The staff are incredible! Brittany is amazing- her communication from the very beginning was prompt and professional, she’s so friendly and I don’t think I ever saw her without a smile on her face.
We booked both the day of coordination and in house bartending services and everything was amazing. Emilie was fantastic to work with to help us curate the perfect bar menu for our wedding day and is able to assist with recommendations.
Aalea was our day of coordinator and I there are no words for how amazing she is. Whenever someone would ask me about how the wedding was the only thing I could say was “absolutely perfect” and that’s no exaggeration. Aalea and the entire Booking House team were able to fulfill my wedding vision dreams and the entire day went off without a single hiccup ( or at least none that I was ever aware of.)
It was truly the most perfect day, with the best team at THE BEST venue.

To say that we loved our experience working with The Booking House would be an understatement. From our very first communication with Brittany to every single staff member we worked with throughout the planning process and on our wedding day, the experience was truly incredible.
We planned our wedding in just seven months, so the process was fast-paced and at times chaotic, but the team at The Booking House made us feel completely supported every step of the way. Their organization, responsiveness, and genuine care helped turn what could have been a stressful timeline into a smooth and enjoyable experience. They truly helped make our day even more beautiful, stressfree and perfect than we ever dreamed.
The attention to detail, unwavering support, and sincere warmth of the staff far exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to our coordinator Aalea, who helped bring my vintage design to life and who is one of the brightest lights, we feel so fortunate to have had her as part of our day! The venue itself is absolutely stunning, even more breathtaking in person than photos can capture. Every space felt thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. The Crow’s Nest (Groomsmen Suite/Cigar Lounge) was a HUGE hit with our guests and added such a fun, unique element to the day.
Everyone says their wedding day is the most magical day of their life simply because they’re marrying the love of their life, but we know that a huge part of the magic of our day was thanks to the hardworking, kind, and incredible staff at The Booking House. We are endlessly grateful and couldn’t imagine having chosen a better venue. -

We had an incredible experience getting married at The Booking House. The BH team was incredible! Especially Aalea Ray, our Day of Coordinator. Aalea was on it throughout the entire process. She was organized, prepared, and easy to work with. It was such a relief on wedding day knowing that Aalea was taking care of everything & handling the vendors. She also made sure I had a drink in my hand the entire night! We cannot thank Aalea enough for her help & professionalism.
The Booking House venue is gorgeous. It had the rustic, industrial vibe that we were looking for. The groomsmen suite is amazing, and the entire property has so much space. We could not be happier with our experience with The Booking House. -

My NYC-based family thought I was a little crazy when I told them we were getting married out in PA, but boy were they wow’d by the beauty of The Booking House. Words cannot express just how wonderful this venue is. From start-to-finish, we were/are absolutely over-the-moon about how our wedding day unfolded.
First, everyone on The Booking House team is so kind and thoughtful. Brittany (sales director) was our first point-of-contact and was more than happy to answer my first set of 101 questions. J.P. (owner) warmly greeted us at 8 AM on a Sunday (with some champagne) and gave us a comprehensive tour of the space where he answered my next set of 101 questions. And the coordination team — Aalea, Autumn, and Emilie — were all amazing sounding boards over 18 months of very tedious planning. This entire team was always quick to respond and share recommendations — they kept a very Type A, out-of-state bride from feeling overwhelmed.
Second, you can make this space 100% your own — it is truly a blank canvas. Every wedding at The Booking House is unique — definitely take a peek at their Instagram. Our wedding truly felt like OUR WEDDING versus some cookie-cutter event. I think we changed our vision 2 - 3 times before finally settling on the right style and it was actually… perfect. Every space/room looked even more beautiful than I could have possibly imagined.
Third, opting into The Booking House coordinator add-on was the best investment we made. Aalea was an absolute rockstar early on, and Autumn was my source of calm from 3 months out until when we left the venue at 11 PM that night. She kept us on track along the way and made what could have been a very stressful 24 hours very not stressful. Even our parents and wedding party were so impressed with how on-top-of-things Autumn was — from the rehearsal, to the morning of, through the ceremony and reception. She managed the arrival of all our vendors and oversaw the execution of the entire venue experience while we were spending time with our loved ones. There were at least 3x on our wedding day where I told Autumn that I was just so grateful to have her there. If you choose to have your wedding at The Booking House, please make sure to hire their in-house coordinator so you can actually enjoy your big day.
Our wedding was a literal dream come true. We had several guests tell us at and after our wedding that, “this was the best wedding I’ve ever been to.” I highly recommend this venue to couples who are not looking for a “same old, same old” catering hall, country club, or farm/barn wedding. If you’re looking for a magical, memorable, one-of-a-kind wedding, look no further. -

The Booking House was the first, and only, venue that my husband and I looked at after getting engaged. As soon as we stepped inside, we knew that was where we were getting married. From the very start they were incredibly helpful. We were given a packet of information and a list of their recommended vendors. This list led us to choosing every single vendor that made our wedding day the best day of our lives. The wedding day itself went on without a hitch. We are so incredibly grateful that we decided to use their day-of-coordinator, Aalea. She is an absolute BOSS who made sure every single detail was perfect. And more than that, she gave us peace of mind because we knew that she had everything handled and we could just spend the day enjoying everything we had worked so hard for. The Booking House staff were incredibly kind, helpful and efficient. Our room was flipped like a well-oiled machine after the ceremony to accommodate dinner and our reception and their bartending staff are top tier. We could not be more thankful for everything they all did to make it a night we will never forget. -

I must say we originally were committed to a outside wedding, yet when we walked into The Booking House we instantly fell in love with the warmth, of the building and staff. They were instantly extremely friendly.
They were beyond exceptional every step of the way from the day we booked our wedding. We give special thanks to our wedding coordinator Aalea who was beyond amazing. We believed that this was her time to shine so we gave her our vision of our day and after that gave her reigns to handle anything in whatever manner she felt was appropriate and she definitely shinned!!!! Every step she was attentive, responsive, and attentive yet made you feel like your best friend had your back. With out her and the rest of the staff we would of been spinning at all the details that she and the rest of staff handled.
We can't express how much you were all appreciated in everything you did! Thank you for making our dream a reality and our wedding day exceed anything we could of every imagined!

The Booking House is the prettiest space with the best staff!
We knew we didn't need to look anywhere else the moment we arrived.
The Perron family has an amazing staff and a historic gem to share. The Booking House was set up perfectly to spend our entire wedding day there. Their site managers and the parking/room flip staff members were welcoming, attentive, and efficient. We could not imagine what planning would have been like without their day of coordinator. Brittany helped us with our planning every step of the way. Her attention to detail is incredible and we did not have to worry about a thing on the day of our wedding. We love being a Booking House couple!
Everywhere you turn is a beautiful photo opportunity. The Booking House is the perfect mix of industrial edge and modern charm. Its beautiful hardwood floors, historic beams, exposed brick, steel windows, and white mantles bring all the character. These features are met with grand ceilings, chandeliers, barn doors, corrugated metal, feature walls and a bar that makes a statement on every floor.
This space was everything I dreamed and so much more! -

Wow. This place absolutely exceeded all of our expectations. From the day we booked our date, to the day we had our wedding, The Booking House made everything easy. The recommended vendors list was a HUGE help when planning and all our vendors were extremely professional and worked very well together. The actual venue speaks for itself. Absolutely gorgeous. All of our friends and family couldn’t stop talking about how perfect everything was. And the cigar lounge was a big hit at the end of the night. I could not recommend this place enough. Covid wedding
When it came to wedding planning my husband and I felt SO lucky to have found the Booking House. We originally had planned to have our wedding on NYE 2020, but unfortunately we had to change our “big” wedding reception date to a later time due to the safety of our loved ones. Thankfully, JP and Michele allowed us to have a very small and intimate ceremony on our original date to have a “normal” wedding day feel. It was so special, intimate and not in our living room (LOL). When it came time for our big reception in May of 2021, the day could not have been more perfect. We chose the bartending service and used Emilie as our coordinator and they made everything so smooth! Not only did we have one wedding day so special at The Booking House, we had two! Wouldn’t have had it any other way. Highly, highly recommend! -

Beautiful & Amazing!!
The Booking House is amazing! My husband and I fell in love with it the minute we toured it. It is not only beautiful but beyond functional with a bridal suite and grooms suite on the property. My husband and our guests loved the cigars- such a fun rare thing to find for a wedding! I loved the aesthetic and the people who we got to work with. The Booking House was our absolute dream venue. We looked all up and down the east coast and nothing compared to everything this venue has to offer. We had access to the entire building and multiples rooms all day. They were extremely accommodating in helping us navigate keeping our guests safe in COVID. In addition, Brittany was fantastic!! She was always there to answer any questions on the phone or email and the day of could not have been executed without her. We cannot put into words how perfect this day was thank to The Booking House and it’s team! -

There are no words that come close to describing the beauty of this venue. The exposed brick and wood throughout the building is breathtaking. The industrial feel of the building was just the vision I had for me wedding. The Booking House was my dream venue and there was no other options in my eyes. We have nothing but positive things to say about this venue, as did all of the vendors we worked with, which spoke volumes to us. This was the FIRST AND ONLY venue my husband and I toured for our wedding. We knew immediately this was the place we wanted to have for our big day after completing our initial walkthrough!
The Booking House offers a perfect mixture of brick, wood, and the lighting fixtures are gorgeous. In fact, the aesthetics of the venue provide such beauty, that minimal decor is needed.
The staff of The Booking House is also amazing. Everyone is so friendly and my husband and I felt we were treated like family throughout our whole planning process. We hired Brittany, their wedding coordinator, for our big day and honestly, the day would not have been as smooth as it was if we had not hired her. She helped us turn our dream into reality. Brittany made sure the decor was set up how we wanted and directed the wedding party through the ceremony. Having her allowed my husband and I to enjoy our day, and we would highly recommend hiring her! -

I don’t even know where to start with this incredible venue! If you’re looking for something unique with an incredible staff this is the perfect place! The Booking House was our favorite venue from the beginning.. but seeing it in person absolutely exceeded our expectations (which were already high). The vibe is amazing and the style runs throughout the entire building, every room is beautiful. We didn’t have to worry about pictures because rain or shine there’s options. The train tracks behind the venue are one of many unique backdrops and are beautiful at sunset.. but if it rained there were infinite possibilities for unique indoor photos which is a huge relief. The staff at The Booking House could not be sweeter or more incredible at their jobs. They have running a wedding down to a science. They are full of information on vendors for every style and budget, as well as detail ideas. You ABSOLUTELY MUST hire Brittany, their wedding day of coordinator. I can’t put into words how incredible she was during and leading up to our wedding. She is full of amazing ideas, helps you sort out what you want, and stays on top of everything. She made it so that I did not have to coordinate or worry about a thing the day of our wedding and even made sure I had a drink in my hand when I needed one! Not to mention had a smile on her face the whole time! Our wedding went off without a hitch and it was thanks to her! I can’t say enough about how perfect this venue is. -

Amazing venue and staff
Can’t say enough about this venue and the staff. My husband and I looked at a few venues before coming here, but as soon as we walked in and saw Michaelas smiling face and the beautiful architecture we knew this was our wedding venue! Michaela and her mom helped to make our wedding planning experience extremely easy and seamless and were so kind to us. Our wedding day was the best day of our life and it’s all thanks to The Booking House.. can’t recommend this venue enough! -

This was our first stop when we were venue shopping. We wanted something different than your typical ballroom wedding and The Booking House was such a pleasant surprise. We also wanted something that could accommodate both our ceremony and reception as well as a space for each of us to get ready. It is located in an industrial area (which makes for pretty cool outdoor photos) next to an active railroad. The inside is just breathtaking- from the wooden floors, beams with string lights around them, and rafters to the brick walls to the stunning chandeliers. Our guests kept saying how cool of a venue it was and how much fun it was to explore each floor. The Perron family was super easy to work with and helped us with providing recommended vendors, suggested ceremony and reception layouts, etc. We hired Brittany Little as a day of coordinator and I highly recommend her- she made sure every single detail was taken care of and communicated with all of our vendors for us the week of the wedding. I couldn’t recommend this venue enough for your special day- take one step inside and you’ll be sold. -

Absolutely loved this venue! They were so wonderful to work with and the building's character speaks for itself. We loved that the venue was so beautiful that we did not need to plan on many decorations. The venue was a perfect mix of industrial with modern touches.
We also greatly appreciated that they provided us with a list of recommended vendors to help make our planning process smoother and easier. We did not use their coordinating services, but their staff was very attentive to us on the day of and was consistently checking in with us to make sure things were running as planned. They were very fast to answer emails and offered a personalized meeting a few months before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page for how the day was going to go and where things needed to be.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a unique and beautiful venue! Three fireplaces offer a variety of options for your ceremony and reception. We loved that there was a lift available for our grandparents to use when they transitioned between the two floors. We had both our ceremony and reception in the main second floor space in front of the main fireplace and had plenty of space to fit all of our 160 guests. Truly, nothing negative to say about this venue! -

After touring The Booking House, I knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding! The unique, yet classic style makes every room wonderful but also allows for you personalize your wedding day. We had looked at over 10 venues by the time we found the booking house and I fell in love the second we walked inside!!! I wanted something rustic and unique and this place far exceeded my wishes!! Michele and Michaela helped make the planning and layout process a breeze and answered more than their fair share of questions throughout!! This venue has so much character and such unique features including custom mantles, beautiful chandeliers, and rustic beams! I loved being able to bring in and decorate various spaces to create a very personal wedding! Our guests were just as stunned as we were when they entered the building on our wedding day! People kept asking how we found it and raving about how cool and beautiful it was!
We also hired Brittany as our coordinator and she did an AMAZING job! I am very type A and particular, so I had high expectations of all that needed to be done on our wedding day. Brittany exceeded my expectations with all that she did to make our day perfect! She is so detail oriented and organized that I was able to relax on my wedding day knowing that every last detail was handled!
I can't express how grateful I am to the booking house staff for providing such an amazing place and for being an integral part in our perfect day! -

The Booking House was the first venue we saw and we knew instantly it was where we wanted to get married. Working with the Perron family was a breath of fresh air, each member of the family we interacted with was amazing. They went over every single detail of our day and made sure we had everything we needed. We had the whole place to ourselves for our day and we had the option of which rooms we wanted to use for what. The Crows Nest was probably the selling point for my husband, I know he and his groomsmen absolutely loved that they had such a manly place to get ready in.
We were able to bring our decorations and things in during our rehearsal and keep them there so the day of our wedding we only had to bring ourselves.
I can’t believe we were lucky enough to have our wedding in such an amazing venue. It was perfect in every way. -

My husband and I live in NJ, but the Booking House was so beautiful and perfect that we HAD to have it as our wedding venue. We have no regrets! Our guests loved how unique it was, especially the Crow's Nest and hanging out in the cigar lounge. Everyone at the Booking House was so helpful and attentive from day 1. We had hired Brittany, their in-house Day of Coordinator and she made sure our day ran flawlessly. We could not recommend this venue enough!! -
Megan Sent on 08/10/2018It’s been exactly a year since our wedding at The Booking House and we still receive compliments from friends and family on our wedding venue. Everyone fell in love with the elegance and character of the space, and the practicality of having everything within one building. The building perfectly accommodates the flow of a wedding. The men greatly enjoyed getting ready in the Crow’s Nest. They were able to smoke cigars, share drinks at the bar, blast music on the wireless Bluetooth speakers, and watch TV. The Bridal Suite was a dream as it provided us with a large-gorgeous space to get ready. The major benefits included the cubbies, fridge, large attached bathroom, amazing lighting for hair and makeup, and plenty of mirrors. It was also the perfect backdrop for pre-ceremony photos. Another major advantage is the The Booking House is beautiful both in and out. Our wedding party photos were taken outside, where there’s no end to beautiful backdrops. Our guests were greeted with champagne as they entered the convenient entrance space. Our ceremony took place in the Rizzardi Room, which easily accommodated over 85 guests, and everyone ended up with a great view of the ceremony. Our cocktail hour followed downstairs, which is also enormous and allowed us to space out several hour’ devour stations with plenty of high-top tables. The Rizzardi Room was then revamped for the reception where we easily fit the required seating, 4 massive rustic farm wood tables, the DJ and the dance floor. The buffet stations were nicely organized within the Whitaker Room, as well as the bar. Then we had an ice cream truck stationed at the front entrance. Most importantly, the Perron family are incredible at managing a wedding venue. They made the entire process a delight from start to finish, and we could not thank them more for making our wedding day picture-perfect. We highly recommend!

Kate Sent on 07/26/2018This venue is amazing. We probably looked at around 5 or 6 places before the booking house and when we walked through the door we just knew. It was so rustic and romantic and exactly what we were looking for. The crows nest/cigar bar definitely sealed the deal for my husband. On top of that, the staff is so friendly and accommodating . They answer any questions you may have and are always willing to give suggestions if you need them. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect place. This is it!

We knew we wanted a rustic/industrial venue, somewhat like a brewery, that would be able to fit our huge families and the booking house was just that! On top of the venue being gorgeous, they were easy to work with and extremely accommodating, they even let us get ready there early. We even had a few things that we thought might make things difficult, like bringing a keg of home-brewed beer, but the Booking House helped us get set up with no problem. We got ready and took pictures there in the morning, headed to the church in Lancaster, and came back with ease to an awesome cocktail hour and a night full of fun. The layout of the building and 3 floors let our wedding flow from cocktail hour to dinner to dancing seamlessly. We comfortably fit around 160 guests there and there was still some awesome dance floor space. There's nothing we would change about our wedding day and the Booking House helped make it perfect for us.

I worked with Michaela for most our wedding planning and she was great. She is friendly, professional and so helpful. She was there to answer all of my many emails/questions quickly and always made me feel important. I found “The Booking House” one night searching venues with my sister and we both thought it was beautiful. So I scheduled a tour and it blew me away!! From the moment I stepped inside I fell in love! Ever room, floor, detail of this beautiful rustic building was everything I had dreamt of for our wedding day. As my mom and I pulled away from our tour we both said “that is it”!!
I canceled my other appointments and never looked at another venue. The Booking House offers so many options to make it your own style/unique, there is multiple rooms you can have your ceremony in, cocktail room, bridal suite, crows nest, incredible staff and more.
Not only was the venue absolutely perfect but it is family owned and ran by one of the sweetest families I have ever met.
The day of our wedding myself and bridesmaids spent the morning getting ready in the gorgeous bridal suite as the guys enjoyed some cigars and laughs in the crows nest. I could not have asked for a more beautiful, memorable, PERFECT wedding day! Our guest loved this venue so much and are still talking about it. It is an absolute gem and is so beautifully restored and cared for. I am so thankful I found this venue and will cherish every moment, memory from our day at this incredible venue! -

My husband and I attended 30 weddings together prior to our own and were looking for a venue that wasn’t like anything else we’ve been to. The Booking House was the first venue we toured after getting engaged and we knew from the moment we entered it’s doors that it would be our choice. I was speechless as I walked through the building and became emotional the second I walked into the main Rizzardi Room. The building is the perfect combination of industrial and rustic/chic, which meshed both of our personalities into one space. It also has everything that you could ever need for your wedding day! A beautiful bridal suite and totally awesome groomsmen/cigar lounge provided the perfect spaces for both parties to hang out/get ready before the festivities began! The numerous rooms in the building also provide a variety of options for cocktail hour, ceremony and reception. You also can’t go wrong with the beautiful outdoor space! So many amazing spots for photos right outside of the door; the train track is a must! The best of all are the owners and their staff. The Booking House family is so sweet, caring and work incredibly hard to make your wedding vision come to life. You must see the place and get the story from the owners so that you can really appreciate all the work they've put into it! I will be thankful for the Perron family for the rest of my life!

Amanda Sent on 05/13/2018From the first moment we walked in to tour The Booking House, we knew we had found a rare gem in Central Pennsylvania. The venue is gorgeous. It is elegant, casual, romantic and fun. We loved working with The Booking House team and loved how caring and responsive they were through our engagement. We appreciated their attention-to-detail in working on our layout and felt like they were just as invested in our wedding, as we were. The "day of" team was great to work with and all of our vendors spoke very highly of The Booking House. We loved being able to have our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all in one place without feeling like it was cramped or rushed. I can't say enough good things about this venue! Thank you for making our big day, perfect.

Our first venue tour was at The Booking House, and we fell in love instantly. The interior is stunning, and we loved having multiple spaces to utilize throughout our wedding. Brittany, Emily, and the entire team were so thorough and helped us truly create the perfect day. We cannot recommend them enough! -

Good people
Aalea went above and beyond from day one. She is very personable and loves her job. I could not have asked for a better coordinator- I even got compliments about her from the guests! We are glad we chose The Booking House- they were very accommodating, responsive, and genuine. -

Shae Sent on 09/18/2018As soon as I walked into The Booking House, I knew. In fact, I knew so much I was crying throughout half of our tour, while also praying they had a Saturday available for our big day - Thank goodness they did (but barely! They are popular, so you have to lock down your date quickly!). It was the perfect for us, and its beauty shines so brightly, the building itself is an experience all on its own. All our wedding guests were in awe of the history of the building, & its rustic exposed design. It is family owned, & they are easy to work with, especially their daughter Michaela. The cigar lounge/groomsmen suite is amazing, & so it the bridal -You could not ask for better. If you are debating on this venue, please take a tour immediately - You will understand. Unfortunately, I do have one negative to mention. The day of my wedding, they had scheduled tour(s) of the building, couples looking to hold their wedding there, & they even asked if they could have those people walk through our bridal & groomsmen suites, while we were getting ready. WHAT? After spending a fortune on that day, this was inappropriate & unprofessional. We were granted access to the building at 10am, so if they need to hold tours, is should be prior to 10am. My girls were changing, getting their hair & makeup done, etc., having to deal with strangers entering the room (the same applies for the groomsmen) was certainly inappropriate. Also, we were offered a ladder to hang up my bridal gown from a very tall window to let it breathe, and for photos (it looked awesome!), but then had to ask the owner multiple times for it, as she was busy. One of her responses to my mother was telling her (the MOB) to go get it...Huh? Why should the MOB hunt down the owner's ladder, she was already offered, the day of her daughter's wedding? It costs thousands upon thousands to rent the place for the day, c'mon! Were these minor glitches, absolutely? But also worth mentioning, absolutely - 99% perfect! 4.8 stars!

Glory Sent on 12/13/2017The Booking House has left everyone at our wedding in awe. It was the most magical Thanksgiving weekend ever. The warehouse and elevators were a big help and the staff were all friendly and helpful. We wish we could do it all again! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The only thing that they could even remotely improve would be if you could stay right at the venue. Thankyou for making our daughter’s wedding one we will cherish always!

Very nice venue but when you pay over 7000.00 to rent the place for the day and they brought a tour in for viewing. That is just wrong. The one working that day didn't even check on anyone to see if we needed anything. The photographer, the caterer, and the person who delivered the cake would keep checking on the bridal party. So to get compensated they gave me 2 dirty champagne glasses. I hope the next people that book this place gets better service for the price that they pay. VERY VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THAT DAY!!!!!!!!
