Our wedding at Biltmore Ballrooms was an absolute dream, and we truly couldn't have chosen a more perfect venue! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of five-star.Michelle was an absolute lifesaver throughout the entire process. Her responses were incredibly fast, she was always there to answer our questions, and she graciously allowed us to view the venue as many times as we needed. The walkthrough she provided, detailing exactly how our big day would play out, was invaluable and put all our nerves at ease.Beyond Michelle, the entire team at Biltmore Ballrooms deserves immense praise. Every single person we encountered, from the welcoming front desk staff to the attentive bartenders and the diligent setup team, was incredibly kind and genuinely happy for us, offering heartfelt congratulations. Their warmth made us feel so special and supported.And the venue itself? Simply stunning! The gorgeous pillars, the charming outdoor area, the magnificent tall windows, and of course, the breathtaking chandeliers provided the most exquisite backdrop for our celebration. We are absolutely thrilled with our wedding photos, which captured every beautiful detail and highlight the venue's incredible elegance.We couldn't be happier with our choice and wholeheartedly recommend Biltmore Ballrooms to any couple looking for a truly magical and memorable wedding experience! -

The Biltmore Ballrooms was the most breathtaking setting for our dream wedding. From our very first site visit, Carrie Hopson was warm, responsive, transparent, and helpful. Her and our wedding planner, Drake Social, along with all our vendors worked together flawlessly and cohesively, addressing every potential question we might have, often before we even had to ask.
The Georgian ballroom was home to both our wedding ceremony and reception, and although the space was able to accommodate our seated dinner for 165 guests, plus a band stage, dance floor, and floral installations, it still felt like a cozy and intimate dinner party, straight out of a Nancy Meyers movie. The architecture and detail of the space is breathtaking - guests couldn't stop craning their heads up to take in the stunning ceiling. Pro tip: use mirrors in the space - they reflect the beautiful space even more! Moreover, the building itself is tucked so unassumingly away in the middle of Midtown Atlanta, providing a luxe escape that is still very convenient if you are hosting an after party or providing guest transportation like we did!
All in all, I only have the most lovely things to say about the Biltmore Ballrooms and its wonderful staff. I will feel forever lucky that this venue served as the backdrop for the best day of my life! -

Most beautiful venue in Atlanta!
We loved our reception in the Georgian Ballroom at the Biltmore! The room is obviously stunning, and the staff on the day of were so pleasant. We worked with Carrie throughout the planning process. She is so responsive and made our planning a breeze! Our venue contract was very straightforward with no surprises at the end. We highly recommend for all the brides and grooms-to-be! -

The Georgian Ballroom in the Biltmore is absolutely stunning. We had our dream wedding reception and all of our guests were delighted by the venue. The best thing about the Biltmore is that it doesn’t need much additional decor… All we needed was flowers and the linens from our caterer to make the space look like a fantasy ballroom. Carrie from the Biltmore was great to work - very responsive and organized. All of our other vendors love the venue as well and had worked there before. -

This venue was an absolute dream to host my wedding. Rachel and Carrier made everything so easy. Even my other vendors said the team was amazing to work with, and they wished many other venues were that helpful. They answered all our questions in a timely manner. We are still receiving compliments of how beautiful the venue was, and how it looked like a fairytale. -

Perfect Wedding Venue!
My May wedding reception was in the Imperial Ballroom at the Biltmore Ballrooms. The venue was absolutely perfect for our wedding and was beautiful both inside and outside of the venue. We had 180 guests and I would recommend having no more than 180, as the room felt to be at max capacity with that number. The ballroom is so elegant, classic, and intimate and was exactly what we were looking for for our wedding day! Carrie from the Biltmore was great to work with and made it easy to work with the venue. I highly recommend! -

We loved the Biltmore so much! I wanted a venue that was elegant and classic and the Biltmore fulfilled that. Carrie was so easy and accommodating to work with. She made the whole process a breeze. I am just starting to get back pictures and they are stunning. I cannot believe how beautiful the ballroom looked. I would highly recommend this venue! -

Rachel Hendrix worked amazingly with my florist and wedding coordinator to make all my non-traditional room requests happen.
When I had my BIG Room REVEAL it literally took my breath away!
I know it is a year later, but the memories will last a lifetime! Thank you Rachel and your team for making my night magical! -

As soon as we got connected with Carrie, our planning took off! We greatly appreciate all the support Carrie gave us as well as working so well with all our vendors. The staff was amazing on the day of our wedding. I couldn’t have asked for a better group of vendors and a more perfect venue!

Julie Sent on 12/12/2017I don't even need to talk about the physical building, because who doesn't know how stunning the Biltmore is? It doesn't even make sense, but somehow the beautiful pictures of it don't even do it justice. The building is so historical and grand, and in my opinion, no other venues even held a candle to it. If that wasn't enough to sell you on it, Rachel and Carrie from Novare were 2 of my favorite wedding vendors to work with! So many vendors I reached out to either never got back to me, took their sweet time getting back to me, or had zero flex when they DID get back to me. I worked equally with both Rachel and Carrie, who are great at handing questions/tasks off to each other when necessary, provided amazing customer service and never made me feel guilty about asking too many questions. We had our ceremony and reception there, and it was such a seamless, beautiful night. Biltmore is the full package, amazing venue, great service, and I wish I could do my wedding there all over again!

And though she couldn't be there the day of my wedding...the ppl she put in charge that day were professional and courteous. Great place if you are looking for a very elegant venue! I love that you don't have to do much to the ballrooms...they are gorgeous as is! So what you pay for up front for the venue...you save in decor and florals! -

She made sure my needs were met and she also made sure the guidelines of this beautiful historic building were clear. If it's within your budget I would definitely say this isthe premeir venue in Atlanta. I searched for 5 months. I'm so glad I waited!! My wedding was perfect and worth every penny!!!

While it was a tad pricier than the other options I was considering, the Georgian Ballroom was the perfect backdrop for the celebration! I'm a little biased, but I really think that the ballroom really has an elegance that is unmatched by any other in venue in Atlanta! And since the room is so beautiful, you really don't need to go crazy with decor/flowers to make an impression! Also, we did group shots and our first look in the courtyard of the Biltmore and the pictures turned out amazing :) Carrie Hopson was my contact, and she was amazing and super responsive! I always got a response back from her via email same day, sometimes within 30 min! I really enjoyed working with her! If I was planning my wedding all over again, I would have my reception there with no hesitation!!! -

Stunning wedding, Easy to plan
Our wedding on Feb. 6, 2021 was absolutely stunning in the Imperial Ballroom! Our guest list was 45 people and the ballroom was the perfect size for social distancing during covid. We had 4 tables on the floor, 3 near the window and still had a sizeable dance floor. Awesome that the room has a stage for the band. Big plus that Novarre Events provides table and pretty chairs. Carrie Hopson was so easy to work with during planning. She responds quickly to emails, answers all questions, and stays organized with invoices and payments. We were pleased with the bar service, although tricky to meet the drink minimum with a small guest count. It rained for our outdoor photos but the staff accommodated us by letting us take in the Georgian Ballroom since it wasn't rented. Book the Biltmore! Your guests will be in awe, your photos will be gorgeous, and you will have memories for a lifetime.

The Biltmore Ballrooms is a historic beautiful wedding venue that has the BEST staff to work with! Carrie is a dream to work with -- so organized and crazy responsive. The team answered all my questions and was willing to work with my budget. Also, you can’t beat the location’s proximity to endless 4 and 5 star hotels, and the courtyard garden is perfect for photos. We had a COVID wedding in July, and I was so relieved to have such a supportive team at the Biltmore helping me figure out how to add safety measures to the event. Our wedding at the Biltmore was absolutely stunning, and our guests are STILL gushing to us about how pretty everything was. The only thing I would keep in mind with this venue is you will have to work with more vendors than you’d expect, since the Biltmore really only offers you the event space, tables, chairs, and alcohol packages. If this doesn’t bother you, then you will not be disappointed going with the Biltmore for your dream wedding venue!! -

She was always professional, and made herself available to answer any and all questions to help me with planning my wedding. The venue is beautiful, right in the heart of the city and its truly a majestic place! We chose to get married on a sunday and that provided a nice savings, so brides take that into consideration. I love the fact that my guests attended the ceremony in the Imperial Ballroom, cocktail hour in the Georgian pre-function space followed by an amazing reception in the Georgian Ballroom! Three different spaces at the venue for our guests to enjoy which really made it an experience! I would highly recommend brides to consider choosing The Biltmore Ballrooms for their amazing wedding day! -

We held part of our Indian Wedding on the 16th at the Biltmore and our guests fell in love with the venue! The breathtaking ceilings and chandeliers in combination with the hardwood floors created an incredible ambiance for our event. Carrie, the head coordinator, was a dream to work with, as she responded to every concern in a detailed and prompt manner. She is truly an asset to the Biltmore, as dealing with vendors can be cumbersome. She made the whole process relatively simple and ensured that every detail was arranged accordingly. -

Angelica Sent on 10/23/2007Absolutely beautiful location. If you go there, you will fall in love! However, it is EXTREMELY expensive and I felt like they nickled and dimed me for everything...they even tried to charge me a full bar price for people under age 21!
