venue helped us save a lot on decor while still having a really beautiful wedding. Also the coordinators were really nice and extremely easy to work with. We strongly recommend this venue.

We had our ceremony here in late August and it was beautiful. I was able to customize my own music. The ceremony was outside in the gazebo. The staff was very helpful and accomadating.

The Botanical Gardens is an outstanding venue. Christina and Alexis were phenomenal – incredibly professional, responsive, and detail-oriented. The building is architecturally dazzling, but it’s also unique and intimate, with the beautiful plants and variety of indoor and outdoor spaces. It was a perfect choice for us, because it was a very distinctive wedding venue, but the staff was also experienced with events and the planning was easy. Avi did our catering, and he did an extraordinary job. Overall, we can't recommend the Botanical Gardens highly enough.

Your two ladies were awesome! We loved everything about the wedding. Lucarelli's food was excellent. We have heard from so many guests that were so thrilled with everything. We made only one decision on our own regarding the champagne toast. We went against your usual procedure and had it in the dome right after the wedding and we wish we had done it the way you suggested it be done. That was totally our fault so the toast wasn't quite right. Peter and I didn't get any and missed the whole thing and didn't get any champagne! All in all we just LOVED our wedding and everything about it. You two ladies made it so. Thank you so much.

We had our wedding ceremony at the Botanical Gardens and I cannot say enough good things about it! Both Christina and Alexis were there to answer ANY questions I had, and also were willing to give input and advice when I needed it. They took care of everything the day of- including getting my ipod to work for the music during the ceremony! If you are considering using the Botanical Gardens as a venue- DO IT! My husband and myself had the perfect day!

We were especially pleased with our wedding at the Botanical Gardens. Our ceremony was outside in the quite beautiful surroundings and the rest of the evening indoors was just as picturesque. Christina impressed us with her organization and attention to detail. When we met with her prior to the event, she seemed to have thought of everything and she made sure everything flowed perfectly during the wedding. Considering that the venue itself is particularly charming and that the staff was of a matching quality, we could not be happier with our choice of venue.

My wedding was a fairytale. The gardens was flawless, elegant, & just simply breathtaking. The wedding coordinators took care of everything day of! They were on top of everything & the willingness to make the day just as perfect as I wanted it made me realize how I really picked the best possible venue. I am in love with my photos & the memories that took place in the gorgeous gardens where I was surrounded by succulents, waterfalls, & gorgeous palm trees.

The team at Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens was AMAZING! They were professional, had extreme attention to detail, and were just plain fun to work with. I would recommend the botanical gardens to anyone for their event. Ryan and I are so happy we stumbled upon them to host our wedding ceremony. Knowing how much I wanted to get married outside they set up despite the fact that it looked like rain. Then after waiting till the very last possible minute worked hard to move the event indoors and set it up accordingly. We had our ceremony at the Botanical Gardens and it was perfect. We loved working with Christina and Steve. They were so helpful and accommodating. Christina was quick to respond anytime we called or emailed and I really enjoyed working with her. Steve was able to recommend our officiant (David Zastrow) which was helpful. We asked for them to put up cute chalkboard signs directing our guests through the greenhouses to our outdoor ceremony and they accommodated our request. We were able to get some beautiful photographs on the lawn outside and in the greenhouses after our ceremony. Christina and Steve did a great job leading our rehearsal practice and everything was flawless during our ceremony.

It was great working with Michelle Slawiak of the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens. She paid attention to every detail prior to and the day of our daughter's wedding. The Gardens are a beautiful venue. We were fortunate to have excellent weather so the ceremony could be held outside. We also held the reception at the Gardens. Again, it is a beautiful venue and I believe all our guests enjoyed the day.

The location was beautiful. All of my guests complimented the venue, stating how lovely everything was. The team at the Gardens was extremely flexible and knowledgeable regarding the available caterers. I would absolutely recommend this venue for a shower, wedding or any other event.

A perfect place for a wedding.

What an outstanding job Michelle & her staff provided for our daughters wedding On March 1, 2013. Michelle was so accommodating & pleasant to deal with. Every request was taken care of with a smile and at the end of the event, all of our belongings were packed carefully waiting for us. My guest also commented on what a beautiful event the wedding was.

The wedding was perfect Michelle the coordinator was great & really helped our big day run perfectly! I was super nervous because I didn't even get to meet her in person & see my venue until the rehersal the day before because we are military & had to plan the wedding in another state. She worked great with me & my family. I'd recommend the buffalo botanical gardens to anyone getting married. & I got married right after Christmas & it looked beautiful there.

After getting married in Jamaica, we wanted to have a reception at a venue where we could carry through a tropical theme for our reception. With it's lush tropical plants, the Botanical Garden was an obvious choice. Michelle and her assistant were absolutely wonderful to work with!! We had a few original ideas, like a pinata and limbo, and they were awesome with making everything work for us! We also had a video that we were showing, which they also helped to make it a very smooth and easy process. I cannot express how wonderful the staff was. I felt like every time I turned around they were there to make sure everything went how we had planned. If you are considering the Botanical Garden, I HIGHLY recommend it!

Originally we only booked the Gardens for an afternoon ceremony and have the reception at a hall. The hall we booked ended up closing, so it left us looking for something similar to what we found, and on the same date. We spoke with the Gardens about there ceremony/ reception package. We really liked the idea. They had a date available and were able to switch us over with no problems! We currently live out of town, but that didn't make a difference. They would respond back to us right away and had all of our questions answered and than some! They helped make the wedding planning process as nice and easy as possible! The wedding day was flawless and just perfect! Our guest loved the natural beauty of the place. Some of my guest even said that until the wedding they forgot how awesome the Gardens were, and cant wait to go back! I would recommend to every Bride and Groom to really strongly consider having your wedding at the Gardens, it is such a Beautiful place with absolutely wonderful people! THANK YOU for helping make our wedding day that much more special!

This was the first and only venue my husband and I looked at for our wedding. From our very first meeting with Mary Rose, it was clear that not only was the space exactly what we wanted for our wedding, but also that the staff truly cared about our event. They were always very prompt at responding to emails and were willing to meet with us as many times as we felt necessary during the planning process. Sadly, a few weeks before our wedding, we received notice that Mary Rose was no longer at the Gardens, and were a bit nervous since she had been the person we worked closest with the entire time. However, when I met with Steve the week before my wedding, it was clear that he knew exactly what to do and that our wedding was in good hands. Our wedding day went off without any problems whatsoever! Steve and Joy handled everything beautifully and were just plain fun to have there! They kept us on schedule for everything, but without being pushy. They brought us drinks throughout the evening and even brought a plate of appetizers to us as we were lining up for our introductions so we had something to eat. They took care of calling all of our vendors the week before the wedding to coordinate everything, so I didn't have to worry about doing this, and they coordinated everything the day of as well. Thanks to them, I was able to relax and truly enjoy my wedding day knowing that they had everything under control. Thank you so much Mary, Steve, and Joy! We cannot thank you all enough for all of the hard work you put into making our wedding an exceptionally special day!

We had an amazing wedding and reception at the Botanical Gardens. We could not have been happier with the venue and their flexibility. It's a gorgeous site and proved to be everything we could ask for in terms of photo op backdrops.

The one issue we had was that the space for dancing (ie, the main dome) didn't really encourage people to dance. Maybe it was because we were using the main PA system and not a DJ (although the sound was more than adequate) or maybe we just had wedding guests who wanted to catch up and chat, but our 'dancing' part of the evening really turned into a cocktail party, which was fantastic, but not dancing. Our guests had a super time and stayed until we kicked them out, they just didn't dance as we thought they would.

Joy Knowlton who took over at the last minute as the main point person did a fantastic job. As did Steve McDonald who was in charge of all logistics the day of. Both were perfection.

My only slight critism would be with the catering vendor selection. There was only one vendor willing to cater a party of our size (12 people) and while the food was good, the service was somewhat slow which allowed some of the food to get cold.

The event was an absolute success and we received may compliments from our employees on the venue choice. The staff was great to work with and provided more service than we expected.

Mary was fabulous! She helped us with the whole process, and I wasn't stressed or worried about anything on my wedding day. It's a beautiful location. We were there during the mum show. After the ceremony everyone said how beautiful of a location it was!

In one word, P-H-E-N-O-M-E-N-A-L! Our wedding reception was flawless and it was all because of Mary and her assistants, Steve and Joy. Mary, I can't say enough about her. From day one, she was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Very friendly and reassuring, which is essential, particularly since I was an out-of-town bride. She was able to meet with my husband and me a couple of times, on very short notice, which we very much appreciated. E-mails and telephone calls were always returned promptly. Also, being from out of town, we needed a lot of guidance about who to choose for catering, music, hairstyling, rehearsal dinner, etc. Mary was always able to provide us with suggestions that were spot-on. Like I said before, everything Mary was involved in, ended up being perfect. During the reception, again, there was nothing to worry about. My husband and I had come from our picture session at Niagara Falls late, but that was not an issue at all. Steve and Joy had everything under control. The two of them frequently shuttled us to where we needed to be during the reception. All my husband and I had to do was show up and enjoy our party! You also know you are in good hands when your friends and relatives tell you personally that they love the staff at the Gardens! Aside from Mary and her crew, our guests loved the atmosphere. It is a completely unique experience and not like other traditional ballroom weddings. Guests were free to mingle and enjoy each other as well as the plant life. Many guests even told us that our wedding was the best one they had ever been to. And of course, this is a direct reflection of Mary and her staff as well as the facility itself. By far, choosing the Gardens was the best decision we could have made for our reception location. It was well worth every penny we spent and we would highly encourage anyone who is considering having their event there to surely do so.

Mary was AMAZING to work with! She had great ideas, really listened to our wants/needs for the wedding and really did EVERYTHING to make it a perfect day for us! We'd recommend both Mary and the Botanical Gardens to anyone looking for a great experience/gorgeous venue.

The location of the botanical gardens is beautiful. Colorful blooming flowers, tall palm trees, soft lighting and calming Koi fish ponds are just some of the unique characteristics that make this location an elegant and romantic wedding location.

My wedding day was August 13, 2011. I chose to have both my reception and ceremony at the Gardens because I not only had to plan my wedding start to finish in less then 3 months, but I was an out of town bride. I had heard that the wedding director Mary Rose was great to work with and rave reviews were absolutely true. I cannot stress enough how extremely well organized, professional, kind and patient this woman is.

Between emails and phone calls Mary Rose was able to make my wedding day vision a reality. Never once did I worry or stress because Mary Rose went out of her way to take care of all the little detail. From coordinating times with the caterer, the baker, the florist to providing linens, tables, chairs, votive candles, every last detail was taken care of. She even organized the entire ceremony! My wedding day was beautiful and truly enjoyable because she made everything perfect. Mary Rose is truly amazing at what she does. The beautiful location is just an added bonus!

Our wedding at the Bontanical Gardens was absolutely perfect! It is the most beautiful place to have a wedding and I had so much help planning it. Mary Rose is wonderful and I am so glad she was there to help me every step, she went way above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure everyhing went as planned. Teresa did a beautiful job on the centerpieces and she was so creative. Our day was wonderful and I am thrilled to have had there!

It was amazing how easy it was to do both our wedding ceremony and reception at the Botanical Gardens. They accommedated to anything we, and were always easy to get a hold of when I had questions. The ceremony set up outside was gorgeous, and the inside for the reception was more than I ever could have dreamed of. Not only was it easy for me to work with The Botanical Gardens and especially Mary Rose, but they worked well with friends and family when they had secret projects that they wanted to do for us for our wedding. I would work with them all again for any occasion I would possible plan there. Thanks guys!

We found that the service was excellent. Everything came together very nicely. They took care of everything that we dropped off and put it all together. We would recommend going to the Gardens multiply times to really know where you want your pictures because there are so many beautiful spots in and around the building. The ceremony package allowed us to go and view the gardens up to 3 times.

The venue itself it just lovely! The improvements that have been made recently to restore, preserve and improve this jewel are wonderful. The event coordinator, Mary, is an absolute doll! I've never seen such devotion to ensuring that her clients have a perfect, flawless event.

When I arrived at the gardens expecting the ceremony to start, I was informed that the officiant is no where to be found. The gardens staff had tried everything they could before hand to track him down and were unable. Ashley, the lady coordinating our wedding, stayed very calm and was great at calming me down and staying in control. She was going to have us married one way or another. As a bride, this amount of stress was more than I could handle and she took all the responsibility. In the end, our officiant arrived an hour late and we did get married. We are very pleased with the gardens for helping our wedding happen! In addition, the site is just absolutely gorgeous!

Mary Rose at the botantical gardens will bend over backwards to make the event perfect. I can not thank her and the gardens enough. I would reccomend them to anyone. I cant wait to see all the wonderful pictures

I had a great experience working with Mary Rose at the Botanical Gardens for my wedding ceremony. The venue provided beautiful possible ceremony locations both indoors and outdoors (we went with indoors at the last minute due to wind and cold weather). The ceremony rehearsal was thorough and run efficiently by Mary, with run-thrus both inside and out. I did not need to provide any decorations because the venue itself is already decorated with so many beautiful plants and flowers. Mary was kind enough to provide me with a list of possible officiants upon my request and her number one recommended officiant, Reverend Denise Metzger, turned out to be the perfect choice for us. I can not say enough to convey the truly wonderful experience that was provided for us by the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardens and Mary Rose!

I only had my ceremony at the Gardens. It was exactly what I wanted. Very simple but beautiful. My family thought we paid top dollar for the service when in reality it was the most affordable place we found.

Being an out of town bride who was originally from the area, the Botanical Gardens made everything spectacular. Nothing was overlooked and the dedication and attention to detail shined through. All the guests RAVED of what an awesome job they did!

I found the wedding coordinator Mary Rose to be exceptionally helpful in making our day special. She always responded to my emails in a timely manner and her suggestions were great. Mary and her assistant Ashley were so friendly the day of our event and even assisted us in taking photographs which we really appreciated and with there help we now have some beautiful memories of our special day that we had at the Botanical Gardens.

We had a great wedding there! I couldnt have asked for anything better!! It was beautiful and simple and you made it so easy for the ceremony to go!! I cannot thank you both enough!! And when our origional officiant couldnt do our ceremony the information to get David was great!! And when david couldnt make the rehersal Mary helped us and did the whole rehersal for us herself.

Our wedding at the Buffalo Botanical Gardens exceeded our expectations. From the beautiful surroundings, to the attentive staff. Everything was perfect! The venue is very reasonable (cost wise) and you get A LOT for your money. Mary Rose, the wedding coordinator at the Botanical went above and beyond to help make everything run smoothly and to give advice for little details. She is like having your own personal wedding helper! She had answers to any of my questions and solutions to any of my problems. The gardens were gorgeous and the tables and linens, etc were setup like a dream. I would highly recommend this location for a wedding and/or reception.

This is our second year hosting a client appreciation evening at the Botanical Gardens. The first year was so wonderful, we came back for a second year and will again in the future. Not only the beauty of the Gardens, but Mary Rose is so helpful, efficient and truly wonderful to work with. thank you for a wonderful evening.

I wish there was a way to give more stars to this place and to Mary Rode- the wedding guru who held my hand, was so supportive, and did the greatest job I have ever seen. The place was a steal, she was amazing, and they did everything in their power to make my day quite literally the best day and the best wedding ever. The place is already beautiful, but Mary helped me see my vision and ran around placing decorations and doing things most wedding organizers won't. She never judged me on my non traditional taste or ideas, instead she did everything in her power to work with me and to make it amazing. She is the BEST and the gardens was AMAZING!!! THANK YOU! My only regret is I only get to do this once!

Everything was wonderful! It would have been helpful to have a staff person from the Garden on site during our event, as I had a couple of needs (nothing critical), but I could not reach anyone.

However, I would use and recommend the site for any future corporate events.

It was an absolute pleasure having both my son's baptisms at the Botanical Gardens. Mary is fantastic and I would absolutely return for another family event.

Everything about both our wedding ceremony and reception at the Buffalo and Erie County Botanical Gardes was amazing. From the gorgeous flowers to the wonderful food we couldn't have hoped for a better day. Everyone at the Botanical Gardens made things easy for us on our big day and went above and beyond to make every detail special. The cost for what we got was incredibly reasonable and there's no price to be put on the outstanding service we recieved from the staff at the Botanical Gardens from the time we booked our wedding until the last guest left. Our wedding turned out better than we had ever imagined it would and if we could do our wedding over again, we wouldn't change a thing!

The Botanical Gardens was a great place for the wedding ceremony. All the guests really enjoyed it. We are still receiving complements. Mary was great to work with and was on top of everything. It was perfect in every way possible!

We went with the Botanical Gardens for our wedding and really enjoyed it! We worked mostly with Christina, the events director, and she was always quick to respond to our emails and full of ideas on different things we could do within the space. The gardens themselves were beautiful, and the outside ceremony we wanted came out spectacularly. Because it was a greenhouse it was a little warm inside for the reception, but the spaces looked beautiful and the guests all commented on how they had never been to a prettier venue. One of the greenhouses was under construction for our wedding, so we missed out on the dinosaur topiaries (my favorites!), but that should be finished in 2016. Also one word of advice to your photographer - it is a cavernous space, so night pictures inside come out dark. Make sure they have the right flash to capture it.

Overall, the Botanical Gardens is a beautiful setting and they are easy to work with. We recommend them to anyone looking for a great garden location!

We just had our ceremony at the Botanical Gardens this past weekend and we could not have been happier with it. Christina was an absolute joy to work with. She was very flexible and friendly and always quick to answer our questions. The outdoor space itself is beautiful - it fit our group of people perfectly. Our guest list is at 160, the gardens has seating for 130, and it worked out great. They have a brand new gazebo in the ceremony spot that also was lovely. The back-up indoor location is equally as beautiful. Christina and her staff were fabulous coordinators the day of - there was always someone guiding us and directing us on where to go and when and it all went off without a hitch. It is a little pricey but for us it was totally worth it!

The gardens speak for themselves, they are extraordinarily beautiful. Our consultants at the gardens were professional and executed all our wishes perfectly. They made sure every detail was attended to, not just for the garden venue but by working closely with each of the vendors. It was a magical evening and our friends are still commenting on how beautiful it was, weeks later.

We had our wedding ceremony in room 2 with the waterfall and bridge. Beautiful setting. We set our tripod up next to the waterfall so the sound of the waterfall is in our video - but that's our fault:) I would see if the piped in music could be turned off though in that room for that time. It wasn't loud but it was just another noise on the video. Overall everything was perfect!

Mary Rose was more than just a contact person for the venue at The Botanical Gardens, she was able to cordinate with all my other services such as Photographer, musicians, limo, etc... Mary rose and her staff were able to have both our regular plan and emergency plan if the weather were to turn due to our service being held outside. Mary Rose was fun to hang with during the waiting of the bride, she was interactive with the guests who approached her and with our wedding party, trying to fulfill any last minute needs. I cannot say how much we liked working with Mary and her Staff at The Botanical Gardens. We had a great time and would be pleased to recommend The Botanical Gardens as your 1st choice to serve your Ceremony needs.

Beautiful venue. Attentive staff. Had a touch of an issue with traffic because of plant sale but that's the date I picked. Highly recommend for ceremony.
