Grace & Tori were seriously a DREAM to work with from start to finish. They did an amazing job customizing the makeup and hair for each of my bridesmaids, my mom, mother-in-law and grandmothers. Everyone looked so beautiful, but still looked like themselves and not overdone. All the guests couldn't stop complimenting on my hair and I had other friends getting married soon save my wedding photos to show their hair/MUA for their wedding day. I truly felt like I had a team of close friends doing my hair and makeup on my big day and I trusted them more than anything.
Let me be honest though -- I'm VERY picky with my makeup. We did a trial and I had some tweaks and I never felt uncomfortable voicing my opinion and they made the tweaks and I loved how it looked. It made me feel so confident about my wedding day and I honestly didn't think I would find a pair that I would trust that much because I am so particular with hair and makeup, but The Beauty Tribe EXCEEDED my expectations. They are worth every penny and more!

Best HMU Team!!
I have now been a bridesmaid in 2 weddings with the Beauty Tribe, and most recently, I was a bride with them! They were the first vendor I contacted when we got engaged because they are truly that incredible! Throughout the entire process, their communication was professional, helpful, and clear. They were there to answer any questions I had and guide me through the process. When the time for my trial came, they talked me through my options and ensured that my priorities for my look were achieved. They nailed it! On the wedding day, they were a calming and friendly presence, filling the room with joy and getting the gals excited for the day! Every single one of my bridesmaids and the MOG/MOB felt beautiful because of the team’s dedication to creating looks that matched their visions. They took their time on each look, adjusting if something wasn’t quite right, and they didn’t stop until everyone was thrilled with what they had! The diligence that they put into making sure every hair was laid correction, every lash was applied smoothly, and every look reflected our desires was unparalleled. I’ve heard horror stories of beauty teams leaving the wedding party with hair falling out and makeup looking cakey - this is not the case for the Beauty Tribe! Even in extreme North Carolina heat and humidity in June, our looks stayed solid all day and night long. You truly won’t find a kinder and more talented HMU team!! -

Grace and Tori are INCREDIBLE. Not only re they extremely talented with hair and beauty, they are two of the nicest vendors we had during our day. I loved chatting with them during my hair and makeup/trial. They are also insaneeely talented. I have never felt or looked more beautiful than I did on my wedding day. They were so timely and did a great job on my girls and made me feel like a literal princess (so cheesy but true). I love them both and HIGHLY recommend them to any bride in North Carolina!! -

Grace and Tori's attention to detail is second to none. They took the time to listen to my vision and preferences, ensuring that every aspect of my hair and makeup was tailored to reflect my personal style. They were also so easy to work with - my engagement photos had to be rescheduled at the last minute and they were super flexible.
On the day of our wedding, Grace and Tori arrived with such positive energy, instantly putting everyone at ease. Their calm and friendly demeanor created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, which was especially important during the hustle and bustle of the day. They flawlessly managed the hair and makeup for not only myself, but also my bridal party, moms, grandmothers, etc. – each person looked stunning and felt like the best version of themselves. They also ran AHEAD of schedule all day.
I am beyond grateful to Grace and Tori for their exceptional artistry and professionalism. They not only provided outstanding hair and makeup services, but they also contributed to the joyful and positive atmosphere of our wedding day. If you're looking for a wedding hair and makeup team that will surpass your expectations and create a look that will leave you feeling like the best version of yourself, look no further. They are an absolute treasure and I'll use them for every photo-ready occasion (really whenever I get the chance!) I felt BEAUTIFUL and authentically like myself. I love Tori and Grace so much!!
I had the absolute pleasure of working with these ladies for a personal shoot to celebrate my husband and my's one-year wedding anniversary. We had eloped at town hall, so this was our opportunity to do something for us.
I had spent some time looking through various portfolios and, naturally, was drawn to The Beauty Tribe's work. I wanted something that looked natural but elevated what I liked most about my features. I know well that it always appears like makeup is too heavy, especially when you're not used to wearing a lot, if much at all, but these ladies knocked it out of the park and allowed me to feel comfortable and myself!
Admittedly, they were a bit of a drive away, but I could instantly see the value in the work they did, so there was no question about working with them!
Because I planned our shoot in such a short amount of time, I did have the chance to do a trial -- we just got right in there and made it happen, and boy, these ladies really did!! I showed them two photos, told them what my daily routine was, and done!
The whole time we talked like we had known each other for so long, which I know in the sense of a wedding day, those are the people you want on your side. Hair and makeup starts your day and there are no two other people I'd want to do that with! Plus, their energy is just what you want, too! I'm already looking forward to the next opportunity to work with them!! -

I can’t say enough good things about Tori and Grace. Working with them was an absolute dream & they are truly the best at what they do. I had two trials as well as my wedding day hair and makeup done by them, and had an incredible experience every time. They are detail oriented and take the time to make sure every little thing is perfect. They made sure that I loved everything about my hair and makeup every single time, and took notes from each session about little tweaks that could be made for wedding day. I walked away each time feeling like the most confident version of myself!
Not only are Tori and Grace great at hair and makeup, but they are just a true joy to be around. They are kind, funny, and so fun to talk to! My bridesmaids and myself loved everything about our experience and I cannot recommend The Beauty Tribe enough!! -

The BEST hair and make up team
Initially I had went the very low-cost route for my hair and make up, and then I met Tori and Grace when I was a bridesmaid in my good friend’s wedding and realized they are WORTH THE INVESTMENT. They are so talented and knowledgeable, very easy to get along with, and so open to feedback and your ideas! I loved how in-tune they are with the current trends in hair and make up. I had too much fun talking with them and getting to know them. They did my hair and make up, along with most of the women in my family, and all 8 bridesmaids!! Everyone was blown away with how great they looked and felt. I am so incredibly grateful we crossed paths and had them for my wedding. -

These beautiful women helped make my model look so amazing for my styled shoot. They were so nice and worked incredibly fast to get my model back to me promptly. They even gave her a goody back of samples to take with her in case she needed to be touched up! They have an intimate location where they perform their magic - this really helped to calm my model and make her feel special. I 1000% recommend the beauty tribe for your special day!! Tori & Grace were very responsive and worked with me to schedule a hair & makeup trial before the big day. The beauty tribe team is hands down the best hair and makeup team in the triad. They are super professional, reasonably priced and absolutely amazing when it comes to their services. They have done my hair and makeup for many events -- bridal shower, couple photo sessions, etc. And guess what? They will be doing it for every event (big or small) that I have in the future. They make you feel confident and beautiful, with hair and makeup that last throughout the day. Quality products are always used. The Beauty Tribe gals seriously saved my wedding when my previous make-up artist bailed a few weeks before my wedding! When I reached out, they quickly responded, and were able to match the look from my previous trial just by looking at the photos! They are the sweetest, worked quickly, and delivered FLAWLESS looks on myself, bridesmaids, and mother! I can easily recommend these two, The Beauty Tribe, to anyone looking for a hair and make up artist for ANY special occasion. I’m so happy they were available for my special day! From my first moment with them, I knew they were going to be awesome! Not only were they VERY responsive/informative, they even asked for some photos to give them an idea of my inspiration. The beauty tribe was so fun to be around and made me feel like the most beautiful woman alive! My husband even complimented their work. They also work GREAT together and in a very timely matter. Even though it was 90 degrees out for my photoshoot, my makeup lasted all night and you couldn’t even tell I was sweating. I also didn’t have to retouch up my hair once, it held all night! This dynamic duo was born to do hair and make up, you can tell they are very passionate about what they do and helping their clients. I strongly recommend you book with them!! -

Wow, just wow! Grace and Tori were amazing from the start! They NAILED the look I wanted at the trial, then they nailed it again the day of the wedding! The wedding was outside, in July, and it was HOT! My hair and makeup was flawless from the very beginning to the very end of the night. We had some last minute changes to the wedding, including changing states where it was going to be taking place. Grace and Tori gladly took the journey to our new location. They were so much fun to get ready with. Grace and Tori are professional, knowledgeable, and hair and makeup goddesses! I am beyond grateful that they were a part of our wedding day. Tori and Grace knocked it out of the park on our wedding day. I was so impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, patience and flexibility. I received so many compliments on my hair. Due to being long distance, I was unable to do a trial run. On the morning of the wedding, I showed Tori a few pictures and she knew right away what to do, got it done so quickly, and created a beautiful result. Incredible!
I cannot thank Grace enough for working with me to achieve the desired end result for my makeup. She very patiently and kindly removed some of the makeup she originally applied when I felt it was too heavy for me, and she even touched up my eyebrows at the last minute when I wanted something a little lighter for them, after she had already packed up almost all her supplies. I so appreciate her doing that for me because the end result was perfect--- enough pop to stand out but not so much that it scared my then-fiance away (I hardly ever wear makeup and when I do, it's minimal). I received so many compliments on my makeup as well, and with Grace's kind and patient expertise to help me, it came out exactly how I wanted.
My bridesmaids all loved what Tori and Grace did for them, as well, and they did a great job with my nieces' hair as well; it stayed through the whole evening after lots of dancing and playing! The Beauty Tribe followed all of our requests so effectively. I'm so happy I chose their team! I highly recommend them. -

I hired the beauty tribe for my wedding and they did a phenomenal job! I LOVED my hair and makeup. I was worried because I’m a perfectionist and I’ve never had my makeup done by someone else before, but it turned out perfect! I loved everything about it. I said I wanted to look like a bronze Greek goddess and that’s definitely what I got. I also had my mom, and my two bridesmaids’ hair and makeup done. I definitely recommend them if you want to feel and look amazing! -

I had the best time with Grace and Tori from the Beauty Tribe. They are amazing at what they do and made my bridal party and I look so beautiful! They were really helpful when I was figuring out what style I wanted and my hair and makeup stayed throughout the whole night. They got 9 girls hair & makeup done in about 4.5 hours which is incredible. If you are trying to find a good team for your big day then book them you wont regret it!!! -

I LOVED working with the beauty tribe- Tori and Grace are so incredible to work with. They did a trial run for me and tried my hair several different ways to make sure I loved it. The day of the wedding, they arrived on time and completely prepared. They did hair & makeup for my 5 bridesmaids, mother, mother-in-law, flower girl, and myself in less than 5 hours! They kept the mood light and fun and were able to tailor each person's hair & make-up to what each girl wanted. They sent us with some touch up supplies for later on in the day. These girls are the best!! Tori and Grace are exceptional at what they do and I would highly recommend them to every bride! My planned hair stylist ghosted me a few weeks before the wedding; The Beauty Tribe was quick to respond to my panicked emails looking for a replacement, and found a way to get us in early morning on the day of my wedding prior to another booking they had later in the morning. The trial is pricey but worth it, they took my feedback and made notes so on the big day they could help me look exactly how I wanted. They were also super flexible on the day-of when my future mother in law decided she didn’t want to show up to her her makeup done as planned, even though I had signed a contract for it. Instead they fit in each of my bridesmaids during the time they had left to do all their foundation and they all looked killer 🔥 Both myself and my bridesmaids were receiving compliments all night long, and I have never felt so beautiful! These girls are the bomb.com and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me and my best friends look amazing for my big day. -

When the girl who I'd booked to do my hair and makeup for my wedding backed out the week before, I was in full-on panic mode. I grew up in dance and theatre and could have done everything myself, I just didn't want to stress about it the day of. I had saved The Beauty Tribe before and messaged them immediately. I received a response within the hour! Not just that but, out of the 7 or so teams I messaged, they were the only ones that replied! Being that I didn't have time for a trial at that point, I was a bit nervous. Grace and Tori showed up early and were set up before I could even introduce them to everyone! They did my maid of honor and a bridesmaid first and any speck of doubt I had about my decision was gone. Grace and Tori were so sweet and kind, but also incredibly professional. I showed them 2 photos and they did exactly what I'd pictured in my head. I can honestly say I've never felt more beautiful! My makeup also stayed put from when it was applied, at noon, through midnight and I was SO impressed. I highly recommended these lovely ladies for any event! You won't regret it, I promise. -

Working with the Beauty Tribe was easy and so enjoyable! They were professional and did a great job on everyone’s hair and makeup. They did my bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and grandmother all in a timely fashion. Everyone was so excited with their looks and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the way it turned out! I would absolutely recommend the Beauty Tribe.
