Ok, if you are looking for a really gorgeous, rustic, but yet oh so beautiful venue then I can HIGHLY recommend the Big White Barn in Decatur, Texas. It can hold up to 200 guests. There’s availability for both indoor and outdoor wedding ceremonies and the venue looks stunning in the pics, which I have also added for this review.
Faith Adams, the venue manager was also incredibly helpful in providing us with tried-and-true vendors in that area who could do the catering, bartending, wedding cake preparation, hair and make-up, DJ’s, photography and videography. She was consistently responsive and so incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns. I don’t think we could have done this wedding without her guidance and expertise.
The venue is also very reasonably priced for the number of guests it can hold. Throughout the entire night out guests consistently told us how amazing the venue was. It truly was perfect for us, and I would recommend Faith Adams and the Big White Barn 1000 times over.
Good luck to all the couples tying the knot or just needing a super cool venue to hold a celebration. Give Faith a call or check it out and I hope it is as special for you as it was for us.

The perfect fit!
The Big White Barn was the perfect venue for me and my husband! we hardly had to put up any decor cause it looked so good already! Faith and the team was amazing at helping us and answering any questions. Such a good experience! -

Wedding Dream Come True
The BWB was the perfect place for our wedding. It is a beautiful place. So many options to have the ceremony. The scenery is amazing. The staff was so helpful and answered all of our questions in a very timely manner as they were just a text or call away. -

Excellent venue!
The venue is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and eager to do all they could to keep things running smoothly. The Big White Barn made our dream wedding a reality! -

The perfect wedding!
Our wedding was on November 9th, 2022 and couldn't have been more perfect! The venue itself was really easy to find when heading to it. We also utilized their open houses to help us further plan our decor and placement of tables, chairs, and decor.
The indoor and outdoor area we're by far large enough to hold everyone comfortably. We utilized all 3 spaces with an outdoor ceremony, the indoor for the bar/reception, and the covered patio for dancing the night away! They also have a fire pit and a play ground area that the kids seemed to love!
The owners were amazing at helping as well! They answered all of our questions fully in a timely manor, which is a huge plus when choosing vendors! -

Absolutely beautiful!!
My Husband and I recently got married at BWB in November! The staff was super helpful and flexible to your needs! There are so many options for ceremony/reception for weather permitting. The BWB gives you that perfect Texas feel and rustic vibe that goes with any decorations! We looked at several Barn Venues in our area, and this one was hands down our favorite! Thank you, BWB! -

My husband and I got married in January at the Big White Barn and were blown away at what an amazing venue it was. It was beautiful, big, and had lots of options for ceremony and reception locations. The BWB was flexible with our specific requests and even gave us advice on reasonably priced vendors in the area to check out. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a beautiful, stress free wedding day! -

The Big White Barn
An excellent venue for all kinds of celebrations. We rented the venue to throw our daughter a Sweet 16 party. Plenty of room for food catering, dancing, outdoor games, and socializing with friends and family. -

This venue is stunning and perfect if you are looking for a rustic country feel for your wedding. Faith was so easy to work with and always responded promptly. I was able to take my engagement photos here free of charge. You are able to use any vendor you want as long as you provide her with their contact information, which made planning for us much easier without vendor restrictions. You can also pay a storage fee the day before your wedding so you can get most of your decor on-site and ready to be set-up the next day. The Big White barn is affordable for those looking to try and save money and not sacrifice on quality and beauty. -

Such a BEAUTIFUL venue!!! Faith was extremely accommodating!! She was so quick to answer any questions I had, be it email, phone call, or text... She was flexible on payments and SO easy to work with!! I honestly feel like she did everything in her power to help make my day PERFECT! We were allowed to have our horses and dogs participate in our ceremony, which was a big deal for us since they are such a huge part of our lives. Just overall a FANTASTIC venue that is ran by a FANTASTIC woman who truly cares about about her customers! It doesn't just stop at getting the venue... She can recommend you to just about any vendor you may want or need! This venue was just the right choice in every way imaginable! No need to look any further after you look at The Big White Barn!! -

If you haven’t seen this space, you need to. We were so blown away by its beauty that we booked it on the same day we visited! Didn’t even look at another venue! Our wedding is in October and we cannot wait to see the magic that is created in the beautiful Big White Barn. -

Very rustic and simple look and feel. Spacious reception hall, even with 175 people. Loved the bridal suite. It was cute and vintage. Faith Adams, the manager, was super helpful and professional. Loved everything about this venue! -
