    Amazing venue

    The venue was beautiful and the staff was amazing. They were so helpful and communication was quick. They answered any questions I had and were available to help. I absolutely loved my experience with them and the wedding was amazing.

    Our wedding

    The Baum Opera House was a wonderful venue for our wedding & reception. The building is so charming and we love downtown Miamisburg so it was just perfect!

    Cool historical venue

    My husband and I got married/hosted our reception at the Baum Opera House in May 2019. We adored it!

    Pros for hiring this venue:
    -It's a non-profit. All money made by them goes right back in to renovating this amazing piece of history.
    -You get to work with Bronwyn and Whitney who will be there to help you out whenever you need it.
    -You can have the venue for the entire weekend if you need it.
    -2 separate ballrooms (if needed) to have the ceremony and the reception (there was seriously so much space!).
    -An incredibly fair and inexpensive price for everything above.

    I loved getting married in this incredible old building with so much history. My guests gave us so many compliements on its uniqueness. We highly recommend the Baum Opera House!

    Jamie is amazing; she answered all of our questions and even allowed us to come in a month before to play with our table arrangements. The Opera House is a beautiful historic building located in the heart of Miamisburg, OH. The venue is absolutely gorgeous; my finace and I received numerous compliments on the location. We decided to host our reception upstairs in the Grand Ballroom; there is a balcony which overlooks the main floor, as well as a fully operable stage! We knew from the moment we walked in that this was where we were having our reception. We highly recommend this venue for your upcoming wedding.

    This place is a very charming, beautiful venue in a lovely town, however, you need to have a lot of people on standby to clean up at the end of the night. (by midnight) I felt terrible because my family and friends were moving chairs, tables, etc. when everybody was tired and clearly ready to get home. We also had to mop floors (yes, a ballroom floor) So, if you choose this venue make sure you hire a cleaning crew for the end of the night to help with all of that or you and your guests will be doing it.
